• "I am not sure yet love, We were just about to discuss it" You say softly, standing up to gelp him take off his sword and coat. Already feeling his eyes following you as you did this-

• "We wished to temporarily barrow your ruby necklace Madame." Zoro said still bowing formally

• Mihawk's eyebrow twitching at hearing this-

So I was wondering if you could share some of the songs on your playlist? Or even some songs that you associate with certain characters/tropes/scenarios?

I always love it when you send me asks, @sexc-snail.

I absolutely DO have a Mihawk playlist. I share the playlist construction with another creator on Tumblr who I love, cherish and adore: @sordidmusings. We add to it as we write, recommend songs as they come to us to help with words in works.

I could get into a long, long rant about music so I will add a page break here ❤. Lots of song recs to follow for the OPLA cast so far.

I am a violinist; have been playing for 25 years this year (I AM GETTING OLD, JEEPERS CREEPERS). Music is a great, passionate love affair for me and I adore learning about songs and pieces new and old. Here are some recommendations for songs and vibes I associate with the characters and the tropes.

I never add lyrics to my fics so the readers can visualize their own favourite melodies where they see fit, but I do have tunes in mind when I write them. The only fic I've really centralised a song about is the "You Should Be Sad" Mihawk fic I wrote a while back and the Koby series I'm writing.

NOOOOOOOO I LOST THE AU I WROTE FOR YOU 😭😭😭 I LITERALLY SENT IT AND TUMBLR SAID "NETWORK ERROR". L FOR THE WIFI. L. Not cool I'm literally crying I thought that AU was genius. It was a Teacher!Buggy AU with Crocomom and Dadhawk. + Shanks co-parenting Luffy with Crocodile. That note was so long I literally spent like 45 mins writing it here on your ask and it was just. Gone. Or I think it did. Why does life hate me. I'm just gonna be brief with this cuz I still think it's golden lmao. Croco and Mihawk work long hours so their kids (Luffy, Zoro, Perona) have to wait for a few hours until they're picked up by their parents. The school doesn't have school buses bc I said so (no I am not cruel it's just out of my budget /j). So Buggy takes the responsibility to keep them comfortable and entertained while they wait. Croco and Mihawk meeting this charming (and clown looking) blue-haired guy and they start courting him. Shanks gets dragged in on the courting bc of Luffy. Also he was already courting Buggy. I didn't write their process of courting I basically skipped and went,, their wedding will take part in a Goth castle. And the design are all sunshine and rainbows (literally). Sanji, Usopp, Nami, Vivi, Zoro and Luffy being in a class along with other kids. Franky, Robin, Jinbei and Brook are in higher classes. Chopper is atom. Not here in the world yet. Perona is like, 2-3yrs older than her brothers so. Yeah *awkwardly shuffles* (I love perona I swear-). Implied Zosan. Some rando: but you didn't imply shi— Me: Shhh I did. *gaslighting*. Law is also there in the classroom with lower grade strawhats. He's suffering. He only attends 3 days a week tho, he's mostly homeschooled bc of his sickness. He's homeschooled by Cora. (You can pry Law and Cora from my cold dead hands. You can separate them when I dissolve into ashes). Don't worry as he gets older his sickness is cured. Ofc he's cured by Cora. He's saved by Cora in every universe. In every AU. Every Era. Every life they will ever live. I will die on that hill– *applies the nobody dies/everyone lives tag on this AU* let my babies be happy pls. Let my man Cora live and travel the world with this emo boy (Law). Doffy isn't real, he can't hurt anyone. Ace is there. Sabo is there. Every One Piece character is out there somewhere. They're like hidden stones and you have 0.02% of finding them. I thought I was just making a Teacher!Buggy AU but then it turns into a Modern!AU for everyone. Let's gooooo. Sora divorces with Judge and remarry with Zeff so now Sanji lives with all his brothers and his sister. They get separate classrooms tho, and reiju is perona's age so she's besties with her. (I do not play by canon's rules with ages bc i live in my own world) They both tease their brothers (Sanji and Zoro) about their crushes on each other. The heart crew is there. Bepo is a dog, a very fluffy one. Kuina is alive. Kaya is there, same classroom with Usopp. I have no idea how to continue this lmao, but I do hope you find this interesting bc Buggy is 100% great with kids and probably teaches well bc he is a big nerd and makes lessons interesting. (Also, the whole reason why I wrote this instead of letting the idea slip through my mind like the others is bc the image of two goth men courting a clown looking mf was funny to me. So here we are lmao. The way I wrote this makes Shanks look like he's the person they let into their open relationship twice lol I'm so sorry 😭😭)

That's really sad, I really like this idea (though I see Shanks and Buggy more as siblings, but I understand the idea of Shuggy) It's fine that this became about so many people, I really like this.

