. you thought you were set socially because of this

. since you’d always been kind of quiet in large group settings

. and being around mostly strangers 24/7 didn’t sound that appealing to you

. but now with a few people you loved being around

. as you weren’t known for being quiet with the oscar, zhou, and logan

. and everybody, fans and the grid

. see the post your friends make

. the funny videos of you that you’re unaware are taking place

. the random candid photos of you

. all laughing and talking and smiling

. but when you’re grouped with them in a media activity or something

. you become quieter and reserved

. at first, some of the grid just thought you didn’t like them

. but then they’ll have a good conversation with you off camera

. you talk to charles during the drivers parade

. you’ll walk into the paddock with carlos

. take photos with lewis

. and joke with max and daniel

. then go quiet during in front of the media

. so once they realize that you’re just a bit camera shy

. the drivers take it upon themselves to ease your discomfort

. whenever they’re grouped with a driver you’re somewhat close with in media

. lando, charles, carlos, lewis, max, danny

. they try to make you as comfortable as possible

. whether that be making jokes more than usual

. hanging out before you guys even go in for the interview

. or just talking before the camera is on to make you feel more relaxed

. and eventually, the more they do those things

. the more confident you feel in front of media

. it’s a gradual change, one you don’t really notice until the end of the season

. all the sudden you realize that you don’t even care if there’s a camera around

. you hardly even notice them by brazil

. and the drivers take half of the credit for that

~going out for walks with her, watching her run around the beach following Mick

~all three of you would be so happy especially you and Angie

~because instead of having her whimpering in your lap whiling watching the race missing your boyfriend because he’s with the team at the race

~overall one more thing is that you are the one that has to remind him to wear sunscreen otherwise you’ll have a cute tomato- uh i mean a cute sunburnt boyfriend

teaching each other your mother tongue-

~we all know Mick speaks German

~if you do know another language than the two of you definitely teach the other person some basic conversation words

~he would also learn because he wanted to talk to your parents incase their English isn’t that well or they don’t know English and it would be nice to talk to Gina and Corinna in German

~you and him would learn to call each other cute nicknames in each other’s mother tongue

~can you imagine the look on his face when you call him schatz or liebe

It might unfold like this: “I got these for you today,” he'd say, passing over a box of sanitary products and the largest bar of chocolate you've ever seen.

You'd raise your eyebrows as you accepted the items.

To ease your confusion, he'd show you the period tracking app on his phone, shaking the screen back and forth.

If you had cramp symptoms, he'd be fetching hot water bottles, gathering blankets, asking what you needed.

But with periods come mood swings.

All his fussing and running around was seriously stressing you out.

“I need you to stop stressing me out!” you'd blurt out.

It was a dinner party at his own house and you were

sitting next to him but talking to some of his men

everyone knew you as this ray of sunshine who'd

but anyways, there was this new rookie who was

trying to be smooth on you not caring for the

glares being passed his way as he flirts with you

Jenson is watching make sure he doesn't make you

the table falls silent as the guy huffs thinking nothing wrong

i don’t think he’d be super affectionate in public. but when you’re at home and have some privacy, carlos is very affectionate.

b = best friend (what would they be like as a best friend? how would the friendship start?)

you’d be best friends before you started dating. and carlos would be the best bff ever!!

very chill and would just wanna hang out with you all the time. lots of movie nights where inside jokes are created, and so much alcohol and gossiping for sure.

c = cuddles (do they like to cuddle? how would they cuddle?)

loveeees them. he especially loves laying his head on your lap while you run your fingers through his hair.

d = domestic (do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

for sure wants to settle down with you. at the right time though, he’s not going to rush it.

he loves to cook for you. he definitely prefers eating in rather than going out. he’ll surprise you with new recipes all the time. and he seems like he’s very organized and clean so he always keeps your place tidy.

e = ending (if they had to break up with their partner, why would they do it?)

his family is really important to him so if they don’t like you, this could be something that causes him to break up with you.

and also with his job, distance would also be a big reason why he’d end things.

f = fiance(e) (how do they feel about commitment? how quick would they want to get married?)

big yes to commitment. like i said before, he’s not rushing anything and would wait til the right time. he’d want to focus on his career first.

he’s very gentle with you both emotionally and physically. emotionally, he’s just so soft with you all the time. and physically, there’s gonna be lots of gentle touches, soft kisses, and holding your hand for sure.

