Trump Gagged? No Way! - 04/03/2024
The New York supreme court judge Juan Merchan in Trump's "hush money" case has expanded on his earlier gag order which tried to restrict what Trump could publicly say about the case. The order came late yesterday which gags the former president from speaking in public about Manhattan D.A. Alvin Brag's family members and all others named including jurors, potential jurors, counsel, court staff, witnesses, and their families. The judge wrote, “This pattern of attacking family members of presiding jurists and attorneys assigned to his cases serves no legitimate purpose, it merely injects fear in those assigned or called to participate in the proceedings that not only they, but their family members as well, are ‘fair game,’ for Defendant’s vitriol.” He further wrote that courts are "understandably concerned" on restricting defendants' free speech, especially for those who are publicly notable. He further wrote, “The circumstances of the instant matter, however, are different. The conventional ‘David vs. Goliath’ roles are no longer in play as demonstrated by the singular power defendant’s words have on countless others.” In his ruling arguments he cited from the prosecution, “multiple potential witnesses have already raised grave concerns [...] about their own safety and that of their family members should they appear as witnesses against the defendant.” On those fears he wrote that they would "undoubtedly interfere" with the proceedings, and he continued. “The average observer, must now, after hearing defendant’s recent attacks, draw the conclusion that if they become involved in these proceedings, even tangentially, they should worry not only for themselves, but for their loved ones as well.” State prosecutor Matthew Colangelo wrote, “Defendant’s dangerous, violent, and reprehensible rhetoric fundamentally threatens the integrity of these proceedings and is intended to intimidate witnesses and trial participants alike—including this Court.” The state attorney's office was referencing Trump's remarks about the judge's daughter.
This judge, Juan Merchan, is compromised with a serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, and Trump's lawyers think he should recuse himself from the case because his daughter, Loren Merchan who owns a Democrat political consulting firm, heavily profited from her fundraisers dedicated to hurt and remove Trump from the political scene. The judge's wife, Lara Merchan, used to work for New York Attorney General Letitia James, who prosecuted Trump for a victimless crime of "over valuating" his property to get a more favorable loan, and to which he paid back fully with interest that made Duetsche Bank (no complaints) a lot of money. Another ridiculous, unconstitutionally brought case, which, like all the others, is nothing more than political persecution. Judge Juan Merchan's profile picture on X was of Donald Trump behind bars. I think it's fair to say that this judge is compromised, or as Trump would say, "by a lot!"
Of course, the mainstream media's talking point's echoe-chamber put out that Trump made threatening remarks about the judge's daughter, when in fact he did no such thing. One of his Truth Social posts reads, “Judge Juan Merchan, a very distinguished looking man, is nevertheless a true and certified Trump Hater who suffers from a very serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. In other words, he hates me! His daughter is a senior executive at a Super Liberal Democrat firm that works for Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff, the Democrat National Committee, Senate Majority PAC, and even Crooked Joe Biden.”
As I have said before, I think all of these cases against Trump should be dismissed and thrown out, as they are obviously political witch hunts directed by Biden's crooked administration and their weaponized justice department. So, Trump appropriately calls them the "Biden trials." The left thinks they can stop him from coming back to DC, and this judge thinks he can silence him, to keep him from pointing out all of the obvious corruption in that's clearly in plain sight for anyone with a functioning brain to see; --No Way! No Way! - will they ever silence or stop him, and No Way! - will they ever silence or stop us, we the people. Trump is right when he declares these trials as being "election interference," and that they should never, ever take place in the United States of America: abso-futting-lutely; -- No Way!

(The Washington Post)
For those who don't know, the US Supreme Court just ruled that states are allowed to enforce trans healthcare for minors. Undoubtedly, this will trigger a wave of other states that either hope to pass or have already passed policies to do the same. This is going to kill children, and harm more in long-lasting ways.
So, how can you help?
FUCKING VOTE. I don't care if you don't like Biden, he's not the only one on the ballot. Vote representatives into your city council who will turn our city into a sanctuary city. Vote for governors and state reps who will, even if they don't pass new protections, oppose bans being pushed through. Chsllenge and kick out conservative incumbents who are banking on their races being obscure enough for people to not vote in.
Anyone telling you voting is useless is either lying to you or grossly uninformed and think saying this is the edgy new take that will make them look hip and informed. Yes, the system is broken. But short of burning the whole thing to the ground (which personally I'm not a fan of as I quite enjoy having like. Roads and the FDA) what we can do is to change it for the better, by starting with the local races and working our way up.

