dsmp as a play? hold my fucking shit, I’ve been thinking about this for TWO YEARS (as someone who did theater for like 12 years)

I absolutely adore the idea of some people seeing the audience and interacting with them and some don’t.

Especially the people who talk to chat a lot during the lore. (Techno, Phil, Tommy, etc.) but I also adore the thought that they gradually become more aware of the audience.

Like Niki for example, she doesn’t talk to the audience or like make them feel involved with her until she’s burning down l’mantree

I want Connor to be in the audience audibly reacting to everything on stage, maybe he even throws popcorn when like Wilbur presses the button and Charlie is just chilling observing everything and becoming more and more aware of the show

Whenever Eret is on stage it’s soft music playing, building up the more they are on until the betrayal happens, subtle and not really noticeable

a Technoblade monologue being performed to the audience, it’s articulate, it’s attention holding, the lighting is dramatic, and Tommy is to the side trying to figure out who tf he’s talking to

Pogtopia Wilbur gets a little more ragged every time he comes on stage, the lighting gets more and more eerie, and it’s the same lighting used in the control room.

I think Tommy would talk to the audience more during exile, becoming more aware of them the longer he’s alone. Maybe Dream catches him talking to the audience and takes away his tools again, but they are the only consistent thing in his life, so he continues talking to them.

SAM NOOK. Making Sam Nook a hand puppet that the actor who plays Awesamdude uses.

There are definitely so many like sad and angsty stuff to put in but like im just thinking about funny stuff.

Tubbo constantly looks at the Audience and gives them the Jim from the Office stare™️, but only until he becomes president and then he suddenly stops doing it.

Ranboo would also be really interesting, cause they talk to themselves a LOT, like their character specifically. Maybe when they aren’t talking they are watching the audience, pulling out their notebook to take notes.

God have you guys looked at stage fighting? Like genuine good stage fighting? Imagine that with the dsmp. I’m so normal about this and everything

When Techno goes into retirement he literally gets off the stage and joins the audience, tsking at stuff and writing shit down in a book, but never getting involved until he gets pulled back in.

Finally finished the book nook project I got for Christmas! Aziraphale's Bookshop (Knockoff Edition) is now housed in with my novels.

This is not a great project to do when you have measurably low manual dexterity and an attention disorder, but that's part of why it took so long, I went really slow and was really careful, used a lot of glue and q-tips and multiple scalpel blades. I still fucked up a handful of things, but if you can't spot 'em I'm not gonna mention them. :D

Here's my contribution for the Sixteenth Day Event held by @sixteenth-day-event

This fic is a little "What if" fic. So, What If Punz had actually turned against Dream during the Disc War Finale? And What If he built a life for himself after the war? One Dream is far too eager to take from him?

Summary:

On the rare occasions when Dream remembered that Punz wasn’t just a decoration, he just attempted to fish for information on him. Dream was very passionate about learning everyone’s attachments as he knew that, eventually, everyone would turn against him and he would need them to exact his revenge. Well, Punz had always been careful not to reveal anything. He kept everything dear to him close to his heart. After all, while his attachments not have seemed like much, they were everything Dream always hoped for. He had Tommy’s trust and affection. He had been hailed as a hero ever since he turned against Dream and led everyone to the Attachments' Vault. And he was the favorite of the god who wrote the Revival Book, something Dream had tried to obtain ever since he discovered that the book alone would not give him the immortality he craved. He never told Dream any of that, but it wasn’t a secret to others. Especially for the two Eggheads Sam allowed as guards in the prison. - or, Dream is out of prison and ready to take his revenge on the one one who betrayed him. Sam Nook is caught in the crossfire.

stardew valley is taking up about 40% of my last few days (I calculated) and I'm obsessed (not that much) with Sebastian and because of my inexperience with the game and all I'm just picturing us (he's my bf now) as the "village emo" meets the "village weirdo"

cuz like I barely talk to people, give them weird gifts that they don't like, randomly remember birthdays then forget to check the calledar for a week just to block their way because I'm fishing. I also spend days in the mines, probably coming out of them bloodied and covered in slime just to give some quartz to people and then try to flirt with their parents
