Need y'all to know how absolutely wild this last week has been for me

Monday - spend $30 to get Alhaitham. Fail and cry

Tuesday - find out that a group project that we all thought was due next Friday is actually due that night. Get Prof to extend it to Wednesday night

Wednesday - spend entire day working on said project and finish it around 11:45pm

Thursday - Working on studying for a seemingly hard test that's Friday and an essay that's due. Classmate manages to get said essay moved to Monday, finally a W. Find out that the Japanese speech contest I had entered wasn't NEXT weekend like my brain thought for some reason, it's actually in two days and I haven't finished memorizing said speech. Proceed to spend several hours memorizing it while somewhat studying for my test

Friday - have to give a practice run of the previous group project (did I mention it was a 30 min powerpoint presentation in Japanese? No?) Goes well. Take my test. Goes well, get a 90 (somehow the only one to get a perfect score on the grammar portion which is wild considering how little I ended studying unfortunately) After class, go over speech with prof, then run to the Anime Club (which I'm the president of, not that that's super important to this story) and enjoy the meeting. Get home and spend the rest of the night preparing for the speech contest, even going to sleep while running thru it in my head and listening to my prof's audio recording of it. So non stop work from 9am to like 9-10pm, for the most part

Saturday - wake up at 5:30am, actually get ready a little too quickly but all goes well. End up winning first place at the speech contest. Go home. Am now uber tired and have a persistent headache and end up doing almost none of my hw that's due Monday, but get to hang out at my bff's for a lil while and eat some delicious dinner while watching Buddy Daddies and talking

Sunday - spend the whole day doing said homework, finish up around 10-11pm, while dealing with simultaneously a stomach that is picking picky and a brain that doesn't find anything appetizing. Realize I really need to go shopping

Which I'm about to go do. But that was my week. It was...quite the stressful time, altho we did get some Ws (yay!) Now to just take a freaking breather for the next like two weeks, thx. No more stress for this little guy for a while pls, doctors orders

he’s a bit of an ass, but we love him either way

fluff/crack?, not really proofread, i kinda hate it

sae has a routine

said routine is strictly followed (most of the time) on the days he has practice

but today, he’s got a day off

but sae being sae, he still decided to get a quick workout in. though, that doesn’t stop him from messing with you just a bit before he disappears for a couple hours.

the door to your fridge is shut and sae sets his protein shake down on your kitchen counter. your back is turned to him as you’re finishing up your breakfast on the table, engrossed in the show that’s playing in front of you on your tv

“alright” he starts “i’m about to leave, i’ll see you later” planting a kiss on the crown of your head before walking to the closet to grab his sweater and drink

“okay, bye i love you” you reply

even though those words have been spoken hundreds of times between you two, it never fails to make him want to smile, biting down on his cheek to hide it

“hm? what’s that?” he teases, a playful smirk beginning to form on his face

to any other person, sae’s tone of voice always had the same sound to it; flat and snarky. but since he was your darling boyfriend, you’ve grown to acknowledge how his voice changes and conforms to what he’s saying

well, except for now

because of how interesting your show was, you genuinely thought he hadn’t heard you. it’s not like you had a problem repeating those words anyway

skeet ulrich x fem!reader

a/n: here goes part 2! this is a lil longer than my fics usually are, i hope thats not a problem! have fun reading 🤍 BTW SKEET IN THIS GIF BYEE that man is something else

warnings: swearing, fluff

you didn’t get to sleep a lot at night. maybe it’s the anxiety you’re feeling, knowing that today you were going to meet almost everyone you were going to see very often from now on. it’s not a big deal for you, the only big deal is that in “everyone”, skeet ulrich is included.

you fear you’re gonna get nervous and say something weird, act weird making him dislike you. if that was anyone else, it would be okay. but imagine skeet ulrich disliking you? that’s what you think for almost 5 minutes after getting up from bed, while looking at yourself in the mirror.

you figure out you have to convince yourself that he’s a normal person just like you, and that there’s nothing to be scared about.

