Part 5 of RDA Jake and Neytiri

Jake was definitely worried now. As He sat here eating with Neytiri,she was going into heat in barley 2 hours,he was worried to death. What was he gonna do? he likes Neytiri and sure she's drop dead gorgeous,but he isn't the type to take advantage of women. He absolutely refused to have anything like that around him after all the years he watched his old man knock his mom around and force her. He would never take advantage of a woman,even a different species,So he had no Idea what to do. He could just help her get comfortable and wait,he didn't care how her scent or whatever affected his body,he would just comfort her and his touches where going to stay limited to hugging and maybe a few kisses on the cheek. Neytiri could SEE physically that Jake was stressing,over her heat no doubt. But that's what made her wonder,sky men wouldn't care, they'd touch whatever woman near, willing or not. so what made Jake so different,What made Jake think so different from others. She didn't know but she would forget it for now. As her body was slowly but surely heating up to cause the heat. She dreaded her heat,it was pain and made you stupid,or at least forced the thought of breeding into your mind. Even if you weren't interested in that sort of thing,it still happened. So,for her first couple years alone in the forest her only companion and friend to help her had been Nikea from the Alyara Clan of night Na'vi. She and Neytiri were best friends forever, but Nikea got into trouble badly with her clan for teaching Grace night Na'vi. Nakir didn't care Nikea was just a little girl,she still cut her tongue so she couldn't talk. Only now Nikea had an Ikran and it had a migration pattern it had to follow,so Nikea had to go as well. Now she only sees her when the Ikran's pattern of flight passes through Omaticaya Territory or nearby at least. None the less if he was still around,Nikea would be a big explanation for Jake,and Jake for Nikea

currently imagining a freaky friday dpxdc crossover in which one of the batkids gets kidnapped by cultists whose plan is to give the ghost king a physical anchor in this world by offering a sacrifice for the king to inhabit. however, given that danny is not fully dead, the moment the spell completes the aforementioned batkid gasps awake in a small blue bedroom with NASA posters and glow in the dark stars, and danny wakes up on the cold concrete floor of a warehouse amidst groveling cultists

We wanted to do a piece drawing parallels between two of the most perilous areas: The Ocean and Space. We also wanted to emphasize the lyric " you're drowning in the sorrow of a billion opinions". In the case of Dib, he is stuck in a place that is exerting immense pressure from society and it's expectations. Any attempt for him to speak his truth is muffled and garbled to onlookers. Yet, despite Dib's yearning to escape to a new sense of reality that Zim's existance poses...the reality he has dreamed of since he was young, he is again trapped; essentially moving from a crushing force to a vacuum- void of empathy, compassion or morality.

If your average MTG game does not include a twenty minute intermission where your (step)father and sister pull out google and debate a really weird technicality, then you're probably playing it wrong

#ok SO #i still don't fully understand the conclusion we came to but here's how i think it went #we played 2v2. me and sister against dad and aunt #each team takes their turn simultaneously. see MTG two headed giant format #Sister plays Kutzil‚ Malamet Exemplar #3/3 legendary cat creature #it has the following written on the card: 'Your opponents can't cast spells during your turn'.#However #stepdad had an instant he wanted to counter her casting it with #we said 'but you countering it is casting a spell AFTER it has entered the battlefield. you can't cast spells on her turn'#and he was like 'actually no because there's stack priority order within turns and it prioritizes instants'#'and technically that ability has not activated yet as this is not resolved'#hence a twenty minute argument. I made some coffee and got a muffin lmao.#i still lowkey think he might have been wrong but i was not about to get involved /lh #this was a five hour game #as they tend to be #just standard 40 card decks we built from prerelease packs #i usually go vampire deck. plains/swamp w/ elenda as my commander #thank GOD this wasn't commander lmao we'd still be playing it #but this was standard and i went for red/green loosely dinosaur deck #we got the lost caverns of ixalan set #opened packs. had an hour to build a deck. played it #idk i fucking love mtg #i know it's such a nerd thing but idc i'm on pokemon tumblr in 2023. what do you want from me.

It’s wild to me that some of you have entire discourse accounts dedicated to shipping hate & over analyzing shipping between the anime, manga, & light novels to the point of making harassment campaigns against the authors/writers of the side stories. Yet y’all don’t send the same hate towards Ikemoto & his highly suspect ass art style with the way he draws some of these kids.
