A little Fnaf Movie rant (don't kill me, I also want this movie to be good)

(this post is pretty big, i understand if you don't have the patience for it)

(if you see any typos: no, you did not.)

Am I the only one who thinks that the fnaf movie isn't gonna live up to the hype...? Like I don't think it's gonna be bad, but I doubt it's gonna be as spectacular as we hope it will be.

One of the reasons that I'm a bit worried is the little girl. Michael's sister. Like in the trailer she's shown wondering around the pizzaria, and than in a TAXI with GOLDEN FREDDY, like????? HUH???? I have a feeling that the movie is gonna make her befriend the animatronics and like prove to Mike and Vanessa that "they just misunderstood🥺" Which like... THEY ARE, but that would be a horrible way to go about that plot line. And I kinda feel like they shouldn't be intelligent enough, or self aware enough to make friends y'know?

Also Vanessa. This one's gonna be shorter. I hope to god they're not gonna have a romantic plot line between her and Michael. One thing I really like about the fnaf games (haven't read the books yet, sorry) that there's absolutely no romance. And I feel like it should stay that way.

Now the "horror". I KNOW that the original games didn't have any gore. And I'm not saying the movie has to have it. I just want it to be SCARY. Or creepy at the very least. The games didn't have gore, but they were still HORROR GAMES, y'know. They're 16+. I remember that the movie makers tweeted something like "we're not gonna hold back on the gore" or "I'm not sure if we can even show this". But... The movie is going to be 13+... So that was a fuckin lie. Because what the hell is a pg13 HORROR movie supposed to be??? Like IT 2017 is rated R, but theres a surprisingly little amount of actual gore. And despite the R rating, sooo many teens and preteens love the move. So who is the Fnaf movie's target audience with it's pg13 rating. The same kids who ONLY played/watched Security Breach? Be so FR.

I feel like (based on the trailers) that the movie is going to take a more comedic approach, wich wouldn't be a problem, but it seems that it's going to be more significant then the horror aspect.

You know how Stranger Things stared out in s1 as a mystery/horror, and by s4 it got derailed into... that. I'm just worried that the same will happen to fnaf... Like it ALMOST happened with SB, but that's a game. It's a lot harder to access, so it still mostly stayed within the fnaf community. Like, 'normal' allistic Jessica (this isn't an actual person, just an example) is a lot less likely to watch a SB gameplay, or more so, play the game. But she might watch the movie because it's popular. And I REALLY don't want Michael to get "Eddie Munson-ified", okay??? I don't want the thing that shaped my entire childhood to get the TikTok treatment.

Sorry this post got really out of hand by the end. I just had to get this out of myself, otherwise I just might explode.

If the movie turns out to be a Masterpiece of fiction, that makes all original fnaf fans weep at how absolutely perfect it is, than y'all can come back here and laugh at me in the comments all you want. I will admit that I was wrong, and I'll do so with pure happiness, for having my expectations subverted in a positive way

And if I'm right.... well.... I will not be happy about it, or proud. I will not say "I told you so". I will keep my mouth shut, and I'll wallow in my misery in silence. Mourning what it could've been.

(theres so much more that i could say about this movie that hasn't even come out yet, but i think this is more than enough)

alright uhhh i saw some people requesting this on other blogs so i'm stealing those actually, taking those thanks (using this an excuse)!! this isn't the fandom i necessarily wanted to start with but the other ones i wanna write have insane amounts of characters so boy band men first i guess

ok fr he's so fun to write for, didn't expect this one to be so cute. easy ler and lee! he likes to be a little bully and use his dirty little grabbers, mostly at ez let's be real. he isn't confident he's gonna win any other matchup so ez is easy picking. and thanks to the blooper reel k'sante is another target because kayn is a scrapper and crawls all over him like a monkey. mostly spiders his fingers all over and laughs evilly like he's won a hard fought battle. he's slinky and quick so he mostly has his target begging for someone else's help, and when they do get said assistance he cries and whines that it's not fair. don't be fooled he enjoys the extra attention!

he just plays to win all the time so when someone else tags in he's sure make everyone know that HE WOULD HAVE WON!!!! HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR EVERYONE ELSE CHEATING!!!! and man that stupid leash why does he even wear it if someones gonna tie his wrists in a knot. and like a true lee he wears that crop top so when he's all tangled go for the abs! he laughs so much it becomes obvious how he got so cut, by laughing his lungs out apparently. when he laughs his fangs show too it's cute.

he's also painfully obvious about not minding since he neeeever calls mercy, never surrenders. he just deals with it! not something someone who DOESN'T enjoy it would do. he could easily call mercy and call it quits but hmmmm he doesn't seem to want to, odd.

for spots i wanna say the waist is really really bad. top of the ribs under the armpits, his abs, his sides, all have him kicking his legs with a shout. he also scream laughs, explodes into laughter at first touch. but his voice also cracks at the first yelp, sounds like a cute lil boy shriek. partial to being "attacked", as he calls it, on the couch. he likes getting to be able to flop down and pass out after, sorta like a little kid it's so fucking cute bro he tuckers himself out laughing and wriggling on his back. dude is exhausted n happy (he swears he is NOT happy abt this) he's just tired for no reason okay. now it's his post giggle episode nap!

k'sante 💛

hear me out ok when i saw his shirt being a turtleneck i was IMMEDIATELY LIKE 🫵 his spot is the neck. it's so the neck. suddenly for him there's more than a few perks of being like.. 6'7" and it's not just being able to get things from high shelves. kayn and ez are menaces to this man it's gotta be 2 on 1. and in the official art pieces, ez getting carried on his back? oof k'sante y'all shouldn't have done that. cause now there's legs locked around his chest and ez is like SURRENDER OR DIEEE and getting all up into that shirt collar. he SCREECHES and spins around trying to shake him off he's stuck on him now. hopping around doing a lil giggly dance with ez on his back. kayn jokes and teases about how instead of focusing on singing, he should work on his dancing instead!

thanks to the blooper reel i can die on the hill that k'sante is a whiny boy and calls yone for help all the time. yoneee helpppp they're bullying me m gonna tell yoneee aaaa. kayn saying OH YOU BIG BABY stop complaining!! no one to help you now! ez is this guy's worst nightmare his cold little fingers are like knives on his neck. k'sante tends to run hot so they're just so nicely sticking a cold can of soda to his nape to help obviously. yone will help sometimes but mainly just because he's trying to keep the team on track (he will also torture k'sante with cold soda cans).