“yeah, it’s not a big deal. so what if he doesn’t like me?” you tell youself, before opening your fridge and grabbing an apple. you continue talking “i shouldn’t care about what he thinks of me. he’s a human like anyone else, so i’m gonna act like i always do. that’s it!” you sound more convinced than you thought you would be, and that makes a smile grow in your face.

you jump happily around the house, until you get to the couch and throw yourself on it. you turn on the TV and you start watching some kids show, too busy biting your apple to change the channel.

it’s silly, but you find yourself not wanting to change it, so you just keep watching it until you’re done with your apple. you turn off the TV, and start feeling sleepy.

you close your eyes slowly, and then you fall asleep.

“damn, that was the best nap i’ve took in such a long time” you say, before checking what time is it.

it’s 4 pm. you remember you didn’t ask dave what time you’re supposed to show up to dinner, then you make your way to your room to get your phone.

“Hey Y/n, meet us at 7. I can pick you up if you want to” 2:20 pm

“smart guy” you think “it’d be cool if he picked me up. meeting someone for the first time in their car would be a… would be definitely a new experience”

“hey, sorry for taking too long, i took a nap” 4:07 pm

“but yes! imma send you my address rq hold on” 4:07 pm

it’s time for Topanga’s Burgers - your favorite place in the world. well, not really but thats what you call it. actually, it’s just your favorite place to eat burgers. its really near your house and that makes you love it even more. you have befriended literally all the workers there. you love the fact they’re all kind and they really like what they’re doing, you really appreciate it. it makes you remember of how amazing would it be if you had a job you’d love doing. and your last job was definitely not something you loved doing, in fact, it was the complete opposite. you quit it not too long ago and you were living with your savings and your mom’s salary. she lives with you, but she’s on vacation now. anyways, Topanga’s Burgers definitely gives you motivation to keep working hard to get where you want.

you take a bath, put on some clothes you like, do your personal hygiene, and you leave your house.

“y/n!!” a worker greets you with a big smile on her face, leaving the cashier area to come and give you a hug.

“keisha! hey, how have you been?” you hug her back tightly, happy to see her again.

keisha is a 40 years old cheerful and awesome woman. she’s probably one of the most fun friends you have. she also gives you amazing advice about literally anything you ask her about. she’s the best

“i’ve been worried about you. it’s been 3 days you’re not even coming to greet us anymore!” she says, with a genuine look of worry in her eyes. that statement of hers make it pretty obvious you come here a lot.

“yes, and i’m sorry! but i got some pretty good news”

“save it just for a minute” she says, and turns around to call the rest of the workers to hear the news you have “guys, come here! y/n’s back with good news”

everyone in the burger shop starts looking, but you don’t really care. it doesn’t embarrass you anymore.

you greet everyone coming your way as they make a circle and adjust to it, to hear the news.

“come closer” you say, and they do.

“you know when i auditioned for scream 7, right? so… i did it”

“YOU GOT THE ROLE?” keisha screamed, as some other workers gasp.

“I DID” you reply with a big smile and a happy nod, as they start jumping and screaming in excitement as you do too.

“you’re not so useless, are you?” tom joked, and everyone laughed including you.

“but seriously now, who’s going to be working with you?” tom asked in a curious tone

“there’s someone special. really special”

“hurry and give us a hint” said angelica, a funny old woman who works as a cleaning lady.

“okay, okay, you’ll have to get it right. it’s this really hot middle-aged man who you all know i always had a crush on”

“no way. skeet ulrich? he’s going to be in scream 7 too?”

“yes ma’am!”

“guys, didn’t scream end in the third movie?” linda asked.

“shut up linda, let her speak” the old woman shushed her daughter, making everyone let out a laugh

“and i’m going to meet him. today”

“wait the shootings are already starting?” tom asked you.

“no, it’s just that the cast is going to have dinner together today. and i’m going to meet SKEET ULRICH”

“tell us more. where’s it gonna be?”