I hope I get to pass the right message I'm meaning to, cause it is amazing that people from the USA are talking and pointing out the inconsistencies of the American speech of "we're saving the people and giving democracy" that, well, doesn't add up since the 70s and for non white communities it never made sense cause the democracy USA talk so much about only work with their white rich. We all know that. Yet everytime I see a post from someone addressing this as if it was the first time they ever noticed I think about things such the privilege of not noticing from early age that the state doesn't care about you and in fact works for you to be exterminated - and I got that thought of uh, are you new here? It's been said for awhile. Yet the person think they just find out a whole new world and although I do know it's important to have allies and people that want to know more I still find almost hysterical how there are people out there not so rich that CAN ignore the issue until the media and head of state don't fuck bother about hiding anything

scrolling through the list of dead in Gaza in the past 20 days should be a fucking requirement of any journalists who is planning to commit malpractice on international television. Go ahead. See for yourself what do we mean when we say 7028. Because i don't think any of us understand how big that number is.

“You should have to pass a quiz on current issues and/or take an IQ test to vote”. Bad. Racist. Easily weaponized. Not democratic.
“You should have to read (1) newspaper from the last seven days before sharing your hot take on someone else’s tumblr post”. Intriguing. Has potential. Might bring about world peace.

“A new U.S. law has eliminated the requirement that drugs in development must undergo testing in animals before being given to participants in human trials.
Animal rights advocates have long pushed for such a move, and some in the pharmaceutical industry have argued that animal testing can be ineffective and expensive...
Signed by President Biden in December as part of a larger spending package, the law doesn't ban the testing of new drugs on animals outright.
Instead it simply lifts the requirement that pharmaceutical companies use animals to test new drugs before human trials. Companies can still test drugs on animals if they choose to.
There are a slew of other methods that drugmakers employ to assess new medications and treatments, such as computer modeling and "organs on a chip," thumb-sized microchips that can mimic how organs' function are affected by pharmaceuticals.
But Aliasger Salem, a professor at the University of Iowa's College of Pharmacy, told NPR that companies opting to use these alternative testing methods as a replacement for animal testing must be aware of the methods' limits to ensure their drugs are safe.
"The companies need to be aware of the limitations of those technologies and their ability to identify or not identify potential toxicities," Salem said.
"You don't want to shift to systems that might not capture all of the types of toxicities that have been seen in the past without ensuring that the methods that you have will capture that."
An FDA spokesperson told NPR that it will "implement all applicable provisions in the omnibus and continue to work with stakeholders to encourage the development of alternative testing methods."
This year's federal budget also includes $5 million for a new FDA program aimed at reducing animal testing by helping to develop and encourage industry to adopt new product testing methods, the spokesperson said.”

“voting isn’t a moral tool” see I honestly don’t believe that y’all think that. Be honest. If voting does not have anything to do with morals and is nothing but a political tool, then how do you feel about trump voters?
You don’t like them right? You guys think voting for trump makes you a bad person.
I agree! But you can’t think that then turn around and say “voting isn’t about morals” whenever people criticize Biden and say y’all shouldn’t be supporting a genocider, at least while he’s doing the genocide!
You guys can’t make the argument that voting isn’t about morals or right and wrong while treating votes for trump as an ideological stain on peoples records, not without shrouding yourself in cognitive dissonance.
This argument makes no sense, because it does not work. It is not applied evenly.
Voting for republicans who are racist and do war crimes makes you a bad evil person, but voting for democrats who are racist and enable and openly participate in and fund genocide is somehow neutral because “we have to for trans/gay rights” or something. And it is always people telling me, a trans person this as if I somehow don’t realize how bad trump would be, as if we are not being murdered and losing our rights and becoming homeless every day under Biden!
Y’all can’t keep saying “but trump is worse!” whenever people criticize Biden when there is a GENOCIDE, as if THIS is somehow not the worst!
Openly supporting Biden is not how you make him stop supporting Israel! He recently approved BILLIONS more for them, why are we still pretending he’s working behind the scenes or something? The only thing that will make him stop is if he is held legally accountable or if we convince him he will lose the election if he does not use his power to stop Israel!
RONALD REAGAN DID A BETTER JOB HANDLING ISRAEL.
arguing about voting is a waste of time anyways! We should all be calling for him to step down and be investigated for war crimes