loves them. especially hugs from behind!! he’ll just come up to you, wrap his arms around you then rest his head on your shoulder. his hugs are literally the biggest bear hugs. and he hugs you all the time too!!

he would be the one who says it first. he’d wait until the right time and when he knows that’s how he really feels about you.

j = jealousy (how jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)

whenever he gets jealous from seeing a guy at the club flirting with you, he wouldn’t speak up.

no, he’d rather show him that you’re not available. he’d just come up to you, wrap his arm around your waist before pulling you in for a heated kiss.

and every time, when you break away from the kiss, he just has a huge smirk on his face when he sees that the guy had left.

k = kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to kiss you? where do they like to be kissed?)

his lips were made for kissing. and his kisses are the best. he loves kissing you everywhere. and he really likes using his kisses to tease you too.

his favorite place to receive kisses from you is always his lips. he loves the way you lightly bite down on them and tug his lip back a little when you pull away.

l = little ones (how are they around children?)

he’s great with kids and kids love him.

i could see him wanting a big family too, maybe 3 or 4 kids.

m = morning (how are mornings spent with them?)

lazy mornings during a no race weekend are his favorites. he gets to sleep in and wake up to his favorite person in the entire world.

he would always wake up before you though. most days he’ll just cuddle with you until you wake up. but some days he’ll get out of bed and go make some breakfast to surprise you with in bed.

n = night (how are nights spent with them?)

just as cuddly as your mornings are. seriously, this man loves cuddling with you. lots of cuddles and soft kisses on the couch while a movie plays as background noise.

o = open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

he wouldn’t start opening up about any deep things until later on in the relationship. and he would start telling you these things slowly, not wanting to scare you off by dumping everything on you at once.

p = patience (how easily angered are they?)

he’s sooo patient and it’d take a lot to really get him angry. it’d have to be something super serious to get him that angry.

q = quizzes (how much would they remember about you? do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

maybe not every little detail but he remembers the important things like your anniversary, birthday, and some of your favorite things.

r = remember (what is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

if you asked him to choose just one favorite memory from your relationship, he wouldn’t be able to. he cherishes each and every second that you’ve shared together.

but if he really had to choose, it’d be the day you first met. you had met at the dog park when his dog ran over and nearly tackled you onto the ground.

carlos apologized for piñon’s behavior and helped you back up before he tried to get going again. but piñon was sat right by your feet and he wouldn’t leave.

so while his dog was being stubborn for whatever reason, carlos began talking to you. the two of you got so into your conversation that neither of you even realized that piñon had run off to go play again.

he ended up asking you out on a date after that conversation. and the two of you always talked about how piñon was what brought you together.

s = security (how protective are they? How would they protect you?)

he’s protective of you but not in a crazy way or anything. he knows that you’re capable of taking care of yourself.

if you’re at a party or a club, he’ll keep you by his side with his arm around your waist or your hand in his the entire night.

t = try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

he puts sooo much effort into planning all your dates. carlos would like having more lowkey dates with you but he always makes sure that they’re the best date you’ve ever gone on.

and he loves spoiling you too. he always gets you little gifts that remind him of you. most of the time they’re not even crazy expensive gifts either. just random things he saw in a shop that instantly made him think of you.

u = ugly (what would be some bad habits of theirs?)

a big bad habit of his would be that he hides his feelings from you sometimes. he could be angry with you but he wouldn’t talk to you about how he’s feeling.

v = vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?)

he’s not very concerned with how he looks. he doesn’t mind the sloppy look and honestly, he pulls it off really well.

w = whole (would they feel incomplete without you?)

of course!! he’s not clingy and needs to have you by his side at all times or anything like that but he definitely feels a bit incomplete when you’re not together.

x = xtra (a random headcanon for them.)

cooking for you is something that carlos loves to do. he would learn all your favorite recipes and even find new ones for the two of you to try.

and he especially loves cooking together. most of the time he ends up taking over everything though.

and almost every time, it’d end with a little food fight. if you’re cooking something with flour, he’d always swipe a little bit onto your cheek which leads to you throwing some on his hair. and before long, the two of you are chasing each other around the kitchen, covered in flour.

he wouldn’t like someone who’s not a family person. his family is really important to him so he’d want to be with someone who felt the same way.

he always needs to be holding you in his arms when he’s asleep. and when he needs to turn onto his other side? he’ll just pick you up and turn around with you.

he also seems like he would fall asleep in the weirdest positions. ones that don’t look comfortable at all and have you wondering how the hell he’s able to sleep like that.

