Yeah, if you'd like to see it again, I posted it on my X account, with the link above. I've been a little quest to gain enough attention to it in an attempt to get the original movie released for us to see. Now that I know they pretty much made the original version and two scenes proved it would've been enjoyed, I just want what many deserved and felt like a Disney celebration.

Its like the animated version of "Release The Snyder Cut". Hell, we've gotten a lot of things come to light I'd never thought I'd see, including the Popeye animated movie, so why can't we get the original WISH too? If there's a way more scenes can get posted too, that'd be great! I'd love to get ball rolling, so reblog and comment as much as you want!

Apprenticeship: You turned eighteen and gave your wish to magnifico. However it’s a wish that can’t be granted in public eye…

Warnings: SUGGESTIVE/kinda nsfw? , idk something bout this king man 🫣

On a dark night in rosas the kingdom was gathered. You were standing foot by foot with Asha and your friends. This was the day, Your Eighteenth birthday, finally giving your wish to the king. It felt as if the world went silent as Magnifico stepped onto the stage. An eruption of cheers followed a flip of his cape. The way he moved was so aullering and eye catching as magic swirled his figure.

“Citizens of Rosas, it’s that time of the month yet again! However! One of our citizens has finally hit eighteen years old, isn’t that fantastic!?” The king smirked into the crowd as they cheered. He scanned over everyone before his eyes settled on you. You suddenly felt your cheeks and ears burn. The way he spoke your name was enough for you to melt . Your feet carried you slowly to the stage, where you knelt to magnifico. He smiled and lifted your chin with his hand.

“Stand,Y/N” The King said softly with a smile.

A gulp left your throat as you stood to your feet. Taking in all that he was, as he spoke your mind wandered. He began talking and you wondered what it would be like to hear him groan...what that sultry voice would sound like when he moaned…you bit at your lip as he looked deep into your eyes, his gray eyebrows settling over icy blue eyes. A soft whimper escaped your lips as the king held your hands in his own.

“Conjure up a wish to your heart, the deepest one you have..” his words drove desire through you as the blue orb left your body. Suddenly all the feelings you’d felt before the orb were forgotten. You stared straight into magnifico’s eyes and smiled happily at him. as if all your nerves had disappeared.

“There, isn’t that better? Look, you don’t seem as anxious. Whatever your wish was, I'm sure it's a weight off your chest.” The king said before tussling your hair and sending you back to your place.

The wish ceremony came and went. It had been a few months since then and there was no thought again about the wish. You weren’t even sure what you had wished for. All you knew was you couldn’t look the king in the eye anymore.

“Oh come on Y/N, we all saw you eying the king like he was made of meat. "Gabo called out in a sassy tone as you rolled your eyes.

“I bet you wished for something a bit risky like to be Magnifico’s wife.” Daliea chuckled jokingly joining in on the teasing.

“Oh yeah? Well I guess we can find out when the king grants my wish won’t we?” You teased back before the group laughed together. Everyone was joined in the kitchen setting up for the monthly wish ceremony. It felt like a fantasy to hope one day your wish would be granted..but Of course no one actually believed your wish would be granted in the same year you gave it. I guess that’s why everyone shouted for you when your name was called again.

“Y/N Fletcher! please Grace the stage, I’m ready to make all your dreams come true.” Magnifico almost sang out as he smiled at you from the stage. A gulp left your lips before you were pushed by Asha and the crew onto the stage.

“Y/N, you know…I’ve waited for this day since you gave me your wish.” Magnifico said as your wish was conjured before you. You blushed as you tried your best not to stare at the king. He was handsome but you felt emptiness looking at him.

All you could think about was The loud echoes of your name behind you. They had made you flustered as you stood now face to face with the king. A heat rose in your belly as you bowed to him again. It felt almost like deja vu…

“My king, Thank you…” you said looking down at your feet. He smiled at you before lifting your chin to him.

