When we are not settled inside with who we are, we trade “true life” for what can turn into pure displeasure! We give up and “settle” for the lesser which leads to the ordinary, when “true life” would have given us the extraordinary! Let God show you what you’re missing inside. Let Him guide you into that perfect plan He has for just you! But in order to know that “revealed” plan, (because nothing in Christ is hidden), He must be “The One” whom fills our life so that we would say “yes” to “His” plan. So, don’t be “a grabber” in life that says, “this will do”, but believe on The One whom was sent to give you life and that more abundantly!

ATTENTION PEOPLE THAT USE TWITTER FOR WORK-

Twitter has made the mind boggling decision to change DM settings without telling anyone, so you can only receive message requests from verified users. This could present difficulty in clients trying to reach you for work. You can check yours in settings -> privacy and safety -> Direct messages. It'll look like this:

Make sure you change it back to "allow message requests from everyone" so clients can reach you. HOWEVER- there seems to be a bug (or feature? who knows anymore) that will change it back after a few hours to allow message requests only from verified users. Make sure you check regularly to make sure your settings are the way you want.

Twitter has been a mess since the takeover, but this decision is going to severely impact the ability for clients to reach you. I think it's a good idea to make sure your external website is in your Twitter bio, and pin any other contact info to your profile.

To all the other people out there that use Twitter for work, good luck to us both 🙃

“Hunter’s new design is boring” yeah. That’s. The point.

The generic haircut, the bland sweater. It’s all a baseline for Hunter to set his physical characteristics so that he can figure out who HE is from there.

“But the hair noodle is so distinct to Hunter-” no it isn’t, & it never has been. It’s distinct to CALEB, & that has always been the point. Hunter never wore his hair like that bc HE liked it, he wore it that way bc it reminded Philip of Caleb.

Hunter was never supposed to be Hunter, he was supposed to be a “better version” (BELOS’S OWN WORDS) of Caleb. Hunter’s hair noodle was never a characteristic of his own.

This boy has no part of him that’s his own. He wears Caleb’s face. His body contains Caleb’s bones. His eyes come from being a grimwalker. Entire parts of his personality are built up from trying to please Philip, & the rest of his personality he can’t be sure isn’t left over from Caleb.

Hunter doesn’t know who Hunter is. So he’s trying to figure that out by building from the ground up. There’s only so much he can do about his physical appearance, & fortunately his hair is something under his control. So he gives himself that basic haircut so he can figure it out from there. His hair was never specific to him, so now he can make it that way.

Idk. I don’t see how anyone can be genuinely upset about this w/out severely missing the point.
