Soft and slow footsteps padded along the soil, every once in awhile a twig snapping or a leaf crunching underfoot. It had been more than a week since she had gotten kicked out by that man. Asanoha had lost count exactly how many days it had been. But she knew she had long gotten accustomed to what used to be an uncomfortable feeling against her soles.

It was a wonder she managed to stay as clean as she had thus far thanks to the rivers that flowed through the forest. However, she had to look at her reflection every time, noticing that her cheeks were sinking in. The little bit of fat she did have was gone and bags were starting to form under her eyes. Asanoha was starving to the point that she felt numb. The few edible plants she managed to scrounge up was never enough and it only made her stomach ache more. Trying to catch fish had turned out to be more of a task than she had expected and often, she didn’t get anything.

This was how mommy looked before she died...

Asanoha paused in her walked for a moment, mulling over that one thought. She didn’t have anyone. She was alone. The thought was enough to bring tears to her eyes, yet no sound left her. The only indicator of her pain and sorrow were the tears that trailed down her cheeks which Asanoha was quick to wipe away when she heard the wind rustle the leaves in the trees. The forest was whispering again.

The temptation was there. The breeze caressed her hair, almost mimicking the comforting touch of her deceased mother. 

Monster. Leave. Die. Those were the last words she heard from that man. Her own blood hated her.

Asanoha grimaced, continuing forward towards where the trees gave way to the crags and she could smell the salt water and hear the waves crashing against the sharp rocks below louder than the taunting whispers of the forest. This wasn’t the first time she found herself here. This was where the night sky was most beautiful. But the clouds blocked the stars from her tonight. 

It was dark. And she felt the feeling of despair creeping further and encompassing her heart. Asanoha stepped forward again, nearing the edge of the cliff, only stopping when there was nothing else ahead of her.

“I could just walk right off... The fall is long and the rocks are sharp. It would be over quickly, right? Maybe the ocean will sweep me away.” She mumbled to herself.

Small pebbles crumbled away from the cliff under Asanoha’s weight as she looked below her and just as she had resolved herself to going over the edge, the clouds began to part and the full moon shone bright. Almost blinding. 

You’re more special than you know. You carry a very important legacy. Her mother had told her that once. 

She didn’t understand back then, but this blood that people called cursed meant something to her mother. And that was enough to make her pause and reconsider. Asanoha backed away from the edge before crumbling to her knees and finally allowing herself to grieve. 

This life wouldn’t be easy, but giving up would not bring her mother any justice. So she would live no matter how much it hurt.

“I wish you could have been there,” Nine murmured against her skin. Her fingers glided easily up from his shoulders to the sides of his neck as he pressed kisses into the crook of hers slowly, finishing each before moving on to the next inch of skin. He sighed as her fingertips press a bit firmer into his skin, releasing some of the tension Ciphers were so prone to carry with them. Nine’s was often in his shoulders and in the hard set of his jaw as he focused during important briefs.

That much they shared. She appreciated it. Of course, she had swatted away his mild advances at first on principle - these partnerships really never lasted, but he hadn’t missed a stride on their objectives. Sure, he thought she was beautiful, but Dromund Kaas was filled with beautiful women and Ciphers weren’t exactly known for checking their wandering eyes.

But… Nine did what was necessary, what his judgement drove him to. Shara leaned her head against his, eyes half-lidded in the darkness of her apartment with rain against the windows as she carded her fingers lightly into his short crop of dirty blond hair.

Nine, she had found, hadn’t been like most of her other agents. He was still alive, for one. And… this was… nice. Real, even, though neither of them dared to test it by giving it form in words.

He had stilled with her tucked into his arms, flush against his chest and one hand buried comfortably in her hair, a thumb caressing the shell of her ear.

For just a few moments like this, even Shara Jenn could forget their lives belonged to the Empire before all else.

“The mountains really are endless… The skies were so clear, so… blue…”

A faint smile slipped across her lips as she closed her eyes. Alderaan sounded like an amazing planet when they ignored their operations there and the civil war. Within these walls, in this bed barely large enough for the pair of them, she could allow them that much. She could allow him that much.

She shifted and idly brushed a hand along his jaw, her fingers catching faintly in that carefully done close shave that feathered his lower jaw. It was a good look on him. His pale gray eyes almost seemed to catch what little low light penetrated the room from the cloud-covered sky outside.

She was relieved recent… events… had not changed them. Him. Not that she could notice. And not that she would ever tell. The Minister had made her promise - just another Intelligence secret, as was their jobs.

Nine smiled back at her, reaching up to tuck her bangs back out of her face. “‘Course.., most of it isn’t half as lovely as you…”

Shara snorted and a smile cracked across her lips. He had a funny way of bringing that undignified noise out of her. “Now you’re just flattering me, Cipher. It still won’t buy you any favors.”

He chuckled softly - a sound low, warm, and rumbling. Something genuine. A facet of her Cipher Nine that, generally, only she got to see. “Wouldn’t dream of it.., Keeper.”

“Good to see you haven’t lost your manners out there,” she teased lightly. She leaned up, braced against his chest, and stole another slow, soft kiss to linger in, to feel his arms wrap around her waist to hold her. He trailed from her lips to explore along her jaw, once again taking every inch as if it was their first time.

It assured her she was just as certain to trust him in his field work as she was to let him into her home - or what passed for it, anyway. Headquarters more accurately bore that name, but even she, the Minister had insisted several times in her career, needed a place to even briefly ‘escape’ the work. As if they ever could.

They closed their eyes as she rested her forehead against his, listening to the gentle flow of his breathing and falling into the soft, rhythmic draw of his hands across her back. “You fly out early tomorrow,” she reminded him.

“Mmm,” Nine acknowledged. “I’m sure I can still spend the night, just leave early… Will I wake you..?”

“Doubtful,” she lied. The faint puff of an amused breath told her he knew. A smile curled across her lips as she opened her eyes, meeting his expectant gaze that reaffirmed exactly that. “Besides, I can think of worse things than watching you leave.”

“Now who’s charming?” he purred before he pulled her down into another kiss.

Brothers anon and I actually was skipping through the official City of Mizu episode and realized I missed Skeppy as a idol. So if you follow Skeppy you get to learn about different kinds of gems and what they can be used for, get trained on proper safety when mining, what to look for and avoid when mining, and they also get to go on supply runs that specifically require mining, though not many people follow Skeppy because mining is dangerous. Also I missed Charles personality a good bit so ima change it to where he's still quite, reserved and anxious, but is adventurous, curious, dedicated to his interests, and when given the chance or talking about his interests he gets very excited and talks a lot. Like a excited puppy. 

1: People can get kicked out of a idol following for many reasons, like disrespecting the idol and their peers, claiming some of the history their learning is fake, attacking anyone in the city (like stabbing, they just get chastised for fist fights), and breaking multiple rules of the city. And some people don't choose a idol, though its highly unlikely as those who don't know what idol to pick tend to pick Tommy or Tubbo. Those who choose not to choose a idol, tend to only work in farming, as its a easy job to learn. Its for these people that the idol-less council member was added, the council member also represent other cities and kingdoms that do still acknowledge and trade with Mizu. Most houses are actually built out of the side, like how we saw the idol rooms in the official episode, and their kind of scattered about, theres some halls filled with homes, but some halls have no homes. The halls with the homes tend to be the biggest/widest halls of the city, as to allow for room for the families living there, and also because theres sometimes stores in this area. Some halls also have multiple levels to allow for more room, these specific halls are referred to as Residential Complex, and only house homes in their multiple levels. While halls that hold only a few homes arent called anything special. Because outside affairs are very complex, most kingdoms and cities ignore Mizu, treating them with disgust and some times, people who have done supply runs that go into cities have reported having higher prices on what they want to buy, and disrespect from all citizens and police. But some kingdoms and cities respect them and trade with them without any tricks. The councils main agurement in this situation is that, the nice city is very far away, a weeks travel, but the mean city is close, only a 2 day walk away. They agure about what to do and what city to travel too for all supply runs. And another agurement that the council often has is what to do with visitors, they had visitors in the past that had destroyed and stole items in Mizu while causing disruptions, but some also brought their own culture and items and happily exchanged said culture and items. So their conflicted on if visitors should be welcomed or turned away. 

