Hakuoki Drama CD - Shimabara Disturbance Track 3 English translation

To no one in particular... Suzuki Shogo > Sasaki Yoshihide. Also I keep spelling the latter's name wrong.... ehehe. (¬‿¬)

Sen: Then, I'll go get Chizuru-chan prepared. Everyone, please wait here. Let's go, Chizuru-chan.

(door opens and they go) Hijikata: But when Saito said that he had something to say to me, I thought it would be for something. I didn't expect it that he wanted to put Chizuru in a kimono.

Okita: If you're feeling dissatisfied, why don't you go back? Chizuru-chan won't be happy with someone saying something like that.

Hijikata: Hey, who said that I was feeling dissatisfied or annoyed?

Okita: Areh? Do you want to see it that badly? As expected, Hijikata-san is inwardly quite passionate. Chizuru-chan should really be staying away from you~

Hijikata: You bastard, aren't you going to nitpick me for whatever I say?!

Nagakura Forget it, Hijikata-san, just calm down. Chizuru-chan was really beautiful then, so of course you/I'd [no subject] want to see her like that again.

Saito: What's wrong, Heisuke? You have a strange expression on your face again.

Toudou: Eh? An, no.

Nagakura What is it, Heisuke? You don't want to see Chizuru-chan like that again?

Toudou: How would that be possible?! I was... only, I don't her to be shown in public like that.

Nagakura: Huh? What do you mean?

Toudou: It's nothing!

Harada: This is something that everyone's looking forward to! Right, Saito?

Harada: If you weren't interested, you wouldn't have made such a proposal, right?

Nagakura: That's right! I was really surprised when Saito made the suggestion.

Sen: We've kept you waiting! She's finished changing now! Come on, Chizuru-chan! Don't be shy! Hurry, hurry!

Toudou: Guh~! Chi...Chizuru...!!

Nagakura: Wow! you really are beautiful! No matter how many times I see you, I'll never get used to it/tired of it.

Harada: It's a different kimono than last time, but it suits you very much, Chizuru.

Okita: Don't be shy, and raise raise your head. What a truly rare and beautiful transformation.

Hijikata: This is already the second time, why are you still nervous? The clothes suit you very well, so it's fine to be more magnanimous and generous/honest and forthcoming.

Nagakura: Ha? What do you mean by that?

Harada: Well, calm down you two. You're troubling Chizuru. Today's banquet is for Chizuru, so we should enteertain her properly. Right, Saito?

Saito: Why are you asking me that!

Harada: Didn't you organize this? You said that you wanted Chizuru wearing a beautiful kimono.

Saito: Sa-Sano! Don't say anything unnecessary!

Harada; What part of this is unnecessary?

Saito: Yukimura, don't worry. It's nothing. Don't ask anything about this. Ah, the Vice-Commander is looking over here. He might have something to say to you, so you should go over there. [Saito speaks very quickly here 😂]

Toudou: It's true that many girls play that, but that can be done at headquarters.

Harada: Anyway Souji, you've been doing nothing but list children's games.

Okita: Hehe, that's because I've seen the neighbourhood children play them. Does Sano-san have any good ideas?

Harada: Nn, it's true that identifying what a woman does is difficult. Should we ask that geisha named Kimigiku teach her something/how to dance?

Okita: But even if she came to the dojo to teach, I don't know if that child likes dancing.

Nagakura: The only one who can probably sing children's songs without it feeling out of place with is Kondou-san.

Toudou: In the end, Souji just wants to tease Hijikata-san.

Okita: That isn't the case. If we try this, maybe he'd say "that makes recall the happiness from my childhood."

Nagakura: Indeed, he might say that…

Harada: Calm down, Shinpachi! Are you really going to sing?

Saito: Nn. If she's happy, it would be a small matter.

Harada: Saito, you calm down too! If you suddenly say "let's sing children's songs" Chizuru will get confused!

Nagakura: That’s right. Do you have any other good ideas....

Toudou: What exactly does Chizuru like?

Toudou: Ah! Idiot! Souji!

(stops)

Toudou: It's nothing, Chizuru! We're not talking about you! Ah!

