American Tumblr concert peeps, especially MCR Fans; can I get some help here? I'm trying to figure out what my chances are of avoiding covid, as a fully vaxxed and doubled boostered person possibly going to an indoor MCR concert.

How many of y'all have been to concerts and got covid? Which state were you in?

And just like that I have covid.... scratchy throat Monday, more sore on Tuesday. Went to work, tested and within 10mins I was sent home. I felt FINE... I was wearing a mask! I had both shots! (Booster in August) I'm super careful because of being my mom's caregiver... not careful enough, apparently. Dammit! I cried as I walked to the time clock, cried all the way home (it's only a 5min drive but STILL!)... I HATE this! I felt FINE!!!!! .....UNTIL around 6PM I started feeling achy, by 8pm I was running a low grade temperature and by 10pm I felt like I had been hit by a bus. My joints hurt -like worse than normal- and my head hurt; this stuff sucks. I have to stay home until Monday. MONDAY!!!! It's killing me. We are already super shorthanded and now this.... This blows!!!! AND what if I infect my mom!? I'm being overly cautious but I still feel it's inevitable.... And I'm not sharing this on my other social media because I don't want my sisters or extended family to know.... dammit!!!!

I am fully vaccinated, although it was milder than a flu, I never wanna experience it again! it was not fun at all for weeks! My symptoms were: Mental Confusion, Diarrhea, Nausea, GI, Fever, Chills, Dry throat, Cough, Fatigue, Loss of appetite..

Early sign for me was itchy throat 2 days before it K.O me with COVID. BEWARE OF ITCHY THROAT.

My friend is calling me a COVID monster and I bet people still feel uncomfortable about meeting me up...😒😂 it's okay though, I understand...I would feel the same way!