necks are a good tickle bite's worst enemy. chomp. and when someone is up in there biting, he just has to laugh and wait til it's over ☺ and with both of his elbows bent up so he can use his hands to cover his neck. gasp.. who's to protect his armpits! 🤭 noooo one! his neck is his worst spot so he'll make sure to keep it covered! but that does mean he'll get some armpit tickles instead! pick your poison k'sante. they team up on him like this often and ngl he likes it when they're close on em! sweethearts. but he doesn't wanna LOSE so he brings his puppy eyes to yone he's like 👉👈 yone.. help.. what a cop out! but it's not that great of a cute beg it's more like k'sante scream laughing and attempting puppy eyes but yelling HELP AAAA YONE HELP awkwardly waggling his arms. i love making big men be tickly and look foolish. sorry i love embarrassing them uwu

ezreal 💚

wow what a lee he's textbook lee i bet he has a secret tumblr account for all his private tk blogging activities. there's a lot to say about him: MOST IMPORTANTLY though his cute smile alright look at his teeth they're so fucking cute i'm obsessed. probably his only weapon as a ler are his sharp teeth. pointed and dull at the very bottom makes for very ticklish bites, so beware if you're too confident in winning! he will wiggle his head between your head and shoulder and bite! exaggerated fake growls and all. he'll be a little too proud of winning, so don't let him.

he has a reaaaally cute snort laugh too. i think his fans would document it thoroughly and embarrass him by posting clips of it nonstop. he has a more controlled laugh for outings because he's serious about his fandom image, but sometimes he laughs at something and chokes on his breath a bit there. i think it would be a shame of someone (kayn) decided to squeeze his side and make him giggle and snort while he's doing some filmed social media trend. that would soooo bad amiright 🫶 lol he would scream, cover his mouth, and tell his followers that he's BUSY and MUST LEAVE immediately. he basically RUNS to his room to scream into his pillow. like how dare u embarrass him in front of his online friends.

the clip hits all platforms in record time and he maaaay read a few comments because it's people saying it's cute of him and he secretly fawns over those. like "omg you think i'm cute heehee" he's ridiculous. but phel and kain playfully tease him sending pig emojis 🐖🐖🐖 ez is like "DON'T SEND THOSE TO ME DON'T- HEY DON'T POST THAT ON SOCIAL NOOO DON'T COMMENT MY FANS WILL SEE" and they all affectionately change his name in their phones to 🐖 just to tease him.

for spots, he'd be ticklish up sides to his ribs, spidering fingers have him slumped into the couch, laughing hard and snorting, of course. his feet and knees are quite ticklish! only known because he tends to put his feet up and yone continuously tells him to knock it off. but he found that suddenly tickling his socked foot does the trick.

aphelios 💙

he's a difficult one, since he's not much of a talker! but not like he's spared from anyone's wrath. his laugh is what you'd expect and it's fantastic; breathy, wheezy, and full of obvious mirth.

he's prone to pranking the others and while he can be nonchalant and aloof, sometimes the sight of one of the others falling or making utter fools of themselves has him in stitches (and being forced to laugh via tickling is no different). and when he wears his mask it's especially endearing to see his eyes screwed shut as well as him holding his stomach and hunching over, shoulders shaking.

he can't help acting like a little troublemaker and they always pounce on him after he gets someone good with those pranks he pulls. seems like he's more playful than he looks. if anyone stretches, he's the first to poke. if someone gets stuck doing something, phel is there making sure he doesn't waste the opportunity, what a jerk! so do everyone a favor and give him a taste of his own medicine. he's his own worst enemy though, because once he starts wheezing in laughter you pounce on him with tickles and it's downhill from there. he's already laughing so he has no chance of fending off an attack.

and a secret: he's very weak to teasing too! he doesn't talk back he just hides his face in shyness. they fall for a trap he's so deviously placed and now he's under them, mumbling out giggles when they poke him all over saying "what's so funny huh??" he waves his hands at them and pushes em by the shoulders trying to curl up the best he can. pokes drive him nuts and then when you speed up it's even worse, him trying to catch the offending hands. "no timeouts allowed because you started it!"

but it seems like he just doesn't stop pranking the others, so he must like it more than he lets on. he's surprisingly a goofy lil boy. he laughs himself silly, voice hitching and gasping all the way. he laughs himself DIZZY it's cute. he's like kayn he needs a break after. and usually even after whoever is done bullying him, he spends his time giggling quietly his skin still feels electric. he sure is brave for someone who takes so much time to recover.

he's a fun one, the stoic characters always are. most likely to screw his mouth shut and try to deal with pesky fingers at his ribs until he can't any longer. prone to overworking so breaking his concentration is absolutely a necessary activity. and also breaking his concentration playing video games is also crucial, because according to sett he plays too well so he must suffer and be prodded at during playtime too. -i mean what sett would never stoop so low he says.

anyways- yone's usually the mediator but he can get caught up in the mess when someone points out that he's been getting off the hook when it comes to roughhousing. he typically prefers 1 on 1, so he won't lose kayn says. and maybe that's true no one knows. he's really REALLY good at pretending he isn't at all sensitive and keeps it together for, i dunno, 5 seconds. it doesn't seem like a lot BUT it deters most. not these motherfuckers they're in it to win it.

yone will hold back then the giggles bubble up in his throat and you can hear him hum a moment, then they spill out from his lips. he mumbles and whispers out giggles for a moment then it becomes very apparent he won't win this fight and he covers his mouth. that's when it's over. he really starts to laugh and realizes the sensations just won't stop and he's lost. he's most likely to swear actually lol he's like i can handle this. i can handle this..... Fuck.

once he's attempted to cover his mouth he has already lost. he has a very nice, boisterous laugh and his smile is also a 10/10. it's nice to not see his eyebrows furrowed so much. he's lucky he's good at catching people's offending wiggly fingers or else he'd fall apart way more often. so when they trail fingers up his back where he can't reach them or fend them off? it drives him nuts. index finger from the nape and down the spine has him arching and twisting away with a loud yelp.

and that leaves the stomach vulnerable and that's next. tickling at his stomach and he jumps back and grabs whoever's wrist and says to CUT THAT OUT. okay mr. grumpy, jeez. it works as a good attitude adjustment because if he's mad at one of em for fooling around, this can easily divert his attention. k'sante usually has the job of doing so but when he does, he doesn't get yone's support the next time he's on defense. in fact, yone might lead the charge.

hahaaaa oh man last but not least. most ticklish easily what a mess. being 6 foot 10 is not gonna help him here. sure he can rough somebody up but this is way more difficult for him. the one to be on the floor first begging "pleeheheaasee-" and kicking his leg like a puppy.

