“Wait, NO!!!” Bad shrieked hysterically, squirming against the clawed fingers that held him captive. All of a sudden, he had a very clear idea of what the dragon was about to do, and it did not bode well for him. With every ounce of strength he had left, the Enderfolk began to fight the beast’s hold on him, intent on not becoming the dragon’s lunch.
The corners of the creature’s mouth curled slightly upwards into an amused smile, a deep, rumbling chuckle feeling as though it was rattling his very bones. The monster was laughing at him. Then, it started to lower him in.
He kicked desperately at the dragon’s tongue as soon as it was within reach, only for the pink muscle to unexpectedly slither up behind his legs and back. He yelped reflexively, at the same time feeling the grip of the dragon’s paws suddenly releasing him, freeing his arms just before he began to slide downwards into the creature’s maw.
He shoved wildly against the tongue that was attempting to draw him in, his hands slipping as he futilely tried to find some kind of handhold. Warm drool soaked through his clothes as his whole body was pulled into the tooth-lined mouth, the tongue curling around his struggling form without any sign of being affected.
“Dream, don’t do this!” Bad tried again, shuddering as the slimy muscle urged him further back, the knife-like teeth slowly closing all around him.
In a rush of sheer panic, he managed to roll himself over, desperately scrabbling at the slick tongue as he struggled back towards the light, but the daggerlike fangs promptly snapped shut in front of him.
All at once, he was sealed in damp darkness.
A shriek escaped him as as he felt himself sliding, the mouth around him slowly tipping to send him falling backwards, and towards the gaping throat.
Digging his fingertips into the plush muscle beneath him, he frantically attempted to claw his way back towards the front of the monster’s gigantic mouth, but his gloved fingers just couldn’t find purchase on the slobber-slicked flesh.
Before he could fall too far, however, he was abruptly caught by the tongue pressing him to the roof of the mouth, momentarily knocking the wind out of him.
Bad soon found himself being shoved and squashed at insistently, the slimy muscle pushing at him all over, slathering him in hot drool. There was no hint of carefulness from the beast, rolling him around and licking at him as though he were nothing more than a morsel of food. At any moment, he expected the beast to get tired of him, to cram him towards those horrifyingly massive fangs and end him – and there was nothing he could do about it.
Between his throbbing head, his aching body, and his struggles to even breathe past all the slobber, he could only pray that it would be quick.
And then, ever-so-subtly, he felt gravity beginning to shift, the motion around him slowing.
A rippling swallow abruptly tugged him downwards, and he cried out in fear as he found his legs almost completely enveloped in hot, slimy flesh – presumably the creature’s throat.
With renewed vigor, he once more began to fight, thrashing and striking out with his hands to the best of his ability, even as he was pinned more securely in-place by the tongue.
The dragon wasn’t chewing him to pieces – it was going to swallow him whole.
He let out a fearful whine. The dragon was holding him in-place for the moment, the plush muscle holding him firmly against the very back of the hard palate while his lower half was pressed dangerously close to the point of no return. Nearly his whole body was drenched with saliva, the horrible tongue massaging and curling around him.
“Please don’t do this,” he whimpered hopelessly, feeling the wet muscle running up and down his back, further slathering him in terrible slobber.
It was tasting him.
“Dream, please!” Bad cried out, squirming frantically. Tears were stinging at his eyes, and a sob jerked through his whole body. This was so, so wrong.
A deep rumble shook all around him, the beast probably laughing at him again. Then, he felt himself squeezed even tighter as a deafening gulp dragged him down into the dragon’s throat.
Rippling flesh squashed against him, his body slipping deeper and deeper into the creature’s gullet. A quick succession of swallows pressed in on him from all sides. The throat was almost suffocatingly tight, each fresh gulp crushing the air out of him and leaving him desperately panting for breath. There wasn’t anything he could do, nowhere he could go but down.
It wasn’t much longer until he heard and felt the steady booming of the dragon’s heart, pounding so much slower and louder than his own. Afterwards, the pressure around him seemed to increase, to the point he couldn’t even take in a breath.
As he was still panicking about his inability to breathe, he felt his feet suddenly squeezed into a hot, damp space below.
The dragon’s stomach.
He was powerless to stop himself as the beast gave one final swallow, shoving the rest of him down and into a round, fleshy chamber, with walls covered in slime and mucus. He gasped for air, only to cough and gag bitterly on the stale, humid supply he was met with.
For a minute or two, he could only lay limply in the pit of the creature’s velvety stomach, breathing heavily in an attempt to refill his deflated lungs. It was too dark to see anything, the only source of light coming from his gleaming eyes, which were too dim to illuminate much. Unknown fluids pooled around him, and he felt the flesh shift slightly beneath him.
If he didn’t get out of here, and quick…
Bad sat up in a hurry, attempting to get as much of himself out of the acids as possible. The stomach wasn’t as large as he’d expected, but that didn’t matter – what mattered was getting out of there as quickly as he could. Frantically, he began to shove at the walls, kicking and clawing at everything within reach in the hopes of giving the beast some kind of bellyache.
Aside from an irritated grunt, the dragon did not react.
“Dream, let me out!” he screamed desperately, pressing his hands into one of the walls as far as they’d go.
Bad suddenly slipped, falling face-first against the slime-covered flesh. He hurriedly sat up, hastily scrubbing the fluids off of his face to the best of his ability.
He began pounding on the walls again, trying to elicit some kind of response, some nauseated movement, or— or something! There had to be some particularly sensitive spot he could strike!
With every attack, he could feel the soft flesh giving way, stretching with his every attempt to hurt the creature, but nothing seemed to be working. Even if it was, the beast didn’t seem inclined to share.
He could feel exhaustion pulsing through his limbs as he continued to struggle, his panicked shoves and smacks gradually weakening as his muscles begged for rest. There was no way he could keep this up.
Still, the dragon did nothing to help him.
The slayer whimpered as his arms finally gave out, not knowing what else he could do. The acids were probably already setting to work digesting him. He couldn’t seem to cause enough discomfort to make the beast let him go, and he already knew he wouldn’t be able to talk his way out. There was nothing he could do…
He was going to die in here.
The tears were back, streaking down his dark face to mix with whatever slime was still clinging to him. He slumped against a wall, not even thinking about the shallow pool of strange liquids he was sitting in as he broke down crying.
“Dream, please,” he sobbed pitifully, “please don’t kill me…”
The dragon remained silent, its thunderous heartbeat and the whooshing of air in its lungs being the only indicator it was even still alive.
Sniffling bitterly, Bad curled in on himself, continuing to weep as he waited for the end. It couldn’t be long, now. After spending his whole life killing dragons, he was ultimately done in by a fellow slayer whom he’d considered an ally. He wondered what his friends would think, or if they’d ever find out what happened to him. They’d probably never know that it was Dream that killed him… or even that Dream could transform into a dragon.
No one would ever know where he’d gone.
Bad pulled his legs in tighter, sobbing even harder. He’d never get to find the ancestral home of his people, or destroy its draconic tyrant. After all these years of practice, it all amounted to nothing. His reason for living, the thing that brought him and his friends together, that had given his life meaning – it was all for nothing!
That’s when he at last took notice of something stiff pressed uncomfortably against his ankle. What was…? With a shaky hand, he reached down into his boot, and found the hilt of his knife.
His knife!
He’d completely forgotten about the knife he kept in his boot!
Heart racing, he pulled the blade from its sheath, seeing the light from his eyes reflecting against the polished metal, a shimmering beacon of hope in the pitch-blackness of the stomach that surrounded him. Bad clutched the dagger tightly, sitting up as he considered his next actions. Could he cut himself out, somehow? He actually wasn’t sure where a dragon’s stomach was, in relation to the rest of their body.