3: He went through what Ranbob did, being held to high standards that he just couldn't meet. But unlike Ranbob, he spoke up about his problems and managed to get held to lesser standards and allowed time to recover. When he moved out he originally lived on his own in a forest, and because he was vulnerable to monsters he didn't know how to handle, he had to make many fast paced despite when cornered by monsters or when trying to save crops or his house. And since he was also the oldest child of a 6 child family, he had to constantly look after his siblings, giving him his father-like attitude and knowing how to help people in basically almost any situation. His siblings are (current ages) Nick-17, calm, information nerd, introverted and Benjamins favorite brother. Rock-10, a tiny gremlin that loved to mess with people, he often broke bones or broke items when playing due to his rough play style and broke rules, Benjamin was the only one who could calm him. Ion-16, a teen that is very adventurous and always wandering off, she always talked about traveling the world, the hardest one for Benjamin to keep track of. Stellar-13, in love with space, but other than that is a normal child, but she also has a fascination with monsters like enderman, often wondering where they come from, Benjamin doesnt have any strong opinions on her.  And finally, Juka-15, they are very invested in redstone, often experimenting on it and trying to make different things with it, often the stuff they make blows up, Benjamin admires Juka's persistence and love for redstone but also wishes they'd stop blowing up the damn kitchen. 

8: Totems do exist, their just so rare its not believed Techno managed to have and use one. So that part of the story got lost and left out over time. Pandoras vault has fallen, mostly because of a break out by Dream that destroyed most of it, and because it had fallen into disrepair. And they do have such advanced technology to make such a prison now, but they doubted the SMP had such technology and availability to do it in their time. And there is also a great lack of evidence (expect for the actual building, but even then people agure it was used for something else) supporting the existence of Pandoras Vault. 

Ran and Ranbob used to feel confused and hurt, not understanding why the world hated their home and why the world was so mean to them. Over time they learned why they where shunned, but still didn't completely understand. Eventually they grew used to it, and learned to avoid saying where they lived, unless they wanted to partake in a fight. They very very rarely say that they came from Mizu, as they had learned long ago from both classes and personal experience. But a few times it was revealed they lived in Mizu, they had to just endure it and move along, even though Ran really wanted to punch a fucker. They became friends when Charles went to him during the trip to the flower field, asking to join in on a game he was playing. Its a miracle the two didn't get a heart attack tbh.

10: He was not! Ranbob was too weak for Dream to access all of his powers. And Dreams constant hold of control and withholding food and all the essentials from him, made him even weaker. No one is aware of it, not even Ranbob. A mix of pissed, a weird sort of pride, and determination. The pride and determination is there because knowing Dream thinks that way of them, confirms that they're enough of a threat that Dream actually acknowledges them. And helps them believe that they could truly beat Dream if they tried. Though it also means Dream will try his damned best to kill them. 

13: Yeah he comes out on top, he still has some advantages over the others even without tatics, like his speed and he knows how to sneak around and use the area to his advantage pretty well. 

14: He seemed more finicky, more nervous and anxious. Constantly trying to seperate himself from the group when he tends to stay very close by. And more on edge/quick to snap at others.

 Ayy! Starting off with Skeppy and Charles, what a wonderful way to begin. How did Skeppy’s few followers mine? Were there mines under the sea floor? Did they travel out of Mizu to go find mines in the earth? 

1: Hm, interesting. The idol-less leader seems to have quite a bit on their shoulders, if they deal with all outside affairs. Were they specifically selected to learn their position? Since you said most of them farm, but all those politics and stuff seem kind of different from it. Does Ranbob remember any of the nice cities? Did either boy ever meet a former visitor that recognized them from back then?

3: Benjamin’s family sounds really cool. Does the gang ever get to meet them? If so, how do they get along with them?

8: Huh. Well, how about Woodland Mansions? What happened to those, to make totems so rare? So Pandora still stands today? Cool. Does the gang ever come across it? Where would it be located-or well, what areas would be around it? Is it used for anything else nowadays?

And that sucks. If this happens while the brothers are at odds with each other, do they still help each other out with it, since they’re being mocked about their home, or do they just ignore it, and such. How do their respective groups feel both about them being from Mizu, and how they’re treated for it, both before and after the two hauntings started to merge? Did it effect how they thought of them in anyway?

And that sounds cute. What game was it, and who won? 

10: Hmm. Was Dream aware he was causing Ranbob to become weaker, or was he that out of touch with human needs? Also, I think I remember way back then, you mentioned this part of Dream was the evil bits that survived his death.

What do you think would happen if they somehow managed to end up seeing the good parts, maybe with a similar artifact that Ranbob found in your supposed fluff?

01. biography !

so ! clementine was born in florida. & yes, her real name is clementine. her mom thot it was the cutest name idea ever. clementine mostly goes by clem. she comes from the town [redacted] in florida bcoz i am too lazy to look up a specific town <3 but alas ! it was swampy and humid and she lived in a trailer park. 

her parents got knocked up at nineteen. clem was born nine months after a particularly wild 1999 fourth of july. her birthday is march 26th and she’s an aries. 

(TW: addiction, child injury) clem’s dad was a gambling addict and petty criminal—he wld steal credit cards n whatnot. he wld gamble away diaper money n it would cause constant fighting until her dad finally left. her mom took this very hard n began drinking a bit too often, leaving clem to to make cereal for dinner n fend for herself. once clem tried to make hot dogs on the stove and spilled boiling water on herself. got a p bad burn on her arm/shoulder and still has a big scar.

the soundtrack of her childhood was cicadas buzzing and stray dogs barking. the sizzle and pop of natty light cans. turning up her ipod to max volume to drown out the sounds of her mother fighting with her new boyfriend.

throughout her upbringing, clem’s dad was always in and out of the picture. he’d blow into town when he hit it big. he’d take her on these little “adventures” like staying in a motel 6 n renting movies at block buster n ordering good pizza nt the dominos shit she ate with her mom lol. ofc he was charging it all to someone’s stolen credit card. he’d always promise to, like, take clem away. n clem was a daddy’s girl so she believed him. the last time it happened was her h.s. graduation. her mom didn’t show ( "overslept” after a bender ) but her dad did and surprised her n said everything wld be different. bt then he bailed on their plans for the next day n when she called his cell, the number was disconnected. tht was the defining “i’m done” moment. clem promised to never be disappointed by her father again.

(TW: racism) her mother has mexican ancestry and clem’s always been called her twin. but clem was raised in a predominately white area and honestly ?? it was really hard without her even realizing it. she’s still unpacking a lot of things today abt her youth that jst weren’t okay bt she thought were normal. like microaggressions, stereotypes, being fetishized by boys in high school. gross shit.

as a kid, clem was rumored to be really poor bc she wore tattered clothes n got free lunch at school. once she invited a friend to her house & the next day they told everyone it’s in a trailer park. that reputation—the “trailer park girl”—was really hard to shake. and clem got almost desperate to shake it. she was endlessly trying to set her old self on fire and emerge from the ashes like a phoenix.

eventually clem became more “popular”. in school she was, like, a straight b student. very average although super creative and quick-thinking. she always had street smarts. problem solving skills. independence. more of, like, practical intelligence as opposed to book smarts because academia bores her tbh. she was like why am i reading these overrated boring books by dead white men or learning abt polynomials when i know nothing abt how to pay a mortage or do taxes. like...she saw the american education system as bullshit and put in modest effort because she didn’t believe it deserved her sweat and tears. 

however, she entered the online lottery for the seas program on a whim and got in. so she’s studying creative writing now.

02. personality !

first thing you shld know abt clem is that she’s a compulsive liar essentially—she tells various stories to make her life seem better than what it was. to one person, she’s an heiress to a real estate company and grew up wealthy. to the next she was raised by nomadic hippies. some of her lies are small fibs while others are grandiose tales. she rarely talks about her actual upbringing. she hates talking abt her family or the v real trauma of growing up in a household where both parents struggled w/ addiction; the uncertainty, the broken promises, the fact that she had to grow up so soon and deal w/ so much. it wasn’t fair, and if she thinks about it too much, she feels this anger. anger at the universe. anger at her circumstances. she doesn’t know where to put this anger. she doesn’t know how to shrink it. so she avoids it.

despite her rough upbringing, though, clem is actually really sweet and kind. she’s adventurous, fun-loving, free-spirited, and bold. 

bt ! she can also be closed-off, competitive and restive. 

she’s seemingly tight with everyone? like she’s jst that girl who can get along with anyone tbh. 

in her spare time you can catch her tanning by the pool, hanging at the bar, playing pool ( which she learned from her dad ), and socializing. she’ll never say no to hanging out with people. 

she learned a lot from her little “adventures” with her dad, who was very good at conning others and often involved her in his dumb little scams. clem is suuuper good at pulling the ‘im baby 🥺’ card to get what she wants.

she can be a little selfish, because she grew up looking out for herself. 

stubborn and dogmatic as hell !!!

she doesn’t do too many relationships but when she does fall, i imagine she falls hard and fast. she refuses to be made a fool of, tho. when she gets vulnerable she flashes back to being a kid, waiting all day for her dad to show up only to have him bail on her. again. she hates that feeling. so if she, like, senses a shift in someone’s energy she’ll b like, “i’ll break up with u before u can do it to me” and the person wasn’t even tryna dump her lmao.

has a lot of sex. too much ?? sex?? mayb. but she’s v sex positive.

her personal style is v late 90s. hair clips, big scrunchies, neon, fur trim, crop and tube tops, hoop earrings, chokers, patterns, platform shoes, biodegradable glitter cuz it’s good fr the earth *winks*. clothes from o-mighty.......actually jst google o mighty, pull up the images and That is clem. she dresses like a bratz doll. she’s dedicated to the aesthetic.