he's OBVIOUSLY most sensitive in the midsection he's a tummy boy okay just trust me. and this man may lift, box, it doesn't matter because if you knead his midsection his strength goes right out the window. you can feel him paw at your prodding hands with the weakest grip you've ever seen. his worst enemy is when you do the claw hand on his belly he's in hysterics i'm telling you. wiggling on his back saying "i give! i give!" and flopping onto his side when he's released from their tickly clutches. now, make that two pairs of hands, or ten, he doesn't have a chaaaaance.

he's definitely a good tickle monster to the others but once they elect k'sante to hold him down (he can bench sett apparently so he's gotta be the bad guy on this one) he's like "NOO DON'T DO IT GUYS I'M SORRYEHHEEHE" he preemptivey starts laughing when he sees wiggling fingers creeping closer and closer to him, begging wildly for mercy before anything happens. he calls out to each one of them, praying that they'll help! he's not the one to take what he dishes out.

and also the ears! don't forget about those! they are oh so ticklish and they twitch when you touch them. roll the delicate ear between two of your fingers and it has him in a fit of giggles. any fighting techniques he might know mean nothing in the face of a laughing fit.

first to help someone relieve stress via giving attention and being a stress toy himself. though, he's prone to going after someone first even if he always loses. we appreciate his effort. he'll probably have someone fighting on his side simply because he's a lost cause. has a good relationship with physical affection! his favorite to give: ticklish kisses n raspberries, in combo with a hug of course. try not to get caught in his clutches. if those are his tactics.. maybe he does deserve to get got. he's not as embarrassed as his track record would suggest! takes his inevitable loss in stride.

My thoughts on the ZB1 lineup.

Not proof read.

So while I don't HATE it, it's not the greatest. All the boys in lineup besides two are Korean. They dont even have a Japanese member. Keita and Jay were robbed fr but anyways. Here are my thoughts on the members, and just what I have to say about the group.

lets see if yall can tell who I'm probably gonna ult just by reading this lol.

P01 - Zhanghao: Honestly, ever since the 3rd elimination I was rooting for him to take over shanbin's spot just once. I thought it would be funny, iconic, and legendary if he did it. One thing I didn't expect was for it to happen in the finale. HOLY CRAP i was shocked. The first ever non Korean to win 1st place in an Mnet survival show, and one of the only few who in survival shows in general (from what I have seen anyways). He caught my eyes from he start, mainly because of his adorable ears that stick out. he wears them proudly and i love him for that. truly an icon. He doesn't suit Korean beauty standards, he was the nugu center, he had no prior fanbase, and he worked himself up from the bottom to the top. I am SO excited to hear his voice shine be itself in a solo song, and standout amongst the rest of the voices in ZB1 (I was bouta call them bep1er no joke). Charisma Zhanghao!!

P02 - Shanbin: I mean we all new he was debuting. He is the Korean center, hes been popular since day one, he is extreamly loveable, talented, FINE oh my gawsh (go look at the recent photoshoot he did omfg sir) He did a great job maintaining his 1st place spot until the end, and I salute to him forbeing able to hold it. I can already see it. The 5th gen IT boy! Or prince. Idk there are like 3 different titles he could have. He could also be the 5th gen ace or visual. Which one do Y'all think?

P03 - Matthew: I have been rooting for matthew since day one. As soon as i saw there was a Canadian on the show I jumped (as I am also Canadian lol). It was my lifes mission to make sure he debuted. After Haruto (my original 1 pick), I knew I was switching to Matthew and Jay ( I have been supporting Jay since 2019 it only made sense for me to continue so I voted them on seperate devices). Matthew has always just been there to make my day. Just looking at him makes me smile. I am so happy we managed to get him back up higher i the top 9. He was shocked when he heard his name, and so was I. I cried happy tears with his sister lol. I like spammed her in instagram congratulating her. it was an emotional 10 minutes. DESERVED MATTHEW SEOK

P04 - Ricky: I was not expecting to see him sky rocket that high. When I first heard his name I was like "His one pick was that strong!?". I didn't see many people voting for him online other than a small group on a discord server I am on. Don't get me wrong he was in my top 9 but I really didn't expect his fandom to come through at all. I am so proud of him, and so happy he ranked as high as he did. He truly deserved it.

P05 - Gunwook: While I was expecting him to debut, I didn't hink he would ran so high. I was expecting maybe between 7-9th area especially because he has never been above rank 9 before, but his 1 pick came in clutch. I know he has had a solid fanbase since the beginning of the shw, I just thought other people would make it in front of him? I almost cried when I saw he was called. I was like "Holy shit he actually made it!?!?!". Proud mother moment fr.

P06 - Taerae: to say I was shocked. I mean 3 days before he was 11th place!? I was not expecting his 1 pik to sky rocket THAT MUCH. I mean deserved! ZB1's highnote boi!! I love his vocal tone, and though he wasn't in my top 9 he was very close to it. He was like my 10th/11th pick I can't remember anymore, all I know is i am sad none of his other wakeone boys made it in the group with him and i really hope he adapts fast. He isn't as close with a few of the members from what i know but i am sure he will warm up. CONGRATS TAERAEEEE.

P07 - Gyuvin: Tbh, he didn't catch my eyes. I didn't hate him, I actually thought he was really cute and funny, I just though other people were a bit better than him. That was a while ago though. Over the past 3 weeks, Gyuvin grew on me a lot. While he may not be the most rounded, he is def talented and def deserved a spot in ZB1! I am very proud of him, and I as quite shocked considering he has dropped to 16th before. I didn't have much hope in his 1 pick, but I was pleasently surprised. SLAY GYUVIN!!!!!

P08 - Jiwoong: I knew he was going to debut, I just didn't know at what rank. He has always been one of my picks, ever since i first saw he was going to be on boys planet. I have watched his past dramas, and heard much good stuff about him. I am vry happy a BL actor has made it in the group, just because it can open so many oppertunities for zb1 in the western audience and really just any audience, jiwoong will also soon be staring in a new drama I believe so look out for them! I really cherish Jiwoong. I think he is very talented. The groups hidden all rounder if you would. I can see him or ZHanghao being an amazing leader, but I thik I would perfer Jiwoong be leader.

