The word "queer" encompasses all of my contradictions, all of my strangeness, and all of my questions in a warm kind hug. It says that I'm proud of my contradictions, and I'm okay with being strange. To me, queer means happiness and certainty in the face of ambiguity. I don't need to be sure of every single aspect of myself, I shift and I change. I'm always queer.

As aspecs, we may contradict. We're definitely seen as strange, and give ourselves and others plenty of questions. We don't need to have an answer to every question to call ourselves aspec. We don't need to be clear of confusion. We can exist happily in the weirdness of the aromantic and asexual spectrums.
