Admittedly that’s a struggle for me sometimes, and I’m not ashamed!🙂Because I can sit here, write this for someone who just might connect with it, and show them that if you just keep pushing or have the right people in your life, it ALL can come together eventually.., It’s all up to you, be patient, or make your situation worse and react out of fear, hurt and frustration! God didn’t promise days without nights! This post isn’t really about my “highlight reel” or any of that. Honestly, I think I’m gonna start posting a little different.., Good times, bad times, fun times, progress, all of it. I’m not ashamed🙌I know I’m not perfect but I’m perfect the way God made me! Status update on my #waterchallenge or better still hydration challenge. My objective a few months back when I started was to decrease the coffee and soda intake. 2 things that I love and was certainly addicted to. So...I’m not 100% water based and I will never be. But now - I stop my coffee once I have lunch , and take more decaf - I only occasionally have sodas.and there is non guilt attached to them‼️❤️ 🖐remember that foe hydration it does not require only and exclusively taking water🚰 or a certain set amount. The more I read on the topic the more learned that 1- fruits, soups, veggies liquids count toward hydration 2- you can follow a drinking schedule of when and how much liquid ton take, but truly, if you hear to your body's needs , you will take enough without pressure. 3- captain obvious will emphasize here that if you r exercising or drinking 🍸alcohol you will need more water to balance it out than normal. For alcohol the general rule is one glass of each 4- if you want to go to water only diet, it does not need to be boring. Add some herbs,🌿, veggies🥒 and fruits🍋 to spice it up. Einen wunderschönen Montag. Ich hoffe, ihr habt alle einen guten Start und wenn ihr ein bisschen Motivation braucht, dann schaut doch mal auf meinen Blog vorbei. I miss the sound and the sand beneath my feet - this wasn’t one of the sunniest brightest days on Crete but it was one of the days we will remember. Strolling through the streets of Rethymno while it was raining so much that we were wet, so wet that no umbrella would’ve helped. #summerrain is wonderful and the not perfect days are the ones we remember for a lifetime.