P09 - Yujin: Just like Gyuvin, he was kinda just there for me throughout the show, but I am sure as he gets more screen time and we get to see the real him, he will grow on me more. I have never at any point ever hated any of the trainees. they are all sweet to me in their own ways, and some more than others. I am very proud of Yujin, and in my op he isn't too young to debut. I could argue that here for hours but I would rather just leave it at this and if you are curious to as why I think that just ask me in the comments. Also, seeing Yujin and Jiwoong harmonize the other day...man... that kid has a voice, hes just a teenager lol, so ofc his voice is gonna crack and change and sound weird at times. I think he deserved this spot a lot tbh, he is a great maknae for the group!

SO overall, I do really like this lineup. I am def going to be ulting this group, I know that for sure. 6/9 of my picks made it (Matthew, SHanbin, Zhanghao, Jiwoong, Gunwook, ricky)

Zhanghao - Leader, lead vocal, center

Matthew - vocalist, sub rapper,

Ricky - Sub vocal, rapper, main dancer

Gyuvin - lead dancer, lead rapper, visual

Jiwoong - leader 2, rapper, sub vocal

Yujin - Maknae, rapper, main dancer

keep in mind though, since this is 5th gen, they may just discard the whole "position" thing and have them all do a bit of everything considering they all have very unique voices (especially Hao, Taerae, and Jiwoong. Somewhat shanbin) but if we are following your usual 4th gen 9 member group structure, i think these would be the positions.

now... line distribution... well.

Most to least:

Shanbin 30+ seconds

Taerae (he will have a lot of adlibs) 17-20 secs of acual lines +10 for adlibs

Zhanghao 24-27 seconds

Gunwook 20-23 seconds

Matthew/Jiwoong (back and fourth it depends) 15-17 seconds

Gyuvin/Yujin (same with Jiwoong and Matthew) 14-16 seconds

Ricky (I just have that really good feeling hes the Xiaotng of the group) anywhere between 8-17 seconds (hes's mostly last cuz he will vary)

The Ketu nonreaction is sooo true; I can attest to that omfg. It's honestly kind of futile to have an emotional breakdown with us bc all we're gonna give is a blank stare & slow blinking. Idk if I would describe it as feeling overwhelmed by those kinds of reactions so much as it is just the fact that we inherently don't gaf a lot of the time.

Idk if you relate to this too nodal anon but if it's someone I care abt/am close with at the very least I'll wait for them to calm down and then I'll try to start talking strategy and solutions to resolve whatever is going on with them. But yeah otherwise if I don't have even the most minute emotional investment in you then like it's just silent staring on my end.

Another thing abt it is some ppl will try to bond with me over it like "oh yeah, it's so awkward for me when someone cries like that bc I never know what to say. It's uncomfortable." But the thing is for me that's not the case; it's not awkward or uncomfortable at all for me when I'm met with it. And often I do know what to say - I just choose not to say/act in that manner bc it would feel disingenuous for me to present myself as the kind of person that can offer that kind of comfort to someone. Like if I have to describe it ... it's like I have the script & I know my lines but I just can't bring myself to actually say them bc ik it would just feel like I'm acting/playing a role at the end of the day. I feel like that in itself is super Ketu. The most I can offer while staying true to myself is my own form of comfort.

And on the delusions of Ketu I think I'm probably speaking from a Magha lens here specifically but oh yeahhh I definitely have delusions of self-grandeur LOL. And I think we're pretty self-indulgent too. But I find personally my delusions are exclusively abt my own grandiose sense of self & don't rly ever involve others or any kind of other external factors. I'm very objective with and abt others and circumstances outside of myself but I'm highly biased when it comes to myself. The thing is nodal anon is right I think ppl do feed into our delusions too. At the least ppl around me do. Claim: London Calling might be used in s5

Evidence: First and foremost, this is a The Clash song. Anyone remember Should I Stay or Should I Go? And well, the duffers have repeatedly said they want to go back to the stuff they had been doing in Season 1. Also, let's have a look at the lyrics.

"PHONY BEATLEMANIA HAS BITTEN THE DUST"

Now, literally it is supposed to refer to how the rock scene was about to come to an end in 1977. But with regards to the show? It could likely refer to how the first three seasons ended with a ray of hope (although that doesn't mean it didn't foreshadow darkness as well). But at the end of season 4, this has ceased. The town has been torn into four parts and everyone is leaving. The only positives that come from it are the reunions. Besides that, Hawkins has completely plunged into darkness. So "Phony Beatlemania has bitten the dust" could refer to the illusion that the worst is behind them. It's yet to come.

"COME OUT OF THE CUPBOARD, YOU BOYS AND GIRLS"

Looking at you, Mike Wheeler. Since this lyric is in the first part of the song, it could mean they might address Mike's sexuality in the early episodes. Byler Endgame? Byler Endgame! It could also refer to the budding relationship between Robin and Vickie. I think Vickie is going to appear more frequently than she did in s4 and that she and Robin would have a heart to heart, again in one of the early episodes.

"MELTDOWN EXPECTED, THE WHEAT IS GROWING THIN"

Well, it's an apocalypse. This lyric could refer to all their dwindling resources and how they have no time to lose (although we know there's gonna be a time jump). I think the Upside Down particles' entrance into the earth's atmosphere could have detrimental effects on human health. They certainly are going to address this, if it's true, since Stranger Things first and foremost is a sci-fi.

"FORGET IT BROTHER YOU CAN GO IT ALONE"

Definitely related to Jonathan's character arc. Argyle may have to go back to California since well, he has a family, doesn't he? Idk fr. Anyway, it could refer to Jonathan and Will being #siblinggoals again. Or it could refer to... Jonathan being Vecna'ed? I mean, it's possible. He'd survive it though, Will definitely knows his favourite song.

"LONDON CALLING TO THE ZOMBIES OF DEATH"

Zombie Boy? Yeah, it likely refers to the more central role Will (and as a consequence, Mike) is going to have. I don't exactly think Will would die since it has been said that he'll get a satisfying ending. But he could come close to death.

"WHILE WE WERE TALKING I SAW YOU NODDING OUT"

A reference to someone being Vecna'ed. Or probably a flashback to Max being Vecna'ed from Lucas's perspective? To show us something we may have missed? (Although y'all are eagle-eyed, I must say.)

"AND AFTER ALL THIS WON'T YOU GIVE ME A SMILE"

Let's face it, a major character is going to die. And I'm of the opinion that the major character might be someone who just entered a relationship in s5. (Hopefully, they won't pull that stunt with byler those two are precious!) Because well, at the end of s3, Jopper planned a date but we know how that went... and at the end of s4, Lumax planned a date which didn't happen either but atleast it means Max isn't dead. In the same way, this is probably gonna happen in s5 too. And this time, someone might actually die.

"I NEVER FELT SO MUCH ALIKE"

El and One. Or in a more twisted way, Will and One. That connection is definitely gonna be explored.