He quickly focused on the sounds made by the beast’s inner workings, trying to pinpoint where exactly he was. On either side, and maybe slightly above him, he could hear the rushing of air through the creature’s massive lungs, and its heart was pounding somewhere beside him.
Wait, beside him?
Was it supposed to sound so close?
The arrangement of the surrounding organs was baffling, though its heartbeat was a start. Raising himself onto his knees, he turned so that the heart was somewhere to his left. He gripped the knife tighter, contemplating where to plunge it. Then he jumped in surprise at an unexpected sound that had come from behind him.
It was the quiet growl of a stomach.
It didn’t sound close at all.
Bad blinked in confusion. There was no mistaking what he’d heard – that was definitely a stomach growling.
So why did it sound so far away?
Cautiously, the Enderfolk considered his surroundings. He hadn’t heard a single growl or groan from the chamber he was in since he’d been swallowed. He had been lying in the acids for quite some time now, and he had yet to feel any painful burning, or even any mild tingling. The stomach – if it even was a stomach – didn’t seem to be active in the first place. As soon as he’d thought about it, he realized that there weren’t that many fluids to begin with – just a shallow pool that didn’t even submerge his legs.
These weren’t acids!
He didn’t really want to think about what they were, but it was very clear that they weren’t hurting him. This wasn’t the beast’s stomach.
He was safe – he wasn’t being harmed, just… contained.
So why would Dream have eaten him in the first place?
The answer came to him abruptly, and Bad immediately felt like slapping himself. He’d shot down the other dragon-person, who was apparently a friend of Dream’s – of course Dream would’ve been mad!
When he thought about it, it was a wonder he wasn’t stewing in acids for what he’d done.
Suddenly feeling rather guilty, the slayer carefully returned the knife to its sheath. If the dragon wasn’t going to hurt him, even after all the harm he’d caused, then there was no reason for him to hurt the dragon.
“Dream?” he raised his voice, which was still a little rough from all the shouting and crying he’d been doing.
A guttural snarl echoed around him. Well, it was better than nothing.
“…I’m sorry,” Bad called quietly.
The dragon didn’t respond beyond a deep sigh.
Bad didn’t particularly blame him.
Much calmer than he had been before, the Enderfolk settled down with his head and shoulders propped up against the nearest wall, lying sprawled out on his back. He was exhausted. After all of the fear, fighting, and emotional turmoil, Bad wanted nothing more than to pass out for several hours.
And at the moment, there seemed no better place to nap than the dark, humid warmth of the dragon’s pseudo-stomach.
It was strange to think about. If it had been any other dragon, he probably would have been dead. Instead, he was held apparently safe and unharmed, tucked away somewhere incredibly soft and warm. The ambient sounds didn’t unsettle him as greatly as they had initially. The air was a little stuffy, but nonetheless breathable now that he wasn’t panicking. The yielding flesh beneath him seemed to cradle his whole body, the heat relaxing his aching muscles and slowly lulling him to sleep.
His eyes closed readily, his breaths leveling into soft, sleepy snores.
Dream was seething.
He still had half a mind to digest the Enderfolk for what he’d done. But Dream wasn’t an idiot – he knew that Bad had likely told his two slayer friends where he was going, and he knew they’d probably go looking for him if he didn’t come back. Those mountains by Aureus were the only place in the world that he felt safe transforming in, and he wasn’t about to have vengeful dragon hunters ruining that in search of the beast that killed BadBoyHalo.
Besides, Dream could act predatory, but he wasn’t that cruel.
He idly wondered what all had been going through the slayer’s mind. It was clear that he’d figured out he wasn’t going to die, but how long had he clung to that initial thought? What had been the thing that made him realize he was safe? Questions continued to buzz in his head as he gently felt at the motionless weight inside, careful not to wake him.
Dream could already feel faint waves of pain pulsing through his abused crop, on account of all of the careless pushes and shoves perpetrated by Bad. He hadn’t reacted at the time, but all of that struggling had genuinely hurt. After all was said and done, he was probably going to be bruised and achy for some time. But on the bright side, his steadfast silence had achieved the desired terror. He’d gotten his revenge on Bad, and he didn’t have to kill him.
He still kind of wanted to, though.
The green dragon sighed deeply, lowering his chin to rest on the cold stone floor. He curled up in a comfortable position, his tail wrapping around himself as he settled down. Dream had to agree with Bad – sleep didn’t sound like a terrible idea. At least if he was asleep, he wouldn’t have to argue with himself over what to do with the Enderfolk in his crop. That was an issue he could sort out when he woke up.
The dragon’s eyelids fell shut, and he was out in minutes.
[Author’s Note: Remember what I said all the way back in chapter 3 about writing a later part of the story? Here it is, the first vore scene I ever wrote for this fanfiction! Okay, well… admittedly, I did end up rewriting it TWICE. That being said, I’m really happy with how it turned out! This story has had a disappointing lack of angsty noms ever since that one two-chapter scene in Part I, so I hope y’all enjoyed this one! Lord knows it won’t be the last scene like this, hehe…]

Being a dragon rider was your dream. To ride above the clouds like the kings of old. The history books tells of such creatures. Such magnificent creatures that are so large that they block out the moon.
So when the opportunity to reach that dream presented itself. You had no choice but to take it. Yet, you never knew it would feel you with so much regret.
You never knew that it would lead to you being a bird in a golden cage. That the same dragon you claimed would claim you. How was you supposed to know that he was a dragon shifter?

The Beast Underneath
Sam’s eyebrows are drawn down as he carefully picks his youngest up and holds him close. Brandon purrs sweetly in return and nudges his cheek. His body is covered in black, sleek skin. The scales will only manifest as he grows. Brandon's belly and chest are shaded in a deep red just like his toes and a large area around his eyes.
His tail and his wings are completely black. Beneath his eyes on each side of his head are three dots marking the skin. It represents his status as an Omega. His short, but sharp horns begin straight and end up riffled at the top. His green eyes with slit-shaped pupils are sparkling in the light as he blinks fondly at Sam.
“Back there, that's Dave. He has been trying to fly, but it doesn’t quite work right yet. He is an Alpha!” Dean says with a warm chuckle as he motions to the red and black colored dragon that is currently growling at a stuffed animal as if to challenge it.
Dave’s head snaps around having heard his name being said and his tail starts wagging excitedly when he sees Sam. His skin is shaded in an equal combination of black and red. His horns are straight like Dean’s own and his wings aren’t sized proportional, but he will grow into it. Both his eyes are marked with a diagonal line to symbolize his status.
“And this here is Zara. She is an Alpha too.” Dean explains with a loving smile as he lifts his arm on which Zara is dangling upside down. She roars playfully and stretches her wings as if to show Sam how big and strong she already is.
Zara’s skin is mostly colored red. She only has light shades of black covering her back and legs. Her horns are fully riffled like Sam’s own and each of her eyes are marked with a vertical line too.
Chapter 34 of The Beast Underneath is up now!

Hello, there! I was wondering if I could get some ideas for a dragonshifter x human mate story, where the two become parents? Some from the perspective of the couple being blood-related to the kid, and others from the perspective of the couple adopting? Thanks!
Hi there :)
As I've said before, I don't know a lot about dragons and I've never read anything with dragons and humans and I'm not sure how one would go about this. But the wonderful welcome-tothe-mystery-shack has helped out before with some Dragon x Human Prompts. They are of course not specific for your plot, but they are the only ones I have at the moment.