(Chizuru falls) [or that's my assumption since it sounds like she runs into Heisuke while something metallic falls down]

Toudou: So-Sorry, Chizuru.

Hijiakta: Ha, seriously, what are you doing? Are you alright, Chizuru? Here, your hairpin.

(Hijikata givers her the kanzahi)

Hijikata: Hah... Your hair, which had been done up into a bun, is all messed up. Can you call Osen? She can help you with your hair again.

(door opens and closes after Chizuru leaves)

Hijikata: Hey, Heisuke, why are you so panicked? Did you do something that you're ashamed of?

Toudou: It's not like that! It's just that she suddenly came close that I panicked. We were talking about asking Chizuru about what a woman/girl would do.

Harada: We got sidetracked halfway though.

Hijikata: Things that women do?

Okita: It's quite pitiful that she always has to wear men's clothes, so we just wanted to do something for her. But it appears that Demon Vice-Commander-san doesn't think that.

Hijikata: Did I say that?

Okita: Then exactly what will Hijikata-san do for Chizuru-chan?

Hijikata: Oh. You're asking what to do... Overdoing will instead make her feel concerned. Just let her do whatever she wants.

Toudou: But...

Hijikata: In any case, wouldn't it be better if you all paid more attention to her? Regardless of how beautiful the kimono is, it's boring to be left alone.

Okita: How are we supposed to react when you say such an ordinary thing?

havent started track 4 yet and while i do hope to get a start on it today... im not sure how likely that'll be since i'll be on the road waaaay later today and i get incredibly nauseous while in a car... and am usually feeling that way hours after exiting said vehicle.

How They Like To Cuddle and Spend

Time With You

Characters Included: Tobio Kageyama, Rinko Sudō, Moe Kikuchi, Chizuru Sasaki, Kentarō Kyōtani, Reon Ōhira, Kazuma Bobata, Hana Misaki, Rintarō Suna, and Shugo Meian

Warnings: None, just fluff

Tobio Kageyama

He's gone a lot due to being a professional sports player. So when he gets home all he wants to do is cuddle as you both watch something and bask in each other presence.

Usually when he gets home he's so cranky and tired so he usually will just hold out his arms as he slowly embraces you. He puts all of his weight on you as he let's out a long sigh, relaxing.

Though, when he is home for awhile and is able to be well rested he tends to get shy. You two could have had an established cuddling dynamic for awhile now, but he is still always a little hesitant to ask.

Usually He's very gruff and blunt about it.

You'll be sitting on the couch, in the bed, or up and doing something when Tobio will very stifly stand beside or behind you until you address him.

Once you do he'll very awkwardly ask if you'd want to cuddle. If you chuckle he'll get annoyed and a little irritated.

"What is it, Tobio?"

"I was just wondering......if you might....want to, ya know......cuddle? What are you laughing at?! It's not funny!"

You'll have to reassure him you're not laughing at him and he'll calm down, probably pouting a lil till you both go and cuddle. He could never genuinely be mad at you. Though he does worry and get in his head too much. He's so awkward socially and can be short tempered sometimes, though he has come a long way with both.

You've helped him so much, he can never show how grateful he his for you, your care, and your support. You've both talked through how he needs to communicate his emotions more so when he gets down on himself you can help.

So whenever he's feeling down and unsure of himself, he looks to you for comfort and will outright ask for your attention.

When Tobio is feeling like this, he loves laying on top of you and let you fork your fingers through his hair or trace around on his upper back.

He not a very outspoken person with soft intimate moments like these. So just you cuddling and playing with his hair as you both cuddle either in complete silence or with something playing in the background. These simple touches are more than enough for him to know you care and love him, even the things about himself that Tobio doesn't really care for.

Rinko Sudō

Rinko is very busy. She is also a very goal oriented and can seem very stubborn. But is very warm and kind so she really has no trouble in asking you to cuddle her.

The only thing is, as I said, she is very busy. She'll need someone to stop her from pushing herself too far. She tends to neglect her own health, but that's nothing a good cuddling session can fix. You will probably have to initiate it most of the time to pull her away from work.

She is rather tall, so when she cuddles you you almost disappear. She wraps her entire self around you and will snuggle her face into you.

You are her recharge station, she needs you to feel batter. So when she isn't being stretched by her work, she will be wrapped around you and not wanting to let go.

