you guys are stepping into boss energy, i heard. and this might come as a surprise to yourself as well as other people. you’re going to be reaping the rewards of all of your hard work - especially if this is self-development work. with the page of cups, i’m hearing that the feeling of love towards yourself is going to come as a surprise to you and really allow you to overcome self-doubt, control your ego (especially the parts of you that are usually quite self destructive), and embody true confidence. your ego isn’t controlling you anymore - you have control over it now. this confidence may even be from the proposition of a date from someone else. you’re showing up as extremely attractive and independent, and because of this independence, you’re attracting a lot of surprises for yourself. i’m also seeing that you’re putting more faith into your intuition that you’re going to be hearing loud and clear, due to the fact that you have more trust in yourself.

you guys are about to just jump into something new. this could be something that other people have advised you against, but you’re ignoring their unsolicited advice and opinions and going within to listen to yourself. for some of you, i’m also seeing you see some of these people in a completely different light and realising that they may have tried to actually sabotage a brand new beginning for you. the audacity 🤨. you’re coming to the realisation that there’s no point in explaining yourself to people who aren’t willing to even listen to your point of view. you’re realising that you need to change the way that you think towards yourself, the way that you communicate with these people, and the trust that you have in yourself (just like pile one). the fool card is showing that you’re starting a brand new journey for yourself - regardless of how other people feel about it.

this is kind of a funny message, but you might not even realise that the fruits of your labour are allowing you to sit in complete emotional fulfilment within yourself and your accomplishments. you could be distracted by something that is currently (or will very soon) confuse you. maybe something that your intuition is telling you about or something that seems quite secretive/hidden that you’re trying to figure out. specifically about whether or not you should be confident moving towards whatever this moon represents. this could also be a fire sign masculine being a bit secretive or suspicious to you, but there’s something about you feeling completely comfortable around this masculine. and for others of you, i’m seeing you not realising that a goal that you had set for yourself in the past has actually been achieved by you already and you’re enjoying the results of the goal that you haven’t even realised that you’ve achieved. there’s also some advice to be lead by your intuition.

Ever since you started dating Charles you had to explain to him about how often the universe decided to play jokes on you. This month it had been rain. It was a fairly sunny season, to begin with, so why would you carry an umbrella.

The first time it happened you came home fully wet from head to toe, from work. "Amour, what happened to you?" Charles came running with a towel the second he saw you. "It rained, I didn't have an umbrella it's fine."

The second time was in the paddock, you had gone somewhere to get a coffee and came back to the garage all wet. Charles hadn't even noticed it had rained. "Mon Coeur why are you all wet?" Charles's face of confusion was priceless but you still explained the rain.

The third time you were outside just staring at the sky and thinking until it started to not rain, pour outside. You came running inside dripping wet. When Charles saw you he rolled his eyes, "How does this keep happening to you, you are gonna get sick."

And you did in fact get sick that time, a full week in bed resting, Charles's orders. One of those days Charles went out to get you medicine and came back with a brand new umbrella for you. "So you don't get sick again."

Since the Grand Final is almost here - the signs as this year’s Eurovision entries!

(as always, please don’t take this too seriously, this is just me having fun)

Aries - Queen of Kings 🇳🇴

She’s a warrior, she’s fearless, she’s unstoppable, she has that power that only a Mars-ruled fire sign can have. “A firestone forged in flames” is a great way to describe Aries!

Taurus - Tattoo 🇸🇪

The lyrics are very Pisces-y, but there’s something in the music that won’t let me give this one Pisces. Still— romance is a good topic for a Venus-ruled sign. The song itself is familiar, it’s sung by a former winner, it’s a very safe choice, and Taurus likes familiar, it likes to feel safe, it’s a fixed sign that knows what it likes and sees no need to change it. It worked before, it’s gonna work again.

Gemini - Who the hell is Edgar? 🇦🇹

It’s fun, it’s quirky, AND it’s about writing - quintessential Gemini. No need for further explanation.

Cancer - Duje 🇦🇱

An entire family is singing together, about the importance of family. You can hardly find a more Cancer-y song. The ethnic vibes fit too, feel quite nostalgic.

Leo - Cha cha cha 🇫🇮

It would’ve been easy to give Leo a dramatic ballad, but that’s not all Leo is - they’re the Sun, bright and the centre of attention, but also bringing light and life to everything around them. And Cha cha cha does that, it’s lively and energetic and memorable, it draws people’s attention and it’s fun, unique, everyone likes it.

Virgo - My Sister’s Crown 🇨🇿

Mostly because of the braids. A very Virgo-y hairstyle. But the message of solidarity and support fits Virgo too, they’re the kind of people who help and uplift others.

