Even more proof how rigged and untrustworthy jump polls are!

Imagine you spend a lot of money to be able to vote for your favorite character and then the people who count the votes simply just ignore these because its already decided whos in the top 10.

And lets not talk about the fact that it SHOULDNT be allowed to vote multible times! If people can SPAM their favorite character you cant call that a poll. This is so emberassing for shonen jump.

I heard a lot of pissed off japanese fans plan to contact shonen jump. I dont think it will help much but at least it helps to make people more aware that the polls are bullshit and you shouldnt trust them!

Kalim Al-Asim

I just finished my Floyd analysis and realised how fun it is!So now it's time for Kalim :)

I'm going to start of with stating some facts we know about kalim from the game,then going to give some hc and also to tell the meaning of his name

He is the heir of the asim family:

Kalim is the oldest son of the asim family which means he is the one to be in charge after his father

Has 40+ siblings:

As kalim himself says,he has more then forty younger siblings.With this information we can probably say this is why he is so patient,understanding and genuinly good with people emotionally.

Jamil is his "servant":

We know from the game that Jamils family works for the asim family,and therefor he is kalims "servant".I'm using the term servant lightly,as we know what happend in book 4.I will get more into this later.

Housewarden of scarabia:

Kalim is the housewarden of scarabia,Jamil is the vice housewarden.I know this is well known information,but I will include this in a later point.

The Asim often "donate" money to the school:

We know thanks to Crowley that the Asim family often donate money to the school fund.

Has had multible assination attempts made against him:

Kalim has told us(the player) alot of times about his assination attempts.

Now that we have gotten some basic facts,I would like to dig deeper into his character,why he acts like he does,his motivations ect.

First I would like to start of why he goes to Night Raven College.

Why is this nice guy at this "bad boy" school?Well that's simple,Jamil.Jamil had been accepted inyo nrc,and a few months later kalim enrolled.Why was it that kalim was able to enroll at nrc at a later date then the other characters?His parent's "donations".Well the aren't real donations,more like a sort of bribe.

His parents(dad) not only donated to the school,but also to the scarabia dorm,which is most likely why he got the housewarden title from the old housewarden..

If Kalim had not gone to nrc I think Jamil would have gotten the housewarden title.But since Kalim goes to nrc,that did not happend.In most of his life Kalim has almost always gotten whatever he wants/be first place and with this,Jamil is always second.

Now to my next point,Kalim and Jamils relationship.

I don't think in a Kalim analysis we can't talk about his and Jamils realtionship,as it affects alot of his charcter.

So what kind of relationship does Kalim and Jamil have?From the surface level,the have a MasterxServant relationship.But upon further viewing they have a mix of childhood friends/masterxservant.

But how does this affect Kalims own character?Well becuase how their roles play out.

Kalim is really important,he is the heir of the asim family,so he's kinda like a prince.So they really need him to be safe and healthy.And with Jamil being his srvant,he has to make sure his master is safe from any harm.AKA Jamil does everything for kalim,so Kalim litrally has no independance.Making him kinda useless when it comes to basic tasks.

He can't fend for himself.Even after the events of book 4 where Kalim says that they will stand on equal footing,that doesn't change,Jamil is still babying kalim,it's not until the aftermatch of book6 that we begin to see some change in their relationship,a small one at that but still some sort of change.

But also Kalim rushing to Jamil in book 6 and tackeling him when the ob gang comes back is soo cute.

Anyway,next point.Why is Kalim such an airhead?

As stated before,Kalim has survived dozens of assination attempts,which to me kinda seems like he lives so carefree life becuase it might end early.He might never know when his final moment is,is it when he is an old man,or when he still is a kid?

But on a more positive point,let's talk about emotional intelliget.

We know Kalim isn't the brightest in the shed when it come's to school,but emotionally?He is a genius in that department.

In book 4,his dormmates speak of him when they emotionally have felt bad,he comforted them and help them.Then in book 5 he helpt Deuce after that small "argument" with Vil.We can see how intelligent Kalim truly is,and I don't think we give him enough credit for that!!!

Know onto my lasts point,I would like to talk about the meaning of his name and some of my own hc!

First of,what does Kalim mean?

"The name Kalim (Arabic writing : كاليم) is a Muslim boys Names. The meaning of name Kalim is " Interlocutor, speaker ""

"The meaning of Kalim is “Lecturer”. Keep in mind that many names may have different meanings in other countries and languages."