“i’ll tell you all after you take my order, ‘cause im like really hungry… please?”

keisha comes running to the cashier area, to get your order. there’s another man there too in all black with a black cap too, kind of covering his face - he's probably waiting for a while now since the workers were all in a circle screaming and jumping few seconds ago.

you watch keisha greet the guy and take his order, walking to the cashier area to stand right beside him.

as she’s there taking notes of his order, he looks at you and pushes his cap up, while you turn your head to see him. you’re now able to see his face.

“oh my fucking god” you think.

“hi, i’m skeet. what a funny coincidence! we’re filming scream 7 together, right?” he greets you with a handshake and a grin, as you turn your body to him and not just your head

keisha gasps. she starts laughing at your face as she goes to prepare his order.

there’s no fucking way. skeet ulrich is right in front of you and 100% heard you saying he’s hot and you have a crush on him. your cheeks turn red.

“hello” you say stuttering a bit “i’m y/n y/l/n, it’s nice to meet you” your hands still in his. his touch is warm and you find yourself not wanting to drop it. but you did, before it makes the situation awkward.

it’s not like you love him. it’s just that you’ve had a crush on him for the last 15 years. not a big deal… right?

you remember your own words.

i shouldn’t care about what he thinks of me. he’s a human like anyone else, so i’m gonna act like i always do.

“that’s it” you finish your sentence once again, but this time not out loud.

“so…” he starts

“here’s your order, sir. sorry for the wait, again”

“it’s okay, don’t worry about it. i was called hot, you know”

he really heard you. “shit”, you think to yourself

keisha laughs. you eye her, looking done and she covers her mouth to stop laughing.

“i’ll wait for you”

“nice. he wants to sit with me. how awkward is that going to be?” you think, but you stop quickly “no. it’s not going to be awkward. once again, he’s just a normal guy who’s talking to me! nothing more than that”

“like always, please”

keisha nods, still with a smile in her face stopping herself from laughing again. she goes to the kitchen and start preparing your order.

“listen, i’m sorry. can you pretend you didn’t hear me? please?”

“right ma’am. you didn’t lie, though. i am indeed hot”

“hey!” you reply, chuckling.

“sorry, sorry. but you laughed”

you start talking to him, waiting for keisha to come with your order. she’s usually really fast with your order, but today it’s taking a little too long.

she’s definitely doing it on purpose for you to keep talking to him.

you’re really enjoying it, though. he’s a nice guy and you’re a nice girl, a perfect match. you seem to get along really well. you notice something quickly - his moves are gentle and not too fast. you’re the complete opposite, but you love it when people move calmly like this, it comforts you, you have no idea why.

keisha gives you your order as you thank her and gives her a smile.

“let’s go ma’am” he smirks at you, guiding you to a table.

“you come here often?” he asks, obviously making fun of you

“take a guess” you say and you both giggle.

“is it going to be your first time?” he asks

“hm?”

“playing a part in a movie”

oh.

“ah yes. i’ve never been part of a movie before. i’m really nervous about it to be honest. i’m not sure if i’ll be able to do my best”

“don’t worry, it’s not rocket science. all you’re going to do is pretend to be someone for a while”

“are you sure that’s all?”

“well, i told myself that exact same thing for every role i played and it went great”

“i’m talking to billy loomis right now, so i guess i’ll have to trust you.”

“yes, i’m a middle aged hot man, you should trust me”

you both laugh and he starts again “jokes aside, i’ll always be on set. if you need some advice, just call me and i’ll help you, ok?“

“thank you skeet. i really appreciate it”

you kept talking to him until you were both done eating.

somehow, this guy makes you feel comfortable around him. maybe it’s just your daddy issues, but you doubt it. this man has something in him that feels just right.

“we gotta go now. we have dinner with the cast, remember?”

“am i gonna have to see you again?” you joke as you get up and he does too, and he gasps ironically

“the middle-aged man here did not like it!”

“oh stop it” you say walking beside him to the exit and he chuckles softly.