Also, in the end of the song there's a Morse code message that says S-O-S. Could we expect a parallel to s2?

In conclusion, they're probably gonna use London Calling in s5.

The honeymoon phase of my college is over✨ I've started to slowly dislike some ppl... My roommate is too fucking touchy md annoying. Two of my roommates including this one talk shit abt my north Indian frnds. Like fuck y'all they r wayyyyy better nd understanding u guys could ever be. I hate the racism here. Idk why we as adults are so fucking divided by race. It's so goddamn shallow and disgusting. Refusing to accept an entire group of people just because they are frm the northern part of your own country is sooo narrow minded nd backward. And the same thing goes to my north Indian frnds who don't particularly like the south Indians, though it's not as much as the south Indians... And omg ive removed all my college frnds frm my CF on insta. Most of them were north Indians. They keep telling me "why are you posting such stories" and "stop posting stories of what you eat" like??? It's my fucking insta and hence it's my fucking choice. And it's not even some aesthetic insta bullshit, like I ate this one new chips and it was really good and so I posted abt it and they got offended like??? So yeah they aren't there anymore.

And I haven't found that "one frnd" you know. Like that one frnd who u can go to anytime. Like whenever I'm feeling down or just want peace I can go to their room nd chill or study. But I don't get that vibe frm any of my frnds.... Nd i feel like i won't be finding someone like that anytime soon... Nd i feel so undesirable coz almost everyone I see has that one frnd nd i don't.... I wanna go home dude... I tried spending time with 2 ppl nd I thought they could be that one person but then i tried testing something. I am the one who usually goes to their room and calls them to come and eat food with me, but this time I didn't do that fr like 2-3 days. They never called me. I felt really hurt dude. Okay, filtered MSM 2 thoughts:

We knew Kraven was gonna show up in the sequel, however, I def did not expect The Lizard/Dr. Connors and the fact that Kraven is focused on him instead of Peter or Miles is very interesting. I wonder if they're gonna sort of recreate/reference Kraven's Last Hunt 👀

Either way, I'm very excited to see these classic villains showing up. Maybe we'll see Yuri Watanabe/Wraith too??? They were building her up in one of the DLCs quite well. Also, interested to see how Peter will react since they were friends.

Gameplay!!!!!! I already loved the gameplay in the first game, and the Miles Morales game improved upon that. And they seemed to take it another step further, it's like they actually listened to the criticism that people had, and I didn't know it was possible to improve the already banger gameplay (tho yes the first one was a little clunkier but still v intuitive)

The new traversal features look so good hello?? The web wings used as a glider? Miles slingshotting himself across the city??? aoughhfg and also!!! It looks like we'll be able to explore other parts of New York like Queens and maybe Brooklyn??? tbh Manhattan became a little restrictive after a while in the first two games, so it would be cool to expand the map a bit. Y'all know I'm meh about huge maps with some exceptions, but if done right, I think it's gonna be good.

Putting this under a read more bc this game is driving me insane I'm eating drywall

So I was right that we'll be able to switch between Peter and Miles. I kinda guessed that they're gonna be mission specific, and maybe, we can switch between them in free roam like with Jacob and Evie in AC: Syndicate (this specific feature isn't confirmed, just speculation on my part)

Looks like Nuform changed Miles' abilities since his Venom (heh) powers can turn blue? I'm interested to see what it did to him and if they're going to address it. Maybe it's purely for aesthetic/gameplay reasons. Who knows, I'm still curious.

Also, love how they incorporated Ganke as their guy in the chair. I loved him in MM and the fact that he helped Miles with the Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man app. Just give me more Ganke please, he was really charming and they managed to differentiate him from MCU Ganke Ned that he feels like his own character.

Okay, I'm done beating around the bush and I'm going to address the elephant in the room - the symbiote. This is all we've been waiting for, we knew from the post-credits scene from the first game that Peter is gonna have the black suit. I'm glad Insomniac were like "yeah let's get this over with" and showed it to us.

And people are already calling him Bully Lowenthal 💀

Now, I was a little bit iffy about the design of the black suit, but after I watched the trailer a couple of times, it's starting to grow on me? Maybe I'm looking too much into it but the organic armor/exoskeleton design gives me xenomorph vibes, and I love the tendrils in the "exposed" exoskeleton. The texture looks gross and slimy and I love it. I was wondering if they're gonna add some subtle sci-fi horror elements to it and they delivered. I've always said that the symbiote has a lot of space/eldtrich horror potential.

THE POINT Is, I started watching because of things I've read, I was TIRED of looking up every single character when I read about them 😭 SO, I watched, got caught up to where it is now, and am waiting for the next episode, and you mention 2 of Cups part 3 is coming out, and I was like "oH SHIT, I REMEMBER READING PART 1!" So, I went back, read parts 1 and 2, absolutely ADORED them, despite the pain 🥹 Like, Rin's pining, but not wanting to do anything because of SAE, that little bitch, that won't admit he's the sAME and keeps being an AsS when Rea-chan and Rin are even remotely affectionate, AaAAAAHHHH! sitting on a chair at the huge backyard, you inhaled the clean air that you only found at the hughes' lake house. this house has always been your sanctuary in the summer, since you've been friends with the boys since childhood.

with eyes closed and lost in thoughts, enjoying the last moments of peace and quietness before everyone arrived, you didn't even notice ellen sitting beside you.

"hi honey, you ok?" she asked in a maternal tone.

"oh my god," you said, putting your hand on your chest, feeling your heart beating fast by being caught by surprise.

laughing at your reaction, ellen said "i'm sorry, i didn't mean to scare you."

"no, that's okay," you laughed too, "i was just lost in my own head, no big deal."

"you want to talk about whatever it's disturbing you?"

quickly weighing your options, you chose to talk. after all, ellen hughes has always been listening you since… well, since forever.

"there's this guy i…" you stopped and then sighed. "there's this guy i really like but i don't know if he likes me back. and i'm really confused because we had an arrangement, you know?" you were feeling your whole face burning with shame. ellen just nodded and you continued. "we spent some good months together, he's a spectacular guy. i love his friendship and company, he's the best person for a lot of things, specially marathon series with," you smiled. "as long as i want to stay with him, i know i can't take it anymore. it's too much to my heart, i can't keep hurting myself like that."

"so what did you do?"

"i told him i couldn't do this and ended that strange thing we had and he didn't say anything," you sighed. "i miss him every single day, i've been through hell to be honest. but it's for the best, i have to have some self love, right?"