03. headcanons !

her item brought from home is a hot pink poker chip from a casino. her dad gave it to her. he said it reminded him of her because of the color; he got it during one of his winning streaks and said it was lucky. she has a complicated relationship w/ her dad n doesn’t even speak to him anymore, bt she will never go anywhere without it.

she’s a smol bean—only 5′4

an astrology girl and she reads palms ! she absolutely makes astrology tik toks that people only watch because she’s hot. her flirting technique is to ask you to read your palm.

she doesn’t typically drink to get drunk. but she does love a good sugary cocktail. to her, a drink is like an accessory. a blue fishbowl by the pool, a jack and coke as she stands around a bar. usually she'll nurse the same beverage for a while. if you see her wasted it usually means she’s going thru it emotionally lol. the one thing she does do is drugs tho 

pretty much listens to exclusively female artists.

| Fur Color/Body Type: Black and overall he’s pretty average looking, looks a b i t muscular tbh

| Appearance: Let’s start off with the actual appearance instead of the clothing, he got his ears cropped from a young age (where he comes from, it's a mixed thing really, in his pack specifically cropped ears were a rite of passage while to other packs cropped ears were ghastly and considered cruelty but eh to each their own) so now his ears are pointed, he also has a silver earring on the top of his right ear! His teeth are razor sharp and his paw pads are relatively natural coloring a charcoal color, on the middle paw pad of his right paw there is some kind of birthmark there it seems, it’s shaped like a simple circle BUT the birthmark’s meaning is the crucial bit here, it is essentially a high stature sorta thing, only his father has that birthmark of the entire pack, even all the sons and daughters from various litters never held that birthmark, not until Tyrone came along.

His outfit he usually wears is a black leather jacket that has spikes on the shoulder pads with a white t-shirt underneath, he’s got a black collar with a LOT of spikes surrounding it on, more so than the usual spiked collars and they are actually VERY sharp (it’s essentially to protect his neck during fights, I’ll explain that in a bit though) but also it just looks cool, it’s got a bone hanging down the front with his name written in cursive on it, he usually wears charcoal black jeans that are ripped with chains hanging down them (even though his tail is stubby he still cut a hole for it bc that’d still be uncomfy tbh), he doesn’t wear any boots though, boots tend to give him aches while walking.

He’s also got a lot of scars, his most prominent scarring is one on the nose, three over his right eye but he can still see out of it surprisingly, a few long ones near his neck and some old puncture wounds from what looks like dog teeth, and finally claw marks up and down his arms, belly, back, and legs.

Oh btw, even tho he wears a shirt without it you can see he has white patch of fur running down his chest and stomach! Just another lil detail.

| Personality: Tough, stubborn, sometimes a little too cocky for his own good, narcissistic even sometimes? He can be VERY protective and loyal however to the right people/animals, he’s always on high alert of his surroundings and the people around him despite not seeming like he is sometimes, he can be very calm and stable and he USUALLY thinks before he acts but that’s not ALWAYS the case, he can be quiet and reserved sometimes as well but it’s rare, he’s usually pretty much an extrovert although not many people nor other animals approach him, he looks and sounds intimidating as hell and while it CAN be a good thing it can also be a bad thing, deep down he’s a good guy, he’s soft, sweet, kind, and caring! He doesn’t like that most treat him as a terrifying threat or beast, he ain’t about hurting someone just for fun!

The only time he EVER attacks is in self defense OR in defense of the people he cares about, and even then that has to be when he’s ABSOLUTELY pushed to his limit, he’s more so a big referee toward things like fights n shit like that, he’ll body block the two offenders or put himself in front of those he’s trying to protect and usually all he needs to do is speak or growl and that usually sends offenders running off, and even then if they persist he’ll then try giving corrections (corrections are a HUGE thing among his pack) while he won’t actually bite them, he’s going to make a lot of horrifying sounds and act like he’s going to, and usually because to most dogs, not just his pack (yeah corrections are common amongst most dogs too i know) he’ll even go as far as to put someone/another dog especially on their side.

Sure, humans… Are very different and more complex but even then, most of them after being checked by a huge seven foot three dog like him, most will think twice before continuing to try and escalate things. Unfortunately because of his size (he’s the second biggest in his pack, the first being his father likewise) most other dogs, especially ones of his own breed try to challenge him a LOT, and he doesn’t like fighting, usually he ignores these but if they keep on bothering him, he’ll try and give them a warning, aka something like a correction essentially, he’ll tell them very clearly to back off but if they lunge for him or try to go for him at all, then he will NOT hold back, he’s not going to let himself be pushed around or killed just because some dog is butthurt about him being bigger than they are.

| Side Facts: Likewise, his scars have come from SEVERAL fights, some even from his own pack which… His father didn’t take a liking to at all and especially not his mother… His father was the alpha and despite being a male in this situation he actually stepped in quite a lot, however his father was a bit more…

Let’s just say a little more forgiving, his mother was an absolute SPITFIRE, she ruled with an iron fist and she didn’t tolerate ANY bullshit, she’d never hurt any of her pack members nor babies especially but there was no tolerance for certain things and in her pack you HAD to obey the rules whether you liked them or not.

She was MUCH more harsh than his father was with corrections, heh- Tyrone remembers as a pup oh he can’t even COUNT how many times he heard his mom growling, snarling and of course can't count how many times he’s seen her bare her teeth even, she was a no nonsense kind of woman, even toward the puppies she ruled with an iron fist, they were taught along with Tyrone from a very young age how important the rules were and how important energy and certain cues from other dogs were.

Tyrone is very embarrassed however bc the stories his mom always tells were how as a young pup, he was the aggressive little spitfire who didn’t care how big his opponent was, he’d challenge them, try to dominate, and conquer essentially- Nothing was thought through then, in his adolescent years he was always SO damn serious! No play, no nothing! He even growled at the pups trying to play with him! Some little tiny marks that are barely able to be seen came from his mom and dad but, in dog society it’s kinda natural, I mean to be fair, dogs when correcting aren’t like humans, they only have their mouths so when a dog’s correction your BOUND to see a mark here and there.

He does thank his mama for setting him straight though that’s for sure… He sounded like such a handful and even though he has the second highest stature to his father, even he was not safe from the corrections lmao, his mother is actually first in command, father is in second co-command essentially and finally Tyrone is in third- all three of them are p much high ranking, of course since his parents are still living THEY are the alphas but he IS a Beta, the other brothers and sisters being mostly betas and omegas (there are a couple of his brothers n sisters who are also alphas but they are in fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh place- if i ever name his pack I’ll make sure to clarify who is which ranking)

Overall, Tyrone really loves his family, he’d do anything to protect them even if he wanders a lot and doesn’t stay with them the entire time, he does try and visit as often as he can, he knows eventually he’ll track wherever their roaming as well, usually packs stick together but… Given Tyrone’s status and the fact he’s got the birthmark and is high stature his parents are more so lenient with him, they do still worry bout him ofc but still, he was never the type to just sit still, while his other brothers n sisters don’t really care bout leaving the pack he’s ALWAYS been a wandering spirit, so… They’ll let him be free, they’ll still love him nonetheless in the end.

I’m sorry for replying so late! These questions are here for anyone interested, and my answers will be under the cut!

👹 How does you OC act around different people and how does their personality change to match the environment they’re in? How do they act with: friends, family, strangers, children or their lover(s)?

Her personality really changes around everyone she’s with and where she’s at. With friends she’s loud, boisterous, and fun. With family she’s much the same, with the addition of being protective and careful around them. Around strangers she’s rather cold and aloof for the most part, to the point where most people think she’s just. Fucking Mean.With children she’s much softer, even playful, and is the sort to happily show off Cool Things like magic and stuff to entertain them. With Vyrthaal she was instantly Insanely Fucking Protective; not only was he a 13 year old Dragonborn, but he was also what she believed to be the last Snow Elf alive and uncorrupted by the Dwemer. It wasn’t until Marzog stopped her from going completely nuts protecting him and watched him actually fight and successfully take out a group of bandits all on his own that she understood Marzog had taught him how to take care of himself and didn’t need a Bodyguard. 

🥊 Does your OC prefer to take the lead or follow orders? With everyone or just with certain people? Is there a reason for this?

She’s most definitely a leader, but she’s not the shitty sort of person who refuses to follow orders because of that. The only exception being if an order she’s given goes against her moral code or something similar.

🍅 How easily is your OC embarassed? What subjects make them flush and why? What event has made your OC the most embarrassed they’ve ever been?

