it is imp to remember that this is not about religion and the ethnic cleansing of artsakh proves this. all oppressive regimes are connected regardless of religion and that is why azerbaijan and israel have good relations. another example is saudi arabia having good relations with america and israel while also killing other muslims in yemen.
interestingly, like israel, saudi also uses religion to gain credibility (recently got holy mosque imam to give statement condemning boycotts and encouraging muslims to not be involved in the situation in palestine) and recruit muslim supporters from all over the world, while simultaneously killing/imprisoning muslim critics of the kingdom.
similarly, israel sells itself as a safe haven for jews and convinces jews around the world to migrate to israel while also simultaneously criminalizing antizionist jews all over the world, even suggesting that theyre not 'real jews' (reminiscent of takfirism which is a core part of saudi wahabi ideology) [ fun fact: the house of saud came into power in arabia with help from the british, just like the zionists in palestine! ]
oppressive regimes are directly connected and mirror each other in several ways. this is why liberation and resistance movements need to unite and work together across the world

My brother and I had a conversation about how we both are interested in officially converting to Judaism (I am Jewish and practice Judaism and celebrate Jewish traditions but not officially, it’s complicated) and I think it’s so funny that we both independently decided Judaism made more sense for us.
Also Happy Hanukkah to my Jewish siblings!

christians and homophobia
look this doesn’t apply for all christians AT ALL but some of us be slandering gay people with the bible as if the bible literally doesn’t tell us to:
-love everyone (matthew 5:44, john 13:34-35, 1 peter 2:17, 1 peter 4:8)
-it’s not our place to judge people (john 8:7, matthew 7:1, john 8:15, 1 corinthians 4:5)
-we’ve all sinned (romans 3:23, psalm 106:6)
honorable mentions include
-do not kick a relative (especially your child) out for ANY reason (1 timothy 5:8)
-all sins are forgiven (mark 3:28)
-the study about leviticus 18:22 being about pedophillia and not homosexuality due to an error in translation. there's a lot of debate about this, and so i’m not putting it as actual evidence, but it’s worth checking out.
-if some christians hate members of the LGBTQ+ community because they’re sinning, why don’t we hate liars like that? cheaters? divorcees? i’m not saying we should start, but if those sins aren’t being viewed as taboo, why are gay/trans people any different?
i’m bisexual. i’m also christian. i see both sides of this issue. but nowhere, and i mean nowhere in the bible does it encourage hate crimes, slander, and flat-out bullying towards gay people. and i don’t know very many christians who could endorse it while sticking to the word of God. it’s contradictory, babes.

anti-Semitism is disgusting but Islamophobia isn't either and you clearly show some Islamophobic vibes so clearly stop being a hypocrite and say you don't care about Palestinians. You want them all dead and that's why you support Israel and deny everything it does to Palestinians. You aren't the one who should choose to forgive or not Noah cause you aren't the one he offended: you aren't Arab , you aren't Muslim and you aren't Palestinians.
No Arab, Muslim or Palestinian has any right to tell Noah how to feel about the brutal slaughter of Israelis by PALESTINIANS. Jesus.
I do not forgive Noah, because he hasn't done anything. Period.
I don't want any innocent Palestinians dead, but definitely every terrorist. Those fuckers are trying to get as many Palestinian civilians killed as possible as a mean to harm Israel, steal all their aids/food, just boycotted ceasefire talks again. Obviously they want all the Jews dead, but that is just their stated goal.
You try to defend those evil fucks and blame Israel for being attacked. Now that is an offensive opinion.

the thing that gets me is that every christian holiday there's just a slew of posts supporting people with religious trauma, people who can't just kick back and have fun on holidays because their community or family hates them, or would hate them if they weren't closeted and if you're gay or trans you get to have it all for yourself... absolutely nothing for eid and whatnot, it's all rainbows and sugar. fuck the rest of us I guess

Me, today: I will not get angry about people slandering Jesus. I will not lose my temper seeing yet another post throwing His character in the garbage as some politically woke or politically conservative people pleaser. I will not stab my hand with a fork when I see people poking fun at his friendships as homoerotic - *sees a post like that and slowly steps out of the internet*
No seriously. I am shaking the screen and BEGGING people to remember that even though Western Christian traditionalism has deep, *deep* wrongs, There Are Literal People Dying And Being Tortured Because Of Their Faith In Christ In The Modern World. And the way I see people making light of faith and outright mocking it or "dumbing it down" to appeal to their own moral worldview is sometimes kind of painful