Rinko loves cuddling and talking about anything and everything. She wants to know you as emotionally and mentally intimately as possible. You amaze her.

So chatting your time away is a must. Sharing ideas, silly and serious alike, she eats this up.

Wrapped together in each and every way possible.

Moe Kikuchi

Moe is a very quiet yet cheerful person. She can be rather shy but really loves to cuddle you. Not just cuddling, she just loves touch. Always holding your hand, wrapping her arms around you as she rests her chin on your shoulder. Her height adds to her shyness as well. She already blushes enough as it is when you're holding hands in public, but with how tall she is makes her think too much as well.

Any outings you two have will cause her to ask for attention of cuddles and soft touches. Sitting together in front of the TV as you watch comedy movies covered in a big blanket on the couch. Moe loves for you to to sit in her lap if you are a lot smaller than her. If not, she loves interwining your legs together under the blanket as you giggle and laugh at the movie.

She's insecure sometimes and just needs to know how much you love her, all of her. So compliments when she is brave enough to ask you to cuddle is a must.

Tell her how powerful she looks, or how sweet she is. A good one that makes Moe melt is telling her how loved you feel being with her.

Usually she'll grab you by the waist and slowly and carefully pull you down, giving little kisses to your shoulders and temples and she guides you to her lap or a spot on the couch or bed next to her.

Chizuru Sasaki

Chizuru is very insecure about herself. She tends to make a lot of mistakes because she's so nervous about making mistakes all the time. She tends to go running to you after work if she's had a rough day and will often run into your arms as soon as she sees you.

She so small that she loves it if you'd ever hold her in a Koala hug.

She'll barely have taken her shoes off, probably not even putting on her house slippers before she's running to you and snuggling into your embrace. She'll immediately try and wrap her legs around your waist and want to be held.

Bad days and good days alike though, she just loves to hug you. Good days She'll want to hang out and watch movies and eat snacks and chatter the night away.

Bad days she only wants to be cuddled in bed as you reassure her. And she'll outright ask for it.

"Am I really just a klutz?"

"Am I worth the trouble?"

"Why do I even try?"

She tends to take on others burdens as her own as well and just needs to be told she's loved and worthy.

You are her lighthouse in the storm of life. You bring stability, safety, and warmth. Chizu just loves snuggling close into your chest and hearing your heartbeat. She can't sleep without it now.

Kentarō Kyōtani

Kentarō loves to cuddle but hardly ever asks. He has a hard time asking for things like this, usually he'll pat his chest if he laying or sitting.

Though, after playing or practice with the Sendai Frogs, he tends to be more tired and less patient. So he'll usually just pick you up with a kiss to the forehead or temple and carry you to the bed.

Kentarō loves to have you held to his chest, his chin resting on the crown of your head.

He gets very heated during games and has a short temper with people so he often looks to you to for comfort and relaxation.

He very heavily relies on both physical touch and words of affirmation. So when you cuddle him he really needs you to tell him how everything is going to be alright. He needs to know you're not afraid of him or think he's mean or scary.

Kentarō isn't one much to talk but loves to hear you talk. It helps him forget his worries to attend to your thoughts and ideas.

You two will often find yourselves cuddling as you talk for hours, Kentarō asking and intersecting very little at just the right moments to keep you going.

He jokes a lot to make you laugh, it's his favourite sound.

The night slowly closes in as you two lay under the blankets, your talk lulling you both to sleep.

Reon Ōhira

This man is super busy. Not only does he play on a sports team but is a sporting goods employee as well.

So when he gets home in a timely manner, he loves to gather up your daughter and you and take you both to the couch and cuddle as you watch whatever your daughter's heart desires.

Cuddling us a big thing in your house. Reon did a lot of research without you before you adopted a child of your own. It became a form of quality time for the both of you. Learning about how to rear and Rais a child properly into adulthood.

Reon is always picking her up and throwing you over his shoulder, chuckling all the way.

He may be busy but he is very calm and very laid back, so he makes sure he has as much time as he can with you two because loves the both of you so much.

He tends to like doing small, easy things with you two when ge gets home. He's tired alot, so watching movies, reading, family picnics, the whole shebang.