She doesn’t get embarrassed easily, but when she does get embarrassed she blushes so much and it’s impossible to hide. She manages to keep her composure fairly well, but it’s still super obvious. I don’t know what her most embarrassing moment would be though, but it probably involves her being unexpectedly clumsy or snorting with laughter/spraying a drink out of her nose or smthn similar lmao.

🍊 Does your OC have any triggers? Why do these things trigger them? What are they like when triggered and how do they calm down after?

She does have a few. Being attacked with magic for one, as it reminds her of the Falmer attack on the Chantry. Loud noises like rock slides for the same reasons. When she is triggered she goes into a state of shock, falling silent and going still, often unable to react out of terror. To calm down she needs to get to a quiet, secluded place and simply take her mind off things. Doing anything repetitive that requires all her focus tends to work, like chopping wood, but if something happens during, say, a fight, she can sometimes pull herself back enough to at least get out of immediate danger.

💥 Are there any emotions your OC doesn’t know how to deal with, doesn’t understand or hates having to feel? Any reason behind this?

She’s not great at romantic feelings. Most of the people she’s had romantic feelings for she knew she’d outlive, and so she tends to ignore crushes and attraction and the like. Otherwise, she’s good at remaining composed even under times of great stress, with exceptions to the things mentioned above.

🏀 Does your OC have any skills that people wouldn’t expect them to have? Do they have a hobby or pass time that others would consider strange or weird? How did they learn this particular skill or pick up this hobby?

She loves gardening!! Taking care of plants and crops, watching them grow and making sure they’re healthy. She also enjoys hunting as well (though only for food and resources, not for sport). In her spare time, she also knits, and she’s really good at making and mending clothes of all kinds of material.

☀️ How well does your OC take care of themself? Do they tend to put others before their own wellbeing and if so how often? What is their favourite way to pamper themself?

She’s pretty good at taking care of herself, but she doesn’t pamper herself often. When she does pamper herself, for her that’s just Not Doing Anything n sleeping in all day, maybe having more sweetrolls than she normally would lmao. For the most part she will put others before herself, but not to an unhealthy degree where she’s actively damaging her health because of it.

🌙 What are some of your OC’s favourites? Favourite food, colour, season, stuff like that! Give some general simple facts that tend to get overlooked!

Food: Simple, home cooked meals made with lots of love, and from things she and her family has grown and/or caught.Color: Various shades of grey and blue.Season: She finds things to enjoy for every season, but she really thrives in the cold of winter.Misc: Hobbies: Knitting and sewingAnimal: RabbitsStyle of music (in a modern AU): Classic rock and ska punk, some pop songsType of nail polish (also in a modern AU): Glittery!

She doesn’t necessarily like sharing beds, but she likes having other people in the room with her as she sleeps. I doubt sleepovers were really a Thing(tm) for Snow Elves but even if they were she likely wouldn’t enjoy them. And she loves camping!! 

🍏 When your OC says “I had a bad day” what does that tend to mean? Is it really as bad as they’re saying or are they being a bit dramatic?

Sina’s never dramatic: If she says she’s had a shit day she’s had a shit fucking day, Please get her the strongest mead you can find. A bad day for her generally means she had a specific goal in mind and she failed to reach it after multiple attempts, and it’s something she believes should have been easy for her (even if logically it wouldn’t be).

🐍 Is your OC a good liar? How easy is it for them to tell lies? What is the biggest lie they’ve ever told and did they ever get found out? On the other hand, what is the biggest lie someone has told your OC and did they believe them?

She is; not because she lies a lot or enjoys being dishonest, but because she always speaks in a cool, monotone voice and doesn’t ever give away her feelings or thoughts unless in private with friends or family. And because she has such a powerful, authoritative, and intimidating aura I doubt many people would lie to her, or if they attempted to they’d be so shaken by her that it would be difficult. She also just...doesn’t trust people until they’ve proven themselves to be trustworthy, so there’s that. 

🐉 How religious is your OC? Do they pray to any god(s) or do they not believe in that kind of stuff? What is their view of religion in general? Where do they believe people go when they die? If your OC is not religious why not and what do they believe in otherwise?

She’s very religious! She was raised to be a Knight-Paladin of Auri-El and even after fleeing from the Chantry, still worshipped him (as well as Others Snow Elves traditionally worship). When she became close with the Nord family that took her in they began teaching her about their own religious beliefs and ways of worshipping their gods. She believes people go where their religions Say they go, which is....pretty canon lmao, 

💧 What is something from your OC’s past they’re the most ashamed of and why? What is something they’re really proud of? And lastly what is something in their past that could make them shake with dread?

I think I’ve touched on this before but she’s most ashamed of fleeing the Falmer attack. She abandoned one of the last surviving Snow Elven things, period, as well as her friends and comrades, while turning her back on her primary God. The knowledge she did that will haunt her until she reunites with Gelebor.I don’t know what she’d be most proud of though. TBH, she’d be filled with so much self hate and regret over her past actions that she’d rarely Ever be proud of herself, feeling like her mistakes and cowardice will always outweigh any good she does.

🌊 What does your OC do on their days off from working, school or whatever else it is they may do? Do they enjoy relaxing, shopping, hanging out with friends? What is a normal day like for them?

She doesn’t really have days off, but when she’s able to rest she likes spending time with her loved ones, mostly. Doesn’t matter what they’re doing, being in their presence is enough.

🐟 What was your OC like as a baby? What were they like as a child? A teenager? An adult? How do you think they’ll develop ten years into their future? Twenty years? Will they live to old age?

Baby: Talkative! Noisy! Messy! Also very, very affectionate.Child: Rambunctious and wild whenever she could be, but beginning to mellow out.Teenager: Pretty much the same as an adult: stoic, cold, aloof, etc.Adult Knight-Paladin: Quiet, reserved, etc. etc.Later on: Same but with the feeling of someone who’s seen and done so much that they’re permanently some degree of tired.

She’s already pretty old, as a human she’d be in her mid forties to fifties (and I don’t think Skyrim is a place where people get much older very often, probably). But she does grow Old, even for a snow elf! And as she gets older she becomes less...Like That and gets a lot more soft and sweet on the outside.

🍇 Does your OC have any bad habits? Does your OC have any addictions like smoking or drinking? How did they fall into these habits and why?

I haven’t thought much about that tbh, I don’t really know! :’) I don’t think she’d be addicted to anything though? She wouldn’t be the sort to self medicate (probably. she’s still technically in early stages of development)

🔮What does your OC think is their best trait. What is actually their best trait? What about their flaws? Are they one to admit these flaws or do they like to pretend they’re perfect?

She has fairly low self esteem and doesn’t really think she has any good traits. She knows she’s smart and skilled etc., but that’s. About it. I’d say her best trait is that she cares for people a lot once she’s gotten close to them. She’s got powerful mom energy on the inside.Her biggest flaw is that shes sort of close minded sometimes, even now. She wouldn’t admit to it at first because she doesn’t see how its a bad thing, but when she eventually does realize it she owns up to it and does her best to change.

Skipping this one just because I haven’t really thought of it that much?? I don’t really develop my OCs sex lives that much tho lmao. She’s a switch tho, but wouldn’t really be super into anything Not vanilla so she’s neither domme/sub.

Make her day better: I appreciate what you’ve done (or anything that lets her know her actions are valued).Make her laugh: She doesn’t laugh much (though she does love jokes!), but she’d probably laugh at herself if she does an unexpectedly funny thing or smthn?? Also like. Any time Marzog tries to make her laugh there’s a 99% chance she’ll laugh her fuckin ass off, she’s so in love,Make her day worse: Anything she perceives as her failing, because it “proves” the incorrect belief she has that she’s useless.Words: Anything related to That??

🌷 How much effort does your OC put into their looks? Do they care much about how they’re dressed or what their hair looks like or are they not bothered? Could they be considered a snob or a slob?

She doesn’t anymore, really. I feel like in ancient Snow Elven culture they’d take a lot of pride in their looks and frown upon people dressing shabby or being sloppy no matter who they are or what their status is, but now that simply isn’t practical. Before the Thalmor destroyed her village she worked as a farmer or else went out to hunt, and there’s not really any reason she’d need to Look Super Gorgeous for that. Afterwards she travels to join up with the Stormcloaks (who she views as a lesser of two evils, and if Ulfric is sooooo dedicated to Ancient Nord Ways(tm) he’d let her fight him for the right to lead the Stormcloaks as a whole) so on the way she...tries to look less like a farmer and more like someone who can fight. But then she joins up w/Marzog and Vyrthaal after a while and decides to go back to the remains of her village, where her former set of armor has been hidden away in a cellar beneath her farm. So she no longer cares as long as her clothes, hair, accessories, etc. get in the way of what she needs to do, But she does take good care of her armor ofc.