Fic authors self rec! When you get this, reply with your favorite five fics that you've written, then pass on to at least five other writers. Let’s spread the self-love ❤
Tumblr media
i was tagged by @coopigeoncoo @andypantsx3 @willowser and @namodawrites to do this lil self fic rec game and after finally sitting down to think about it for a very... long... time... i have done it! thank you all for the tag i kiss you each on the forehead and give you a bowl of sliced fruit<3
after looking at all the wips i have in docs right now, i can definitely say that this list would be completely different if i had finished a few of them, but for now this is my ranked list for things i've published already lol
Tumblr media
devil's glare — demon!bkg x reader
bakugou katsuki is a powerful demon that you have the pleasure of dating. but when he pisses you off one day, you decide to get back at him in a pretty petty way: drawing a salt circle around you to force him to apologize
i had THEE most fun writing this one shot LMAO. it was based on a tiktok of all things that i'd found back when i was still on the app pfft. i just loved the idea of bkg being all surly and aggravated that his little human had purposely drawn a salt circle to prevent him from encroaching on their space. and like... him dealing with wanting to idk kiss you so bad but you're trying to teach him a lesson and he's sooooo mad and fuck, he's gonna do whatever he can to get you to comply to him lmao. if i could draw, there's this one scene where you're wearing this like. cute little set of pjs staring up at this big ass demon, wings unfurled threateningly, snarl on his face, arms crossed with a line of salt in between the two of you. like i have a vision. too bad i can't draw it LMFAOO. maybe one day
2. holding out (just for you) — dragon!bkg x reader
in which you find a horrendously injured dragon in a cave and make it your duty to heal him, not knowing that he’s the infamous dragonshifter, bakugo katsuki, who has been cursed to remain trapped in his dragon form forever—unless the spell is broken
this fic... oh boy. i've been working on this fic since mmm 2021 i think? i can't believe it's been a year since the big bang LMFAOO. i also can't blv this shit evolved from being a standalone to having 3 spinoffs and a sequel but well. here we are. complaints aside i really do have fun writing this fic!! i dunno!! i dont think i'd ever read a dragon bkg fic before and i was like fine i'll do it myself and this happened. i added way too much plot and you guys don't even know about half the worldbuilding and shit i have planned for the sequel HAHA. i can't even talk about it bc it would be major spoilers rn rhrsfjhrjfrjrhjg. it's also been giving me such a rough time lately pfft, especially with having to make sure everything lines up for the spinoffs n stuff. im so afraid of publishing ch4 and having to go back and tweak things bc i havent planned out far enough sdkjfsjkdf. i think it just means i'm gonna have to go on a hiatus or smthn and write out all the spinoffs + ch4 at once idk
3. and i give my all (to you) — merman!bkg x reader
you think you bit off more than you could chew when you decided to do your dissertation on ocean acidification, leaving you stranded out in the open ocean. alone. for months. well… maybe you weren’t so alone after all
this is another fic that i've been working on way longer than it's been posted for pfft. i can't blv the first chapter was released over a year ago LMAOOO i am so sorry. i do like this fic tho bc it's one of the easier ones to write and i go back to it sometimes between writing for dragon bkg lol. like i have the chapters all mapped out, all i have to do is sit down and write em. ch2's at abt 3k rn tho and i hit a spot where i'm like oof i dont wanna write these descriptions dfhdkfg it's just a silly goofy story with merbaku and dealing with some of the subtle intricacies of getting to know a mermaid. actually, fun fact, this originally started off as a fic for jotaro from jjba, back when i was in my jjba era. but then i went back to my bkg era and switched it over. i didn't even have to change much LMFAOO jotaro and bkg act the same sometimes. also!! this is the first fic where i'm like... drawing little doodles for each chapter!! and it's so nice but also i'm like damn wtf do i draw for the rest of these chapters.... i'll figure it out ig
4. loving all the parts of you — pro hero!bkg x reader
in which you learn to love all the prickly parts that make up bakugou katsuki
i.. don't think i've thought about this fic for a very, very long time. but i just scrolled thru the masterlist and stuff and i... really liked writing it (when i was focused on it anyways). it's one of my gentler fics tbh. it's more of a character study of bkg, exploring a different aspect of him in each chapter. tbh i need to go through and reread it and make edits so it can better match the writing style i have now, but i rly liked thinking abt what would make bkg tick as a pro and as a person. and tbh, with what i know now of the manga and anime i think i could go very deep with it pfft. also the banner i made for this fic is so cute LOL. it's not high on my priority list rn bc i have other things i wanna work on, but i do hope to return to it one day.
5. forget me not — pro hero!bkg x reader
When you first woke up, you found yourself in a white room, lights blinding you from all directions. A bit disoriented, you squinted and looked around, realizing you were chained to a chair, your arms locked behind you. In front of you was a poster of a man, muscles rippling throughout his body, a spiky mess of ash blond hair nestled on his head, and striking crimson eyes glaring right at you from behind a black mask. In the upper right corner was the name “DYNAMIGHT” in black and orange letters. As you observed the poster, the sound of a P.A. system suddenly rang into existence, the deep, hoarse voice of an unknown person echoing around you. “Your name is [Name] [Surname],” the voice said without emotion, “and you hate the man named Bakugou Katsuki.”
THIS FIC... THIS FCKIN FIC. i have so much i can say about this fic and i am so sorry for the oncoming ramble pfft. firstly, it's both my baby and my number one fucking enemy. like, holy shit i think it gave me the most paralyzing anxiety and bc of this it took me like 3-4 years to finish (apart from being generally busy of course). i started it literally while i was in high school n applying to college, so of course there are aspects of it that i look at now and i'm like mmm don't like that. not to mention there have been so many things that happened in the anime/manga that i wasn't able to add or delve deeper into!! like the war!! bkg's fcking trauma!! midoriya's quirks!! i was an anime only when i first started releasing chapters (and i still am), so i didnt know about the endeavor agency arc or anything so i defaulted to shit with best jeanist and idkidk.
if i could rewrite all of fmn, i think i would. or maybe not all, but a good chunk of it. like i'd condense the first few chapters probably. i also have a different grasp of bkg's characterization now compared to when i was younger lmao. putting bkg in that specific circumstance (iykyk, i wont spoil it) only happened bc of certain outside factors that forced him into that position. which was how i was able to justify it. but... idk. IDK!! this fic had so many things to it that i was not knowledgeable about so i winged a lot of things without doing proper research (i.e. hospitals, police investigations, general bureaucracy and whatnot) and i feel like this has caused certain plot holes that i am not able to detect, but like.... it's been so long already that i'm too lazy to fix it.
i just really wanted to write about having amnesia but... still having this muscle memory and ache of the person you were in love with. that you can fall in love with them all over again. but, jeez, i put the reader through so much that there's so much... trauma and brainwashing and just rhhrhjrkhrhgrkjg. she's a mess and a half!! and this makes it so difficult to read fmn bc she's so frustrating!! but! at the same time idk it was interesting exploring that kind of ptsd and recovery. i think at my core i love writing about truly heartwrenching topics and horror. i rmb i had the most fun writing about reader's nightmares or that one chapter where she was messing around with illusions. actually- one of the things i would change is the reader's fckin quirk and hero name LMAOOOOO what the fuck i made her so op i basically just smashed together dr strange's and wanda's powers for her pfft. i'd also tweak her personality a little, i think.
i digress. anyways. im in the process of editing all of fmn (just like. writing tweaks. changing the phrasing of certain sentences. adding more fluff to descriptions) and i can really see how much my style has evolved lol. like, i am the most happy and proud of the later chapters, where you can really feel certain emotions with bkg and reader. like... the beach scene, or the stakeout scene, or the party scene!! i think i would also add more substance to the investigation and how being a hero is like post-war. the antagonists as well!! there's just so much that could've been built on, but at the same time... i didn't want to go too deep into it bc i was writing an amnesia recovery story.