If you're doing your own thing in another room you'll hear raucous laughter from another as Reon tickles your daughter and screams for you to save her from the mighty tickle monster.

Though this is always just a ploy to get you to come into he room so Reon can pick you up and hold you both down on the bed and cuddle pile.

Cuddling usually ends up with you partially asleep on his chest with your daughter splayed out on top of the both of you, and he wouldn't want it any other way.

Kazuma Bobata

Kazuma is very energetic and confident, but when it comes to you he is very insecure. He gets nervous and shy and will try to fake confidence; failing to by the way.

He gets so red in the face and can't look at you. He just thinks you're so amazing. How did he get you? How'd he get so damn lucky?

He'll usually hang around you dropping hints. He loves it when you act like you have no idea what he wants and tease him.

Kazuma will just explode in embarrassment and just ask you to finally cuddle him.

He loves to be babied and to be face planted into your chest. If you have big boobs he would happily be smothered of not he is dying (affectionately) from your heartbeat.

He loves listening to your heartbeat as you tell him how good of a boy he is and how much he makes you laugh as you play with his hair.

Since Kazuma is so energetic he has a very busy work life and will overestimate himself and get in trouble and stressed out.

So you telling him he does a good job and is actually helpful is so good for it. He clings to you like he can't get close enough and wants to merge with you.

Hana Misaki

Hana is very outspoken and gets what she wants. In highschool you remember her being very quiet and timid until she finally learned to speak out.

Now she comes off as brash, but she never means too. This includes when she wants attention from you. She'll walk right past you as she says "I wanna hang out. Meet me in the living to watch movies," or something along those lines. Of course if you're really not feeling it she is more than willing to postpone the cuddle and hangout session.

More often than not though you guys are hanging out together outside. Hana is very social and she likes to be out and about checking this or that.

She also likes to just hang out with you at home being cozy but not too much so beware. You will be dragged along.

As I said though, she will be very blunt and will tell you what she wants.

Hana's favourite thing is to come home to you with dinner made and you two can chow down as you talk about your days or when you get home from work as she's just getting done making dinner.

She loves to drag you here and there and your guys free time is mostly spent visiting this or that place learning something new and exploring Japan.

Rintarō Suna

Rin, as we all know, can be an absolute little shit. So when he wants attention and cuddles from you, he'll make it seem like that's the last thing he wants and he'll tease you incessantly.

Rin will poke fun at whatever you're doing, never pushing too far because he does love you and doesn't want to hurt you or actually make you mad, but he loves getting a rise out of you.

Sometimes you can't even tell when he's doing it because he'll do it in that deadpan way of his. But it all has a purpose. He knows exactly how to push and pull on your emotions to get what he wants without outright asking for it.

The only time Rin will outright ask for all of your attention to be on him is when he gets home after being gone for awhile.

He is a professional volleyball player, so this is unfortunately more common that you'd both like. But it's his dream and he loves it, and you can live out your own dream without him there all the time.

Either way, as soon as he gets home from being gone for training or playing, he'll drop his bags by the door and barely slip on his house shoes before he has his arms wrapped around you, his face buried in your neck as he's begging you to join him in the bed and to just cuddle, wordlessly all night.

He has missed you so much, the way your hands trace the Kanji of I love you on his back and the way you fit so perfectly in his arms. Even down to how your bed smells of the two of you always with the mix of your detergent. Rin misses the way you heave a big sigh just before your eyes flutter shut. How before you close them they are so eager to drink in his appearance.

Rintarō would never say it but he feels the same. Not having you there next to him as he falls asleep and feeling your arms secure him to this plain of existence was dreadful.

But it's always that much better to experience the longer he has to wait.

Shugo Meian

Shugo is another who is a professional volleyball player. He is exhausted when he gets home, and nothing cures that better than him climbing into bed with you and wrapping his big arms around you and spooning you.

Shugo is always looking to cuddle with you. He is so hardworking he deserves it. Not only does he play volleyball professional but he is such a good househusband. When he's home you're not allowed to lift a finger. He'll be damned if his lover cooks or cleans when he's home. You do so much for him by keeping the house clean when he's gone and making him feel so loved and cared for.

