Inspired by the song "Goodbye Summer - f(x)". English is not my first language so there might be some mistakes
The most beautiful and complicated problem I've ever faced
The stars shining behind you and your voice being the only thing I hear
I love it as much as I hate it, I'm sorry
I wish I could throw it all on these waves and just be with you
Living with these hidden secrets, could sing them all now
Living with the burden of being just friends, what can I do to change that?
Maybe if I threw myself into your arms everything would be better?
That feeling of sudden goodbye was something I never thought I felt with you
It's time to say goodbye to summer and welcome to the cold of autumn
The feelings I kept fall like flowers. Will you come back to get them?
This is a story that ends without a beginning and without the "happily ever after"
I'm sorry, now is the time to let summer go
You were me and I was you, but we never got to be a us
If I asked you to stay, would everything be different now?
Why do we hide all that? Friends don't lie, do they?
Maybe in the end it was because we were never just that
You always liked the heat, but I chilled your summer without thinking
Beforehand you had to say goodbye as you watched the heat slip away
I love you, I need that sun again by my side

The words were stuck inside us, but the only things that came out were tears
Feelings and thoughts repressed, our story is now just a forced end point
I should have taken that chance, screamed from all corners that I didn't want to be your friend
It was the first and last page, we wasted it with messy scribbles and three hidden words at the end
Sorry for summing us up in a simple monologue project
Everything we've lived so far, tears shed and relationships held back by fear and labels
My only favorite little story, I will always reread it

It’s time. I started pulling out jackets and needed gloves last week.
