they are a bit of both! Fazbear Entertainment being Fazbear Entertainment (and especially with the new AR mask stuff from the ruin dlc) was experimenting with a brand new virtual companion kind of thing ever since the pizzaplex burned down! its similar to the AR app (that.. isnt very canon as far as im aware but doesnt seem too far of a stretch from what they would do) & scp-1471 - with the fun twist being that its not an app. it's almost like a reality-warping virus, ig??

so to answer your question: yes, they were made by fazco! but (and i tried to hint at this in the third video but im honestly not sure how well they came across) despite limiting the first batch of these "virtual companions" to the beta testers that signed up for the program, a couple of strays ended up on the front porch of other people's brains (including "you"/the pov you play as throughout the videos)

the current idea im working with is that the entities are linked to the original (decommissioned) animatronics, but duplicated - think the way that freddy comments on there being other freddies in other pizzaplex locations. im really liking the idea of subtle variations between entities: same original source, same memories, but slightly different reactions, personalities and effects on their host!! i imagine especially so for entities based on aggressive animatronics like monty. some of them are a tad confused on why theyre there.

This kinda? relates to all the languages posts you've been making (was giggling and kicking my feet while reading them, and got inspired) but because I only speak English, I wanted to put a twist on it.

Hal Jordan was not a man of commitment. Never was, never is, never will be. He deemed himself "too busy" for a committed relationship. Well, you couldn't really blame him, he actually is too busy for a relationship. Aside from being a test pilot, he was also a Green Lantern (more or less, a space cop). Being a Green Lantern meant he'd have to be at the Guardians' beck and call, even if it means ditching a flight that could pose as a real problem for his life as Hal Jordan.

But honestly speaking? He'd rather be at your beck and call. That's right, yours.

You may not know it, but you have Hal wrapped around your little finger. Heartbroken because of a date that went south? No problem, he'll fly over to your place in less than a minute with ice cream and watch some romcom movie while you cry your heart out to him. Stuck in a conversation you don't like? No worries, he'll scoot over to you and pull you out of it real smooth. Did I mention he's also your best friend? Yeah, as cliché as it sounds, Hal freaking Jordan fell real hard for his best friend.

Harold "Hal" Jordan, the notorious serial heartbreaker would rather be at your beck and call. So, is he too busy for a committed relationship? Yes, he is. But a committed relationship with you? He's definitely considered it and his answer is no. No, he'll never be busy for you.

Numerous nights he's practiced in the mirror, went to go grab a drink that turns into six and gets a really bad hangover the next morning, imagined you with other guys and beat up the bad guys a little bit too hard. It's not really a healthy outlet but he has to make do with what he has.

"-Jordan. Earth to Hal Jordan. Paging Hal Jordan, you there?" You waved your hand in front of him as he quickly snapped out of his reverie. Damn, he must've zoned out again. "Yeah, yeah, right here. Sorry, you were saying?" He shook his head slightly and stared back at you, giving you the same heart eyes he always does. Not like you'd ever notice anyway.

"I was saying, a co-worker of mine asked me out and I'm not really sure if I should go but I kinda like the guy, know what I'm saying? I don't know, I just wanted to ask you for advice." You started rambling on again and he stared blankly into space, his surroundings blurring.

What? Someone finally beat me to it, he thought.

His mind was like an over speeding car, running at 100 miles per hour, gears turning and crashing down as he tried to process what you said.

"Hal, come on, I'm being serious." Your voice brought him back to reality again, the gravity of the situation actually sinking in. No, you can't go because I've been in love with you ever since the day we met and I can't let you get away because I'm a coward.

"What?"

we desperately need to acknowledge that keating is an amazing man right down to his core. he is so passionate about living life in a way that makes him feel fulfilled that he makes it his main goal to teach others how to do the same.

he experienced the same exact thing as the poets, remember, the movie makes a big deal of how nothing at welton changes. he had the same exact oppressive environment growing up as they did, so he knew exactly how to connect to these boys.