flaming aside, i am very glad i was able to pull those plot twists successfully LOL. i loved reading people's theories back when i was still updating it, seeing them question things and being like wait a minute... no way... it can't be... it was an era i will never forget pfft. but... because of that expectation i think i was very nervous to reveal specific things or even write the ending bc i didn't know if people would be satisfied lol. fmn was so complicated and for what sdfkjhs. fanfic shouldnt make you this anxious fr and yet there i was. i'm glad im done with it, but at the same time.. i do miss it.
tldr: fmn is the fic that i am the most proud of but also the most insecure LMFAOO. i do eventually want to get to the extra chapters from bkg's pov for it but... idk. i don't wanna even look at it right now sdhfskdfjsf
Tumblr media

Aemond is madly in love with Blind Lucerys, he looks as though he's never been more satisfied. Like the cat that got the cream. Lucerys relying on Aemond to be his eyes and window into the world is amazing. I fantasize about a scenario where this could have been true in canon. Such a lovely and romantic concept. I hope it's not awkward to compliment but you have a really beautiful drawing style. I recognize it every time right away. It's very memorable to me. Your art was one of the first I came across that led me deep into the Lucemond ship originally. I adore how you draw so many AUs—from the dragonshifters, cat hybrids, big brother Jacaerys, blind Lucerys, and Luke's baby Vivi—that could be snippets from 100k fics. You have a sincere talent for facial expressions and body posing, and if I can say, your nsfw arts really drive me crazy with desire. I'm a big fan of your stuff so I wanted to stop by and comment to say thanks & happy holidays to a dear artist to me. 🎄✨ Kudos on your art accomplishments this year!
Hello, dear anon!
Like yes!! I love the concept of blind Lucerys, whether it's a debt or an accident, as if there are so many scenarios for the development of the plot.
And Aemond, who received (or did not) the debt, will in any case amuse his obsession.
Ah, anon! It's so special to know you recognize my art style. This is probably one of the most pleasant things an artist can hear. Thank you so much!! 🥺🫶🏻
I really love alternative universe theme, and every time I draw these ideas, I just hope it can spark a thought and inspire other people in the fandom to create their own stories.
It's also an experience for me to try something else!
I really.. really want to draw more nsfw art, maybe when I have a little more time.
Thank you again for sending this lovely letter, it means a lot to me! As well as knowing my art was one of those that plunged you deeper into lcmnd fandom!
I hope you have a good day, so I wish you a happy holidays too! 🎄✨
With love, Marse 💖🫵🏻

OH and Rein this has been bouncing around in my head for weeks, how does the existence of Dragonshifters effect religions? Like was Thor seen as a Lightningspitter? Did St. George kill an actual dragon? Or do like dragons have their own religions?
oughhh I have a lot of thoughts and feelings on this one- it’s got a long history tied to it! To your questions first, since medieval Scandinavian culture and religion popped up around medieval European times, they share a very real history of actual dragons who were a physical presence and threat, far from ages of what we know today as Lightningspitters. So no, unfortunately no modern Lightningspitter traces there, but there were plenty of stories of dragons mixed into lore, in the same type of way we can see now outside of the story.
St. George is a little more complicated only because of it being an isolated story and timing gets mixed up, but it’s legitimacy as a true story is definitely held to more regard, likely tied in with the Golden Knight myth tied around the medieval end of this kind of “first wave” of dragons. No true proof of this though, since no one has exact numbers of dragon population before the “second wave” of modern shifters.
It’s a mixed bag on how religions have been effected overall, as most of them have not changed dramatically, given this big gap in the presence of dragons before shifters started visibly appearing. A lot more stories of them pop up, for certain, and certain offsets of current religions have been formed, an example of that being of Chinese mythology surrounding dragons having consumed a sect of the religion and a lot of shifters from that area consider it a type of creation myth, with these god-like dragons not only being real to them, but a kind of ancestors.
Isolated Frostspitter culture, for example, does not often follow a single organized religion, but instead has beliefs surrounding the stars and heritage, a belief that can be easily slotted into existing beliefs given that there are no manifestations of a “true” god in that sense, only a web of belonging. A type of spiritualism, for sure. Same goes for every subspecies depending on how hard you look.
Current existing religions and their opinion on dragon-shifters are going to be a toss up based on the group and sometimes even the individual. Christianity is pretty heavily tied to the medieval mindset, as a lot of that fear originates from traceable origins, but every religion has their own scope of the legends, whether that be through an iconographical “Devil” taking similar draconic traits, or just through obscure readings having to do with unproven folktales told across every nation. It’s typically at least a bit negative, however.

Chapter 36 - Seeing Eye
[Previous] ~ [Next]
[Word Count: 2397]
[Content Warnings: Non-Graphic Treatment of Injury, Brief Description of Scars]
The making of the potions, as expected, was all over the place. Sapnap and George had made jabs at one another the whole time, both verbal and literal, while it was all Bad could do to keep them from spilling the ingredients or breaking the bottles. Dream wasn’t sure whether to be annoyed or laugh with them, too distracted by the stinging pain in his leg. But eventually, the potions had been brewed, and despite the off-putting taste, the man in green quickly slugged down the first one he was handed.
“Thanks, guys,” he grunted, hissing as the pain in his leg abruptly flared up, before dying back down. He wasn’t sure how long he’d be out of commission for, but at least he’d gotten Bad what he needed to continue his quest on his own. He glanced up at the dark-hooded slayer, “I guess you’ll be going, then?”
“Wait, um,” George spoke up suddenly, before hesitating, “does he have to…? I mean, we’ve done so much already, couldn’t we just…?”
Dream raised his eyebrows in surprise, while Bad could only look stunned.
“You’re sure?” the man in green queried carefully.
“Well,” the other Dragonshifter shrugged, “we’ve gotten this far. We might as well see it through, right?”
“Hey, it’s not like we had much else going on,” Dream acknowledged.
“I’m down for anything, at this point,” Sapnap added with a grin.
The Enderfolk let out a quiet squeak, which quickly drew everyone else’s attention.
“You really mean it?” he urged softly, staring at George and looking like he was about to cry.
“…yes?” was the tentative answer.
“Oh my goodness, thank you!” he squealed, squeezing the Dragonshifter into a hug without warning.
“So, can I have my staff back now?” Dream questioned pointedly. The human at last relented, retrieving the wildwood staff and handing it over to the man in green without a fight.
Leaning his weight onto the staff, he was at last able to stand, managing to limp past the others and make his way to the worktable with only a little extra effort.
Plopping himself down at the stool, he grabbed one of the two potions still set in the brewing stand. He typically wouldn’t have risked drinking a third, but if they were all going to help Bad find the End, his leg needed to be healed enough to travel.
With a long journey ahead, the preparations began.
“I’ll handle the food,” he had declared as he turned towards the furnaces. Retrieving the mutton stored in the large chest, he pared them down into thinner slices before setting them over the remaining embers in the furnace. He didn’t bother to stoke it, but instead allowed the low heat to dry out the meat into something that would be easier to transport.
“Sapnap, go grab the spare bedrolls from upstairs,” he had instructed the dark-haired man, who swiftly turned to bolt up the stairs.
“George, you’re on water duty,” he had said to the other Dragonshifter, who quickly grabbed up the empty glass bottles set around the brewing stand, at Dream’s direction.
Bad had moved to get the door for him, and he was careful not to drop the bottles as he made his way down the path, outside.
Crouching carefully beside the waterfall, he rinsed out each bottle to make sure there was no potion residue left, and then filled them each up with water. He stepped back inside to be greeted by the smoky smell of burnt food slowly being replaced by that of nicely-seared mutton.