"Asim,Meaning:Savior, protector, guardian. A boy's name of Arabic origin, Asim is a name for the brave. Meaning “savior” and “protector,” baby boy can imbibe the meaning of his name, becoming a stout defender of not only others but himself."

I could not find anything for the al- in his name(I know he says something about it in the game,I just can't find it).

Now that we have gone over the meaning of his name,it's time to bring in some hc.

I believe that Kalim has adhd.

if i may add my theory to the list

Given "Steve" and the previous jar theory.

My theory is that Flurry's mate is a mewtwo cloned off of mewtwo in the jars; or there were multible chanced clones that successfully made it but only limited to 3. The two we know in the comic's(our fluffy nomnom.), Newt(?); likely in the jar(s) and the Unnamed mewtwo of flurry's mate (if he did have a name i apoligize for that because i forgot) or instead of flurry's mate; ShinyTwo?(( (4) specifically regarding here< may 20th))

but, not viable to become fully formed embryo's just yet (assuming the scientist are using a similar thing to when kangaroo's pause their pregnancies), hence the more saturated coloration on newt being pink(?) and maybe even the mutation for the above one.

primarily because depending how long the wait is for newt and possible 3rd two, i wouldn't be surprised on how much their color looks. however...

I can say the shiny Mewtwo from a while ago is Newtwo, or the reveal my Newtwo would be shiny. It was just a tease and not her final design. The teaser today was a brief look at her final one ;3

As for the purple two you mention, that lovely fella belongs to @blues-sues , a dear friend of mind, however it’s unlikely we’ll see Anemone (their name) in the present. Since they aren’t my character I wouldn’t be comfortable writing them, but their dynamic is too cute so we decided it be a far off future addition ;3

As for now, I don’t have anymore mewtwos planned, similar to ancient mews, their pretty limited in my world, but I’m weak willed so we’ll wait and see…

Got any Class 1-b dorm stories/shenanigans?

Each characters random shenanigans/ random things they have done

Not proofread we die like men

Awase - he doesnt know how to cook so there has been multiple occasions where he tried to make instant noodles and he ended up burning the noodles really bad.. and then the entire kitchen stank for like a week.

Sen - when awase, kosei, or rin pisses him off he will wait for them to fall asleep before he carrys them to a completely different area and just leave them there. One time awase woke up in some random ass hotel across town...

Kamakiri - hes the dorms honorary bug catcher but one time there was this big ass bug pony was asking him to get and while he was making fun of her for being scared of a harmless bug it flew right at his face and bit him. He has a massive red mark on his face for like a week.

Kuroiro - he stayes up late often but one time after multible all nighters he feel asleep in class. The worst part is he found out (through his classmates telling him) that he snores like a cartoon character.

Kendo - she unintentionally scares the shit out of monoma every time shes nearby. Like she walks up to wherever he is and, if he didnt see her coming, he will scream at the top of his lungs and it scares everyone involved every time. (She gets a kick outa it tho)

Kodai - shes also banned from the kitchen for starting a house fire. Its not that she is a bad cook but she was trying to teach awase how to cook better. And that clearly didnt end well.

Komori - one time she activated her quirk in her sleep and when everyone woke up the next morning the entire dormitory was covered in mushrooms.

Shiozaki - once when she was still getting used to dorm life she opened the windows to get some fresh air and a gust of wind blew her hair back and ended up hitting one of her classmates in the face.

Shishida - once when he was still getting used to the dorms he accidentally walked into the girls bathroom. No one was in there (luckly) but he still thinks about how badly that could have went to this day.

Shoda - shoda and awase are in the 'I cant cook to save my life club'. Though they were officially banned for two different reasons. While awase almost burned the place down, shoda overloaded the dishwasher and accidentally flooded the common area.

Pony - one day when she woke up later than usual she ended up tripping and falling flat on her face right ouside of the classroom door (so everyone saw it) while the class was asking if she was ok she just layed on the floor face down in embarrassment.

Tsubaraba - when they first moved into the dorms, kosei thought it was a bright idea to hide in rins room and scare him when he came in. He jumped out of rins wardrobe and yelled and rins reflexes cause him to punch kosei in the face and knock him out lmao.

