GREAT NEWS!! A pregnant workers fairness act is in effect!

This bill:

“ -prohibits employment practices that discriminate against making reasonable accommodations for qualified employees affected by pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions. A qualified employee is an employee or applicant who, with or without reasonable accommodation, can perform the essential functions of the position, with specified exceptions.

Specifically, the bill declares that it is an unlawful employment practice to

fail to make reasonable accommodations to known limitations of such employees unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on an entity's business operation;

require a qualified employee affected by such condition to accept an accommodation other than any reasonable accommodation arrived at through an interactive process;

deny employment opportunities based on the need of the entity to make such reasonable accommodations to a qualified employee;

require such employees to take paid or unpaid leave if another reasonable accommodation can be provided; or

take adverse action in terms, conditions, or privileges of employment against a qualified employee requesting or using such reasonable accommodations.”

There are some categories of Satanism that professes the elevation of the white race, considering black people inferior or without taking them into consideration at all. As if that were not enough, transgender people are excluded along with any person who is not heterosexual. This makes me very sad and angry.

Life is already difficult, full of discrimination and no respect. This is terrible and it's shit. This is not Satanism, this is the way these monsters hide behind the name of Nazis and fascists. Satanism is not discrimination, no one is better than anyone.

If you know someone who professes discrimination don't confuse him with a Satanist because he is not.

went to see Barbie at the movies today and when I went to buy tickets there was a line of 3 or 4 groups ahead of me

so I started observing as one does

it was an older guy selling the tickets and for each group he looked the people up and down thoughtfully before saying ‘tickets to barbie I assume?’

there was a mix of everyone, older ladies, older men, teenage boys & girls, middle aged folks...did not matter. Pulled the same line on everyone. and everyone said yes. but they’d all been so busy talking to each other they didn’t realise this was the standard opening line of the afternoon seemingly. everyone seemed to genuinely think they were giving off the strongest barbie vibes and were delighted (especially the tough looking older men!)

it was simultaneously hilarious and sweet to see the excitement

I believe in free speech, a right my first amendment protects as an American citizen, and that amendment includes that you’re able to say anything true even if it’s “controversial” to popular belief. Please take a breath and read the post again if you feel offended. If you still don’t like it, just block them. It’s very easy.

BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER PEOPLE’S BOUNDARIES. Boundaries are important to ensure we’re not making someone uncomfortable with our comments.