It was around that time that Sapnap returned from upstairs, carrying only one bedroll.
“Looks like there are only two of these,” he mentioned.
“Actually, I have one back at the inn I was staying at,” Bad chimed in. “I hadn’t really planned to stay the night here, so I didn’t bring it.”
“Then that makes three,” the human went on, “not enough, but we’ll manage.”
“Until then,” Dream began, glancing over towards the mortar filled with blaze powder, “let’s make those Eyes of Ender.”
As he grabbed an Ender Pearl, the dark-hooded slayer stepped forward.
“Let me do it,” he murmured.
The man in green didn’t argue, handing the pearl to Bad.
The Enderfolk scrutinized the orb for several seconds, turning it over in his hands. Silently, he reached down into his boot to retrieve his dagger, and as if it were the most natural course of action, he brought the blade down and into the glassy pearl.
There were a couple shocked gasps from the other three, looking on in horror.
Thankfully, the pearl remained mostly intact, save for a single oval-shaped hole that had been broken into its surface, surrounded by small, spidering cracks. Returning his knife to his boot, Bad then leaned over to grab a pinch of blaze powder from the mortar, before finally sprinkling the fiery granules into the small break.
The pearl instantly lit up in his hand, bright yellow light swirling within. A dark film formed over the slit-like crack, its insides melting into distinct shades of blue and green. By the time the light had faded away, the orb’s appearance had entirely changed to resemble a slit-pupiled eye – an Eye of Ender.
He’d done it!
As he was still wrapping his head around what he’d just accomplished, a startling warping noise was heard, accompanied by a draught of abruptly-displaced air. That was swiftly followed by shouts of alarm from the others. Purple particles danced about as Bad whirled to face the source of the panic, and was met by the sight of a tall figure, skin black as pitch.
An Enderman had just teleported into the house!
“What the hell is that?!”
“Don’t look at it!”
“Wot?!”
“Dude stop looking!”
“Whuh—Why?!”
“George, are you dumb? That’s an Enderman!”
“Look away, you moron!”
Despite the loud back-and-forth from the other three, the creature was completely focused on Bad, staring down at him intently. Slowly, it raised one of its hands toward him, snapping him out of the strange trance he’d been in.
The slayer staggered back with a sharp yelp, dropping the Eye of Ender entirely. It rolled on the hardwood floor, the alien’s gleaming purple eyes following it.
The Enderman’s long arms reached down to grab it in both hands, offering Bad another brief look before abruptly teleporting away, taking the Eye with it.
There was a beat of stunned silence shared between the four.
“…we all just saw that, right?” Sapnap was the first to speak up.
“How did you see anything when you were shouting at me?!” George shot back crossly.
“Are you okay, Bad?” Dream inquired, ignoring the bickering as he approached the still shell-shocked Enderfolk.
“He took the Eye,” he murmured softly, utterly bewildered. He looked up at the man in green, asking almost beseechingly, “why would he do that?”
“I think they’re gone, Skeppy,” the humanoid feline mentioned with a hopeless sigh, lowering the crossbow in his clawed hands.
“Dammit, son of a—” the human had begun to curse, only to cut himself off as he heard a stern ‘language’ in his head, “ffffffreaking how?!”
“That Piglin did say we were dealing with shifters,” the cat-hybrid reiterated, dark-furred tail flicking absentmindedly, “it makes sense they wouldn’t act like normal dragons.”
“Shifters this, shifters that, I’m beginning to think L’Manberg doesn’t have any actual dragons,” Skeppy hissed angrily, kicking a few loose red pebbles to go skittering across the ground. “If we don’t find any real dragons soon, I say we leave. Let them deal with their own people. What do you think, Antfrost?”
“I mean, a dragon’s a dragon, isn’t it?” Antfrost argued, an ear flicking in irritation. “But I kind of agree. Unless we can actually see a dragon attacking, I don’t think there’s any point trying to figure out who’s who.”
“Yeah,” the human groaned, burying his face in his hands, “hnnyuh, I wish Bad had come with us.”
At that moment, there was a burst of purple particles, and both slayers leapt back to realize too late that an Enderman had teleported right between the two of them. Both had reflexively stared at the alien being before they could stop themselves.
The Enderman opened its jaws with a furious screech.
Skeppy cast a deafening roar all around them, while the feline darted forward to attack.
It had vanished again before he had the chance.
“What the hell, what the hell, what the—” Skeppy had been rambling, only for Antfrost to cut him off.
“What is this?” he questioned, staring down at something resting on the netherrack, apparently left behind by the alien creature.
“Is that an Ender Pearl?” the human inquired, stooping down to investigate the strange orb-like object.
It was about the right size, but its coloration was all wrong. It looked like a giant cat’s eye, with a slit pupil and an iris that was a curious mix of green and blue.
“Definitely not,” Antfrost hummed. “We should bring it with us. Puffy’s seen a lot on her travels, maybe she has an idea what this is.”
With that, Skeppy scooped up the strange Eye, stowing it in the pouch at his side, along with the rest of the Ender Pearls he carried with him.
As the group returned to Aureus, it was only a matter of quickly stopping by the nearest town so Bad could collect his things. The other three had waited well beyond the borders of the settlement, and when the Enderfolk finally returned, he was lugging a bedroll alongside a small bag of supplies. The former had been deposited along with the other two, in the magical bag Dream kept tied at his hip, though Bad had insisted on carrying his own bag, himself.
Then, as the dark-hooded slayer brought out one of the many Eyes of Ender that he’d crafted, the other three stood around him to see what would happen.
Bad held up the Eye.
…Nothing happened.
“How’s it meant to work?” George inquired.
“I have no idea,” the Enderfolk groaned.
“Is it like a compass?” suggested Sapnap.
“Do we need something else to make it work?” Dream wondered aloud.
Squinting, Bad lightly tapped the side of the eye with a finger. The slit pupil appeared to dart in a different direction for a moment.
Oh!
Drawing his middle finger back against his thumb, he gave a hard flick to the side of the Eye. The object emitted a resounding popping noise as it flew from his hand, raising itself into the sky and leaving a trail of purple particles. It gradually slowed to a stop, floating in the air only a moment longer before it dropped back down to land in the grass.
Overjoyed shouts went up from the other three.
“Woah!” “Yeah!” “That’s awesome!”
The Enderfolk said nothing, stepping forward to pick the Eye back up, white-glowing eyes alight with wonder. He slowly turned back towards the others, grinning hugely.
“It works!” he squealed, nearly bouncing on the spot.
“How’d you do that?” the man in green man queried eagerly.
“I held it up,” Bad mentioned, raising the Eye as he spoke, “and just flicked it!”
This time, as he struck the orb, it floated back towards him, continuing on even after he’d ducked out of its way. Like before, it did eventually slow to a hover, but this time, it unexpectedly shattered in a burst of purple particles.
“What the—” the slayer gasped, staggering towards where the Eye had been destroyed. He skimmed the grass underfoot, wanting to be sure it hadn’t fallen and he’d somehow missed it, but it wasn’t there.
He winced as something in his head pounded.
Sometimes they break…
“It… I think it broke, they do that,” he uttered at last. “But it was definitely going this way.”
Drawing another Eye from his pack, Bad started forward, though he was quickly halted in his tracks by Dream’s voice:
“Hold up, Bad, we don’t even know how far we have to go,” the masked man rationalized, and the Enderfolk quickly realized that he was absolutely right – even knowing the direction, there was no telling how far the portal would be.
“Okay, so what do we do?” Bad inquired, turning back to face the others.
“We could just fly there,” George suggested, taking a step back as though he was considering transforming.