Shugo is always picking you up in his big strong arms or pulling you down on his lap for cuddles. No words necessary. He's home now and he missed his baby and needs to soak up all the love he can before he has to go back.

He calls you every night before he goes to sleep or before he k ows you go to sleep and whines about how much he just needs you in his arms, your face in his hands to plant kisses all over it.

The morning after the Omiya incident, the Shinsengumi members were still searching for Haruka. They were all concerned for her safety and well-being. Hijikata, Okita, and the others were out in the city, trying to find any sign of Haruka. Yamazaki, in particular, was worried sick about her. They were all aware of the burden she carried as a demon and the sacrifices she had made for their sake.

As the sun rose higher in the sky, they were still without any clue of Haruka's whereabouts. But they refused to give up hope. The bond between the Shinsengumi members and the Okuzume ran deep, and they were determined to find their friend and comrade.

Yamazaki was looking with Shota, Shimu and Okita. “You really shouldn’t be up, Okita-san...”

Okita just shot him a look. “To hell with my health. Haruka is out there somewhere.”

“And she’ll kill you when she finds out you went out looking for her.”

“I’m fine with that! I just need to know she’s alright! Aren’t you worried about her!?” Okita yelled.

Both of them came to a stop. “Of course I do!” Yamazaki yelled. “But your health is also important!”

"Then if you do care, stop pestering me about my health!” Okita then started coughing roughly, him breathing heavy, doubled over in pain.

“See! You should go back!”

“Shut up, Yamazaki..! Damn it! Why did they have to pick her to protect those two!?”

“H-Hey! Come on, stop fighting!” Shota tried to get them to stop when they were interrupted by Shimu barking. He was barking up some sets of steps. At the top of them was Haruka, still in her blood covered Kimono but with exhaustion on her face, her eyes glazed over, her once long hair was now cut short and uneven in places. She had started to fall forward as she passed out.

Yamazaki quickly ran up the stairs and caught her. “Shinomi-san! Hey, Shinomi! Can you hear me?” But there was no response, but he noticed she had no wounds, only faint scars. “Damn it…” Yamazaki then put her on her back. “Sasaki-san, make sure Okita-san gets back to headquarters.”

“R-Right.” Shota said worried.

“Yamazaki-kun, I can get back on my own..” Okita said.

“I know. But Shinomi-san would want you to take your time getting back..” Yamazaki said. -Haruka's Yamazaki Route- -Paired with Chizuru's Sakamoto Route-

Hakumyu in 2025

With Hakumyu currently running in the theatre and the current cast being active on twitter, there have been some clues flying around who's next with standing in the centre of attention and being recipient of Chizuru's affection.

There are categories to chances:

1. Cast members popularity

2. After a HijiHen a 〇〇Hen always followed

3. Routes that haven't been done yet

4. Spoilers/ character gets a spotlight with Chizuru in the current show

Within these categories are:

1) OkiHen, TouHen, KazaHen

2)KazaHen

3) IbaHen, SakaHen

4) (under the cut)

KazaHen appearing twice doesn't mean he has that much of an advantage over the others.

I personally think that IbaHen and SakaHen are currently the most likely. Even though OkiHen and TouHen aren't unlikely either considering how popular Kento and Yuta became.

KazaHen's possiblity is quite high, too, due to Sasaki Yoshihide's popularity and himself posting on twitter in a cryptic way he wants to do KazaHen.

4) again Heisuke Hen, maybe Yamazaki Hen as well (as he gets a harmonised song with Chizuru for the first time), maybe in the near future but not necessarily next year Nagakura Hen.

How would they wake you up in class if you fell asleep?

Characters Included: Chizuru Sasaki, Rintarō Numajiri, Yutaka Obara, Kotaro Bokuto, Yamato Sarukui

Warnings: None, fluff and Kōtarō being a massive dork

Chizuru Sasaki

Chizu would notice you fell asleep as soon as your head hit the desk. She'd be trying to subtly wake you up throughout the class by whispering to you, poking you, etc.

She'd give up finally as long as the teacher didn't care and would let you sleep. Chizuru figured you probably needed it.

She could always just let you copy her notes later. She just hopes she'd take detailed enough notes for you to use.