Tetsutetsu - he was told to prove he was stronger than the dorm walls once. He wasent going to at first but then awase said "do it no balls." So he backed up, hardened his entire body, and ran into the wall full speed. (Theres still a tetsu shaped hole in the wall bacause of it)

Tokage - one time she decided to prank Shiozaki by leaving tons of potted plants in her dorm when she was asleep. It didnt work tho since Shiozaki didnt even notice they were there since her room is already covered with plants. Tokage still doesnt know if she should tell her the truth or not.

Manga - he has a tendency to listen to music full volume when hes alone in the dorms and pretend he is in a music video. Hes been caught pretending to be ariana grande by some of his classmates before lmao

Honenuki - theres been multiple occasions where hes deep in thought and he ends up just walking into something. Its always fun to witness.

Bondo - he is the tallest in the class so he probably has hit his head on the door frames in the dorms more times than he would like to admit.

Monoma - theres nothing specific that stands out but once he got pissed at his class so he switched the labels of everything in the fridge and cabinets. It was fun watching people put salt in their coffee...

Reiko - once she was watching a horror movie in the common area and anytime someone tried to join in with what she was watching they would only watch a few seconds before leaving for the sake of their sanity. (Her class now think shes insane lmao)

Rin - once when he was thirsty in the middle of the night he went to get a drink from the fridge and he just drank the first thing he saw. Turns out he drank a full bottle of those refrigerated liquid tylenols and he ended up passed out for like 12 hours after.

Jackie + Nori story concept I had

At one point I had the idea that someday a woman would ring on Mama Welles door. The hobby mailwoman with the "I don't really give a shit but still wanted to do that" attetude asked her if she is Mrs. Welles, who has a son named Jackie.

Jackie who heard his name drop, came to the door with suspicion in his eyes. Mamá answered yes, already slowly reaching for the gun she had stached beside the door, in case someone wants to try something funny.

Turns out the woman has a letter for Mamá.

In this letter someone wrote that she hopes she and Jackie are doing well and that she wants to let them know that they don't have to be afraid that Raúl comes back because she took care of him. Wishing them all the best. Its signed with "Elenore Rose"

Big confusion spreads who she is, how she knows of them and what this all means.

The woman tells them that she works in an Asylum and that one of her patients gave her this letter and told her what the surroundings looked like, that it was a Valentinos home and that she asked to bring this letter here.

They want to visit her to ask more about that and the Lady who's name is Mell tells them that they could try but that she doesn't know if its possible.

Because this patient Elenore Rose, has multible personalities that "borrow" her body, like they all say. Mostly its a Lady named Beth who says she was a Moxes before she got killed. Another one is a Corpo named Francis, who claimes to have gotten sick but doesn't know what happened then. Sometimes a very agressive character would turn up, they never speak, they are only very agressive, so they mostly send her back to sleep with the help of sleep darts.

Beth and Francis told them that thats "the animal guy" and mention sometimes a person named "Amata" as well.

Elenore who the two call "Nori" only comes out very seldom. Maybe 3 times since she was brought there over a year ago by a man who told them that she was schizophrenic and that they couldn't take propper care of her right now and paid them an enormous sum so she was kept in the most isolated part of the Asylum.

They never visited again, and now Beth the Mox is nagging around almost every day if she wasn't trying to flirt with the male stuff. Francis mostly came out when Beth got too annoyed or when information had to be gathered.

When they visit, Beth is hitting on Jackie the whole time. Offering the body she is borring right now as part of a deal to meet Nori. Even telling him that it was never used in that way and that she could be all his.

His answer - of course - was no.

"No audience with the princess if they can't convince the guard." She told him. Pleased by his answer she made another deal. She wanted to visit Lizzie's bar because she had some business there.

She was swearing and saying dirty things all the time, something that didn't fit the look of the woman in front of them.

They made a deal that he would bring her to Lizzie's bar because she had business there, and she went to fetch Nori.

Now Francis showed his face, happy to hear that Nori had visitors. But he knew that she wouldn't be happy if she would meet the guessets dressed like this, so he is her personal fashion guy and pics out some stuff for her which he put on in the bathroom.

After he was finished, he explained who he is and how he dispises Beth for always putting clothes on Nori that she wouldn't aprove of.

Turnes out that the Mox kind of plays first guard for her host and the corpo takes care of the planing and information stuff. All without Noris knowing.

In the middle of their conversation the character would change again. Now it seemed to be more fitting the look.

At first the woman was shy and confused, even slightly scared. But as soon as she looked at the latina, her expression truned first to surprise and then to a warm look.

