hello beauty, thank you so much for this, I love it. @hellfirenacht sent this to me as well, so this is for both of you 🧡

Like many, I think my favorite Eddie moment is the picnic table scene, it showcased so many facets of his personality that still have me hard-pressed over a year later.

As far as HC's, here are a few:

He loves to tinker and make things, if he is not working, playing guitar, or touching you, he has to be fiddling with something. He folded the cash tips into Origami shapes on your first date. He finds scrap metal around the shop where he works and makes strange little animals to surprise you with. Over the years, you have house/garden full of them.

He regularly burns/overcooks his food, but he thinks it's supposed to taste like that. One day you make one of his signature dishes for him, and he's like, "wow, how'd you make it taste so good?"

He's the first one to cheer you up out of a bad mood. Even when you really want to stay upset about something, you realize you can't.

He has "lucky" things that he holds dear: a lucky lighter because he found it on one of his walks. A lucky pair of socks, because he was wearing them when he met you. A lucky pocketknife because Wayne gave it to him. One day, you notice that your ring or necklace is hanging from his rearview mirror, and he says he has it there for luck.

In the winter, his lips get really chapped, and so you give him one of your Lip Smackers that tastes like cotton candy, and you never see it again because he takes it with him, and you end up buying him a multi-pack so that he can stop taking yours.

He has a way with animals and strays are drawn to him. There are a lot of cats in the neighborhood, and he feeds them and knows all of their names. One day, he rescues a stray kitten and brings it home tucked in his jacket. He names it Dio. He finds out he's actually allergic to cats but doesn't let that keep him away from them.

He gets involved in the muscle car drag racing scene for a bit, and he's known as Madmax Munson because his cars are always shambled together with junkyard parts, but he blows everyone out of the water anyway.