۵ you told lando you were going with charlotte, isa, lily, carmen, kika, kelly, and laila. which was a bigger group than normal. usually it was just you, charlotte, isa, and kika, but everyone else was free!

۵ like always, you sent lando the location of the club, and turning on live location as well, just in case.

۵ while you were out with your girls, getting absolutely shitfaced, lando was at home watching friends reruns to try to ease his mind.

۵ lando knew you needed to go out with your friends without him, and he was fine with that, he just wanted you to be safe, and when you’re drunk?… you never know.

۵ after about five shots and four martinis, you knew you were drunk, too drunk to drive, and so was everyone else.

۵ at around 3am, kika called pierre and he came and picked her up, along with charlotte since he had been hanging out with charles.

۵ at 3:30am, lily threw up once in the bathroom as you called alex, “hey! alexxxx!!!!” you spoke, holding lilys hair back for her.

۵ alex knew from your voice that you were calling because lily was too drunk to uber, he didn’t think that was safe. so he came and got her.

۵ kelly and laila left before at 1:30am, claiming they had work in the morning. so all that remained was you, isa, and carmen.

۵ lando had been pacing around the living room as oscar loaded up another game of call of duty, trying to get landos mind to ease up.

۵ finally, lando just left oscar at his house, grabbing his keys, a hoodie for you, some comfy uggs, and driving to the club to get you.

۵ after about twenty minutes of him resisting your attempts to get him to stay and drink, you were sat in the passenger seat of his mclaren as he drove home, his hoodie on you and your uggs now on, a nice change from the four inch heels you had on.

۵ oscar had left earlier, knowing that lando would just want to be alone with you and take care of you.

۵ when you arrived to the house, lando opened your door for you, helping you to the front door and taking you shoes off for you and helping you sit down on the couch.

۵ at first, you’re very drunk, slurring words and giggling, but once you calm down, you’re just tired, and you want your boyfriend.

۵ constant sweet guidance:

۵ “sit down, sweetheart. i’ll get you a water.”

۵ “take these advil for me, hm? can you do that? there you go, thank you, love.” and gives you a little forehead kiss as he goes and makes you toast.

۵ and when you need to throw up, lando is pattering his feet right behind you on the way to the bathroom.

۵ he holds your hair back in a make-shift ponytail, rubbing your back and whispering to you to try and soothe you.

۵ after that, he gets you more advil and puts it by the bed in case you need some when you wake up, as well as new ice water in your water bottle.

۵ he makes sure that you eat, even if it’s just dry cereal or some cheese cubes. the last thing he wants is you with an empty stomach and having the potential of being sick again :(

۵ when he crawls into bed, he turns your favorite show on as you cuddle into his side, playing with his hoodie strings as his hands comb through your hair.

۵ “how are you feeling, pretty girl?” lando would ask, looking down at you as you shrug, “m’ok. thank you for taking care of me lan.”

۵ lando would smile, “i love taking care of you, now let’s go to sleep. wake me up if you need anything, okay?” you nod

۵ ‘i love you’s are exchanged as you both fall asleep.

۵ all and all, lando is the most sweet, endearing, and protective bf, especially when you’re drunk. he just wants you to be safe, and make sure you are comfortable.

Task force 141 × Formula 1 Headcannons

ah yes let me just combine my

h y p e r f i x a t i o n s

Gaz

● Massive merc fanboy

● Got into the sport when Mercedes was dominating and instantly became a fan of Hamilton.

● Price gifted him tickets to the silverstone grand prix, was the best leave of his life.

● Abu Dhabi 2021 #neverforget (he's not a toxic fan, though)

● He threw his phone at the wall when he found out Hamilton is going to Ferrari.

● Pretty chill person to watch with, always prepares snacks and enjoys people company.

GHOST

● No one expected him to be a fan. Most of tf141 isn't even sure he is.

● He quietly supports the underdogs (Williams, Haas, Alfa Romeo - refuses to call them stake/kick)

● Sargent reminds him of rookies he's trained, so he likes seeing him do well. He also likes Nico Hülkenberg.