Teacher!Buggy sounds so cool, you know that he's the flashiest and maybe one of the craziness of the things he'll do to get his students good things that will boost their learning. He knows that every kid might not have the same learning paths as others.

How many classes does this man teach? Who knows, too many for how much he gets paid. All teachers needs to get paid more.

I would think Jinbei and Brook being other fun teachers in the school, like Tom could be as well!

I really like this idea, and the imagine of two gothic men trying to court a clown-looking mf is really funny to me as well.

A-Activities (what do they like to do with their s/o? How do they spend their free time with them?)

sanji will do anything and everything with you. farmers markets, cooking together, walks along the beach, reading next to one another… you name it. as long as it’s with you, sanji doesn’t care what it is you do together, because any time with you is time well spent.

B-Beauty (what do they admire about their s/o? what do they think is beautiful about them?)

true to his character, sanji admires every single thing about you. every inch of you is beautiful in his eyes. he spends every morning whispering in your ear how beautiful you are (both inside and out).

C-Comfort (how would they help their s/o when they feel down/have a panic attack etc.?)

sanji’s go to comforting technique is food. food makes everything better. if you’re feeling down, anxious or anything, food is the answer. however, he also tends to mix in lots of words of affirmation and physical affection.

D-Dreams (how do they picture the future with their s/o?)

marriage and kids are things he’s thought about doing with you since the minute he met you. sanji wants to live happily doing what he loves with the person he loves most in the world. that’s all that matters to him.

E-Equal (are they the dominant one in the relationship or rather passive?)

naturally, sanji is very bold and loud, causing most people to think he’d be more dominant in a relationship. however, when it comes to your relationship, you are the one that runs it. whatever you say, goes. sanji will not argue; he is at your beck and call.

F-Fight (would they be easy to forgive their s/o? How are they fighting?)

sanji has one rule and that is to never, ever fight with you. sanji would rather have zoro cut his head off than ever dream of fighting with you. but, if an argument or disagreement is brewing sanji apologizes immediately and will do anything to make right the situation.

G-Gratitude (how grateful are they in general? Are they aware of what their s/o is doing for them?)

sanji thanks you for being a part of his life and loving him, every day. he takes your fave in his hands and proudly states “thank you for helping me become the man i am today” before placing a kiss on your forehead. you helped him grow and change for the better and he will do everything in his power to show his appreciation.

H-Honesty (do they have secrets they hide from their s/o? Or do they share everything?)

there isn’t a single thing in this world that sanji would ever hide from you, unless it is something that would endanger you. but, even then it takes every ounce of his self control to not let you know what’s going on. he hates having to lie to you; it eats him up inside.

I-Inspiration (did their s/o change them somehow, or the other way around? Like trying out new things or helped them overcome personal problems?)

it’s no secret that sanji has a track record for being overly eccentric and flirty with all women, however, after meeting you, he changed. the flirting and heart eyes for anyone other than you, stopped. being with you has really allowed sanji to settle down.

J-Jealousy (do they get jealous easily? How do they deal with it?)

yes and no. sanji is well aware that you only have eyes for him. he’s actually really confident and secure in your relationship, because you both frequently remind each other. however, sanji’s jealously can rear its ugly head when you’re around people he doesn’t like, namely zoro. once the jealousy starts to surface he’ll get even clingier and more bold with his displays of affection.

K-Kisses (are they a good kisser? What was the first kiss like?)

if there’s one thing about kissing sanji it’s that each and every kiss is so passionate and full of love; he sweeps you off your feet everytime.

but, it also smells and tastes like cigarettes. it was quite a shock during your first kiss to be hit with that much tobacco. if the cigarette scent and flavor isn’t your thing, sanji will do everything in his power (other than quitting) to get rid of it.

L-Love confession (how would they confess to their s/o?)

sanji tells you very very early on into your relationship. he basically sings it out loud for everyone to hear. however, it takes a while for you to realize that he is actually in love with you and not just infatuated.

M-Marriage (do they want to get married? How do they propose? What would the marriage be like?)

sanji is going to marry you. that much he is certain of. it’s something he’s known since meeting you. he wants nothing more than to tell the whole entire world that he is yours, and you are his.

sanji, being sanji, is going to have some absolutely grand romantic proposal planned that is perfectly tailored to your relationship. it’s going to make you remember just how much you love him.

N-Nicknames (what do they call their s/o?)

he loves to call you every gooey, sweet, loving term of endearment in the book. but, his favourite is “my love.”

O-On cloud nine (what are they like when they are in love? Is it obvious for others? How do they express their feelings?)

when sanji is in love, everyone knows it - including you. he’s not one to shy away from his feelings. he’ll tell it to you straight (or show it to you with food and romantic gestures).