"have you ever considered that this guy can like you too?"

"nah, there's no way."

"but how would you know?"

"i think if he really liked me back, he would've told me, we had plenty of time," you shrugged. "also, he could've called me or something during this time we're apart."

"oh dear," she sounded sad for you. "look, i'm not playing devil's advocate here but try to put yourself in his shoes. he can be a shy person or thinking the same way you're thinking."

"how?"

"well, he can be thinking you don't like him and never will," she started slowly caressing your back the way she always did. "that's one of the options for why he hasn't told you anything."

"i really think that's not possible but thank you for hearing me, mama hughes, i love you," you genuinely smiled this time.

"i'm here whenever you need, my dear. you just–"

she was interrupted by loud noises coming from the front of the house.

"here they are, i thought they were gonna take longer to arrive," she laughed.

"i'm glad they're here tho, they can help distract me."

"absolutely," she got up. "if you need to ask me something or just talk about what's in your head, you know where to find me."

"thank you very much," you said, getting up too.

"i love you, darling," she hugged you tightly and then headed to where the boys were gathering with all their things.

you looked at the lake one more time and followed her. as you expected, the living room was a confusion of voices and luggages. since the house was pretty big, all three boys always brought their friends to spend some time with them. jack always brings more people than anyone, he and his ntdp buddies are inseparable during summers.

this year, they were here again, of course. luke is with some of his friends from umich and quinn is alone.

quintin hughes. your guy. your best friend since forever and the boy you love for as long as you can remember. you were feeling nervous seeing him for the first time after you "broke up" with him. his hair was longer and his beard looked amazing. while looking at him, you had to tell yourself lots of times you couldn't caress his face or kiss his lips.

"earth to y/n" you heard. shaking your head to get back to reality, you looked at the person trying to talk to you.

"alex, oh my god i missed you so much!" you wrapped your arms around your best friend.

well, second best friend, since the first one is – or was – quinn.

"how are you doing, bug?"

"not so well," you replied, your voice lowering.

"that same thing?"

"yup," you let out a tired sigh. besides ellen, alex is the only one who knows everything about your situation with quinn. "but how are you? we haven't seen each other in a while, tell me everything."

turcs started telling you some basic things since you were still in the middle of the noisy living room while quinn watched from the other side of the room.

he was feeling nervous too, even more than you. as his mother said earlier, not knowing she was talking about her own son, he was, in fact, in love with you. nonetheless, he was afraid as hell of your reaction if he told you the truth. in his head, you were way out of his league. you're smart, lovely, gorgeous, funny, and a lot of other things. why would you look at him as more than a friend? besides, you've known him since you were kids and he didn't want to lose your friendship, but hey, surprise! it was ruined too now.

quinn thought he was lucky enough to have you as his friend with benefits, that thing of taking what you can. but of course it ended. he was heartbroken since the day you looked at his eyes and told you couldn't continue this. choosing to focus solely on hockey, he gave you space, not realizing you were waiting to see if he would do something different.

he was brought back to the moment at the sound of his mother's voice.

"okay everyone, enough with this mess here," she said and everyone went quiet. "let's organize the pairings to the bedrooms now."

quinn saw his mother grabbing your hand, since you were closer to her, and announce "y/n, you're with quinn this summer," she said. "i thought it was ok since you usually slept in the same bed here when you were younger?"

when he was ready to open his mouth and ask to change with someone else, you were already speaking.

"that's ok, mama hughes."

the rest of the room was clueless, except quinn and alex, of course. they were looking at you, thinking about why you did this.

the thing is, not even you know why you said it was ok. of course it wasn't, you couldn't sleep in the same bed as quinn after everything. but you'd think about it later.

ellen followed her list, designating pairs for the rooms, and soon the living room was calm again, as everyone headed to their bedrooms.

you grabbed your things, going upstairs to your bedroom while trying to distract yourself with some music you were addicted to. quickly finding the room, you put your luggage on the floor, starting to put your clothes in the wardrobe. you were in the middle of it when quinn knocked on the door and entered the room.

he looked at you and you looked at him and everything looked strange. you were dying to hug him and so was he, but you just stayed glued to the same place looking at each other. he gave you one last look with his sad eyes and closed the door behind him, going to the other side of the bed and starting to do the same as you in silence.

after some time, you couldn't take it anymore. turning around, you observed him, missing your moments more than ever.

"hi, quinny," you said in a low voice.

"hi, angel," he said in the same tone.

feeling your eyes watering, you dropped your things, going straight to him. hugging him without thinking twice, you felt the tears streaming down your face while he held you tight in his arms.

"i missed you so much," you said.

"me too, you have no idea."

"can we just pretend nothing happened?"

his heart clenched at your words but he said "of course we can, i miss my best friend."

you slowly nodded against his chest, sniffling. as much as you wanted to believe that everything would be normal again, you just couldn't feel it, everything was very weird between you. you disentangled your arms from his middle, giving him a tight squeeze, looking at his face and trying to smile. he did the same but your heart ached either way.

"well i have to finish unpacking my things," you said.

"me too, i think my mom's gonna be here soon telling us to help her."

"yeah, let's do this."

later that night, everyone was saying good night as, one by one, they went to their bedrooms to sleep after a long day. after you finished unpacking your things, both you and quinn went to help ellen and then spent the rest of the afternoon outside with everyone else. it was good to see your friends after so long but something seemed off and it was your relationship with quinn.

some of them noticed you weren't as close with quinn as you usually were, staying with alex more than normal when you, in other times, would be glued by quinn's side. ellen was the one who noticed more than others, naturally. she couldn't quite understand what was happening between you but she was going to find out.

going upstairs before quinn, you took a quick shower and dressed comfy to sleep. when you stepped outside the bathroom, you saw quinn closing the door, looking tired.

"hm hey, about sleeping tonight," he started. "i can sleep on the floor if you want."

"oh no, you can sleep in the bed, there's no problem."

there was a problem, but you wouldn't let him sleep on the floor.

"are you sure?"

"yeah, that's alright."

"ok, then i'm gonna take a shower."

