ok im unexpectedly sleepy but i keep seeing seperated aus for rottmnt and heres who i think should go to who based on the best possible outcomes for all children involved, the angst starts after they meet alright? anywho:

first up donnie, idk why we like to torture him with draxum WHEN HIS FATHER IS RIGHT THERE. yes i know science/alchemist combo hed be unstoppable but

a) his dad thinks hes the funniest

b) donnie really craves attention from splinter already in canon, you can play with splinter being more intentive with his son but not showing it in a way that donnie clocks

c) i think splinter was very overwhelmed with having four sons all the sudden on top of himself being mutated hed probably be able to handle the stress better and therefore provide in ways he was tried but ultimately failed in

d) i dont think the lair without donnie would exist the way it does in canon

e) friendship with april (since its implied or at least has been so fancanonized that those two were friends first)

raph, clearly cassandra or the foot clan. not much explanation other than hed be really fiercely trained, yet i can see him realistically retain all of his canon cuddlieness. theres an ongoing fight between him and the paper origami method, he respects it but stuffies for life man. also i think him and cassandra deserve to be besties <3

a) as in canon and other shows, hes actually more skilled than everyone else so im gonna say its gonna be tough for him but hed see through draxum's training with ease

b) hes itty bitty and could and already has melted draxums heart+he was co-raised by the gargoles. he is a master of steering draxum down the right path. except maybe that path may be a cooler path, not a righteous path. mikey reminds me of my sister and i think my sister would be the one to end up on some kind of watch list

c) master of emotions, could see him getting his brothers back together. enough said

leo's a little harder. everyone puts him under big mama but i think hed honestly be really miserable underneath her. i dont think shed be a good mom at all, which is why i recommend señor hue-SIKE CAPITÁN PIEL

a) in canon leo is actually kinda sus in the morality department. he cut warren in half on instinct and then immediately claim it was because he was on his head, definitely aimed for the kill on draxum, etc. he would totally be fine being a pirate

With the release of the “complete series” DVD it looks like CGI Masters of The Universe is officially over, and while I had numerous issues with the series (especially Season 3 and the way the showrunners handled topics such as genocide and colonization so flippantly), I am sad to see it apparently go. At it’s best it was a fun, goofy show with interesting ideas and unique designs, and I’d be lying if I said it didn’t inspire my own MOTU fancanon in some small way. I’ll miss it, despite everything.

that being said the fact that they didn’t make ork-0 a master and eiwa from the german audiodramas his nemesis firmly cements this series as one of the worst motu canons of all time

Long time lurker, first time poster. I wanted to let you know how much I've been enjoying Perfect Slaughter. I think you do such an inspiring justice to with the sheer horror of abuse, comfort of connection, characterization and extension of the source material in your writing. I've never read a fanfic quite like what you have done and you deserve so much kudos for it!!

Since you have mentioned you're a D&D nerd (same!), I'm curious about your answers to 2 questions about mechanics:

1) Have you thought about the tool or material that could be used to create the inevitable back scars 😞 ? I've noticed in your writing how much you have highlighted how flawless the spawn are once they've fully healed. All I can think of is something relating to a silvered weapon or something made out of infernal iron. I also know you probably can't fully answer this without it being spoiler-y.

2) This is more a game question, but I've had a few back and forths with my "forever DM" partner on this. Does Cazador actually die in BG3? For all my experience playing, I have admittedly never fought a vamp lord on table top. But from what I understand, there are few ways to actually kill them (I know of breaking their resting place or trapping their mist form). If Astarion comes in with a knife during a vamp's healing phase, would that kill them for good? I feel like I'm missing something here.

Haha I did get your previous ask and was actually sitting down to tackle my ask inbox after a crazy week (just moved to a different state), so you have impeccable timing! Thank you so so much for your kind words, I'm endlessly ecstatic to hear that the story is being enjoyed. To answer your questions:

Yes I have thought about this! In canon, Astarion says Cazador used 'his needle' to carve the runes. I indeed have my own fancanon as to how exactly Cazador got them to be permanent and it will come up in Perfect Slaughter!