“you want a ride home, kid?” skeet asks you, as he turns to you.

“no thanks, i live near here. you can go”

“okay then, see you later tonight!” he waves tilting his head and smiling softly as he enters his car. you wave back.

“wait”

“yes?”

“do you want me to pick you up for dinner?”

oh god. you wanted to say yes, but what about dave? wouldn’t he be upset?

“i’m sorry skeet, dave’s already going to pick me up” you say, with sort of a sad tone, trying not to upset skeet.

“it’s alright. dave, huh?” he smirks at you

“do not.” you reply quickly, raising your eyebrowns and lowering your head

“okay, okay” he laughs “see ya!”

you smile in response.

in 3 seconds, you’re going to process everything that just happened.

“no way” you say out loud.

someone touched your shoulders behind you, making you jump with the unexpected touch, relaxing right after you see it’s angelica

“little girl you better tell me everything” she said with her hands still on your shoulders.

a/n : ok this is kind of random but like why does everyone comment on how sunoo is pretty but no one talks about how fine he is?? like that man is so fine bro. anyways enjoy!

“sunoo have you seen my shampoo ad? i’m so excited it’s my first ad ever!” your voice comes out of the phone, sunoo jumps at the sound, turning the volume down.

“not yet y/n, let me search it up right now, and i’ll give you a live reaction, okay?”

“okay! don’t make fun of me though” he could hear your furrowed brows through the call.

“don’t worry, i won’t” he hears your sigh of relief, as he spots your face on an ad. he taps on the screen enlarging the video.

“okay i found it! now shush.”

the ad itself was pretty silly, you dressed as a fairy, blessing people with unhealthy hair with the shampoo you were advertising! it wasn’t much but sunoo watches your ad in awe, when did you get so pretty? weren’t you that awkward person in middle school just yesterday? and why were you such a cute fairy?

“what did ya think?” your excited voice comes out of his speaker again, “do i look cool as a fairy or what?”

“y-yeah you look pretty cool y/n,” he silently curses at himself for stuttering, you’ve known them for years! don’t be weird now!

“see i knew i looked super oh-! my managers calling sun, i’ll call you later okay?”

sunoo acts oblivious to the situation, “what was what?”

niki gasps,“oh my gosh, do you have a crush on y/n?”

sunoo stays silent, confirming nikis suspicions.

“i knew it! i knew someone had to have feelings between the two of you, you literally act like an old married couple!”

sunoo gives him a dirty look, turning back to his phone, “we don’t act like a married couple,” he assures himself, scrolling on whatever app he has.

“yeah right, you should totally ask them on a date sometime!” sunoo rolls his eyes at the suggestion, quickly firing back, “you think i can? netizens are crazy these days, especially with our group.”

“but you want to go on a date with them,” niki smirks at his new information.

“okay but that’s not the point.”

“you didn’t deny it!” niki points at sunoo, (not so) secretly grabbing his phone in the process.

“stop- what are you doing?” sunoo exclaims, as he tries to get a hold of his phone, but he didn’t want to get out of his spot, and neither did his legs.

“asking them for you! because you’re such a coward.” niki smirks again, typing away on his phone. niki presses the last button harder than the others, proudly giving his phone back to sunoo.

“they won’t answer, their manager called them niki!” sunoo complains, reading over the text.

It was a Saturday night when you stepped into your apartment, followed by Jake, your boyfriend, you just returned from a dinner with friends.

Your steps dropped tiredness and reluctance, an effect of your boyfriend's actions.

"Come on, baby…you have to open your eyes, listen to me" Jake said while he places both of his hands on your shoulder squeezing them a bit

You looked at him in a cold and annoyed way

"No, now don't give me that look…I just want the best for us…for you…why can't you see it…?" He developed a gentle kiss on your neck

"I know…I know that you love me and that you care about me, but you shouldn't have done that…that was so impolite and immature of you, standing up on the table and decided we were leaving because you 'had things to do'...?"