🌺 What additions would your OC make to their body if they could? Lets say, if they don’t have a tail would they want one? Wings? Horns? Do they wish they could shapeshift?

Sometimes she’d wish she were shorter, but she wouldn’t want to permanently be shorter. But secretly she’d think it would be fuckin’ sick if her eyes glowed, and if she ever meets Jo’safiir she’d be insANELY fucking jealous that his do (until she learns it’s because Meridia is trying to fully claim his soul as hers but that’s a whole thing abt Jo’safiir that she’s not actually at all involved with).

My inspiration is I Love Snow Elves!!!! They’re fuckin’ rad! I haven’t had her very long, and because of that she hasn’t changed that much! I’m sort of still fleshing her out, tbh :’3

She doubts herself a lot and constantly puts herself down internally. She’s afraid of failure and struggles with self hate. Other than that, damn we’re really not that similar (though I’ve been told I have dad energy?? So. We got that parent energy, I guess????)

💗 Ramble a bit about this character!

The family that found her after she fled the Chantry consisted of a mother and father, the mother’s mother, and three children. When the grandmother was dying it was about a decade after she arrived and had grown to be part of the family, so she decided to give her a name that represented that. So she was given the name Snow-Blade. She carries it proudly, and over time as her village grows, many given names are given by her, and as such have lots of focus on snows, the sun, even magic.

• hyunjin is a very proud stan. he has you as his lock & home screen. it’s a photo your company first released of you when they were announcing the members of the group.

•he picked you to stan bc of your cool personality and amazing talents! you weren’t just a pretty face uwu

•collects every album/photo card of yours no matter how many versions your company releases.

• a cashier asked him once why he had ten copies of the same album and his reply was simple. each album has the possibility of having a signed photocard.

•you actually took notice of hyunjin’s account first because he was one of the most popular fan accounts in the fandom. EVERYONE could count on his posts bc he didn’t publish any info till he verified it as true.

•you appreciated how he wrote about the little extra movements you made in your dance choreos that really make the overall concept of your song pop. the tiny habits you hadn’t noticed about yourself were things he wrote about as well. he also wasn’t creepy in his writing too. you could really sense how much this boy adored your music.

•btw he posted one selfie after hitting a milestone of 2 million followers and you might of… choked on your drink for a bit bc wow! this guy is behind all them posts?!

•ooooof don’t get me started on the first fanmeet your company held.

•hyunjin’s palms were sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy (bahahaha sorry i had to put in a little eminem in there.) because he was literally going to come face to face with the individual who brightened up his life with her jokes, performing abilities, and more!

• the plane touched down and your group was led out into the airport lounge area where he and the numerous fans already waiting there, IT WAS INTENSE.

• security were doing their best to keep everyone calm but most of the fans were shoving and pulling to get a closer look at y’all.

•not hyunjin though. he was just nervously waiting for your group to make a turn in the corner of the large hallway with a small present in his hand.

• the second he saw you round the area where he stood, he didn’t try and take advantage of the fact that the security were only covering one side of the hallway from the crowd, leaving you completely exposed to simply walk in front of him with no one to hold him back if he invaded your personal space. which he totally didn’t :D

Look I’m enjoying all this talk of Blue Morpho, and speaking of him being bi.

Tbh I have a rareship: Blue Morpho(Vendata)/Red Death.

Red Death is like the first and only person to show real respect or any positive feeling for Vendata at all, and that just gets to me.

Okay tbh I’ve sorta shipped this since season 6, just through the vaguest of hints and because it sounded interesting to me.

In season 6, it mainly revolves around some vague indications that Red Death could’ve known the original Blue Morpho.

It’s indicated that Red Death’s been around a while, maybe even long enough to have known Blue Morpho. That’s about it, an indication leading to fun speculation.

But then there’s the fact that Red Death goes straight to the Morpho cave not long after he gets involved with the Blue Morpho case and the false threat to his wife and daughter. Nothing has still been made of this in canon, but it’s like Red Death simply knew the Morpho’s base of operations the whole time. (It may just be glossed over, but it’s fun to speculate, and good for fic.) 

Red Death does seem like a generally chill and nice dude--but I sorta feel like he does have a soft spot for Monarch in S6. And like that feeling’s grown stronger after S7--to me it felt like Red Death had a particular soft spot for Monarch and his group--Gary/21, Dr. Mrs. (Granted, I also think he’s interacted with them the most so far? But also if that’s the case, that could say something too.)

Like in S6, Red Death first gives Monarch just a warning. Though a little threatening warning, it’s still relatively mild, and preceded by genuine praise for Monarch’s antagonist work (something he rarely gets). Red Death later takes it remarkably easy on the Monarch and 21 for their Blue Morpho and Kano activities, and even helps them out with advice and literal action (though he says it helps sate his violent instincts too--chill and nice dude he may be, but also still vicious, but I find that an interesting mix and fitting for VB.)

In S7, that continues, Red Death still actively helps Team Monarch--there’s no direct interaction between him and the Monarch again this season unfortunately, but Red Death is still helping him and Gary, and now Dr. Mrs. too, in the S7 premiere. Red Death seems to bond further with Dr. Mrs. in a later S7 episode later as they become co-workers on the Council, and seems to partly screw with that rival villain guy because he insulted her. 

I’m just saying maybe Red Death starts with a soft spot for Monarch and his group (and later seems to just bond with them more directly and more for their sakes) because he knew Blue Morpho back in the day.

And I headcanon Blue Morpho and Red Death fell into one of those possibilities in VB that’s cropped up--protagonist and antagonist on surprisingly good terms. Morpho was an unregistered vigilante and prone to being harsher with antagonists, but headcanon he wasn’t unreasonable, and could be more civil with those he felt could do that too. Headcanon Red Death has some different opinions in VB and could successfully navigate those with tact and such--shorter story, unlike most in organized supervillainy, headcanon Red Death would have respected and been fascinated by Morpho’s refusal to register.

Headcanon Red Death does figure out Morpho’s identity, but he likes Morpho enough to not take advantage of that and keep it a secret. He tells no one.

Headcanon Blue Morpho and Red Death did have a thing for a while, before Blue Morpho ever met his future wife. Think something like Batman/Catwoman conceptually. But they did amicably separate, and then Morpho got married, while Red Death remained fond of him, and still held something of a torch tbh, but was respectful of Morpho to never push it.

And again, season 7--with the reveal that Red Death worked with Vendata and respected him, which just made me ship it way harder, even though I believe Red Death had no idea Vendata was Blue Morpho until season 7.

Like on a visceral level, it was so nice to hear someone speak of Vendata with respect when I’ve had to hear a lot of the Guild--looking at you Red Mantle and Dragoon, you two honestly crack me up, but omfg why so mean to Vendata jfc you didn’t even know he was Blue Morpho until S7--insult him for what seems like no reason. I think Red Death was the only one to say anything directly positive about Vendata.

So, S7 had Red Death and Vendata working together. And I keep thinking, how long?

I think S7 diner flashback tries to have Red Death as a sort of young upstart, so you’d think he’d be too young for Blue Morpho’s time. But S6 indicated an older age for him in my mind, and S7 later gave me vibes of Red Death being quite old, with his talk of older villain traditions. And what is Red Death? Again, he’s like this sketetal skinned man--he seems more demonic if anything. He does seem to have supernatural powers, and that horse he rides on? I headcanon Red Death is not quite human, rather supernatural, long-lived, and that his mind may age differently (along with probably seeing the world even more differently from others in VB). Hence he may act more like a young upstart in the diner flashback though he’s actually far older. Heck, maybe so old and with a certain distance from average humanity, maybe he was like, “I’ll just go along with what seems to be the trend these days for this current stab at villainy.” Like he’s such an otherly being, he actually approaches it like another role to play, which could say something about the themes of roleplay in VB (Red Death even talks about “becoming lost in your character” in S6--so Red Death does imply his awareness of and use of roleplay like that). I can see him being this literally otherly being and approaching his supervillainy in like stages during his long life--literally here’s his 70s stage, and here’s his being-on-the-Council stage. (But his wife and daughter inspire new feelings in him. And feeling like he’s otherly doesn’t mean he’s not nice and chill--heck, it could be more why he’s like that. He may be more chill than other humans because he isn’t entirely one. That’s part of what does feel otherly to me tbh--how chill he is.)

After that aside:

Headcanon that maybe Vendata and Red Death worked together for a while. Like Red Death expresses respect for him in the diner, but he doesn’t go into the entirety of their relationship because the current context doesn’t ask for it, and it’s still private.

Red Death has no idea Vendata was Blue Morpho. He does look different without his mustache, and Red Death believed the news of his death. The only similar thing Red Death recognizes without learning the truth for years is that Vendata stirs feelings similar to what he felt for Morpho.