Libra - Évidemment 🇫🇷

At first I wanted to give this one to Taurus - largely because it’s so… French, and so is Taurus, aesthetics-wise - but the lyrics didn’t quite fit. Taurus is pure beauty and pleasure, Libra is more balanced - and this song is both about beauty and pain. She’s looking for love, yet cannot find it, she’s becoming disillusioned with the beautiful promises she’s heard. And Libra is ruled by Venus, true, but it’s also where Saturn is exalted. I feel like this song is a good combination of Venus and Saturn. Especially “dans mon jardin d’enfer poussent des fleurs” - love that line!

Scorpio - Ai Coração 🇵🇹

I didn’t want to give Scorpio the stereotypical edgy song (so instead I went with the one about going mad from heartbreak…)

It’s about strong emotions you just cannot move on from, feelings so intense they entirely consume you. Very fixed water. And it’s done in a pretty energetic, passionate way - very Martian.

(Plus, there’s a lot of red)

Sagittarius - Carpe Diem 🇸🇮

It’s just a very Sagittarean sentiment. I don’t know what else to say. It fits.

Capricorn - Heart of Steel 🇺🇦

Yeah, largely because of the title. But also: “life is just a game and I’m playing for the win” “світ палає а ти дій” - the combination of cynicism and single-minded determination is very Capricornian.

Aquarius - Mama ŠČ! 🇭🇷

It’s different. It’s avant-garde. You either love it (correct) or hate it (you’re wrong). It rejects artistic norms. Many people write it off as nonsensical, just because it’s too unfamiliar, too extreme, too far out of their comfort zone, but it’s actually very well thought-out, with layers of symbolism.

Pisces - Soarele şi Luna 🇲🇩

It may not sound Pisces-y - a soft ballad might fit the aesthetic more - but everything but the sound is so quintessentially Pisces. The song being about love as magical as in the folk tales, a bit otherworldly, a bit ethereal. The sense of oneness with nature we get both from the lyrics and the performance. The combination of modern and traditional, making the song, and the love it speaks of, feel timeless and eternal.

(Also, I’m a Pisces Venus and I love this song)

To be honest, I couldn’t help but gravitate to the Unova pokedex. It was rather subconsciously on my part. There are a lot of smaller pokemon in the dex and most of them that stuck out were Unovan. After a bit of looking, I decided on Mienfoo. Mienfoo is a pure fighting type, known as the “Martial Arts” Pokemon. It’s a small pokemon standing at around 2’11ft, 0.9m and it’s a small mon, if you’re able to lift up 44 lbs, 20kg easily. Throughout all their dex entries, they’re seen as ambitious yet aggressive pokemon, something to offset your laid-back personality, as stated in it’s Pokemon Shield Entrie, “Though small, Mienfoo’s temperament is fierce. Any creature that approaches Mienfoo carelessly will be greeted with a flurry of graceful attacks.” Because of this trait, I can see it being very protective of you and always willing to either work or train with you.

The custom Uberhood - Emerald Heights

Round 1: Mon - Tue

Emerald Heights used to be all green once. It was a nice garden town. But then something has changed Emerald Heights forever! It dried out all of sudden and became a wasteland. But then the highway was lain down and Emerald Heights became a busting desert city as it is today! With so many sims moving in and so many changes going on in such a short time frame, what will Emerald Heights become next?

We start our story in the wealthy part of town around Old Cedar Lane, City Park Street and Harbor Drive. The time-honored family of the Rotspatzes live here since three generations with the fourth just about the find their places in life.

Rotspatz I:

It was the Rotspatz family that settled in first in Emerald Heights. They witnessed the development of Emerald Heights, but they have never really been pleased with the results. Esmee and Desiree are still determined to do everything they can, just to save Emerald Heights and make it a nice green garden town again, just as it was before everyone moved in. But with such a mayor like Caesar Rafferty, will they be able to do anything at all?

Esmee wants her daughter to be a witch, just like her and the rest of the family and pass her witch power onto her descendants. One day, she will use her ancestors' power to save Emerald Heights from that unfair mayor. They might not be able to change Emerald Heights into a green garden town, but she doesn't want to give up for some reason...

i have a lot of ocs! they are all professional gamers that play Fantasy Overwatch in FOWL (Fantasy Overwatch League) and the vast majority started out as joke ocs that i ended up getting really attached to. some are characters in the webcomic im currently developing called Ad Terra (which i talk about a little bit here) and some are in the same universe but unrelated to that story. there's way too many to talk about here and also i dont want to spoil too much about that story, but i can tell you about the main trio of ad terra (under a cut bc itll get long)