Now that she's thinking about it she might want to make them more detailed.

Once class is over though, she immediately makes it over to the empty seat in front of you and sits sideways before lightly rubbing your head and speaking barely above a whisper, calling your name.

Once you start to stir she'll rub your shoulder and shake it ever so slightly, not wanting to wake you you up aggressively.

Once you wake up though she'll be hurriedly ushering you out the door to your next class or break saying something about how hard you sleep and how worried she was she wouldn't be able to wake you.

Rintarō Numajiri

Rintarō will only notice you've fallen asleep once he turns to include you in his and his friends clowning.

He will turn his head a little downward to meet your closed eyes before letting you sleep, hoping you'll snore so he can tease you for it later and watch you huff and puff in irritation.

Rin will make sure the teacher doesn't bother you by being a class menace so their attention will be all on him and they won't notice you.

Once the bell rings though he's immediately ejecting the kid out of the seat in front of you and starts lightly poking and squishing your cheek if it's exposed, if not then he'll tickle you ear until you wake up annoyed to meet his smiling and laughing face.

He'll apologize for waking you up and tell you class is dismissed, promising he'll get you a snack on the walk home.

Before you can even think to grab your bags he's got them and tells you to just focus on waking up for next class or break.

He needs your help, you're the only reason he's still on the team. If it weren't for you his grades would've tanked.

Yutaka Obara

Yutaka notices you have fallen alseep when he turns to look over his shoulder to compare notes.

He smiles and sighs. Yu looks to where the teacher is and if it's safe will turn around slightly and rub circles on your back to kindly wake you up. If you don't respond to that he'll start to lightly shake you shoulders.

He doesn't want to say anything to bring attention to you.

Once he gets you awake, groggy eyes and all, he'll chuckle and bring his notebook around and tell you to keep it to get whatever notes you missed.

Later, when you two are on a train ride home, as you're getting off and about to split, Yutaka shyly tells you how cute you looked while you were asleep and quickly says his goodbyes and darts back on the train to make it back to practice on time.

Kōtarō Bokuto

Kō doesn't notices immediately that you've fallen asleep because there is no way he isn't sitting right next to you and been jabbering all class getting told off by the teacher plenty of times.

So as soon as he goes to look at you again and he sees your eyes drooping he gets himself a brilliantly dumb idea.

Suddenly you hear him groaning oh so dramatically in pain and gripping his stomach.

He plays it up so obviously that the teacher just wants him out so he'll stop disturbing the class.

Of course once he hears this he throws himself dramatically onto your desk and says how he just doesn't know how he'll be able to make it to the nurse's office all alone. That's just such a long trek for someone in so much pain.

The teacher rolls their eyes and hurriedly tells you to pack up both your things and help Kōtarō to the nurse's office.

You hurriedly throw his things haphazardly together along with yours.

He then throws and arm around your shoulder and damn near takes you to the ground with him as he also throws all of his weight on you.

All that muscle is heavy so you barely are able to help this massive overly dramatic dork out into the hallway and passed the class windows before he pulls himself off, completely fine by the way, and starts practically skipping down the hall holding your wrist.

He's nearly pulling it out of its socket til he throws himself back on you just up the hall from the nurse's office.

Without warning I might add.

He then starts nearly wailing in pain, all for no purpose since the nurse is away. So he pretty much throws you onto one of the beds and sits next to you giggling.

"Now ya can sleep plenty, yeah? Aren't I just the bestest friend you've got?"

Well isn't he?

Yamato Sarukui

Yama is very observant of the people around him, so he noticed when you fell alseep immediately but decided that as long as the teacher didn't do anything about it, you could sleep. He'd take notes for you.

He couldn't help but almost die laughing when you snorted in your sleep.

It was only once but thankfully it was quiet enough that only those around you heard it.

Yamato is tall so he could easily hide you behind him and let you sleep on.

He only worried about if you got called on. The jig would be up.

Thankfully you weren't before class ended. As soon as it did he packed up his things and he quickly turned around in his seat, legs out in the aisle before he rubbed your shoulder while calling your name.

He'd smile big when you'd wake up, lines on your face.

"Good nap I presume?"

He'd chuckle at your response and start helping you pack your things and walk with you out of class.