"mhmm."

you stared at each other in an awkward silence and quinn cleared his throat. he picked some things and headed to the bathroom, while you turned the lights off, leaving only a bedside lamp on. you heard the shower noise and lay on your favorite side of the bed, thinking about this situation. in a few minutes, you'd be sleeping beside the man you love for the first time in a few months and you didn't know how to react.

not wanting to wait for him, you just turned on your side and closed your eyes, trying to sleep fast. of course it didn't happen, you only sleep fast when you're hearing nature sounds on your spotify but you didn't put them because quinn probably don't want to hear it.

the bathroom door opened and you kept your eyes closed so you didn't have to talk to quinn. you heard a heavy sight coming from him, and then some noises indicating he must be putting his things in their places. he turned the bedside lamp off, laying down. a few seconds passed and you started hearing your favorite nature sounds' album out of nowhere.

it was quinn. he remembered and put his phone between your pillows after setting the timer. you're sure you could cry just at this gesture. smiling softly, you started feeling the sleepiness already coming to you.

the first time you woke up, you noticed the warmth under your head. since when is your pillow so warm? with your sleepy brain not letting you care enough, you snuggled even more, going back to sleep once again.

it didn’t take much time for quinn to wake up too and for real. at first, he wasn’t alarmed by feeling your body in his arms, your head on his chest. this was a current situation for a long time during your friends with benefits period. he enjoyed the moment as always, but then suddenly remembered that you put an end to this. being extra careful to not wake you up, quinn managed to disentangle your bodies, getting up short after. rubbing his eyes to get rid of the rest of sleepiness, he looks at you one more time before he goes to the bathroom and then the kitchen to eat something.

there, he finds almost everyone eating and chatting, all of them excited to enjoy the day and the summer as always. he acted normal, kissing his mom’s cheek and eating and chatting with some of the boys. today, they were all going fishing together, a thing they couldn’t do very often when the season was happening.

while eating, quinn started zoning out, thinking about you per usual. why do you have to be so incredible? the thought of how he could fix things with you was eating him alive. perhaps he should ask his mom what to do. yeah, he was definitely going to do this later.

“wake up, jerome,” someone yelled to him.

“hm what?”

“man were you even on earth?” trevor asked.

“what do you want?”

“oooh he’s moody,” it was brendan’s time to tease him.

quinn just gave him a look and he immediately closed his mouth before saying something stupid.

“they were asking if you’re ready to go to the lake, huggy,” luke said.

“yeah, sure.”

they all got up and quinn took advantage of the momentary mess to talk to his mom.

“hey mom, can we talk tonight?” he said in a low tone.

“sure sweetie, should i be worried?”

giggling, he said “no, it’s not a good situation but you don’t have to worry.”

“ok, now go with the boys.”

“bye mum,” he kissed her forehead and followed everyone.

meanwhile, you were waking up and getting ready for the day. since it was officially the first day, you would be only staying on the shore, working on your tan and reading some book. going downstairs to eat, you found only ellen watching tv.

“hi mama hughes, how are you?”

“great honey, and you?”

“i’m gonna be fine,” you gave her a sad smile.

“still that boy?”

“yeah.”

“and you wanna talk about it?”

“actually no, i think i’ll try to distract myself today,” you said. “where’s everyone?”

“fishing.”

“ooh, makes sense.”

“what do you want to do today?”

“i was planning on staying at the shore in the sun reading something, what about you?”

“well i was thinking about spending the whole day sleeping to rest.”

“you’re so right, i’ll be out soon so you can have the whole house in silence.”

“take your time, dear. there’s tea and some food for you in the kitchen.”

“thank you, you’re the best,” you kissed her head and went to the kitchen.

after eating, you grabbed your sunglasses and book and headed to the chairs outside to lay down. you read just a few pages before drifting off to sleep. you were lucky because you remembered to apply a layer of sunscreen, and the sun wasn’t strong. it was a dreamless nap, 2 hours of rest and then you were waking up again. picking your book again, you continued from where you stopped and luckly your brain kept everything related to quinn in second plan, giving you a truce.

the book you were reading was about a fictional famous hollywood's actress who had seven husbands and an incredible life story. you were enjoying your time but then a droplet of water fell on your head and you looked up, seeing it was starting to rain. collecting your things, you ran to the house and kept quiet so ellen could rest and headed to your bedroom. after taking a shower, you lay on the bed, smelling quinn’s scent. you missed it so much you could cry.

picking up your phone, you started scrolling through your social media and listening to some music. you were so distracted you didn’t even notice quinn opening the door and then closing it. he was quiet until he stubbed his pinky toe on the bed.

“holy shit,” he almost yelled.

you startled at the sound, taking off your airpods and looking at his face.

“oh my god are you alright?”

“i am but it hurts so much.”

“stay here, i’m gonna grab an ice pack.”

you practically ran downstairs and grabbed the ice pack in record time. going back to the bedroom, you saw quinn sitting on the bedside, looking defeated. you hated when your boy looked like that. he’s not your boy, you reminded yourself.

“here, put your feet on the bed.”

he did as you told and you placed the ice pack after taking a look at his finger. it didn't look broken nor swollen, only being red.

“you will be okay, just keep it on for-”

“20 minutes, i know,” he interrupted you. you backed off, suddenly feeling shy. “thank you, y/n/n,” he added.

“i’ll be downstairs.”

you did it and sat alone on the front porch until ellen called everyone for dinner. going to the dining room, you saw that the only available place was beside quinn. sighing, you sat and asked “how’s your finger?”

“way better, thanks for asking.”

jack, who was looking at your awkward interaction from the other side of the table, asked “what’s going on between you two?”

“what do you mean?” you asked.

“you’re acting all weird since yesterday.”

you heard everyone agreeing and felt cornered.

“nothing’s wrong, i think y’all are seeing more than what’s here,” quinn said.

“yes,” you agreed. “and also, people change so…”

“everyone, time to eat,” ellen came to your rescue.

you looked at her with a grateful look and she smiled at you. the rest of the dinner was pretty normal, the boys talking about their fishing day while you ate in silence.

after everyone finished eating, you excused yourself and headed to the bedroom, just wanting to hide from the world under the covers. quinn stayed behind to help his mom while everyone went to the backyard.

“ok sweet boy, want to talk now?” ellen asked, putting the things in the dishwasher.

“sure,” he replied. “i was… seeing a girl back in vancouver and she’s my friend but we had an arrangement and everything was good and seemed to be ok, at least from my point of view. we were always together doing everything but not officially because i didn’t want to ruin our friendship but i guess i did it anyway, i really don't know.” at this point, despite having heard only the start, ellen was starting to connect the dots. “i swear everything was normal and then one day she called it quits and i was so shocked i didn’t even react. i still don’t know what to do because…”

“keep going, baby.”

“i love her, mom, i really do. and i’m so heartbroken since that day because i miss her friendship and our moments together and everything. i feel so lonely without her, i don’t know what to do to fix things and i thought you could help me.”

he didn’t realized there were tears streaming down his face until his mom approached him and started drying his tears with her thumbs.