"Baby…I-" Jake was cut off by you

"No, Jake, this isn't the first time you've done that, you did it a few dinners ago too…and I think I know the reason why…"

"Your jealousy" You said firmly and with confidence as you look into his eyes

"What?! what are you talking about now?!" He mocked "Jealous, me? Are you hearing yourself right now?" He left go your shoulders

"This is what I get for trying to be a good boyfriend now, right? being called a jealous and possessive man" He said

"No, no, no I didn't say you were posses-"

He didn't let you finish your sentences, his voice filled with anger and frustration.

"Are you listening to the bullshit you're saying right now? God…woman…you're unbelievable…"

By now, you're sat in opposite corners of your living room, Jake paused for a bit and then he finally spoke again.

"You're helping him, right? you're on his side…yeah…you so fucking are…" He said looking at you with boiling eyes.

"What? what are you even talking abo-" You said, all confused.

"Your best friend, your little best friend…all of this was an idea of that friend of yours, right?"

"Now you're accusing him of senseless things?!!" You said, offended.

"Senseless things?...SENSELESS THINGS??!!! DO YOU THINK I'M A FUCKING SENSELESS THING??"

"HE'S TAKING YOU AWAY FROM ME!! FROM EVERYTHING WE BUILT! EVEN ALL THE THINGS I HAVE DONE FOR YOU, YOU'RE STILL BEING UNGRATEFUL, HE WANTS YOU ALL FOR HIMSELF!!"

Suddenly, Jake stood up and began to pace the room, his fist clenched tightly at his side while he kept his angry gaze firmly on you.

"Him?!! You're the one who's taking me away from not just him, but from all my friends; you're the one who went to a party and searched for me to get me out of there! you're the one who prefers me being in the house than outside!" You said to him with your proud, cause everything else you had lost it in the process of your relationship .

"It's not me taking you away from everything we've built, it's him," he shouted. "He wants to take you all for himself...I know he does!!"

"You're so blindfolded by your jealousy that you can't see how much you're hurting me!!"

Jake stayed silent.

"Please…Jake, I don't like feeling whatever the hell this is." You said.

"But if you let me just-" He said gently as he started getting closer to you again

"No, Jake, leave" You said staring at the floor

You took off his coat, which was over your shoulders, as a signal of refusing his warmth if he still had it. You threw it at him.

"Fine, I'll come back tomorrow to talk abou-"

"No, Jake, you don't understand; we're done" You said not allowing him to finish.

Jake looked you up and down.

"Hah, I doubt you'd last long without me. You're probably just going to run right back to me after a few days, begging me for another chance. Don't bother. I've moved on to bigger and better things than you." He said before storming out of your apartment.

Even though you knew you were gonna be better without a man like him, sometimes you wished you could just forget him like if he was nothing in your life ever; but that's not possible at least not in this universe. You just get used and live with the wounds and marks that his passive-aggressive actions and words left on you but not before without recognizing your achievement of running away from him.

Sometimes in the nights, you miss him, yeah, it's normal, sometimes your mind just dives into an ocean of thoughts and you just wonder what would have happened if you gave him a second chance…maybe he would've the one.

Only if he had been a different man, a better man

so you have chosen death

spoilers for madoka magica rebellion (and madoka magica in general) below the cut

It's so fascinating how rebellion toys with the viewers prespective in rebellion. it starts out seeming like a reboot of the series, with Madoka as the center focus of the story and the others as side characters. The viewer is clued into the idea that something is very different for two reasons: bebe (aka charlotte, the witch that killed mami originally) and the defeat of the nightmare. they don't kill it, they just give it some food? weird flex but ok. With homura's introduction however we get more weirdness. the teachers is going on and on about the end of the world. Now, it's pretty easy to chalk it up to this teacher just Being Weird, but it's weird even for her. Normally she's talking incessantly about her love life, and now it's the end of the world? odd. Then with homura herself, a lot happens for many reasons. First of all, the discussion she has with madoka when they're on the field. For so long they've wanted to just chill and hang out, but when the world always ends in a month it's very difficult to do that. Of course, neither of them actively remember the timelines Homura created, but the viewer does. The viewer knows and remembers what happened. This is the first solid piece of info that rebellion is not a reboot.