HIS INTENTIONS AND ACTIONS WERE NOTHING BUT PURE, AND THATS WHAT MAKES HIS ENDING ALL THE MORE DEVASTATING.

every single one of his peers and superiors fully believed that neil's death was keatings fault, and actively shunned him for it. not a singular person that wasnt a Teenager in his community understood what he was trying to do. welton painted the narrative that keating taught these insane useless lessons about breaking the rules BUT NEED! another crazy devastating thing abt keating + neils death is the fact that neil was understanding exactly what carpe diem mean's IMMEDIATELY. AND WAS ACTING ON IT!! he pursued things that he knew would make him happy and fulfilled in the long run, he knew what he wanted to do with his life and he took the first opportunity to get it. the exact fucking definition of seizing the day. keating was REACHING THIS KID SO WELL!! HE WAS UNDERSTANDING EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS SAYING!!! AND THEN!!! AND THEN!!!!!!!!!!

so imagine this. you grow up in the most rigid, boring, unchanging environment and decide fuck it, im gonna Do Something for Myself for Once. you start to think oh, this is actually kinda sick, doing things that make me happy. you escape the environment that aims to essentially make these Children into what their idea of successful is. (quick reminder that there are actual children also attending welton. like kids. like 9 year olds n shit.) you actually chase after every opportunity to be what your idea of successful is, and were so passionate about that way of living that you learned how to teach others how to do it. and also poetry and stuff.

so youre doing exactly that, you finally got to a point where youre doing exactly what you wanna do, and teaching these kids in a situation just like yours. and its going SO WELL! there's this one kid who just GETS IT and is doing it flawlessly and then - oh !

and now everyone around you is like um wtf this is your fault actually. SO YOU HAVE TO PROCESS THE FACT THAT YOUR STUDENT IS DEAD ON TOP OF HAVING TO RELIVE THE ENVIRONMENT YOU HATED AND ACTIVELY WORKED AGAINST YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. AND NOW YOU HAVE NO INCOME OR COMMUNITY OR HOME OR FRIENDS. AND THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT KNOW YOU ARENT A MURDERER ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. AND YOUR WIFE LIVES IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. I got caught shoplifting a few weeks ago so Im gonna have a court proceeding (? if thats what you call it in english idk) in a couple hours and Im a little bit nervous but the shit I stole was only worth 7€ and it was my first time getting caught so I dont think it'll be too big of a deal. Im not a fan of Feyre being so murderhappy now when she was reluctant to even kill animals at the start of this book, like at a certain point Im not so much bothered by Feyre's character being retconned from ACOTAR but her character from start of ACOMAF

Hey can i just like. Ramble. For a soild minute.

Your art is so cool like. Chefs kiss. Its great. The anatomy and structures are honestly so well built and fluid for whatever youre drawing especially for the "fuck it we ball" mindset (honestly me) and besides that, your wof and general character designs??? Solid. 10/10. I wish the silkwings and hivewings had mandibles like that in canon. Especially the nightwing patterns based on the skies! Its pretty neat :3

And the idea with the leafwings and symbiosis! Like walking gardens! Thats so cool?? Could you imagine what the wof weed breath of evil would do to that? Imagine Hawthorn for example having a basic garden thats actually infected by the plant, to where it perhaps saps energy from the other plants in its reach to gain more control over time? Maybe leafwings could be more affected by the othermind in that sense.

Oh and also! The posts about dieties! Ive got my own project ive been working on for a year or two now and was genuinely shocked to see someone else with the same train of thought? Usually whenever i see diety characters or worlds revolving around them, theyre often tied to our own customs and societal rules, same with the laws of physics, time, space ect. So i was hyped to see another person going against that too! Like with the whole "no gender just vibes" as them being concepts and not exactly outright physical beings. Same with them not quite having a moral compass but rather a "directive compass" where theyre more inclined to just do their own thing if it benefits them rather than in consolation with the opposing entity. As you phrased it, theyre "benevolent by nature"!

I swear like 70% of my liked posts are yours lmao and any time your pfp changes i get caught of guard by it and just go "Hey! Another fan of Eims! Wait a minute. That is Eim"

Anyways, just wanted to say your art is cool and that its inspired me to draw more often and to try experimenting with my designs a bit more! :33

Whenever it comes to gods in general I always felt iffy trying to gender them, like trying to gender a concept just feels wrong. I like having gods be tangible but incomprehensible if that makes sense. They are unbound by the laws of the universe as they are what created it.

Also a piece of lore about the 'concept' thing. Concepts can exist without a god. There are an endless amount of concepts but there's not a god for all of them, typically only 'important' concepts such as life and death have gods of which control and embody it. That being said when gods are created concepts- latch onto them so to speak.