“oh my little baby, i feel so sorry for you,” she said. “i think the best thing i can say to you for now is to try to distract yourself here, going out with the boys and enjoying your brothers.”

“but what can i do to get my girl back?”

“just be patient and enjoy the summer here with your family and friends, quinny,” she said, messing up his hair. “and then you can talk to this girl, tell her your feelings and if she’s the one for you, she will understand. and if she doesn’t feel the same, it’s not the end of the world. keep in mind that when a door closes, others are opening for you.”

“ok mom,” he said, begrudgingly.

“now go do something, i think the boys are outside,” ellen said. he nodded and did what she said.

this whole situation seemed like a mess to ellen. the thing is, she knows you live in vancouver for college and of course she knew you were always together since little kids. she only needed to connect the dots and realize you were talking about quinn and he was talking about you. it hurts to see that this situation could be solved with a little communication, the pain could be long gone. it was now her personal mission to make both of you talk about it somehow and she would do what she could to make this happen.

after that day, your awkward dynamic kept going, the only change was the way you were sleeping now. after two days waking up the same way as the first, you and quinn started sleeping as you used to do, together from head to toe. but it was only this. you couldn’t act like a normal person around him and the same with quinn. ellen was working hard trying to make you have a conversation but nothing seemed to work. until the universe got tired and did the work all by himself.

you were spending a lot of time with alex this summer and that night it wasn’t different. you were all around a bonfire chatting and making s’mores and roasting marshmallows. everything was nice and comforting, you were feeling truly relaxed and happy despite everything going on in your head. the time was passing quickly and everyone started to go back home to get some sleep, until it was just you and turcs. you stretched your limbs and let out a heavy sigh, starting to think about quinn all over again. why was everything so complicated?

“turcs why can’t i be happy with quinny as my boyfriend?”

“aw bug, you know you should talk to him about how you feel, don’t you?”

“i know but it’s so hard, my biggest fear is to be rejected and lose his friendship for real this time.”

“but your friendship is kinda nonexistent at this moment,” he said.

“shut up alex, i hate you.”

“but it’s true, you really should tell him. i’ve known quinn for a long time now and he’s always been the type of guy who can only show his feelings with his family, you know? i think he’s afraid of telling what he really feels and you misinterpreted his lack of action after you broke up with him.”

“that’s basically what mama hughes said.”

“you told her?”

“yeah, i just didn’t tell i was talking about her son but besides this little information, i told.”

“see it’s not too hard, you told me, told ellen and you can totally tell quinn.”

“that’s not how it works, smartass.”

“you’re wrong but ok.”

“it’s just that i love him so much, i hate seeing him and not being able to act like a normal person. i just wish i could say it to quinny and hopefully he would say he feels the same but if feels so impossible to me,” you sighed. “i’m sorry to keep talking your ear off about this whole situation, i just don’t know what to do.”

“you don’t need to apologize, i understand,” he said. “what i have to say is you need to find the courage to tell him. if you need support, i can go with you.”

“i need some time to think about what i’m gonna do.”

“and i need some sleep, let’s go bug.”

“okaaaaay.”

you and alex went back to the house, but what you didn’t know is that quinn was hearing everything. he went back to the backyard because he forgot his phone and heard it by accident. he couldn’t believe what you said, it all felt like a feverish dream. the girl he loves loves him back. when you were out of sight, he grabbed his phone and went back to the house, suddenly feeling a rush of adrenaline and confidence.

opening the door to your shared bedroom, he saw you looking at something in your phone and cleared his throat, catching your attention.

“we need to talk.”

“about what?”

“us.”

“what about?”

“i heard you and turcs at the backyard by accident, i’m sorry.”

“you what?” you said, your eyes wide open.

“it was an accident, i swear, but i have to tell you that we’re feeling the same way.”

“how can this be true?”

“you never noticed?”

“of course no, you silly boy, if so i wouldn’t be asking.”

“calm down,” he sat by your side. “i- i love you. for real. more than friends should love each other. i’ve loved you since we were teenagers but then it faded and everything got back like a hurricane when you started living in vancouver.”

“why didn’t you tell me before?”

“the same reason as you, silly.”

“i can’t believe we messed up everything when we could be dating for a long time now,” you let out an incredulous laugh.

“i know, it sucks,” he laughed too.

“so it’s so easy like this?”

“i guess so? we’ve known each other for a long time and that’s our dynamic.”

“well i don’t have much more to say about it, we suffered in silence when it all could be avoided but now we can finally be together after everything,” you said.

“for real this time, no more misunderstandings.”

“for real,” you said. “babe i missed you so much.”

“me too, i couldn’t take it anymore.”

“i know, i know,” you said, “come here.”

you opened your arms and he hugged you, resting his head on your chest just how he likes.

“i love you so, so, so, so much, quinny,” you mumbled, kissing his head.

“it’s so good to hear it, you have no idea,” he said. “i love you too, my love, i never stopped loving you.”

you stayed tangled for some time but then quinn decided he had been deprived of your lips for too much time and he wanted to end this. lifting his head, he looked at your face and captured your lips in a gentle kiss, your hearts beating so fast they could explode. his lips were warm and soft against yours, his beard scratching you but it was so good you didn’t care. he held your neck, adjusting your head so he could deepen the kiss. meanwhile, your hands were threading through his soft hair. boy, you missed it so much.

when the air was needed, he slowly pulled away, giving you some pecks while trying to breath and it was a mess but you were laughing.

“i. love. you,” quinn said in between pecks.

“i love you too, huggy bear.”

“we should sleep, as long as i want to keep kissing you the whole night i’m tired and you must be too.”

“you’re right, babe.”

getting up to change your clothes, you stole a shirt from quinn’s things as he laughs, shaking his head. after being dressed and clean, you turned the lights off and lay down by his side.

“i have a confession,” you said.

“go ahead.”

“i wasn’t sleeping very well until we started sleeping together again.”

“same with me,” he said.

“i guess we’re just meant to be together.”

“as we should.”

“i love you.”

“i love you too, my sunflower.”

quinn grabbed his phone to put the nature sounds and after setting the timer, he asked you to turn around so he could be the big spoon. doing as he said, you felt so protected and loved as you only felt when you were a little kid.

from that day on, everything seemed to be back to normal with you and quinn back to your old dynamic. well, old for you, because for the others – besides ellen and alex – it was all new. they all supported you and of course, they teased you, but it was all great and beautiful because you were with the love of your life.

as ellen said, when a door closes, others are opening for you. always. in this situation, the door was only a matter of time to be the right one.