First up is nyangi, real name Jeon Hyeon-je! He's a flex dps who busted onto the early scene with his flashy Farah (Fantasy Pharah) play... and fell out of the spotlight just as quickly due to his limited hero pool and a lot of inter-team drama. Now 18, nyangi's been a professional ever since he was a young teenager. he's very attached to his teammates, especially those he's played with since the beginning, and considers them as much of a family as his bio family (even if his teammates don't necessarily feel the same). He loves mind games (he’s not as good at them as he thinks) and chose his tag because he assumed it would give him a tactical advantage in ranked by angering gamers on the enemy team. nyangi is an aries (with all that entails) and his blood type is AB! if i had to give him a pokemon partner, it'd be a mimikyu, but his starter would be a shiny litten. Another fun fact is that Hyeon-je is a homophone for "now/the present/at current" in korean, which is so other characters can make him mad with really bad puns.

Next is PRinCe, real name Lee Seon-jin! He's a flex tank (FOWL takes place in 2018 when that role actually meant something) with insane mechanical skills. While he's the same age (but a few months older) as nyangi and has been in the scene just as long, he's a polarizing figure due to his original team-- Beatsports Green. BsG was one of the most promising teams coming into the scene, but was dissolved after it came out that the players were supplementing their salaries by boosting. While PRinCe was never directly implicated, he still ended up having to play on mostly NA and AUS teams and moved to the US to do so at 16. He’s bounced around a lot and has a massive chip on his shoulder, but he knows just about everyone and is friendly with most. PRinCe is a Capricorn and his blood type is O. His starter is also a litten, but his partner mon is a crobat. One fun fact is that... he’s the hardest character for me to draw :pensive:

Third is Roadster, real name Park Seong-mo! He’s also a flex dps, but with an ever-deepening hero pool. He came onto the scene about a year later than his same-ages buddies nyangi and PRinCe. While he’s an absolute beast in scrims and in online play, he’s... not as good when he has to play in front of a crowd. For that reason, he’s usually benched, but his coaches and teammates fight to keep him on the team because he has serious promise... if he could ever get over his stage fright. Roadster is deeply grateful to all of his teammates for this, and especially to nyangi and veteran Seung-soo “SPLINTER” Yoon, who often go out of their ways to help him get more comfortable. While not the most mechanically gifted player, Roadster’s gamesense is unmatched, so much so that he could easily go into coaching, but he’s determined to make it on the big stage before he decides to stay behind the scenes. He’s a Pisces and his blood type is also AB. Roadster’s starter pokemon would be an Oshawott, and his partner mon would be a togetic! One fun fact is that his original tag when i created him was balta, but i quickly realized that means something like “walk by foot” in korean which is not the vibe i wanted. he’s also the character that’s grown the most on me over time

Today Mercury in Scorpio follows Venus’ aspects and is the focal point of the finger of fate/God at 24° Scorpio, trines creative Intelligence Goddess Pallas Athena in Cancer. And…. the tender, nurturing, Moon in Cancer, the sign of birth and nurturing, joins the beautiful water grand trine with trines to the Scorpio Sun, Neptune in Pisces, a conjunction with Black Moon Lilith, square to Eris, trine to Mercury, conjunction with Pallas, opposition to Pluto, and trines to Venus in Scorpio and Jupiter in Pisces.

Even more importantly, Haumea, mother of all creation, moves into Scorpio for the first time since she last left Scorpio in October 1771. If that date doesn’t ring bells it’s the year (and month) of the first Libra Venus star point on Oct 22 1771. We just had the first Libra Venus star point CONJUNCT Haumea on Oct 22 1771. Of course we had not ‘discovered’ Haumea or these other Kuiper Belt objects back then and planetary objects tend to act in our collective consciousness after discovery.

That’s a lot. Let’s just say we are in the a fertile, cosmic soup of primordial creation. With the personal planets on the South Node in Scorpio and the big water grand trine it’s as if today is a moment of birth from the water, sea, foam of creation. Haumea is the goddess of fertility and childbirth and the mother of all. She will move between Libra and Scorpio for a few months and will finally enter Scorpio until 2049 on Oct 1 2023.

This is mind blowing energy and I love that the powerful water Grand trine is ushering Haumea into the fertile composting water of Scorpio. I will do a video on this when I get home from my visit with but I want to say we are literally birthing something regenerative and very new here. This could not be a bigger shift!

It’s a pretty overwhelming day emotionally in so many ways and I highly suggest getting a lot of rest and allowing yourself to FEEL into this shift. Like all big shifts it can feel both uncomfortable and magical - just like giving birth itself.