From what I understand, what Astarion does in canon without any other explanation wouldn't, in fact, kill Cazador for good by dnd law 😂 but bg3 definitely plays hard and fast with the rules when it wants to, so we're left to justify why the vampire lord doesn't just mist form back into his coffin again! Breaking/destroying their resting place, trapping their mist form for two hours, or reducing them to 0 HP while they're in sunlight or running water--ie rivers/lakes/ocean, not a bucket, of course--so they can't go into mist form at all are all viable methods for dnd. If you stake them in their resting place, they're instead incapacitated/paralyzed for a millennia until the stake rots entirely away (or some idiot un-stakes them). Others are welcome to chime in if I've missed something!

Sometimes the gaps and discrepancies between dnd lore and bg3 can be a bit frustrating (and spark some tiresome debates online, lol) but these ones have honestly been fun for me to figure out! Sort of like a puzzle I get to shape the missing pieces into 😊

OKAYYYY this is really just gonna be word vomit. BUT. my favorite pieces of lore from the classic timeline is that Kabal was actually running the Black Dragon- and WELL. essentially, if you dont already know, the og Black Dragon became this real strong as rock anarchist organization with Kabal in charge- and i think its really cool so its staying.

So, mk: kataklysm (fancanon) essentially takes that concept from the original timeline and mashes it up, think of this mk1 like a mix of both timelines. right? right- the Black Dragon is an anarchist criminal organization, whos beliefs all vary! but believe heavily that outworld has a whole should be united- this belief is very VERY heavily carried by Khameleon, A zaterran woman with the ability to copy her foes abilities and appearances, this belief literally led to her exile bc of how vocal about it she was- that and she tried to stage a coup to overthrow the royal family of zaterra which led to her being exiled on Espionage & Treason charges.

The Black Dragon is stocked with skilled fighters and warriors, D'vorah was a skilled huntress in her hive before she was invited in by Kabal, Khameleon was a top assassin and warrior, Frost was a skilled cryomancer, Tremor is an earth elemental- the list goes on but you get the idea, they're really prevalent in outworld and a really really big problem there and for the royal family- or whatever.

I've been thinking about it and I think my watchdog headcanon might go something like this: With the watchdogs being robots originally, always reminded me of drones. Apply it to the "ladies are awful on watchdog homeplanet" canon, and add in some alien cliche sci fi, and maybe there can be like a social hive complex: with male drones, female workers, and female queens. That way there could be male and female watchdogs that look the same, with the big jellyfish watchdog queens that rule with a deadly gaze. I'd like to think that the female watchdogs are either born queen or born worker? That way the "discarded" watchdogs being recruited into Hater's army fancanon still fits and allows for female (or neuter? like worker ants maybe) and male watchdogs to be in Hater's army. Idk, the concept of Peepers being super punk and essentially being the lowest caste in society and a 'runt' to boot, only to run off and become a cartoony galactic super villain with Hater is rather amusing to me. Like, at first glance, Peepers seems small and cute and harmless, a nerdy dork of a guy. But in reality, he's a punk rebel that broke the glass ceiling and got himself a spot next to the most powerful evil being in the universe, and he is going to rub his victory in all those smug little corneas. He's... more than meets the eye! I feel like out of all the main 4, Peepers had the least character depth presented in the 2 seasons we got (rip s3 with all the secret lore... sobs) so making him a bit more fleshed out is fun and satisfying story wise for me.

I received an ask in the chat about scp 076 and scp 2396's relationship. Before explaining, I want you to know that I have a concept of creating scp in the fancanon and one day I want to make it official in the true scp universe.

They are Berenice's jewelry box, which have properties to control the power of the anomalous scp, this came from inspiration to represent people and children and teenagers who have to deal with using a device for the mobility of their disability.

In other words, it will not cure the person who wears this jewelry, but rather give them a better chance of living, I suffered hearing loss, I suffer with absolute pitch, and I gradually lose my hearing, so each jewelry represents a control of a certain ability that an SCP has.

SCP 2396 cannot be around men, whoever read her file will know who I'm talking about, and not even leave her website, she is only surrounded by women, in the original files she indicates that it was a boy, but also in this file she says she did not have sex neither male nor female, which is why in the fancanon she is a hemaphrodite or intersexual person (correct way of speaking).

She wears an emerald necklace that helps her control her power just by removing it for a bath, Abel wears a black and white pearl necklace that helps him control his anger and that makes him kill people, this jewel has the power to see the real states of the soul of the people around the wearer of this jewelry.