Then there are the primordial gods, more True Deity than True Primordial though, the Abyss and the Radiance of which were concepts that existed for so long that they gained a will and consciousness of kickstarted the existence of the universe as we know it as. One concept, interestingly enough that has yet to have deity attached to it though, is time. :)

LISTEN TO ME okay ill have to add a sci-fi element to my established esmp world i am OKAY with this, grimlands are already victorian steampunk its not that big a stretch to add space travel, especially in the place of dimension travel.

okay so in my esmp lore the emperors are blessed by the gods with conditional immortality and flight, they know a new ruler has been born by if they're born with wings. i bet though i could twist that into the king cole/olympians idea of trading their citizen's lives for immortality. although it is kinda reversed? (mechs immortals tend to stop aging but can be killed, emperors still age and can die of old age, but cant be killed). hmm i mean theres definite differences between king cole and the olympians so maybe its just another variation, or something closer to the mechs themselves? though that ones less likely

honestly there literally is an esmp1 musical so i reckon its interesting enough to attract the mechs

but lets be honest with ourselves here, the only reason im doing this is so i have an excuse to draw grimlands!marius lmao

i think raph would be interested in it too though, with how they're so much more reliant on technical advancement than magical.

Levi – it’s either black metal (mainly sarcofagó/early bathory/mystifier/mgla) or depressive black metal (silencer/sacrimoon/my useless life) i feel like he would find lifelover too „happy” tho like this bitch is picky

so, i have thought more about what we now know about botw2 and honestly, setting aside the smaller things i am not a fan of (like the building aspect) my biggest gripes about it are the plot looking like its gonna be very generic, especially regarding ganondorf, while i hoped it would perhaps finally give us a little more interesting take instead good vs evil; and the oh so mysterious figure you see in in the trailer very likely to be hylia, since shes mentioned constantly in the first game (among other things like her design being pretty much a carbon copy of zelda for the most boring reasons imaginable)

and no its not just bc of my stupid little fanworks (that i do bc i love the franchise, as much as i am critical of it, it comes from being very passionate about it, hence me working my fan lore around the canon so it doesnt disturb it much, its more meant to expand it on parts i think are a little lacking without me trying to sound superior, literally just as an act of love (and a little spite ill admit that) to add something to it)- BUT bc i have little hope they would do anything more than just going full blown "this monstrous beast is pure inherently evil, and this is the pure inherently good white little girl goddess whos just protecting her god given perfect and unshakable good tm monarchy" with no little to no nuance (theres also alot more to be critical of the general structure and implications like racism, orientalism, nationalism, that while i can see alot of wrong or questionable things in the games i lack the eloquence to talk about in its full range) yes i am personally biased bc i just .. hate that kind of story/worldbuilding structure, but i dont think im the only one who would think of it as boring and .. disappointing?

i dont need ganondorf to be redeemed, i dont need him to be the good himbo bf that some people think all ganondorf stans want, i just want him to be more than to shout "i will conquor this kingdom bc i am evil and want it" and send a horde of monsters after you, at the very least id want the game to just aknowledge that there must be a reason for it, why it turned out like this

the zelda series and its world has so much potential, which is probably a reason for its popularity in fanworks, but also keeps not using it, no i dont expect a company like nintendo to deliver on all my hopes, of course not, im not that delusional, but the further i think and learn about this universe and concepts they created i find myself asking "why" more and more where the games never elaborate, never question

i like a clear structure, i like when your choices dont have a big or any impact on the story bc i want to live the story, not worry about every decision like i already do every second of my life IRL, i want to partake in a movie, in a theater piece i can influence the pace of but not change the outcome, yet i feel kind of ... ignored? let down? asking why and how, how do they know this is right and this is wrong, how do they keep enacting this seeing it never works out, keep saying defeat this evil, but evil yet returns stronger than before over and over, how do they never ask "is this the right way?", they say "we need to kill it more next time"

i know they are fictional little characters made up to sell a game, with a convevient plot point to ever repeat the same structure, but it cant be wrong to say "i love this world, i want to see and know more, i want to see it grow and change, break the cycle and be better, show me characters not puppets"

theres very surely nuances and ideas i am sorely missing bc i lack the knowledge of japanese as a language, culture, and mythology, but i dont think it invalidates all that i feel for it ..

İ really loved this one like the last one like, oh my god! İt really made me think about Teru's words and the way he would be if he was really reckless with his love

İ loved how Teru basically confessed, how Akane knew exactly how Teru's love was(to an extent) and the overall pacing..

My favourite was def the mirrorings of demon Teru and real Teru, Akane really knows Teru well and knows about how he acts and what he may do. İts really interesting to think about how much Akane knows about him and his selfish tendencies time to time..