●Absolutely no one knows about this. He sometimes silently joins Gaz to watch, but no one knows why, or even if he has a favourite team/driver. Watching with him is like having a literal ghost in the room.

Price

● McLaren fan, but can't remember the newest drivers names. Mostly because he remembers the late 90's races most fondly. They played in the background in his childhood/early teens.

● Watched Senna live on tv, that's his favourite driver.

● Always took a passing interest in the sport, doesn't watch religiously unlike Gaz. Over the years he's seen bits and pecies of races.

● Supports Fernando Alonso the best because he's a familiar face. Price watched him win a couple times.

●When he sees Gaz watching the race, he stands there for about 10 minutes before realising he has something to do and goes on with his day.

SOAP

● Likes Daniel Ricciardo the best because vibes.

● He isn't much of a fan but likes to join in. All he does is try to annoy Gaz and Ghost (if he's present), then steal all the snacks.

● Dosent really have a favourite team. He's the most fun to be around, though. His reactions to crashes are priceless.

● Dosent really get how cars driving in circles can be entertaining but respects it. (Unless he's teasing someone about when lapped cars are allowed to unlap)

ALEJANDRO

● His favourite driver is Carlos Sainz.

●He doesn't have a favourite team per se, but more like a favourite driver. If you forced him to tell you, he'd probably say he likes Ferrari

● Constantly complains about Ferrari sidelining Sainz in favour of Leclerc.

●Aruges with Rudy about how Redbull are too good. (Rudy is a Redbull fan, having the time of his life)

IF YOU NEED A HERO

ೃ⁀➷ You met when you were paired up for a project and since then the two of you would study together, have lunches and invite each other to parties (well mostly you would) but kept one another at arms length

ೃ⁀➷ Esteban worked as a part time photographer for newspapers. Sometimes his photos where the ones you would use for projects

ೃ⁀➷ You have heard of spider-man just like everyone has and see him swinging around the city

ೃ⁀➷ The first time you interacted with him was a total accident. You found him almost passed out after a fight. Somehow managing to bring him to your dorm

ೃ⁀➷ You used the supplies from the med kit to the best of your abilities. Making sure not to remove his mask but he still had some cuts on his face that needed to be treated. As you reached to fix them up, he gently grabbed your wrist. "I won't take off your mask."

ೃ⁀➷ Esteban didn't take his eyes off of you for a second. You treated him with such gentleness. This was the moment he fell even if he didn't realise it, yet. Your eyes trying not to stare too long at his chest so he wouldn't notice (he did). His heartbeat quicked each time your hands got closer to his face

ೃ⁀➷ You let him sleep on your sofa, he was clearly exhausted. The next morning you woke up with him gone and a note in your kitchen

"I helped myself to some coffee. I hope you don't mind!"

ೃ⁀➷ The next time you saw him. He had brought a cup of coffee with him. "Since I kind of stole it from you and as a thank you." To be honest he felt guilty for you staying up late because of him. He had seen the bags under your eyes when you meet up in between classes

ೃ⁀➷ You kept seeing him from then on. His excuse being that he was making sure you weren't stitching up another hero. "Jealous much?" He shrugged it off with a laugh

ೃ⁀➷ But each time he got injured he went to you. "Really, at this point I should open a superhero clinic." Once you were done, he took your hands in his. "Thank you for putting up with me and helping me everytime." He lifted his mask so that his lips were uncovered and started to lean in. You took a step back from him and pulled down the mask. "I don't kiss guys whose face I can't see."

ೃ⁀➷ Esteban was stunned. He had more confidence talking to you as spider-man, not as Esteban. But he gave it a shot anyway. "Would you like to go on a date with me?" He held his breath waiting for rejection. What he got instead was a kiss on the cheek and a date

ೃ⁀➷ The date wasn't anything grand but he did his best. Lights hanging over a table and two chairs. Some of your favourite fast food and a beautiful view. You got to know each other more while before it was just surface level. Favourite movies, hobbies, childhoods and so on

ೃ⁀➷ At the end of the night as he was about to say goodbye, you grabbed his chin and pulled him closer to you. Your lips connected. "See you tomorrow, spider-man." He stood there, frozen. You knew! Well, of course. You knew. He felt like he was on top of the world