If you are close to Abel and say that you are happy, the jewel activates and you will see the real state of yours, that is, you are sad, this fan canon focuses on the biblical Abel in search of returning to what he was before Cain killed him and Cain and the villain of this manga.

They are both aromantic asexuals and live in a queerplatonic relationship, a type of relationship that goes between friendship and dating from what I understand but does not have romantic feelings. in other words, it is a qprs ship.

Steve's universe has this kind of relationship between Peridot and Lapis and even a pumpkin that is a joke in the queerplatonic community.

I see Miss Swettie as that friendly companion and advisor, whereas Abel is that friend who freaks out over anything and she calms him down and advises him.

So this imagines a jewelry box capable of controlling the power of scps, scp 166, scp 053 among others.

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in this silly thing! Oh, it is 100% NOT going to be a Disney Channel series. It's not going to be a Disney anything. It's fan-made! It's art, fancanons, ideas, and snippets of fanfic. It's not a blueprint for anything official, just for fun. We don't own Lilo and Stitch's franchise or any piece of it! This is a fan spinoff. More detail under the cut!

Stitch and Ani is something I made up when I was 13 (so, a long time ago). In 2008, Disney released a Japanese anime spinoff of Lilo and Stitch: the Series called Stitch!. We hated on it for a long time for obvious reasons. Then in 2011, the anime released Season 3's 23rd episode, Lilo and the Reunion Day.

And I watched it and thought something like, "That's dumb, why did they do that, it could be better! I like the idea of Lilo having a daughter but the way they did it sucks." So I redid it with drawings and fanfics for myself because that's fun. I made up Zeke as Ani's father and the catalyst for Lilo and Stitch being separated, and I made up Kai as the mentioned-but-never-seen-in-the-anime child of David/Nani, and I redid Ani's physical appearance and gave her a personality outside of "Lilo 2.0". And then it grew from there and I decided to just remove any part of the anime from the Stitch and Ani 'canon' completely. As for Arti - I'll explain. ArtistIssues is my IRL sister (for those of you who weren't aware)! We're twins. She's by far the family expert on L&S, but we've both loved the franchise since we were little and watched the first film in theaters. Obsessed. It's been about 14 years since I first created Stitch and Ani, and for a good while it was just mine, and somewhere down the line Arti was basically like "have I told you my ideas about 621 and the cousins", and she had this whole excellent fancanon of her own that would easily tie in to my Stitch and Ani stuff. 621 was already vaguely the villain in my Stitch and Ani ideas, but I spent very little time on what he would do in the story because I like the humans best, whereas Arti's own separate story ideas were almost wholly focused on 621 and on Leroy and the rest of the Experiments. So we combined the ideas, essentially. Almost every part of what 621 is doing in this story with the cousins is Arti's handiwork, and basically everything else - the family drama, the human OCs, the way the story goes for Lilo and Stitch and Ani - that's all my handiwork. The basic story premise for Stitch and Ani is that it's a look at the future lives of the Pelekai family. Stitch and Lilo have been reunited after being apart for years (due to a misunderstanding in the past involving Ani's mysteriously-absent dad and Lilo and Stitch's behavior toward each other during her time in college), and now Lilo has a daughter and Nani has a son, and the family is trying to figure out how to go back to normal living on Kauai again with all this baggage from the past between them. Ani was a lonely kid living on Honolulu (with Lilo as a single parent) before the reunion with Stitch/Jumba/Pleakley, and Kai was an only child with David and Nani and an island full of aliens on Kauai before the reunion. Ani is excited to finally have a big family, and was raised on stories of Stitch and the other aliens so she's living the dream. Kai is not living the dream and does not like the alien half of his Ohana during the story - he's the series bully. Stitch and Lilo have some relational issues to work out and Ani ends up helping them with that during the story, while also learning where she fits in with the family. Meanwhile, the cousins on the island are disappearing from their One True Places, and 621 is behind that and the family has to figure out how that's happening and how to stop it so that everyone can be happy where they belong. The story is about redemption, selflessness, and unconditional love. The same things the original Lilo and Stitch was about 21 years ago! But the biggest theme in Stitch and Ani is actually forgiveness. (There's a separate story thread involving Zeke and what happened to him, but the story as a whole is not about Zeke and doesn't come into the main plot much. The explanation for what happened with Z is being kept secret for now, both from you guys and from Ani!) We're just doing this for fun together. Arti has much, much less time to contribute to the blog than I do because I work from home and she doesn't, and as we get older we have less time and energy to focus on fanart and fan projects, but we'll always love Lilo and Stitch, and I'll continue posting here as often as the mood takes me!