“Just, wait a minute,” Dream stopped him, “Bad, can I see one of those?”
The slayer handed over the Eye, and for a moment, the man in green considered it, then raised his masked gaze towards the direction the prior one had flown.
He walked a brief distance, heading perpendicular to the way they’d soon be going, before raising up the Eye and giving it a flick.
It flew in roughly the same direction, and then fell to land on the ground, unharmed. Although his face wasn’t visible, the frustrated slump of Dream’s shoulders was enough to communicate that his experiment hadn’t gone exactly the way he’d wanted it to.
“I can’t be sure,” he mumbled, “but I think we’re gonna be going for a while.”
As soon as the man in green had handed the Eye back to Bad, he’d promptly stepped back to transform. The green dragon reappeared quickly, though he faltered a bit as he put too much weight on the hind leg that had previously been shot. He briefly cast a glance back at it, where the break in the tough hide was still visible, surrounded by smaller, lighter-colored scales. It was more than likely going to scar, but he figured it would still be manageable for the time being – they’d be flying for quite a while, anyway.
“Alright, let’s go!” Sapnap cheered, running over to clamber excitedly up and onto the Dream’s back.
George finally transformed as well, turning to meet the gaze of the Enderfolk.
“Can I…?” Bad probed tentatively.
“Come here,” the blue beast huffed with a beckoning tip of his head, bending down close to the ground.
The slayer approached, hoisting himself up onto the base of George’s neck.
“Ready?” the green dragon queried eagerly.
“Yeah!” “Yep!” “Let’s do this!”
With that, Dream sprang into the air, wings deftly bearing him skywards. Behind him, George did the same, albeit with slightly less finesse.
Their adventure had only just begun.
[Author’s Note: Has anyone seen that post about how some writers can pump out a battle scene in like a day, but get stuck on how a character crosses a room for three months? That was this chapter. This dialogue-heavy, slow-paced, necessary-for-setting-things-up chapter. Heck, I had to go write what Skeppy and Antfrost were up to just to get my mind back on-track with this one – but there’s some nice foreshadowing in that scene, so I can’t be too mad. Anyway, this chapter concludes the first bout of posting! I’m going back into hiatus again so I can finish this thing. Mark my words, you might think you know where this is going, but trust me, this ain’t your standard Minecraft speedrun! Until then, I love to hear from you guys, so feel free to let me know what y’all think – or don’t, whichever you’d prefer! Love you all!]

Mafia AU
Authors note: Im gonna post something not related to Folantius, and will probably do so for the next few posts! TW for Violence, Cursing, Gun and Knife Violence, Fire, Mentions of Kidnapping, and Death. This is based off a roleplay I am doing so i hope you enjoy and there should be a pt 2 by Thursday!
Azrael Sandalia, his dads Ivar and Dai, his sister Erika, and his adopted brother Eros Loniya/Sandalia, Killian Murphy, and Verossica Arno had arrived at the scene to save Axel and Zane from certain death. Zane Crawford, a Soldier in the Sandalia Family Mafia, was the lover of Azrael, the Underboss of the Sandalia Mafia. He was someone significant to him and someone the Sangria Sisters, Veronica, and Selena, did not like.
Axel Sandalia, meanwhile, was the son of Ivar Sandalia, the head of the Sandalia Family Mafia, and Dai Shore, a Capo of the Sandalia Family Mafia and the second most powerful Archangel. On the other hand, Axel was someone the rivals wanted to make into an influential member, significantly since Veronica believed she should’ve had a child with our lovely Archangel Dai. They took the child as revenge for the kidnapping of Eros, who got abandoned at a warehouse, according to the Sandalia Family.
Anyways, the Loniya Family and the Sangria Sisters had kidnapped the two of them, so the Sandalia Family went after the people they cared for. The inner circle had wanted revenge for the kidnapping of their kin and would kill anyone to get them back.
As they approach the hall where Zane and Axel are rumored to be, guards stand at the door down that hall. Inside that door would be Axel and Zane. The group heard bickering between the two, not with each other but with someone else. They were still determining with whom, though.
From there, Killian and Verossica would turn into their wolf forms. Verossica would take the form of an endangered Red Wolf, while Killian would take the form of a snow-colored white wolf. They then both sprint down the hall and quickly take out the two guards down the hall, biting their necks and all. They would lay dead on the floor as Killian signals for the rest to break down the door. They would all rush down the hall and burst into the door. There, they would find someone questioning the two. It looked to be Justin, the boss of the Loniya Family.
He would then attempt to call for backup, but Zach would kick the radio out of his hand and kicked it right into Erika’s hands. She then melts it with her fire breath and smirks, “Now that was some good work.”
Axel then somehow stands up in the chair and kicks Justin directly in the groin, causing him to fall in pain. Azrael would then get behind the leader and slam his head into the ground. The pain would knock Justin out. The Family then unties Axel and Zane from their restraints, and Dai makes a portal home. Axel was very iffy about going home. They had told him they could give him more power, so Axel didn’t want to leave. As he tries to fight his family, Dai says, “With us as your family, you have all the power in the world. Without us, you might be weaker than before. Dragons are stronger together, not apart.” Axel then sighs and says, “You’re right, Mom. I apologize. I will go home so I don’t bother you all.” Axel goes through and goes home, while Zane tells them, “ I will stay and fight.” Dai tries to explain to Axel that he misunderstood his statement, but he is too late to get to him as he has already gone through the portal.
They then exit the building and come upon a celebration between the Sangria Sisters and the Loniya Family’s inner circle. They had set up a party outside to celebrate their accomplishments against the Sandalia Family. Then, out of the shadows, the Sandalia Family would appear. They would then get ready to fight this large crowd of people. One by one, they would take every member out. Then, out of nowhere, the Sangria Sisters would take on their griffon forms and take everyone out. Injuring whatever they could.
As everyone fell to the ground, Azrael would shoot at the griffons. He was seemingly getting more and more mad at the pair of sisters. If he was angry before, he was even more pissed now. He keeps shooting at them as he attempts to take them out. As soon as they took out Axel, he snapped.
“The hatred in his eyes took me by surprise,” Those words came to Selena’s mind when she saw Azrael standing there, guns in hand. His dads had been hurt, along with everyone he had cared about. He is shattered internally, broken inside. The stress these people had put him in pushed the man over the edge. He couldn’t take it anymore. His fear for his ex-fiance Selena and his ex-future sister-in-law Veronica had vanished in that instance. He felt power over himself. He knew he had to do something, and at that moment, he would do it.
He would proceed to pull his guns out at the women as they morphed into their griffin forms. They would dodge and weave from the bullets as he yells at them, “Stop fucking moving!!”  As his guns would barely do any damage to the griffin-morphed women, Veronica and Selena, he would get even more pissed.
So then he decided to do the unthinkable. Something that no one would ever think of him to do. Dai and Ivar look up, super injured, to witness- blue fire in Azrael’s hand?? Sarah would feel a shiver run down her spine as she saw the fire in his hand as he took on a new form. Now, she feared him as scales ran along his jawline, forehead, and neck. Blue and black, to be exact. He had slightly curled horns on his head. A tail swinging from side to side.
“You know why they call me The Flame, right? I take on a blue flame, unlike the rest of my family. Meaning I am the strongest of my family. I can take a life in an instant with this fire. You fucked up. You took my brother, you took my dad, you took my lover, and now. Well, I’m going to take what means most to you. Your wings. Your life. Your family.” He chuckles, his eyes slit as it takes on a dragon-like look. He stares right at them, his eyes piercing their soul with his anger.