One and a half hour video of a lawyer going through the civil lawsuit of convicted child rapist Joseph Rosenbaum's estate, filed in court by attorney Kimberly Motley of Matthews, NC. The lawyer examining this civil lawsuit proceeds to tear it apart and call it out for what it is. Deceitful Law-fare that preys upon the general public's unfamiliarity with Rittenhouse's criminal trial. It is standard practice of the left and Democrats to deliberately misunderstand why they are wrong and openly lie, even to the courts, about settled facts that have been tested and supported.

Trump warns of ‘bedlam,’ declines to rule out violence after court hearing
Oh, your god-king "warns of 'bedlam'", does he?
Well, you just remember this, far Right, white nationalist, dominionist pig shit: We have guns and Stand Your Ground laws, too. Next time, we're not gonna just sit while impotent cops in windbreakers and tap shoes follow some bureaucrat's order to stand around and watch the show.
Muriel Bowser, and Joint Chiefs of Staff? You ARE on notice. Likewise, the mayors of cities where they think insurrection is protected speech.
We're here, and we're booking flights to the Capitol as we speak.
If Biden is any kind of president at all, the place will be thick with the National Guard.

WTH, Humiliating Live Trial
Reports that federal prosecutors are on the verge of wrapping up the Hunter Biden investigation suggest that a “generous” plea deal for the first son is in the works, a former Justice Department official said Thursday.
Lawyer Jim Trusty and other legal experts also discounted the notion that officials may be concerned about bringing charges because of the looming midterm elections, in which Democratic control of the House and Senate are both at stake.
Fox News and CNN reported Wednesday that the Delaware grand jury probe of Hunter Biden was at or near a “critical” stage, with sources telling CNN that officials recently discussed potential tax charges and a potential charge for making a false statement in connection with a handgun purchase.
Previous reports have said the investigation also involved suspicions of money laundering and violations of federal lobbying laws tied to Hunter Biden’s controversial overseas business dealings.
“From the reporting that I have read, it seems more like a generous guilty plea is on the horizon, not some sort of sweeping indictment,” said Trusty, a former chief of the DOJ’s Organized Crime Section.
“It does not take four years to put together a dinky gun case or many of the cases deemed ‘tax cases.”
He added: “We’re not hearing the word ‘conspiracy’ and we are hearing and seeing an awful lot of drug addiction vignettes, so I think the ‘critical phase’ could be more about reaching a plea agreement designed to end the entire inquiry rather than seeing a fully investigated “pay-to-play” scheme.”
George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said he was concerned “that key witnesses, including President Biden, have not been called” to testify before the grand jury.
“It is not clear how the prosecutors would eliminate conspiracy charges or a wider array of wrongdoing without speaking to such key players,” he said.
Trusty, Turley and former Detroit US Attorney Barbara McQuade all said they didn’t believe the November elections would be a factor in any decision to seek Hunter Biden’s indictment, as suggested by CNN, which cited unnamed current and former DOJ officials.
“I do not think DOJ would hesitate to file charges against Hunter Biden if the evidence were sufficient just because of the upcoming midterm elections,” said McQuade, legal analyst for NBC News and MSNBC.
“He is not on the ballot. Even his father is not on the ballot. There would be no reason to refrain from filing charges other than an absence of evidence.”
Neither the DOJ nor Hunter Biden’s lawyers immediately returned requests for comment.