Ao3 Orphan Stories

Some are already aware that there has been a rush of Orphaned stories on Ao3 that are of a more explicit nature. Without going into detail, the primary theme is Terra Snapdragon in sexual situations that range from curious to morbid. While I wholeheartedly stand by the right we all have as authors and fans to write what we please, it is very clear many of these works take direct inspiration from MY works.

Now, I have no issue with someone seeing what I do and getting ideas and writing them out. By all means, let the creative juices flow. It’s not necessarily all to my taste, and it doesn’t have to be - as the author, while orphaning the stories, is writing them for themselves. And I am NOT bashing on that.

However, the latest story "For Paradise" (I won't link it here, you can search it via the Terra Snapdragon tag – mind the tags, it is Explicit and highly sexual) took a direct creation of mine to play a front and center role in the story.

To clarify, I am NOT the author of any of these orphaned works. I have nothing to hide. I will show you my morbid and tag it accordingly. Hence, I wanted to address the usage of my created race, the Dratanae, in that latest work.

The very first mention of the Dratanae is seen in my Faust/Terra story "A Discussion Between Business Associates." Principal Faust, known as Faust of the clan Drikhartae in my fancanon, is one of these demons.

In canon, we know next to nothing about Faust's actual race or its extra characteristics or if it has an outside culture and so on. So I took liberties since there was very little development of his character. I've spoken about his race in my fancanon frequently here on tumblr; you can find these posts by just searching "Faust." Hettie is also included as she is a Dratanae/Witch hybrid and there is a whole post going over her as well. That said, I've not given a full and complete rundown of Faust's culture or the Dratanae's biology - which is to say the author of this most recent orphan story has taken liberties of their own that are NOT accurate to my creation. And this is true both in the Dratanae's culture and their biological functions.

Again, not bashing the author, we all have a right to write what we please, but since they pulled a specific race of my creation into their writing, I wanted to make this known.

Let me know if you have any questions about the Dratanae, whether that be of their biology or their culture and lifestyle.

And to the author of "For Paradise": I'm assuming you didn't realize Dratanae weren't canon to the series. this is the chapter of the companion fic in which the g slur is used: https://archiveofourown.org/works/14752685/chapters/42394160 and there's the apology in the a/n (i genuinely have no idea why people say she kept using the slur when it's used once in the entire fic? where does this info come from? and she specifically says in the a/n that she considered taking the chapter down but decided against it because she doesn't want to seem like she's trying to erase her mistake and it's better to leave it up along with the accountability statement so people can educate themselves)

Dorcas is mentioned exactly once in the entire series, in a throwaway comment about past Order members: “that’s Dorcas Meadowes, Voldemort killed her personally” that's it. that's all we know about her unless you consider extra canon (which i do! but not everyone does i guess)

if you google "Dorcas Meadowes" and you set a custom range (i set 01-01-2010 to 12-07-2017) it shows a bunch of white women as fan casts incl. Lily Collins. so today there's this concensus that dorcas is poc because it's technically canon now but it wasn't always like that

Thank you so much for your help and for not lashing out 😅 I have the bad flaw of being naive and when several people say the same thing and sound certain of it, I tend to believe it. It was the same with the first Lily Evans fancanon and the allegations of her being transphobic. I believed it for a while, then I decided to do my research and saw it had no backup whatsoever so I dropped it. (Still not my fancast but just bc i dont see her as my Lily).

I read the link you sent, the apology does seem quite complete and sincere. With supportive links and everything. Which changes everything imo. Yes, ATYD is not perfect, but no fic ever is. I still dislike the lack of POC representation and its negative stereotypes but well, in 2017 I also didn't make as diverse OCs as today. I wrote what I knew, what I was exposed to. With maturity and social media, that changes.

(btw at least in the thread that I took the info from and linked, OP only mentioned the usage of the g slur, didn't specify the amount of times. But yeah, in perspective that thread seems very out of proportion. At least after the apology)

With that in mind, I will at least put my ATYD post in private/archived or however this app works. If anyone thinks there's anything worth mentioning, or anything I didn't know about, I'll bring it back up, yet change the wrong info.