“Stand..” he said with a small growl to his tone. Your eyes flutter up to see the intimidating presence infront of you. The growl in his tone was enough for you to jump to your feet. He smiled facing you back at the people of Rosas.

“People of rosas, As you know our very own y/n, had their eighteenth birthday this year.” He paused for cheers before speaking again.

“And Their wish..” he laughed a bit before beginning again. “Well, it took me by surprise! Never in a hundred years has anyone asked to be Magnifico’s apprentice! Ah, I was taken by surprise. I knew I needed to grant it.” The king said as one of his hands came up to your shoulder. You flinched feeling his thumb rub into your shoulder. The small touch made your face turn red with embarrassment. You saw the blue wish come forward in front of you before it disappeared..

The warmth of hope lit up your soul and suddenly you remembered your wish. A blush spread across your cheeks, you stared at magnifico. He had lied about your wish, but The town and the queen were all sitting there. Perhaps being his apprentice was better than dealing with the horny thoughts of a much more ‘delusional’ you.

“Now then! Thank you all for joining us for this wish ceremony but that will be all for the night, I do believe I have an apprentice to teach.” As the king said those words the city disbanded their meeting. He smiled at you and waved for you to follow him. Queen Amaya looked happy as you followed him away.

You couldn’t help wondering what was going to happen as you followed him up to his study. He hadn’t said a word since and you now sat in silence watching him adjust potion bottles. The anticipation and nerves started to build again. Why had he brought you up here? Why was he prolonging the wish? did he actually want to grant it..?

“So. Your probably wondering why your here.” He finally said peeking over his shoulder at you.

“God yes…” you spoke as he laughed.

“I wanted to speak to you about your wish. I know being my apprentice wasn’t what you had in mind.” He smiled as he sat back against his potion table, a smirk slowly creeping up his face.

“But a mentor can teach you all kinds of things..” magnifico said as he lifted a potion bottle to his lips. He smirked as he made eye contact with you. He looked as if he was trying to entice you.

The way the potion swirled before he brought it to his eye line. “See this? It’s an Aphrodisiac, just smelling it is doing something to me.” he purred out.

A blush graced your face as you approached him. “What are you trying to say?” He chuckled

“Oh I don’t know, perhaps we were practicing potions and mixed up wine for This…you know if someone were to walk in…” magnifico smirked at you. He was already plotting a secret relationship with you. You sighed softly and shook your head.

“Oh-My king..Are you suggesting we say we drank that potion…”

“Of course, otherwise it would make no sense why my young apprentice would be lustful for an older man like myself...” he said as he turned away from you.

A smirk played at the corner of your lips as your hands came around his waist. He turned to look over his shoulder at you.

“I hate to break it to you my king, but your apprentice wants nothing more than to rip your clothes off.” You said as your hands began to slide into his robes.

The king's eyes went wide at your words. He stumbled back a bit showing more of a submissive side. The robes that had cling to his body now slipped down his shoulder.

“Oh-Kay..” he turned back to you as your hands continued to peel away his robe. He bit his lip before a small gasp escaped.

“Y/n, careful…once we start this I don’t know if I can stop myself..” the king said as he took your hands into his own. He brought them to his lips and kissed them gently.

“Magnifico,if I wanted this to stop I wouldn’t have followed you.” You say as you lean in beginning to kiss his neck. You slowly kiss and suck at the sensitive flesh on his neck causing the king to whimper.

The sounds he was making were making you burn with lust. “God, Mi Rei, didn’t know you were so submissive..” you giggle as he was now pinned back against the potion table.

The king remained silent out of embarrassment. You smirked at him before continuing to kiss and tease your teeth against his neck. “Such an obedient king.”

He moaned softly, “y/n, please…don’t tease me.” He whined out as he pushed you off himself with ease. “Let's move this to a guest suite?”

You nodd to him and smiled “yes.” With that you followed a disheveled King back to a random room in the palace near his study. once you two were locked inside you wasted no time peeling away the rest of the king’s robes. You glanced down at his bare chest and blushed.