Now, what set me off personally came not long after. When fighting hitomi's nightmare again, you can see witch symbol's flash on the screen during homura's transformation. this made me absolutely loose my shit when i first watched rebellion because that's. that's a witch is near?? Bitch What The Fuck? (also of note, one of the witchy symbols roughly translates to "they glorify death" which i believe refers to how magical girls in this timeline see dying as an honourable act, as it is when they unite with the law of cycles. Homura knows however that Madoka is the law of cycles, and doesnt like that shes a god and not with homura. also another one translates roughly to "the master is bored" which either refers to homura herself being the master of the labyrinth they're in and how she's going to notice things are off, or that the incubators are bored and they're going to fuck with Madoka's Godhood bcz the current system just isnt efficient enough! assholes.)

anyway. then we get the melty face stuff :) this shit looked creepy af and i loved it. Homura is loosing grip on the reality she's created. the individuals not invited into this world cannot retain their images as they literally have no lives. Homura doesnt know how they's react past the one month loop, so of course after THREE months they're going to get a little sloppy :P this is also when homura confronts kyoko (and we see the clara dolls! they start showing up as soon as the melty faces arrive but i only really noticed them here), as kyoko never went to the same school as homura and co, so her inclusion as such a primary player is odd compared to homura's hidden memories. The journey to Kyoko's home city is fucking wild i love it so much. like they are on fucking glass floor?? kyoko's home city is just picture frames?? and no one fucking mentions that?? and it's so obvious why it's because they look like hazy memories, something you can't replicate in video, but it's so obvious that what is happening is like when a dream goes "yeah then some shit happened you walked on the ceiling etc etc this is not important byee" except this IS important!! but they can't go to kyoko's home city because homura! never! went! there! it cant exist in your dream if you never went there! but homura isnt ready to accept that she's a witch so shes like "ill find this witch!!!"

then homura goes to mami's to chill with madoka and mami and bebe except PSYCH she's analyising bebe and mami's relationship, because of course bebe is homura's first suspect, last time she saw bebe, bebe fucking eated mami what the fuck is this shit! when mami's answers arent satisfying enough and homura goes apeshit on bebe, the screens by them show bebe's face and some witchy symbols i havent translated. which makes you think yeah bebe is the witch! but of course homura's dream would incriminate whoever homura suspects, because that's how dreams work?! of course mami finds homura bcz mami and bebe are besties nowwwww!! and mami uses a ribbon to tie herself to homura so that homura cant freeze mami and get the upper hand, except the ribbon dissapears?? which may be an animation error but i dont think it is. see this is all homura's dream, and the logistics of the ribbon in the fight would just get in the way so homura's brain just goes "yeah yeah the ribbon is there dont worry about it it's invisible" until the end of the fight when homura breaks the ribbon. then the ribbon is important to homura's brain! lol anyway then homura shoots mami and mami turns out to be a ribbon clone! which is like kinda weird bcz mami's never shown this skill before, but i think it's bcz homura doesnt actually want to hurt mami, so her brain teleported mami away and replaced her with a ribbon clone. that's what i believe.

then we get. the sayaka confrontation. which i fucking love. bcz sayaka knows whats up and shes trying to get homura to not hate herself. "why kill this witch? she seems to not want death and destuction. she just wants to be with her friends. thats not a crime." but homura just sees it as a neon sign saying "sayaka is the witch" which is emphasized by sayaka's witch form being her reflection in the water. so homura fucking. books it. runs away and gets on a boat and we get the curtain call. Homura will know the truth soon, and so this dream will come to an end soon. We hope you enjoyed the show!