(Headcanon Red Death was aware of Malcom, but thought he should leave him alone with normal people in child care services, assuming he would be taken care of. Red Death was at least aware that Blue Morpho did not want his son near the world of superheroes and supervillains, and wanted to honor those wishes.)

Vendata feels some familiarity for Red Death, but no memories really trigger. But that familiarity feels comfortable, and draws Vendata to Red Death.

Headcanon that Red Death helps Vendata enter supervillainy, and they work together for a relatively long time, they’re allies. They become friends, and more.

Then the Massacre.

I think S7 implies Red Death was disturbed by the Massacre, especially the loss of his own comrades; and I think it implies that Red Death believed Vendata was the ultimate culprit.

Headcanon there was even more to it, like Red Death will only let some of the above out in public, but internally he was far more disturbed by the whole thing. He was really distraught over the loss of Stab Girl and the others. He thought Vendata had caused the Massacre that ended up including Stab Girl and their other allies as collateral damage. Red Death blamed him for it. On some level, Red Death does respect Vendata’s determination to kill the object of his extreme hatred, Jonas; but more strongly, Red Death feels betrayed and disgusted with what he thinks Vendata did to their team for that goal.

Communication breaks down. Red Death strongly believes Vendata is responsible, that he hated Jonas enough to do this. He never actually talks to Vendata about it. He does feel the need for it; but it’s an emotional time, Red Death is emotionally distraught, and in that state is turned off by Vendata’s lack of emotion. He knows Vendata has trouble showing it, but at that point Red Death has less patience for it and more revulsion. Red Death is further repulsed when Vendata seems to be confused by Red Death’s behavior--Red Death storms off, feeling that Vendata should know. Should realize why he’s upset.

Red Death believes Vendata did it, doomed their friends and allies to kill Jonas, and assumes Vendata is aware of what he thinks. But Vendata has no idea. Vendata does have trouble processing emotion because of the whole cyborg thing, and not being a very well built cyborg due to Jonas and later Dr. Z. Vendata feels the loss of Stab Girl and the others and sees Red Death is distraught, but has trouble being the most comforting presence, and has no idea he should be denying something or the real source of Red Death’s turmoil and anger with him.

Red Death leaves Vendata. Between his respect and lingering fondness and understanding of hatred and knowing they were in a dangerous line of work, Red Death would not take direct revenge on Vendata, he couldn’t. But he couldn’t stay with him either.

Vendata accepts this, without fully understanding why.

Vendata and Red Death just drift further away and remain apart in the years after the Massacre. Red Death meets and falls in love with his future wife, has a daughter, and feels like he understands Morpho better. 

Vendata joins the Council. And Red Death wonders what it would be like if he had a seat too. Time’s cooled his rage somewhat--and things are different now. Married, with kids. But things are different--Red Death feels more keenly how he’s drifted away from Vendata.

Red Death finally checks up on Malcom, and though he knows Morpho would have been distressed by it, he’s pleased that Malcom’s become a super villain. 

When Vendata expresses a difficulty connecting with people and his Council members criticizing him for that, he does think of Red Death years ago.

Vendata and Red Death did get in touch a few times, only a few brief phone calls that were simply small updates of each other. Vendata did keep track of Red Death through Guild records. He felt happy when the records changed to reflect Red Death’s marriage, though also a little sad. (It wasn’t just regret over an ex--memories of Red Death from his time as Blue Morpho, memories of his wife were almost triggered. Almost, but not quite. Just vague feelings behind that stirred, but not memories.)

Headcanon that when Red Death realizes Vendata was Blue Morpho the whole time, he thinks “ohfuck.” 

Yeah, so, I ship it. Also I find that I could literally shorten a name for it to Red/Blue cute.

Okay! Here are my answers to the nightmare ask. Most of them are really dark, so I’m putting them under a cut. Some of them are a little silly, but considering the nature of the show, I pulled zero punches. TW for gore/violence/death like in the show with an added warning for heavily-implied rape.

Orga: He falls asleep at his desk and dreams that he is wandering the halls of an empty Isaribi. No kids, no Tekkadan, no Mika. All communication channels had been cut, the bridge is also empty, and the ship is lost in the middle of empty space. He wakes up and immediately goes to find Mika.

Mika: He gives the last part of himself to Barbatos during battle. Barbatos gets destroyed beyond repair, but somehow Mika survives. However, he can no longer move, see, hear, or speak and is confined to a bed. He can feel a hand holding his, but cannot tell for certain who it belongs to. This uncertainty (plus the fact that he only feels one hand) torments him until he wakes.

Kudelia: She’s a small child wandering the Chryse slums by herself. Fumitan is nowhere to be found. She turns down a dark alley and finds the Tekkadan boys. She calls out to them, hoping they will help her, but instead they begin throwing rocks and other objects at her.

Atra: She’s had her fair share of nightmares based on her past trauma, but the nightmare that scared her the most was where she was being eaten alive by a giant potato. Kudelia laughed when she told her.

Fumitan: She very rarely remembers her dreams, but she had one very vivid nightmare where Kudelia actually died. She was surprised by how much it rattled her, considering.

Shino: He’s walking through the empty corridors on the Isaribi and he can hear voices calling out to him, softly at first, but as he walks deeper into the ship, they grow louder. He sees shadows, so he follows them, but they disappear whenever he approaches them. He then hears a child’s voice behind him, so he turns, and is face to face with a young child with a gun. The child’s finger slowly starts to pull the trigger and Shino wakes up with a jolt.

Eugene: He got kicked out of Tekkadan and wound up back in Chryse. It’s straightforward, but he woke up feeling like he got kicked in the gut.

Akihiro: He dreams about when his family got separated, but at this point, he doesn’t remember what his parents look like anymore. Their faces are blank. The only person who has a face is Masahiro, who is no longer a tiny child, but the emaciated, bloody teenager he was when he died. Sometimes his new siblings are there as well.

Biscuit: He returns to the farm only to find that it’s gone, all the crops are dead, and his family is nowhere to be found. It’s simple, but it scares the crap out of him.

Yamagi: Tbh his worst nightmare already happened in canon. Though he’s not actually sure if he’s awake or asleep at the time, he sometimes racks his brain late at night for anything he could have done to make Ryusei-go survive that attack or improve its accuracy. Sometimes this turns into an uneasy dream where Orga blames him for Shino’s death. He’s the type of person whose anxiety dreams highly reflect his actual thoughts.

Takaki: Takaki's nightmares are haunted by the face of the man he killed. He sees the face of the man he killed spewing blood from between his eyes, drops his gun, and then feels a horrific pain in his back. He turns around and sees that his own spine has been ripped from his body. The sight is enough to jolt him awake.

Hush: I almost went really dark with him, but tbh he’s so used to really dark dreams about his past that they don’t really rattle him anymore. The dream he had where Atra beat him to a pulp with a frying pan lingered for months, though. He still doesn’t go anywhere near her when she’s cooking.

Naze: Once he dreamed that Amida forgot his birthday, and it hecked him up for days. He is also prone to premonition dreams from time to time. About a month before Jasley’s betrayal, he had a dream where Jasley broke into his office and stabbed him in the back. He woke up in a cold sweat and immediately told Amida what had happened.

Lafter: She’s alone in a dark office on the cargo ship where she spent most of her childhood. The door opens. It’s Naze and Amida coming to rescue her. She reaches out for them, but they disappear before she can touch them. Instead, they turn into a large, shadowy male figure. Before she can scream, she feels his hands wrap around her mouth and his strength overpowers her. Her back slams against the cold, steel wall, her body goes limp, and suddenly, she wakes up. Luckily, Akihiro is next to her to comfort her.

Amida: Her worst nightmares involve something happening to her family or killing children by mistake. It’s a risk she takes every time she goes on a cargo ship rescue mission.

Azee: Her most traumatic nightmare involved her being caught completely naked in front of all of Tekkadan. Classic.

And... this is the post!!! My Sides!!! I was inspired by @thatsthat24‘s Sanders Sides series to look a little deeper into myself, and finally put some names to my traits.

Literally. 

So, left to right, top to bottom, in order:

Pride

Their name is Rogue (like Rogue One), and yes they chose it themselves. They are very proud of that.  Dark red crop top, ripped black skinny jeans, and a short black leather jacket that they usually wear, buuut it’s super hot out. Literally loves to be punk, loves the aesthetic, and always looks good because they have to be proud of themselves.

Lies, Slander, and More Lies

This is my Deceitful Side, also known as Diana (Die-Anna). They kinda love to borrow aesthetics from the Dragon Witch, and has very extremely oh so evil powers. Totally embraces the Slytherin that I am. Is a little too strong sometimes, I’m working on being more honest with myself, okay? Also absolutely has slits in that dress and can run and fight in it ‘cause I am not the type to stand on the sidelines. 