"Mrs. Welles. You look well. Time really didn't harm your elegance."

She stood up from the chair Francis had placed her on and walked over to her to shake her hand.

"I'm Elenore Rose. I'm happy to see you again, even though you don't know of our first meetings."

"How do you know us?"

"Us? ... NO WAY!" Nori beamed a happy smile up to the big guy. "Jackie?!"

"Yes?"

She looked up and down at him, amazing by how big he is now. Telling him that the last time he met him, he was super small and carried around a plush astronaut all the time.

When the two asked how she knew them, she told them a story about a invention that should bring dead people back and that Raúl was one of the test subjects, that she was sent into his memories and thats how she saw how he treated the two of them and that she felt victim to his anger herself while trying to do her job. So she made sure that he would never come back and thought that the two should know that they are save now.

They wanted to know more, but at some point she got scared and shotted herself off and left at some point. Leaving Beth with them.

A few days later, Jackie kept his promise and brought her to Lizzie's where Beth had to clear some things. At first the person she wanted to meet didn't believe her but after a test they talked a lot. After the deed was done, Beth confinced Jackie to stay a bit and party.

They talked and Beth told him what she knows about the whole "bringing back people from the dead" thing.

It all made Jackie very curous, so he wanted to know all of it. That meant to meet Nori again and to get to know her better.

Thats like... what I had thought of till then.

Her backstory would be the same as in "Bringing back the sun", just that here the people who she failed to bring back never left. Their souls didn't make it into their bodies, but stayed in hers. In the Sarah Donum. At some point she couldn't contain them anymore and started to switch character. That made her useless to Arasakabecause only she knew how to connect to other Sarah Donum and minds, so they stored her away in the Asylum. No one there would believe her and they would pic her up if they would need anything from her again. And like this she would get taken care of without them having to move an inch or so.

Valerie gets involved and they find out that she is actually the daughter of William and Sarah Finch. She was last seen 8 years ago on a inventor gala. She and her father were never seen again shortly after that. Her mothers maiden Name was Rose, so she took that, after her father never saw her as a daughter and she wanted to feel closer to her mother, who at least loved her while taking her last breath.

One big scene would have been:

"Why should I come out here when I can stay inside with Amata. Nothing good came from out here my whole life. Thats why I gladly lend them my body. It was never mine anyway, other people decided what I would do all the time. Claiming it as theirs. "

Showing Jackie that she sees no use in her existence and her body and that she gladly gave it away to beth who seemed to have much more fun with it.

Even though I like the concept... I like "Bringing back the sun" much better ♥ I'm very happy with my story.

Please ignore all the grammar stuff. I'm not native english speaker, I'm super tired and done by this week AND it seems that I have catched the cold from my boyfriend so my brain is mush right now.

Enter The Eevee Graph! This graph shaped like an eevee will tell you my comic progress. Hopefully I can give you an update every week, I will try my hardest! Well, As you can see, I have worked on this project a lil, so here's a summary:

Characteristics (For Characters) 100%! Almost all of my characters have gotten their Eeveedex page filled out (All of the starting characters that is, multible others will be added in the future and to not spoil them, They have not been filled out.

Drawing Software ??? I Don't really have a preferred drawing software, I use Kleki and Chrome Canvas, Im planning on upgrading to a better one, but I will stick with these for now.

Plot 25% My eevee comic is manly a slice of life comic, so this doesn't really matter to much.

Eeveedex Infinite! The Eeveedex can be (and will be) updated for as long as my comic goes (A LONG TIME)! So, this is just infinite, I couldn't find a better word.

Lore Comics 25% Other known as Secret Comics, These do not really matter, but they keep you on the edge of your seat! I only have a few right now, but its enough!

Designs 0%... I have lots of ideas in my head, but I have not been able to draw them just yet. This step will probably be done last.

Ages ??? As time passes, my characters will probably age up or evolve. But, I have a fully complete age chart for Eevee (I made it myself for my comic).

Plans 75% Everything is in my head on this one, I've just got to type it down!

Art Skills ??? I'm a beginner artist, and I have some different styles. It's really your opinion in the long run!

Trainer Development 85% All I need to do is finally learn how to draw a human and put some more "Pazazz" into her!

Gene Development 0% Because Eevee is not a real world animal, It does not have any genes or patterns (other than shinies), So I have to make my own WHOLE GENETICS to put in my eevees for eggs and offspring so it looks halfway decent.

