The Sims 2/Prerelease article for Late 2003 on TCRF described theses from a September 20, 2003 chat on WorldSims.org.

Here are the theses from the chat that are on TCRF:

A chat was held exclusively on September 20, 2003 with one of the Maxis developers.

When asked if pool water was transparent, the developer was doubtful about the question, though it could be referring to hot tubs.

It was confirmed that there would be other types of weather than just rain, including snow and lightning. Neither of those would appear until Seasons.

It is confirmed that there will be more than one neighborhood.

Create-A-Sim originally had a feature for altering height of the Sims.

When asked about the potential feature of Sims communicating with Sims from other neighborhoods, the idea has yet to be concevied, but it may have been reworked into Sub-Neighborhoods in expansion packs.

Lightning death was originally present in the base game, as opposed to shocking the Sim.

It was mentioned that there would be custom tools coming in "Fall 2003/Winter 2004", where it would have "floor and wall editors, object creation program and skinning".

It was confirmed that Sims cannot visit others' houses.

Except that those who answered the questions were not developers of The Sims 2.

Most likely they knew this information from the developers of The Sims 2 themselves, because what is in the game and what is not in it coincides with the information in the chat and with theses on TCRF.

Howdy :) Here's what I've been working on for the past uh— three months. Yes, it took a while.

I can't tell you what got me into Bishop after all this time. Maybe it's the fact that he's ready to throw hands with everything that breaths in his vicinity. Or maybe it's the absolutely deranged plan that led to him running around in a supersuit.

Whatever that may look like. You might have noticed just how incredibly inconsistent the cybernetics are. This man has more accessories than Barbie smh

So of course I had to draw it. This started off as a little experiment to see if I could color in some other way. I can, it takes ages. But I'm happy with how it turned out. The suit is as it appears in the episodes where Bishop is let out of his enclosure to wrestle some demons.

Expect to see more of him. I will venture in my WIPs folder again one of these days.