To be honest his idea of Teru as a husband changing in the same day is so nice to me as well, Teru's love can be so gentle and sweet if you're in conditions that allow it and i love how Akane realizes that and almost immediately changes his perspective, maybe if Teru was cursed again, he won't think of him as an evil cruel demon

And the 'they have been there for two years' i can go on for HOURS. How Akane doesn't trust it in the slightest once Teru says it, but the more Teru gives those hints, the more Teru explains his behaviour, he believes more and more. At first it was a simple 'no, its the potion' but the more Teru gives those details he never noticed, the more he realizes and even asks Teru personally (of course once Aoi is mentioned, all those details go poof ugh i love my loser boy)

And honestly, Teru saying out all the things he thought inside him outloud to Akane himself really makes me soft inside.. he really was good at working on his words, even to the last scene, he is good with his words and he is good with his movements, he can make Akane believe he hates him in less than a week!

I really also loved your way of portraying Teru's love and how he shows it, it's so pin point to how i imagine it would be. He can be sweet and caring but he can also be forceful and selfish if he can't get what he wants, a detail i always loved about Teru..

And honestly? How sweet Teru is and Akane finally picking up on the hints and the way his strong hatered(?) Gets blocked by the feelings he kept inside and never wanted to let out takes over him a little, his image of Teru changes and hate becomes too strong of a word

İ also enjoy how Akane projects his own way of loving onto Teru, when he thinks of Teru being inlove he immediately thinks of a public confession, a proposal and not whatever he lived, it's such a nice thing i enjoyed im not sure why..

But im still not over the demon Teru and real Teru mirrorings... Maybe Teru won't be as cruel and forceful as a scary demon would be but Akane really was on point for certain aspects... And then it changed once he feels Teru's sweeter side, it makes me think he tries to never misjudge Teru, even in the worst of situations... (🌈) (Sorry i just loved it a lot... Reminds me of the little 'his Akane' in the other fic... A made up persona of Teru in Akane's mind ..)

Overall... Really nice fic... İ love them so much .. i love these silly losers i hope they die /affectionate (sorry if some parts sound off, i tried my hardest to get everything in)

Trying to do a pacing I was satisfied with was a bit tricky since Teru isn’t nearly as open about his feelings as Akane, and since it wasn’t in his pov every word was harder to pick, but the way Akane view changes was my favorite part to write! I’m happy you liked how it all turned out :D

Yes!! Akane’s demoniac mental image and the way Teru ‘trap’ him in a princess carry by the end were written back to back, on the same day.

Exactly!Akane doesn’t go out of his way to demonize Teru, he just doesn’t have all the pieces, and the ones he is given is... less flaterring yguuygy he is basically being bullied is hard not to have a negative view of it T-T And Akane projecting his own way of loving is a touch I am still very happy about, he can be self centered in such a casual way is wonderful but e is a perceptive boy! (except when aoi is around, what a loser boy indeed~)

Honestly, i’m kind of scared for Pocket😥. One of the chapter is called Unprotected. It means either something will happen to Sam, leaving Pocket alone on the mission, or something happen to Pocket (she gets kidnapped and that kidnapper is fucking Jeremiah bcs there’s also a chapter called Unsurprising — making her spiral and shit or make it much more dramatic her EX? again over reacting)

Also, I have a feeling Buckaroo will insert himself into the mission and somehow one thing leads to another, and then the revelation (the stomach bug, Jeremiah, the *cough* sex in russia🤮). Lastly, maaaaaaybe a showdown between Bucket and Joseph? CHILLSSSS….

Just a thought but won’t it be fun if the whole team beats up Jojobean?😂

Yay! I'm so happy you loved it! Pissed!Pocket is so much fun to write. Like, girl is take no prisoners; she's so over it. I like to imagine that Bucket and Steveoli's fight was very homoerotic (especially once Pocket poured that water on them, cause now they're all wet), and that they continued to punch the snot out of each other once Pocket and Sam left. So, for Pocket's new hair, I had this mental image in mind, and when I got your message, I went searching for something that encapsulated it. This was the closest I could find:

Bucket is definitely desperate rn. He's starting to really see that his actions are having very really consequences-- whenever he messed up before, Pocket was always willing to forgive him, and now, not only is she not forgiving him, she's not even speaking to him. It's throwing him (not that he doesn't deserve it or shouldn't have seen it coming, of course).

Steveoli was decent in his interaction with Pocket, but a lot of it was out of guilt. Would he have stopped it, himself? Who can say? Oh wait, me. I can say. No he would not have. He's not evil, but he's been selfish, and he's finally starting to see that here. I love hearing everyone's theories based on the chapter titles; they make me smile! Let's see... what can I say about Unprotected? It's got double meaning. Maybe triple meaning? UGH, too much possibility to give things away. And of course Bucket is going to insert himself into the mission somehow; come on! Gotta get those two crazy kids back in the same room together at some point! ;) And the showdowns are coming. It'll be like a Showcase Showdown up in here. Pookie loves you so much