He was ready to take them out at any cost. He was prepared to go guns blazing now that he didn’t give a fuck in the world if he hurt them with his fire. His fire grew brighter as he spoke, “You fucked with my family. Now I’m going to fuck with yours and the rest of your little posse. I’ll make sure they all go up in flames!”
Meanwhile, Dai attempts to heal Ivar with his magic, but it is slow, unlike when he’s healing himself. He would wrap his arms and wings around Ivar to heal him, but this would anger Veronica, so she would lunge at him, as she was not listening to Azrael’s “lame speech,” as she put it in her words later.
Azrael would shoot a flame at Veronica as soon as she attempted to lunge at Dai and Ivar. This flame would shoot Veronica across the yard, and part of her wing would be burnt off, only the bone showing. Azrael had liquefied Veronica’s skin and flesh off the bone because of how much force he used with his fire. He was trying to kill them.
Then, Selena would grab Zane and go back to her human form, putting a knife up to his neck. When this happened would be when Azrael would get super pissed.
“Put the knife down unless you want your sister dead,” He snarls.
“Hurt my sister, and he’ll get it, big mouth,” Selena says, snapping at him.
Veronica ran back and tackled Azrael to the ground. She would then lunge for his neck, but Azrael would throw her off of him before she could and propel her away.
“If she keeps doing this, I will hurt her, but if you hurt him, you’re dead,” He puffs smoke in fury, the smoke covering the whole field. He then quickly grabs Zane from Selena as Dai protects Ivar. Then Azrael would entrust a severely injured Killian to protect the harshly injured Zane. Killian would nod and clasp onto Zane.
“Be careful,” Zane would tell Azrael. His lover would nod and bolt at Veronica, entering his full-fledged dragon form. He would light his fire at her other wing as he grabbed Selena with his tail. His wings would flap as he carries them both into the air. He would then move them to the top of a building so they could not reach his injured family.
At this point, Dai had finished healing Ivar and went to heal the others. It was going much faster since their injuries weren’t as severe as those of Ivar and Zane, but they were still intense enough to stop them from fighting. He would eventually finish healing them all as Azrael fought on the rooftop.
Azrael would carry the two and then slam them into the roof. He then lets out a giant roar and shoots his fire at Veronica. She would get in her griffon form and would dodge and weave. Meanwhile, Selena would hit the other with magic on his ankle. The magic they were using would be more like a mere tickle to the dragon. He would fly up and continue shooting fire at them, melting off Veronica’s other wing.
Veronica would shoot magic at the man as well as he flies around them in circles. Eventually, one spell knocked him out of the sky, which caused Ivar to turn into a dragon and fly in. The dragon-shifter family would individually follow their dad one by one as Zane, Verossica, Eros, and Killian rode on Erika’s back.
Eros would chuckle, “You guys ready for this fun family activity? I love fights!”
“Hm, I really wouldn’t say it’s fun, but ok,” Killian replies.
When everyone landed on the roof, they would shift into their animal forms and attack. They all targeted Selena besides Ivar, while he targeted Veronica with Azrael.
Azrael yells, “Get back to safety; what the hell are you doing here?”
Ivar replies, “You may be strong, but I have more experience! Let us help you, son.”
Azrael sighs, knowing he won’t be able to make them go away. He then snarls, “Fine.”
They then charge at the enormous griffon, Veronica, as she shoots magic at them. It still seemed to be ineffective as she shot out the effective spell. They would counter it with their fire, shooting it simultaneously. It would be like that incredible magic in those fantastic battle scenes.
The fire would push against the spell, a mix of dragon and light magic, explaining why it hurt Azrael. It was just an extraordinary sight to see. The magic and fire almost seemed to intertwine at this point, but slowly, the fire would push forward. But the magic would blow back and hit them both, making them fly around. They then keep fighting her, clawing, scratching, and using fire. They tried everything they could to defeat her.
Meanwhile, Sarah tries to escape and attack Azrael and Ivar. Zane then takes his gun and shoots at her, the bullets piercing her skin but not going in. The shooting would cause her to bleed a little bit, but not too much. She lunged at Zane, but Killian would thrust back at her, gripping her skin with his jaws, which caused her to try to shake him off. Verossica would also then do the same thing, biting into her skin with her teeth and making her bleed. Then, of course, Eros had to follow. He was like a giant wolf. They would both eventually let go as the dragon sibling would breathe fire at her. The fire wouldn’t do much damage, but it did cause some things to happen. Like wounds in her lower abdomen and her upper back. Teeth marks from the action.
Erika injures one of Selena’s wings, leaving her unable to fly. Selena attempts to get to her sister, screaming, “Help me, Veronica!!” Verossica, Eros, and Killian block any path left open, though. They wanted to ensure that Veronica couldn’t reach Selena's way. Selena was trapped, with nowhere to run. Selena then finds an open spot between the dragon's legs and bolts between them.
As she runs towards Ivar, Veronica, and Azrael, Ivar grabs her with his claw and throws her back over. Selena would repeatedly try over and over to get over but still failed as Ivar threw her every time she attempted to come over. At this point, Veronica’s wings got burnt off. Her burnt wings would mean in her human form, she would not have any arms.
Veronica yells at the two more giant dragons hovering over her, “Don’t kill my sister! Just kill me! Please!”
Selena yells back, “NO!” She became distraught and desperately tried to escape. She didn’t want her sister to die. She didn’t want to die either, but her sister even more.
Surprisingly, these abusive monsters had hearts for each other. In the past, they had kidnapped Dai while he was pregnant and abused him. With Killian, she had thrown him in the basement as punishment and slapped him around. Meanwhile, Selena had abused her ex-fiance Azrael as a way of her having power over him since he refused to use his fire against anyone up until now.
But now, this was their end.
With one final blow, Azrael would burn her in flames as he replied, “I’ll do what I please, you heartless monster!” Ivar would just watch as her body went up in flames as she screamed, “Please just spare her! Please!” She would then get burnt to ash pretty quickly, every part of her body just gone.
Azrael would walk over to Selena and turn into his half-shifted form. He growls at her and says, “Why should we spare you? You’ve done nothing but hurt people. I may kill people for a living, but I do it with morals. You’ve killed children and many people. You’ve abused children and people. You’ve used them. I don’t have one reason to spare you. You are absolute dirt. So why, why should I spare you?”
She replies, “I’ll change my ways!! I’ll join you guys.”
“And if your sister comes back? I heard there are rare occurrences of griffon’s reviving again and-“ As Azrael said that, behind him would spawn a Veronica out of the pure ash.
They were wrong about her being at her end. Her wings would materialize along with the rest of her body. Of course, in this world, dragons could do the same at least three times in their lives, but griffons? Only once.
Veronica would start to attack Ivar with the effective spell she had been shooting earlier, mixed with dragon and light magic. But out of nowhere, Dai summons a sword that flies out from a portal and calls his wings. He flies up on Ivar’s head and helps him with the magic by shooting his light magic at the spell that had been shooting at Ivar.
Selena would rush over to help her sister and use the same spell. Slowly, the magic spell would move toward the semi-iconic sister duo, but then their attack would move toward the dragon and his companion.  Then Azrael shifts back into his dragon form and shoots his flame at the spell Veronica and Selena had been using.
The spell quickly moved towards Veronica and Selena as the five fought with fire and magic. As soon as it reached them, they would get blown back. The two sisters fly off the roof, but Veronica catches her sister in time before she is off the top entirely. They then fly back up and get back into a fighting position.
As the fight continued, Zane continued shooting his gun at the griffons. Azrael would keep shooting his fire. Eventually, he finally hits them as Ivar holds them in place. The two sisters seemed to try to escape as Ivar held them down. They would bite at his foot and try to wiggle out. But before they could run, they would be burnt to a crisp. They became ash and goop with how melted they were.