Femininity

Since I am a demifluid enby, I do have Sides for my different genders, which is admittedly strange but also weirdly kinda cool (to me). One is my femininity, or Malee (May-lee). Nicknamed May. She is a total girly-girl, but doesn’t hate on anyone who isn’t. Basically a femme lesbian. Super sweet, wears makeup all the time, really works with Pride a lot to try and get me to look good. But she’s not all about looks - super feminist. Also the Mom Friend of the group. Super strong, powerful. To be honest her icon is Lucy from Narnia, so you can tell she is not a weak-willed woman. 

Creativity

They are an artist of all types. Their name is Cassie. Started with ballet, went to music, and never stopped trying to draw and write. Still a musician and a writer, getting more and more into crochet recently. They are the source of all inspiration and ideas, and no matter how bad things end up they are always there to persevere. Really wants to fly. Loves the Imagination, ‘cause that’s where they can do anything they want.

Depression

This little shit. She is like. The darkest Side. Annoyingly, she - Dani - is also a part of me. She holds onto all my insecurities, always makes them bigger than they’re out to be. She’s the one that blows things out of proportion and makes my Anxiety kick in. She’s the one that hurts me the most. Also the source of any and all dysphoria, usually shown to me through Pride and/or Anxiety. Like I said. A little shit.

Anxiety

Not too bad, kinda chill. Their name is Judi. Does what depression tells them because Depression is stronger, but overall, kinda relaxed. Unless they send me into a Panic attack because they are so worried about something (usually because it’s because I get stressed out over what I have to do and then they kick in). They are good at keeping me awake. Which is a good thing with everything I have to do.

Masculinity

His name is Mace, and he honestly hasn’t been around much up until the past year. Kinda quiet, shy. But strong. Still there. Really just super chill, wants to sit around enjoying sports and/or geeky things. He comes out when I’m at the gym. He also really comes out when I’m in band, because it is a physical activity. Does like classic rock and some country as well as punk and some other alternative.

Nonbinary

Is honestly a mood. I don’t know how. But they are. This is Charlie, my enby Side. They are just there, kinda in the back, until someone tries to offend someone else, specifically in the LGBTQ+ community. Then they bring the fire and wrath down that the homophobes and transphobes and any other such bigots deserve. They do not stand for someone hurting because of stuff like that. If someone is being racist or homophobic, you better believe that they can and will Fite that person behind a Denny’s at 3 am. 

Me!!!! 

Hi! It’s me, Angel! zYour resident pansexual demifluid enby. Huge nerd, creative mess, and just someone who does love life a lot. Yeah, I got my issues, but then who the hell doesn’t? Also, I love cats. 

Logic

Rarely works tbh. Their name is Laura, and they are usually too busy staring at pretty people to work. They end up blanking out a lot because of this. But they do work sometimes. Like, during school, they’re okay, but if one of the other Sides gets distracted, which happens all the time, Logic just flies out the window. Literally. The above picture is Morality joining them on flying out said window so they can go have a nice day together. I’m also pretty sure my Logic is gay for my Morality. 

Morality

Will love you no matter what. Even if you’re a bitch to them, which you shouldn’t be because they are the sweetest thing. Literally just wants to cuddle everyone and everything. Also the Parent Friend, along with my femininity. My Morality’s name is River, because they’re flowy and pretty and yet can destroy everything when they are in the mood. I’ve really been trying to listen to them more, because they do have a super optimistic and pretty cool outlook on life. I am pretty sure they are gay for my Logic.

Now that you’ve met the sides, this is kinda how they match up against each other.

Pride vs. Depression - Depression tries to knock down my self image. Pride tries to keep it up. Pride often can end up being a tool to Depression, though I am working on trying to see through that. Gah, depression is difficult. But I can fight it.

Lies vs. Morality - Honestly, since Morality loves everyone, they get along rather well. It could certainly be worse. Lies aren’t always the villain in my case, after all. 

Femininity vs. Masculinity - Honestly, they work together, but since femininity was always at the forefront, it’s been hard on masculinity. I really need to work on accepting all of myself, but you know what? I’m on a rollercoaster that only goes up, my friend. *sorry not sorry I quoted the Fault in Our Stars*

Creativity vs. Logic - Kind of an obvious rivalry here. Fantasy against Reality, and all that. But they work together to create the best kinds of ideas, and they both really help out when I’m trying to make music (due to both the technical and emotive portions of it).

Nonbinary vs. Anxiety - It’s basically the Anxiety of coming out. Like, being nonbinary is still new to me, and it’s really confusing a lot of times. Actually, it’s confusing pretty much all the time. But the Anxiety is really only over being outed, or over whether or not I’m faking it. You know, the usual gender stuff.

But yes, these are my Sides! I hope you at least found this interesting, or something... cause I honestly have no idea anymore.

everyone in hockey knows who connor mcdavid is. drafted number one in 2015, connor is frequently mentioned in the same breath as wayne gretzky and sidney crosby (he’s canadian too, of course). he’s fast, he’s skilled and he was named as the youngest ever nhl captain at the start of 2016′s season. anytime you see connor on the ice, he’s probably wearing a ‘c’ whether it’s for the erie otters where he played in the ohl, for the oilers, team north america or even the 2017 all star weekend. he’s a Big Deal and everyone loves him (except maybe brandon manning).

connor’s rookie year was going great until he got injured (damn you manning) and broke his collar bone. 2016/2017 marks his first full year in the nhl. 

leon draisaitl

leon was born in germany and is two years older than connor (more like 14 months but who’s counting). occasionally he fools people by pronouncing ‘out’ like a true canadian, but he’s definitely german. his dad was a german hockey player. leon is the highest drafted german player ever in the nhl - he was drafted third in 2014. leon can speak four languages. like connor, his natural position is center BUT MORE ON THAT LATER.

in a fun twist of fate, leon scored the last oilers goal at Rexall Place before they moved to Rogers Place

connor and leon have become regular linemates in the 2016/2017 season and have killed it this year

leon’s natural position is center but he’s spent much of this year on connor’s wing. did i mention that connor is very very fast? 

"I just saw Connor take off and it's pretty hard to keep up, let me tell you," said Draisaitl. "I just got on my horse and tried to catch up and get open for a shot."

it’s okay though, because connor is not great at everything (yet). leon takes most of his faceoffs in games and they practice them together (warning: leon turns into a competitive giggly monster when he wins and connor accepts his loss with a happy grin)

MOVING ON. we should definitely talk about connor’s 100th point this season to win the Art Ross because i love FATE. of course connor gets his 100th point on leon’s goal. OF COURSE. connor really, really wanted that 100th point which is understandable because who wants to finish the season on 99? he turns to hug leon immediately (of course) and leon stops for a quick hug before he’s off to grab the puck for connor JUST IN CASE IT GOES MISSING GUYS, HE WANTS THAT PUCK FOR CONNOR except he realises that caggiula already has it so he goes back for another hug EXCEPT the rest of the guys are there and that’s fine, but leon wants his own hug so he grabs connor from behind as they head for the bench and they just coast together for a second, completely flush against each other and i’m super chill about the whole thing, guys.

august: week four

21: i woke up at 8:30 am and then did 30 minutes of hiit and it killed me LOL. my body felt up for it though and there was a bunch of sweating. i showered and then ate breakfast and woke kevin up. we both wfh’d today because we wanted to see the eclipse together :) plus, dave would be out until wednesday. i ordered my nike free tr7s from zappos and then i did some internet errands and started to go over some training stuff for tomorrow. x_x; it was a really chill day because everyone was too preoccupied with the solar eclipse haha. i got off a really short stand up and then kevin and i brought our leftovers outside to eat. we had the lobster and garlic bread for lunch outside in the courtyard while watching the eclipse. it was nice :) then we cleaned up and went back in. i think i was mainly distracted when i got back. i started feeling pretty crappy in the stomach area and i felt nauseous after a while too. ugh, these period symptoms got me going crazy this week. i laid down for a while and did my best to get through a call that phil led, which wasn’t too bad. then i did some window shopping on reformation clothing’s website and kevin helped me decide against buying a new dress LOL.

i had to try on my dress with my heels to restrain myself from buying another dress. when i felt a bit better, i worked out my legs and kevin went to cook. i showered and then watched agents of shield while kevin did his thang in the kitchen. he made taiwanese beef noodle soup because i have been craving it and i needed some tender lovin’ from soups for my stomach. i ate a lot today tbh, but i think i worked out enough to balance out the calories. i didn’t feel like i overate though? lol. idk. we watched more agents of shield and then i got a really bad tension headache. i laid there while watching another episode before calling it quits and brushing my teeth and washing the dishes. i hopped into bed and just ko’d because my head really hurt. i went to sleep at around 12:30 am.