For everyone interested here is a explaination how the character poll voting mechanism of shonen jump works for everyone who wonders how the votes cost money. Here are the steps:

Buy a copy of the latest Weekly Shonen Jump issue in the nearest convenient store.

Fill out the survey questionnaire.

Go to the post office.

The post office staff at the counter will sell you a stamp for the questionnaire.

Submit the stamped questionnaire to the staff and it will be sent to the Jump office. There is no need to put it into the envelope since the address is also already in the questionnaire.

So yes, voting for your favorite character in these polls costs you money. You HAVE to buy a jump magazine to get the questionnaire and you HAVE to buy a stamp at the post office. I know its possible to vote online but a lot of people dont do it that way, because you cant vote multible times if you do it online. If you want to vote multible times you just need to buy as much magazines as you can.

And thats why the polls on shonen jump are bullshit. You cant call something a character popular poll if you are able to spam for your favorite character so they will win. Thats not voting thats cheating. Espicially because not everyone can buy as many jump magazines as they want. Older readers who have a job may be able to do that, but a 10 year old kid may not be able to buy 200 magazines to vote for their favorite character. A few years ago a hardcore bakugou fangirl gave bakugou 2000 votes so no one needs to wonder why he always wins!

Honestly I'm not too sure, I have so many ideas I really want to write and because I regulary rotate what's in my mind I sometimes even forget I had an idea until it comes back to the forefront of my mind

If I had the time and energy I think I really would enjoy writing a fic that just explores and analyzses the characters and their circumstances deeply, a fic that's just "look at what I think about them" while being obviously very in character, just a deep character analysation that manages to catch everything I ever thought about them while still making sense as a complete story

I would love to really talk about the characters and their motives in a way that isn't just a meta post, I want to create a story upon which the reader walks out with a deep understanding of my opinions on the character as a writer, but also new understanding and opinions on the characters themselves

I would love to be able to finish all these massive ideas that I've planed and have cooking around in my brain that I know I'll probably never finish because I just don't have the time to create an 40k+ (or more) something beast, that's just a "what if" from this one scenario

I don't have the energy or mental capaticity to create all the time travel/time loop ideas and their consequences that I would love to write

I really jusst want to get into all the nitty ditty details of a situation or a relationship.

I want the Dad!Jason au to be a long fic but I know I will probably just make it a series of one shots to make it easier on myself, I want to write a fic that explores Tim and Slades relationship over the span of multible years, I want to write a breakdown of the BatClan and every single ones opinion of it and the tragedy of it all. I want to write the dirtiest smut and watch my readers cry

So yeah I can't really chose right now lol.

Give me an essay of why berdly is the best fictional character ever (don't actually do it lmfao)

Lord Berdly, my favourite gamer.

When I first played chapter 2 of Deltarune and got to Berdly's first dark world encounter I was both confused and a little captivated. But before I could take in what was going on I got completely distracted by song 14 of the official Deltarune soundtack (the song "Berdly"). The music was incredible, I knew how to dance I would've gotten up from my gaming chair and hit the woah, or some other silly dance. Once I actually got in to the battle and heard track 15 (Smart Race), I immediately fell in love with Berdly. I'll admit, it did take me multible tries to to beat him because I kept getting distracted by his awesome soundtrack...

Another reason as to why Berdly is simply the silliest villain ever written:

He is hilarious, every time I saw him walk into a cutscene I couldn't help but smile. I always liked stupid villains like him, watching him nerd rage after failing a very simple task was pretty funny. My favourite part was when he ruined an extremly serious talk between Queen and Kris with his nippled giant golden bird statue.

When I saw what people think about Berdly I got very upset, I did not expect to see the bad reaction people had on Berdly. How could anyone hate such a smart and intelligent character? Truly saddening.

Berdly also has the best dark world costume in my opinion. It has light orange cape, (which symbolizes the school, the first place where we first ever meet him), some grren and white headphones to show his gamer side, strong white armour with arm warmers to keep him protected from the C+ squad, a leaf skirt and a futuristic single-lens glasses to show his intelligence. Meanwhile the other lightnerds have pretty plain or okayish costumes. Kris' dark world costume is decent, Susie's too. Not sure about Noelle though...

In conclusion, Berdly is the best villain ever to be written. He has everything: intelligence, bravery, golden statues and offical unofficial merch with nipples, and arguably the best soundtrack in the whole game so far. I love Berdly.