Ivar would shake off his foot and return to his human form, his foot covered in blood.
“Now that’s disgusting,” Azrael commented. He did not like seeing the goop and blood from the dead sisters. Eros then says, “Time to clean up!” Eros would go over and lick up the blood as his tail wags. It's just something wild wolves do with blood. He loved the taste of it for some reason.
Dai summons stuff to clean up and starts to help. Then, the rest would follow in helping. That was until he arrived. Justin was still alive as he arrived on the roof.
Now, they had to deal with the boss of the Loniya Family.
The Loniya Boss, Justin, would turn into his massive wolf form and charge at Ivar.
Ivar immediately dodges the attempt and turns into a miniature dragon the size of a giant wolf. “I guess it’s time to pick on someone my size, huh?” Ivar remarks. He then runs at the wolf and rips into him. Justin would whimper and whine as Ivar attacked him.
Justin, though, would escape from Ivar and attack, ripping into Ivar’s skin. Ivar would roan in pain as he continued to bite. Ivar would shake him off, though. It seems their strength was on par with each other. They would then continue to fight back and forth until he eventually shoots a dragon spell at Ivar. The attack would knock one of the Sandalia Family’s freedom fighters, whom we call Ivar, and cause him to fumble back. The group would form a frontier and attack the wolf.
The seven overpowered them, especially the one running in with a gun and shooting wildly at the wolf. The shooting on top of the fighting would eventually kill the wolf, and they would finish their fight.
They then move on to clean up and clear out the dead bodies into a hidden spot.
They then finished the cleanup, and Dai said, “Let’s go home now. I’m tired and wanna see if our son is alright.”
The group all shifts into their human forms, besides Zane, since he is human, and Eros groans, “I wanna kill more stuff! I’m going to go hunt for rabbits when we get home.”
Ivar nods, “Let’s go home.”
Dai then opens a portal to their house, and they all enter. The fight was over, and they had finished their job. Save Axel and Zane while killing off their enemies.
Or so they thought.
Veronica and Selena reform themselves back to where they were just at. Veronica would chuckle, “Imagine being descendants of a weak family. Soon, they will know the power of the griffon hybrids. We will take over the world with the Fed’s help, and they will all bow to us. But for now, we must recover. Let us go home.” The two would then walk home. Along the way, they would drag the dead body of the Loniya Family’s Boss. They were going to revive him soon. Curse him with immortality just like them. That was the plan, at least.
But who knows what will happen now? Will they take over the world? Will they fail miserably? Only the future will tell.
THE END..?

Dragonflight
Peter Parker/Wade Wilson
Rating: Explicit
Tags: Alpha/Beta/Omega dynamics. Scarred Wade. Dragonshifter!Wade. DragonRider!Peter. Dragons. Fantasy AU. Medieval AU. Dragon AU. Alternate Universe. No Powers somewhat. Power changes definitely. Magic. Alpha Wade Wilson. Omega Peter Parker. Aunt May is a delight and I adore her. Adult Peter Parker (of course). Power dynamics. Rough sex. Possessive Wade Wilson. He is an alpha after all. Possessive sex. Breeding kink. Size difference. Size queen Peter Parker. I will list trigger warnings as always. Please let me know if I miss any. Violence. Period-typical sexism. Language. Sex. Anal sex. Top Wade Wilson/Bottom Peter Parker. Peter being a power bottom sometimes. Slow burn. NOT Tom’s Spider-Man but I included Happy because I love him. Probably some OOC. I changed a lot. Mostly origin stories. Had to fit the AU somehow lol.
Summary: Dragons have all but disappeared, let alone the famed Dragon-Riders, and with it has disappeared most information concerning them. Peter Parker has always been a curious Omega, and one of these days it is bound to get him in trouble.
Wade Wilson is one of the last Dragon-Shifters, and as such he isn’t too keen on humans. They slaughtered his friends and family, only he and a few others remain. They have gone into hiding, but perhaps the time for cowering has come to an end.
What happens when two very different people from two very different backgrounds collide? Will chaos ensue with the renewed knowledge of dragons? Almost certainly.
//Trigger Warnings: Language. Violence. Alcohol. Sex. Rough sex. Possessive sex. Gratuitous Smut. Alpha/Beta/Omega Dynamics. Breeding. Size difference. Power Dynamics. Period-typical and AU-typical sexism.\\
Highly inspired by One Reason Why and other A/B/O works by NotEvenCloseToStraight. I absolutely adore the writing style and the dynamics that they incorporate, so they very much deserve a shoutout! Check out their writing if you haven’t already :)

(I'm literally working in Paint 3D with a borrowed computer don't judge me)
New WIP Rambles
(I'll make a real WIP page later)
Fantasy romance series has a brand - Tales from Lumira! It's half fantasy adventure, half romantic suspense, with plenty of queerness abound, so strap in.
In a world where two superpower countries in a cold war threaten to tear the nations between them apart, the smaller nations have no choice but to put aside their differences and work together.
Link to Posted Map
(Yeah, because it's definitely that easy)
From each of the three countries come the greatest scholars, diplomats, and schemers they can find... or that's what they were supposed to do, but no one wants to lose their best to the enemy, and so some of the prospects are... let's say less than stellar.
See, at the centre of the three countries is an area where their borders meet. And it in this place that a hub for stopping the war has been built.
But this is not just a story of diplomacy and cold war, no, it is also a story of adventure. Because half the plan is to form diplomatic alliances, treaties, and trade agreements in order to bolster the alliances with the other countries, all while trying to tempt the superpowers away from all out war.
The other half is seeking out the power to stop the countries and protect themselves should the war break out in full. And the adventures to find out about, research, track down, and retrieve these artifacts are an important side story in every book.
One part earnest semi-camp comedy, two parts adventure fantasy, one part romance with occasional steam, two parts emotional trauma and the effects of war, and some heaping scoops of discussion on cooperation, greed, and the danger of conglomerates.
Funny enough to make you laugh, serious enough to catch you off guard every time, a little too dark to give to your kids (your call, I don't judge), and maybe just maybe enough discussions on mental health and burn out to notice a theme.
If I had to say what it was inspired by - a combination of Dragon Prince, Spy x Family, Winx Club, and Sarah J Maas' entire existence.
So far there's two polyamorous relationships planned -- a triad in which all members are together, and a quad that has three romantic relationships and the rest are platonic. But most of those characters will come later. Only one of them is below (try to guess which!).
Current characters include:
Janan, a hijabi cartographer from Orange country who is determined to help the adventuring party do their best. She's short, chubby, and incredibly in awe of the world around her, but is maybe a little too focused on making good impressions.
Haruka, a hot-tempered and impulsive prince from Lavender country who wants to make his mark as the greatest hero the land has ever known before he takes the crown as king. He is fiercely loyal to his friends and ideals and will not bow to anyone but his mothers and Katsuro.
Katsuro, a sensitive, quiet guard who has known Haruka since they were both children. Immensely protective, it is rare to see Haruka without him, and Katsuro has proven time and time again that his loyalty is to Haruka and not the crown he serves. Katsuro enjoys calligraphy and teaching children.
Zephyr, an anxious, spindly wind elf from the Green country who has a habit of floating whenever they get over-excited or nervous. Zephyr is a historian and is blind in one eye, which makes their flight a little uneven at times. They're far too high strung for their own good but they mean well and try to help.
Cináed (Ki-NAHD), a mute dragonshifter who was kidnapped and drugged and now lives in the dungeons beneath one of the capital cities. Trapped in human form, they have no way to escape and know that on the next blood moon, the king will kill them to eat their heart and gain immortality.
Anyway that's all for now! I hope you like it.