but it's not quite over yet. Homura gets to have a talk with madoka first. and here we learn that madoka, didnt really want to make her wish. she did it because she had no other choice. Madoka also tries to braid Homura's hair, to return her to the Innocent Homura. the Homura Still Full Of Hope And Happiness. at this point i think homura would have been happy to just die and become one with the law of cycles. shes still a witch tho and doesnt Know know it yet tho so first we have to have her go on a bus ride, leaving her soul gem behind. the clocks on the bus tick, as they count down to when homura should pass out from being too far away form her soul gem. she doesnt pass out though. And all goes to shit. the blimps crash, the city is set ablaze in every way, the bus lights on fire, the strangers now are just dolls with identical bodies. the bus does not pull into the stop, it crashes face first, homura stands unfazed however. this her dream. the destruction within it is her just as much her as everything in the dream so far has been.

And homura wakes up. she is able to speak to the incubators again, and they explain that they are studying her soul gem so that they can pin point what exactly the law of cycles is so that they can manipulate the law of cycles to make it more efficient :3 isnt that just great? anyway now homura you have served your purpose to so you may leave this place and rejoin madoka :3

except they forgor that rule #1 of interacting with homura is dont fuck with madoka and that is exactly what the incubators plan on doing so she tries to kill all the incubators, and in doing so she becomes Full Witch so the other magical girls start fighting her so that they can get madoka close enough to homura to use their combined strength to destroy the containment field and reunite homura with All of Madoka. (also here we get the gay-ass line from sayaka to kyoko "my one regret was leaving you" thats so lesbian anyway) they do succeed in this to be fair, but uhh homura pulls a fucking 180 and goes nah im not going to madoka. madoka is going to ME. which is obv like if homura remakes the world again then she can become and god and make sure that NO ONE FUCKS WITH MADOKA. LEAVE MADOKA ALONE OR BE NICE TO HER.

so now homura is a demon and. god its so perfect. Madoka acsended to godhood with her magical wish. she is there for the good of everyone and is a passive force. homura ascended to godhood with her witch's curse. she is there for the good of madoka and madoka alone and she is an active force. she actively stops madoka from remembering her godhood. she actively tells sayaka to fuck off. As the walpurgisnacht rising trailer says, "this world is for madoka and madoka alone" or something along those lines. i have a shitty memory lol.

also we have seen no incubators in the new universe so like where are they. we know they're their bcz homura explicitly told them that it doenst matter that they dont want to fuck with human emotions anymore, they are necessary in dealing out the remainder of the witches' curses. Are they all Clara Dolls now? are they homura's phone? Does each witch get her own personal incubator? does madoka get all 100000 incubators because she thinks they're cute? i dont know!!!!!

anyway to think that in ep 1 madoka was like "damn i wish i had secret admirers" dont worry bestie a lesbian WILL rewrite reality for you. also not to be a downer but imagine we get to the end of walpurgisnacht rising and madoka just says "homura... im straight" i'd kill. maybe i wouldnt thatd be pretty fucking funny tbh. she just sides with hitomi "yeah homura girls cant love girls" meanwhile homura is like "my love for you is what gave me the power to become the devil what the fuck are you talking about"

he forgot to kiss you 3 times this week

at first you brushed it off thinking he is stressed because of the schedules.

“im leaving bye” hyunjin said and quickly left

“hyunjin your lunch-“ You said before he closed the door and left

“whatever ill stop by the company and drop it off later”you said to yourself in your head

you cleaned the house before packing his lunch in a cute lunchbox with cute tooth picks and made the fruit into hearts

you went to the cafe near the company building to get hyunjin and the boys coffee they were probably exhausted practicing

you went inside the building

“Hey Y/N!!! i havent seen you in so long” jian one of the staff member said

“yeahh ive been busy lately i missed you where is hyunjins practice room?” you asked

“let me check the systemi think they are at 3rd floor room 325, yeah it says they are” jian responded