22: i woke up at 8 am and just went on instagram to get to the eggie clothing launch. i was upset to find out that the one shirt i really wanted was sold out of smalls already :( so i decided not to get anything. lol this choice haunted me for the rest of the morning and afternoon T_T i should have gotten an xsmall. anyway, i spent 20 minutes on that in the morning and then did a low impact workout so i don’t kill my body from doing too many hiit workouts. then i showered, ate breakfast, and kevin left for work and then i hopped on the first call of the day. it was just me and a client and it went really well. she was super understanding! then i did some emailing and more regretting LOL. ugh, i need that black blazer and eggie tee and the try again tee in blush -- i guess i have to wait now. i also made another uniqlo order because the jeans i wanted were on sale and i tossed in 2 mock neck ribbed crops tops in there for only $3.80 each ;D lol sigh.

my second meeting of the day was rescheduled for tomorrow so i took this time to reassess my work stuff and do some internet errands. i watched agents of shield while working and then hopped on the third call of the day and right after, went on stand up that lasted an hour... haha... i continued watching agents of shield and then did a 40 minute back / arm workout. i showered and then chilled for the rest of the evening. it’s nice getting things done early. kevin came back from climbing, i washed the dishes, and he made dan dan noodles. we watched more agents of shield and then he went to game and i watched another episode. lol, i feel like i can’t trust anyone in that show anymore T_T i called it a night at 11 pm. i brushed my teeth and ko’d in bed at around 11:30 am. zzzz.

23: i woke up pretty energized but i checked my phone and happened to check my chase account and i got charged a service fee -__-” so i had to deal with that later on in the morning. first thing’s first though -- i did a kickboxing workout, showered, and ate breakfast. then i hopped on the train and the man sitting next to me reeked of smoke and body odor T____T it was the most unpleasant train ride to work that i’ve ever experienced... i got to work at around 9:30 am and then went into a telephone booth to figure out this darn chase thing. the customer representative was not helpful at all so i sent chase a secure message asking for a first time fee waiver. then i talked to dave about the eclipse and started prepping for my prep call with phil, ahha. my call went really well. we got a lot of work done and i feel more confident of doing training on my own now. well, we only got through one section of it but we’ll schedule more time later.

it was a very quiet day but i bumped into cait in the kitchen and talked with her for a bit. joe came in the afternoon and we talked for a bit. we got on stand up and after that, i finished my work (had to erase some templates to make more space) and then packed up and walked to kevin. we met on the bridge and walked to south station and went home. we had a small argument about accessing saving account money with atm cards and/or debit cards. i got mad because i hate it when he’s right because he thinks he’s right all the time. -__-” we both turned out to be right and kevin kept teasing me which made me even angrier. so we talked about it when we got home and then i took like an hour nap in the bed with kevin while he read and/or gamed. then he went for a run and i did my oblique workout. i showered first and then chilled for the rest of the day. kevin made eggs and chives and this new green bean recipe for dinner. we watched agents of shield and then kevin went to game and i watched a bit more before going to sleep. zzzz. it was nice coming home early and just cuddling with kevin (:

24: this was the first time in a while where i turned off my alarm and ko’d right away. luckily, i only woke up 15 minutes later and then i got up and did my low-impact workout for the morning. i took my time getting to work resulting in me getting there later than usual, but i let dave know and i skyped him on the train to ask for more work to do. i started working on a journey map and creating a few icons :) i changed into glasses again today to gauge how comfortable my eyes are with the computer again and wearing them constantly. my prescription is high so i’m still getting used to it. dave had to step out for a bit and then i bumped into a bug that byron had to fix himself so i tried walking to uniqlo with my glasses during this “break” but walked back because my eyes felt really tired and it was too bright outside with too many moving people.... oh, also i felt bad for using about an hour’s worth of work time to walk there while dave was dealing with something.

so i walked back and then worked on the map some more. byron fixed it fairly quickly! dave got back before 4 pm so it’s a good thing i didn’t leave for long. my eyes felt tired so i took my glasses off for a bit and rested them. i’ll walk to uniqlo after work and take my time; kevin won’t be back until 8 pm because he’s climbing today so i’ll have enough time to get my stuff, go back home, exercise, and get the chicken thighs in the oven. ;D there was only one hour left of work and i just had questions for dave so i did internet errands while dave finished a call. i talked with dave, made some changes, and then i was basically done for the day. i walked over to faneuil hall by memory and without my gps because my phone was at like 10% when i left the office. i picked up my order and tried on the items in the changing room. i took a while because i needed opinions on whether to keep the two shirts i got as well as the boyfriend slim fit jeans i got from uniqlo. i got two ‘yes’es from michelle and vivian so then i walked to downtown crossing and commuted home. i got back at like 6:40 pm.

i got my shipping box for my macbook pro trade-in as well as my new nike free tr 7s; tbh, i was kind of underwhelmed. :( i think it’s because there were too many color ways that were pretty nice but none that i loved. i went with the black / lava glow / anthracite color way, which i think is the nicest one that isn’t too girly. anyway, i was a bit rushed because i opened my packages, put my macbook in the box, tried on my shoes, ate a snack because i was pretty hungry, seasoned and put the chicken thighs into the oven, washed rice (and apparently forgot to hit cook Dx), put away and washed the dishes, and clean up all the boxes we have in the apartment. we have a ton of boxes in our apartment right now and we haven’t even begun moving LOL.

well, i managed that and then kevin got back home from climbing, showered, and i went straight into doing a free weight butt workout, which i love! it burns so good lolol. then i showered while the rice actually cooked and kevin and i ate dinner while watching agents of shield. he went to game and i continued watching. i stayed up until 1 am for some reason -- it felt like a weekend. i ended up going to bed at the same time as kevin, which happens rarely. :P he wants to do other things instead of just watching tv together so we’re gonna brainstorm what we can do. i think it’d be fun to game with each other, but also scary territory because most of the time, i’m a sore loser @_@; we’ll see!

25: it was a nice day to wfh. i woke up pretty sore so i just did some hip hop cardio in the morning. then i ate breakfast and showered. kevin left for work and i did some errands. i re-ordered my new nikes in a 7.5 because the 7s seem a bit too tight. then i started making wireframes for a new feature in ux360 while watching agents of shield! i finished the second season and the next one seems a bit weird... i got on a client call with dave and phil and then worked some more before stand up. i am very happy with my prototype right now and i spent more time adding in more functionality to it in axure (: ahhh, so much fun! after work, i ate a scallion bun as a snack and some chips while watching youtube videos. hm, i think what’s plaguing my mind right now is when eggie is going to restock the items i want LOL. i think i am in a fashion phase right now @_@; i did my workout, kevin got back home, and then we played a trivia game together. then i went to shower while kevin made dinner. we had a really late dinner because we played that game...lol oops. we didn’t watch anything while eating because we were starving. then kevin went on a run and i watched an episode of shield on my ipad before going to sleep... it was a nice start to the week. 

26: i woke up at 10 am and just took it easy this morning. kevin and i looked for coop games on steam and i did some internet errands. i ended up watching the rest of the digimon tri series that i forgot to watch. there’s still part 5 that’s not out yet, but now i’m excited. kevin gamed and then we meal planned and went grocery shopping. we stopped at kam man and bj’s and also got my car washed :) lol we’re still noobs at going to car washes. we got back home and then put everything away and started going through the games that kevin bought on steam. we played a lot of overcooked -- we both really liked it. then we started cooking dinner. kevin cooked the ribeye on the cast iron skillet and i made garlic mashed potatoes :) we ate dinner while watching agents of shield and then after digesting, i did my 45 minute workout. kevin tried getting me to play portal knights at like 12 am after he showered but i was so tired and i got grumpy because the set up took so long. i was tired and ko’d before 2 am. x__x; it was a pretty productive day though, and kevin’s idea of playing coop games together seems like it’s going well.

27: i woke up earlier than kevin again to clean the kitchen and bathroom. kevin did wake up earlier today though. we ate breakfast and after i put the fleece blankets in the wash, we went straight to gaming. we started playing the other coop games that kevin purchased yesterday. we gave portal knights another chance but it was meh. out of the ones that we played, we really liked ibb & obb and battleblock theater from this batch. then we went to get our thai massage! the massage was just ok today because a different person massaged me and she was either too gentle or too hard. i did get walked on though :O afterward, i started washing our clothes and then we ate lunch outside. then we continued to play games. i legit started crying while laughing while playing ibb & obb. i’m really bad at jumping but it was so funny. kevin asked what was wrong with me LOL. we stopped gaming at around 6 or 7 pm and kevin cooked off the last piece of steak while i did a 60 minute kickboxing routine. he ate while i worked out and then i went to shower and ate while watching agents of shield. kevin washed the dishes and then watched with me for a bit. i folded the clothes and stuff and then we continued gaming. we ended the night playing overcooked and battleblock theater until 11:30 pm. i went to sleep at like 12:30 am or something because i was still really excited about all the games we played together <3 hehe, it was a good idea to do this. it was a great weekend :)