“What? Is it more than you wished for?” He said with a smirk before leaning forward and kissing you gently. Magnifico’s lips were warm and soft and the way he kissed felt like pure love.

“Mmm..my king..” you purred softly as you broke away for air. He looked at you with lust coated eyes.

“Call me Magnifico. There’s no need for formality now my apprentice..” he said leaning back into a passionate kiss.

Saw another user comparing these two again because apparently all Disney fans do now is regurgitate other people’s opinions so I’m here once again to remind you that they don’t have the same face, you’re just racist.

Disney has white characters that resemble each other more than Isabela and Asha do, and yet I never see the same levels of criticism about them.

If you can’t tell two brown-skinned characters apart because they’re wearing the same colour, then who’s to say that you treat real poc with any more respect than that? The differences are actually quite easy to recognize but it would be terribly presumptuous of me to assume that all of you reading this were in possession of a functioning brain.

I agree that Disney could put in a larger effort in creating more distinguishable female character designs, but I genuinely believe that any resemblance between these two just comes from Disney’s habit of stylization.

Now in response to the other shit this person said:

Wish is a pretty boring name for a movie. Seeing as the movie itself pays homage to Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, I feel like a similar name would have been awesome. Asha and the Wishing Star. Asha and the Kingdom of Wishes. Asha and the Little Star. Something like that would’ve been cute.

I’m tired of having adorkable main characters too, but there’s still time for Asha to prove us wrong and show us the what separates her from the others.

King Magnifico isn’t a twist villain, he’s been openly stated during some interviews to be the villain in Wish, and is heavily-inspired by Disney’s golden age of villains as well. Disney’s twist villains have done so much damage that even the simple-minded believe that any presence of an antagonist is “spoiling a twist villain” LMAO

I believe that we should all support Wish in hopes that Disney will continue to branch out into new art styles and experimental visuals. If it does poorly, and they fall back into the style of 3D animation we’ve been getting since 2010, I’m blaming everybody that talked shit about this movie.

Went to Emerald City Comicon cosplaying Star Boy!

I had so much fun! I was tired and at first I was really sad because nobody was recognizing me. But it started with one artist, and then snowballed from there! It really made me happy when someone told me I had "righted Disney's Wrongs" and then wanted a photo of me! Two of the cosplayers pictured above are also people I look up to immensely in the cosplay world, and knowing they liked and recognized my Star Boy made it all the better 🥰 Thanks for all the love and fun last weekend, Emerald City 💚💫✨

I have a love-hate relationship with At All Costs as it's presented in the movie - I love Asha's parts, but hate Magnifico's.

If we didn't already know from the opening song and her overall demeanor, this song further establishes Asha as someone who genuinely and deeply cares about the people of Rosas and considers their wishes beautiful and sacred. Also, when Asha finds her grandfather's wish and his face smiles up at her from inside the orb with such love and she tears up to have found the thing he's been wanting for so long and she sees how beautiful and wholesome his wish is - that part is filled with so much emotion and love, it made me cry both times I watched the movie.

Magnifico however... the fact that this is some kind of recycled love song does him no favours. His expressions, words and tone of voice all sound as genuine as Asha, but that doesn't fit him. I understand he's a pretender, but in most other scenes he seems kind of bad at it: he's passive-aggressive about Asha's flipbook animation, he snaps at her rather quickly when she questions him, he comes very close to opening the book before Amaya stops him, and the list goes on. So for him to suddenly deliver a convincing performance of being kind, gentle and filled with love and childlike wonder for the wishes just doesn't feel right. This song could've been improved if his lines foreshadowed his true colours - like a hint of disingenuous tone when he talks about how much he "cares". Instead his lines make me feel nothing because they're disconnected from who he is.

TL;DR while Asha's part portrays her character well and connects emotionally with the audience, Magnifico's part does neither.

I FINALLY SAW WISH!!!! 😁😁😁

And I have some notes (gonna keep this to ten for the sake of length):

The queen was the best character we stan an awesome Disney queen I was getting some major Queen Arianna from Tangled: the Series vibes and was loving it.