P-PDA (are they upfront about their relationship? Do they brag with their s/o in front of others? Or are they rather shy to kiss etc. when others are watching?)

sanji love love loves PDA. he would kiss you, hug you, spin you around, feed you and dance with you in front of the whole world if he could. he’s happy and willing to demonstrate just how much he loves you.

Q-Quirk (some random ability they have that is beneficial in a relationship?)

it’s not random in the slightest, but with sanji you have your own personal chef. and you better believe it certainly has its benefits!

R-Romance (how romantic are they? What would they do to make their s/o happy? Cliché or rather creative?)

this man is perhaps the most romantic individual you will ever come across. flowers, candlelit dinners, sunset walks on the beach, having his undivided attention… anything you can think of, anything you want this man will do for you.

S-Support (are they helping their s/o achieve their goals do they believe in them?)

for sanji, the second your relationship begins, your goals become his goals and vice verse. so really, he’s your biggest cheerleader! he believes in you and your goals 110%. more than that though, he is right next to you every step of the way; ready to lend you a hand the second you ask.

T-Thrill (do they need to try out new things to spice out your relationship or do they prefer certain routine?)

sanji loves your relationship exactly as it is. he doesn’t feel the need to change anything. he’s definitely open to any ideas you have to spice up your relationship if you so desire.

U-Understanding (how good do they know their partner? Are they empathetic?)

sanji knows you like the back of his hand. he can read you like a book and responds accordingly. you’ll never meet someone more understanding than him.

V-Value (how important is the relationship to them? What is it’s worth in comparison to other things in their life?)

your relationship is the most important thing in his life (and helping luffy become pirate king). everything else in his life comes in second. there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for you.

W-Wild card (a random fluff headcanon?)

when you can’t sleep sanji hums little lullabies to help put your mind at ease. sometimes he even makes up lullabies about how much he loves you.

X-XOXO (Are they very affectionate? Do they love to kiss and cuddle?)

unsurprisingly, sanji is very affectionate. any chance he gets he’s showering you with love and affection whether it be compliments, kisses all over your face, hugs or cooking your favourite meal.

Y-Yearning (how will they cope when they are missing their partner?)

sanji nearly drives himself insane when you’re away. when you’re not around it’s like a piece of him is missing. but to try and cope does all of your favourite things and cooks all of your favourite meals to make it feel like your still there. and then when it gets closer to your arrival date he’ll go around preparing everything on the ship to make sure it’s perfect for when you return.

Z-Zeal (are they willing to go to great lengths for the relationship? If so, what kind?)

sanji would do literally anything for you. he would die for you and your relationship. all you need to do is say the words.

Fake Wedding Date Sakusa - i remember this was one of the first times i wrote for kiyoomi and also one of the first times in a while where my heart was actually racing as i was writing it LOL but seriously he is the blueprint for protective, attentive boyfriend

blood moonlit, must be counterfeit - don't get me wrong!! I like this fic, but writing it was kinda hard because it didn't come to me as easily as bakugo fics usually do. rushed romantic interactions without a lot of exposition aren't my forte, so cramming in a makeout session at the end felt off. but i'm glad everyone liked it nonetheless !

Most definitely No Prey, No Pay (opla!zoro x you) - this fic was when i really started liking writing banter and continuing the worldbuilding from the first fic was fun :)

Beach Day (End Game series) - i am sooo proud of this entire series but this chapter in particular is my favorite of all time. it felt like a perfect culmination of the romantic tension established thus far, and the implication of former pro!reader made it even sweeter

holy shit I Think He Knows - if you're a kiri lover you're literally going to adore this LMAO i actually really liked writing this concept and i was actually dying (/j) by the end of it

Happiest: life's no fun without a good scare it's a halloween fic but it's still one of the happiest things i've written and i love it <33 Saddest: uhh like any of the suguru pieces, but i think Back to December is the saddest Most comedic: long story short I LOVE DRUNK ATSUMU

hey everyone, your favourite floppy eared writer here! i’ve finally come up with a list of what i’m willing to writing to prompt people to send me ideas (yay!).

currently i’m open to writing for haikyuu, my hero academia, chainsaw man, jujustu kaisen, demon slayer, and some k-pop. basically this blog is a read at your own risk, read what you like or maybe try something new and always remember, read the tags.

i am open to writing smut, fluff, angst, combinations of them. long fics, short fics. i try to focus on one character/person per post, but i am willing to make the same idea work for multiple characters/people. i specialize in daddy kink though, so i will write all the daddy kink you’d ever want. all i ask is nothing with minors, for example all the haikyuu characters are aged up to their present selves, roughly in their mid twenties.

i write male, female, gender neutral readers, along with readers of colour and plus size readers! i also do polyam relationships. i’m flexible with what you, the reader, want to see.
