Hello! I made these this morning and thought I'd share. You can print these or use them as inspiration for your bullet journal-- whatever works for you. I made one daily cleaning checklist with suggestions and one without. Enjoy :0
I originally made these for myself (since it's easier to remember if I have something I have to physically "check" off) but realized it wouldn't hurt to share.

Janus Estuaries Vol. 3, 1.1924
“Another Off The List: Another On"
The hard part about having too much to do
Is writing down a list
The hardest part about writing down a list
Is that it is one more thing to do
On the newly formed list
Of things to do
Now there is one more thing to do
DONE
There is one less thing to do now
On the long list of many things to do
They are good things
Careful, loving things
Groceries, Dishes, Laundry, Sleep
Taxes, Writing, Eating, Sleep
Finding rest at end of day
Finding words, to her, to say
Getting out with strangers dare
Knowing that the world doesn’t play fair
There is so much left yet to do
I wonder what comes next
I wonder if you wonder too

the mortifying ordeal and sisyphean task of replying back to people after what you convince yourself has been maybe 3 days, maybe almost a week if you'd have to be more honest with the likely amount of time passed from prior experiences
and yet somehow be surprised it's been double the amount of time in reality, and replying back wasn't as terribly energy consuming as the passive poison damage from not getting back yet led you to believe.
and then doing the same thing again because you have crippling executive dysfunction, and doing your best to be gentle and kind to yourself to unlearn beating yourself up about it because it's already hard enough on its own and getting something done, no matter how small, is still something different that is enough in that moment, in the face no change at all

Like y'all are not getting some kind of automatic mental reward for accomplishing tasks come on that HAS to be a capitalist myth. Maybe if you value the task or you're excited to be done for the day but I KNOW people aren't just out there completing tasks just for the enjoyment of completing something because then everyone wouldn't dnf books all the time but they do

In case any of y'all are wondering why I haven't done (insert thing I said I was gonna do) yet, it's because I've collected such a big backlog of brain rot in the 2-3 months I was working on my 3rd year illustration finals I have paralysis and am doing nothing (well, I'm also working on introducing my cat to my families pets while I'm home for the summer and that's taking a lot of time)

Sometimes I wonder how much crossover there actually is between ADHD and autism, vs... if you have ADHD there's a higher chance you have SOME degree of autism, and vice versa. How much of it is inherent to the diagnosis vs subclinical comorbidity

during my last psych appointment my psych recommended me a workbook meant to help adults with adhd develop skills to help them cope with and overcome symptoms, and i started it today. and it got me thinking. it’s so easy for me to wish my adhd had been caught when i was much younger, since i’ve been suffering from it my entire life, but i’m not sure i would have stuck with anything to help it. when i was younger failure was worse, and if i failed once, i avoided everything to do with it at all costs and never tried again. so maybe i’m actually at the right time in my life to start tackling my adhd, because i have the determination and mentality to do it.

there is nothing i hate more than a fucking geography assignement. so in this text we’ll be seeing why CITY is ADJECTIVE. we’ll mention how CITY possesses CHARACTERISTIC and INDUSTRY and OTHER THING. cf provided textbook. so. CHARACTERISTIC is present in CITY. INDUSTRY is keeping the economy the way it usually is. they have OTHER THING which fulfills its intended practical purpose. according to the provided checklist, CITY is thus ADJECTIVE. pls good grade thx xoxo.
