I am actively following the latest developments about the Covid-19 outbreak. I want to keep you informed about how it might impact your orders. While regular operations continue, the safety of our customers and fulfillment staff is my top priority. I am social distancing and digitally designing from home as usual. All of my items are made per order in a fufillment center and shipped directly to you. Hey family and friends! I just wanted to share some natural immune boosters and illness fighters with you. First thing first, DON'T PANIC! Stress is a huge blow to the immune system. Also try to limit drinking, smoking and sugar. Now on to the boosters. Luckily, Mother nature has already provided what we need... Ginger, garlic, elderberry, echinacea and goldenseal, raw honey, lemons, oranges, limes, wheat grass, sea moss, turmeric, oregano leaf or oil, aloe vera, angelica root, Astragalus and of course all vegetables and fruits. You can eat them raw, or make a smoothie, etc. there are many ways to use them. Google for recipes. Some are available as supplements. Bottom line, Stay calm, wash hands with soap and hot water often and eat healthy. These are things that we should be doing daily not just for the virus.