“thank you see you around” you waved

“bye” jian waved back

you got in the elevator and pressed 3rd floor

“excuse me do you know where room 325 is?” you asked the lady in the hallway

“its to the right” the lady said

“Thank you have a nice day”

you knocked on the door and chan opened it

you got at the 4th floor and found room 408 you looked from the glass next to the door you saw hyunjin and who you believed was riko on top of hyunjin holding his hands on top of his head

he looked up at the door and saw you looking he looked shocked pushed the girl off and got up to follow you.

you just ran to the elevator with tears in your eyes

“Y/N angel wait” he yelled

he catched you before you entered the elevator

“Let me explain angel-“

ok so first things first, i loooove gatwa's doctor so much already. if nothing else, i love the masterclass in acting he's putting on, his expressiveness is so impressive. he brings a very fun energy to the role

the church on ruby road has me feeling a bit mixed as well. the plot was kind of meh, and i didn't like how in the alternate universe ruby's mum was just so mean without her. it didn't make sense. like what makes ruby so special, hm 🤨 what's this one white blond baby got that all the other babies in the world don't 🤨 i know the point was to show how much ruby meant to her mum, but like. there are other ways to do it than have a complete 180 in characterization.

i'm honestly not super interested in the mystery of ruby's parentage (which apparently seems like it will be a huge thing unless they're just making stuff up to fake us out, in which case, good on them). but i don't want it to be some big reveal i'm sorry 😩 especially not because if it is, people will bend over backwards to say how great storytelling it is when they'd never say that if moffat did a plot like this. i hadn't even considered the possibility really, when i'd first watched it, i thought it's just not that deep, but maybe i'm wrong. the people who are theorizing that ruby is rose and tentoo's daughter are sooo funny though like

ur only saying that because she's blond and we all know nobody on this show can be blond without being related to The Blond(tm) 🙄

that literally means they abandoned their kid. yes. such good parents 😫

i also feel like we didn't....really get to know ruby that well? i'll reserve judgement to give them more time obviously, and millie seems very green (not a judgement on her, and she and ncuti seem to have a lot of fun energy together) so there's still time and there's a lot of time in general for the stories to get going, and it had to do double duty as a christmas special and an intro episode for both new doctor and new companion so like, my feelings may also change with time. anyways those are my thots for now

yesss i was sold on gatwa very quickly i just hope he doesn't become 10th doctor rehash number 2345932853845 i am so tired. give him something new. also praying him and ruby don't have a romance angle there were a couple of moments in CORR i was like. GOD NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT AGAIN.

CORR plot being meh i agreeee but also xmas specials plot is a lot of times like a wafer and as someone who watched it quite roasted ngl i kinda appreciated it 😂

YEAH omhg tho with ruby disappearing and her mum (i want to say carla??) completely changing as a person??? i get that the point was supposed to be like one little change can make such an impact etc etc as well. but also i was just like. .... ok but what about the other kids wasnt good enuf ???? maybe i'm a cynic lol. but fr have another MORE kids on the wall bc she's trying to fill a gap she doesn't know is from what !!!! IMAGINE.... especially with it being sort of set up as a doctor/companions parallel oh my god

nooo oh my god i know what you mean about rubys parents i like that theyre setting it up as a counter to 13s "it doesn't matter i'm good as i am my past doesnt define me" etc. but i really want it to not be interesting. i want her parents to just be like. normal people who had to make a hard choice lol. oh my god. i just realised. we're gonna go thru a fucking rey star wars arc with her im gonna lose it byee... imagine she ends the series like "im ruby doctor" :) i would quit watching.

but yeah 100% it's gonna be a big thing. atm i dont care but i guess we'll see and hope they do something interesting with it.... prayers she's an alien tbf

rose and tentoo would be terrible parents tbf i said what i said.

YEAH i know what you mean i feel like that about gatwa too i think its hard making the first intro for both an xmas special because it has to be kinda silly and rompy so you cant rlly get too into the grit of the characters?? still reserving judgement on them both, but its taken me a while to warm up to like. everyone in dr who since bill--- wait i take that back i loved bel in flux from like her first scene but she's not a doc or companion.