2. 'This Wish' was as awesome a song as I'd hoped.

3. The rest....uh....hm. They were...nice. Just...not what I was hoping? (I miss Broadway-style 😞)

4. Oh gosh 'At All Costs.' How could an entire freakin' studio's worth of people watch that and have not one of them, not a single one, go "This is 100% not the tone we want they sound like they're gonna kiss." The confluence of emotions I felt watching that can not be described beyond "if I heard this for the first time without seeing the visuals I...would be drawing some interesting conclusions." And the worst part, it really is a beautiful song...in the intended romantic context. Seriously, I have watched some fan animatics of Asha and Star Boy singing this as intended and got the right kind of feels. Big mistake on Disney's part keeping it in sans the romance.

5. And on that note, the Star Boy should have been kept and he should have been Asha's love interest. Seriously, it would have been perfect. I've really missed having Disney romances and would have absolutely devoured an Asha/Star Boy storyline.

6. I also felt there were some really interesting plot threads left dangling that really should have been pulled for all they were worth. Yes, the story they had would have unraveled faster than that pair of long johns, but what they could weave in its place! *wistful sigh*

7. For instance: Sleepy-stand-in being all tired and 'blah' after losing his Wish. Great opportunity right here: giving up your wish means giving up your spark, your fire, your zest for life, that thing that makes living living. The result is a Stepford kingdom, where the docile populace suffer from chronic ennui and everything looks perfect on top, but when you dig a little deeper, you see that yikes, this place is messed up.

8. Also: King Magnifico should have been thrown off his tower. End of discussion. (it's tradition!!!)

9. The animation was pretty and all, but anyone else think the crew was *really* limited by it? I mean, they did the Cinderella dress transformation...without changing Asha's dress, presumably because they didn't have time/resources/ability to create another model in a different outfit. Again, it was pretty, but maybe....maybe they should do some more tinkering before using it for a feature again.

10. I know what they were going for with the whole 'she called down a star because we're all made of stardust' bit, but personally, I would have thought it would have been much more meaningful if her dad, the philosopher who was always talking about the stars, sent it to her. Would have been way more touching and ushered in a nice storyline about her relationship with her dad.

And one more for the road!

I might be wrong, but judging by these brief screenshots:

It looks like that in the new Disney movie: Wish, one of Asha's friends: Simon, will be joining the "Good Characters Getting Brainwashed/Manipulated/Possessed by the Villains" Club:

I mean, look at those pictures! Look at them and tell me if it doesn't look like if that Royal Jerk is putting a spell on Asha's friend and turning him into his personal lap-dog/blinded, obedient manservant!

Also, look at this picture:

Asha is there, yes, but only Six of her Seven Friends are with her. I think these are really clear clues that Simon will be brainwashed by the King...

If that's really what's going to happen in the movie, then Asha and the other Six not only have to save the Wishes, but also their friend from Magnifico's mind-control (or should I call him "Malefico"?).

And by the way, sidenote, but I still think Zhan Tiri should have just possessed Cassandra!

Pt2: The contract: You’ve woken up in bed with The King, now it’s time to discuss business.

Warning: Implied relationship😂 👀 open relationship? idk read on~

You stared in awe of the sleeping king. The way his head rested against the pillow, made a blush grow on your cheeks. He held you close, not tight but snug enough you couldn’t escape his cuddle. You thought he was beautiful before but something about his resting face made you want to kiss him. Suddenly all the memories of the previous night rushed to your head. You had done alot more then just kiss him-

You smiled leaning forward about to kiss him when his eyes opened. The smirk that was instantly on his face gave you shivers as he spoke.

“Good morning,Sweetness.” The king said, placing a kiss to your nose. You stared still a bit star struck. You felt him pull you close into his chest and could hear his soft breath above you. You nuzzled into his chest blushing slightly at the close contact of your naked bodies.

