なんば光旅

いや～、今日もインフルエンザに苦しめられています。熱は下がったんですけど、体の節々の痛みはまだ残っています。

そもそも休日診療で診てもらった時に薬が出ていないのが大きな問題なんだと思うのですが、お医者さんには「気になるようだったら市販薬の風邪薬を飲んどいてください」って言われました。

インフルエンザってそんなに軽いもんなんだと思ったら、やっぱり例年通りかなり苦しめられました。

とは言え、熱も下がったのでとりあえず体を動かしておきたいと思って散歩に出かけてきました。まだ体が痛かったので、家から１番近いスーパーを目指して歩いて行ったんですけど、スーパーがやっていまい。

そう、水曜日は定休日でした。今週はずっと休んでいるので曜日の感覚が全くなくなっていました。

別に買いたかったものがあった訳ではないのでいいんですけど、ちょっとずつ食べれる量が増えてきたので和菓子が食べたいなとは思っていましたが願い叶わずです。

明日はさらに元気になっていることを願うばかりです。

で、写真はなんばパークスの「なんば光旅」の写真です。こういうライトアップ+イルミネーションって珍しいですよね。
