Quick doodle explaining Spencer Kripke’s anomaly!

Basically Kripke has no shadow whatsoever and cannot produce one be it from the suns light, artificial light, regardless of luminosity or if it’s warm or cold light. Basically none. In addition shadows from other objects or people just pass by Spencer, appearing slightly warped behind him and taking the objects shadow away makes it back to regular.

But uh! This is my oc Dr. Rowan Oasis!

She is a researcher at the SCP Foundation. She's a young scientist that has bounced around sites, cases, and departments. She's nonbinary and uses they/she/it pronouns. She's a very closed off person and prefers to work alone most of the time. Her resting face and stoic attitude tends to drive co-workers away.

She's worked with SCPs such as SCP-999, SCP-682, SCP-049, SCP-590, and more. Despite her young age, she's had experience working in the field and several sites.

Their dog Wagyu (Beef) is her trusty service dog. Her anemia (Idiopathic aplastic) is very debilitating at times in the workplace. She's been on medications and has been on a waitlist for a bone marrow transplant. Wagyu is a very good boy as he helps Rowan any way he can. He makes things a lot easier for her and is well-known in the workplace.

it has been a hot minute since i updated this blog huh

anyway! i have started working on a 049/OC called The Dance of Decay & Dreams! It’s more or less me playing around in the sandbox and being way too indulgent with my own headcanons/ocs.

Location: Site 46, as needed

History: Herman has an extensive background in information collection and undercover work through the FBI and CIA before being recruited to the Foundation on ██/██/████. After recruitment he was trained more in depth with hand to hand combat and firearms.

Additional Notes: Herman is required for the continuance of his employment through the Foundation to attend require psychological evaluation's every two months. If an appointment is missed he isn't available for duty and must have firearms taken from his person. That's for everyone's safety!

We aren't sure who's doing this but don't go around stealing Herman's fake guns. The cleaning staff keeps finding them and it becomes more truble than what it's worth. Unless he gives you one or you find it, leave them with Herman. Dr Foster

If Personal Director Mavrick Foster is haveing harassment issues have Herman handle this. There is no human resources. human resources is Herman.

Who added that? Don't treat Mr. Hernan as human resources, the foundation has human resources and he certainly isn't that!

Fun facts: Everett is my own version of Alto Clef that became this! His old roots in Clef aren't easily seen anymore but they are there I assure you.

Everett has three other siblings, one of them having been abducted before he was hired by the Foundation.

While Herman does have a Midwestern accent he can drop it very quickly and pick up different accents. This goes for language as well with Everett speaking English, Spanish, German and Arabic.

He got into the FBI relatively young and worked his way up into the CIA due to his skills and previous work.

While he never had a set taskforce he belonged to, he worked as a sort of fixer. Coming in when shit hits the fan and leaving nothing left. It's unknown when he became so trigger happy let alone started enjoying others suffering.

Reverend ██████ Segreti - Priest of Site 19

Reverend ██████ Segreti is the head priest to the recently installed church of Site 19. Due to the increased requirement for religious (primarily Christian) needs for the SCPs and staff, the church has become a permanent addition to the foundation.

Reverend Segreti went to catholic school all his life. The influence eventually led him to a seminary in the Vatican City where he got an Associate's in Philosophy and Bachelor's in Theology. After his bachelor's, he served a few years as a military chaplain before returning to the seminary to continue his studies. While acquiring his PhD in Theology and Biblical Studies, he served as a priest in the Vatican City. A few years later, he wished to travel, so he went to several churches in Europe and the Americas. He was traveling around Illinois when he was approached with a job offer from the SCP Foundation upon their installation of a permanent on-site church. He accepted with a curiosity about the foundation and the services they have to offer.

Reverend, only being on-site for a few months, spends most of his days meeting SCPs (e.g. SCP-166) and holding prayers and confessions for available staff members. Not until later did many employees show interest in attending Sunday services. The Reverend's duties extended to performing mass and bible studies.

Several tend to question the Reverend's willingness to continue to serve within the foundation due to his exposure to the inner workings of the foundation and how they may test his faith. Any religious preservation may be due to his relationships with several doctors and their advice in maintaining sanity (what little it may be).