“Good morning my king..” you mumbled to him. He laughed a bit before kissing your forehead. You looked at him, seeing the smile on his face. The way those shiny blue eyes looked at you made you feel like there was no one else in the world.

“you know, I’m surprised your still h-here..” you stuttered out your last word afraid if you said it the king would leave. He chuckled and shook his head.

“If I left you how would I know our contact would hold up?” He said as he now moved to sit on the bed away from the love bubble you had created.

“The contract?”

“Yes! We made a deal after all that you’d be my apprentice. You can’t just leave after having your wish granted after all, you were announced as my apprentice after all.”

The king's words felt heavy as you now sat up. Of course, there was some kind of condition for your wish. “So…what is the contract exactly?”

“Well, you’d study under me and be my actual apprentice. You’ll also have my attention when you wish, whatever type of attention it may be.”

You smiled a bit at the thought of having a king at your beck and call. You couldn’t help but blush at the thought of being with him but it suddenly raised questions. “What about your wife? I’m sure Queen Amaya wouldn’t enjoy you sleeping with your apprentice.”

“Well,that’s another part of our contract. Sweetness, you’ll be talking with Amaya today and she’ll tell you all about her side of the arrangement.” Magnifico smiled as he scoffed towards the end of the bed. Suddenly you couldn’t help taking in the room around you.

The room had a Domed ceiling showing off a lovely painting of the stars and constellations. A The dome was held up by pillars decorated to look like shooting stars falling from the sky above. The details looked to be hand painted and golden foiled.

“This room is so pretty, my house in the village looks nothing like this.” You said gazing around the room and then down to the king sized bed that you laid in. A sigh left your lips as your hands touched the silky fabrics.

“Mi Amour, You’ll have to get used to it. After all this is your bedroom.” The king smiled “as the king’s apprentice you get a room in the palace, a personal chef and your own funds.”

Your eyes widened “so what your saying is I get to learn magic, have amazing sex and live in luxury??”

Magnifico bursted into laughter before he nodded his head. “I guess you can say that yes. Now come on y/n, up and at up! You need to get dressed and ready to meet with the queen.” he said as he placed a kiss on your cheek. He had already gotten himself fully dressed and was now picking up your clothing.

Once you were dressed, it seemed the king disappeared. You exited the room that had now been yours to find queen Amaya talking with her husband. You gulped a bit before approaching the two of them.

She gave you a warm smile “ah! Y/n, you're here! I was wondering when the contract would start.” You looked a bit confused before she grabbed your arm, locking you both side by side. You blushed a bit embarrassed before the king smiled and walked away.

You walked quietly arm and arm with the queen. She noticed your nerves and decided to speak.

“So, I know you slept with my husband.” She said calmly and you felt your breath hitch in your throat.

“Ah- y-yes I did do that didn’t I?” You replied as your voice seemed to shake. The queen laughed a bit at your words before she smiled warmly.

“Don’t worry, it’s perfectly okay. Magnifico and myself have a small deal. Which brings us to your contract.” She smiled and handed a paper over to you.

You took the paper and began reading…

“ Y/N Fletcher, Kings Apprentice.

Y/n , will receive a full suite, royalty card and personal chef in the palace. Along with these terms they will report daily to king Magnifico's study and at least once to Queen Amaya’s maid quarters.”

Report to the maid quarters? You looked up at the queen and she smiled. “Well, if your going to be assisting with Magnifico regularly, I’d appreciate it if you covered my handmaid's place while she is..” she cleared her throat and smiled “well, while she will be busy assisting me; if you understand.” Your eyes went a bit wide but of course you understood.

“So I don’t know if it’s my place to ask but, are you in an open relationship with the king?”

“Yes, we’ve done this for a few years now.” The queen said with a smile. “As long as our lovers are alright with the fact we’re taken.” The queen’s words made you feel a bit guilty. You had gotten so swept away with The King you hadn’t thought about her or her feelings.

“Yes my queen, I will stand by the contract.” You said with a smile and quickly started to scribble your signature.
