Someone asked me what materials I use...
I use ibispaint x on my phone using pencil (graphite) for everything ✨
I like the paint-y look of it !!
For traditional art, I use just any kind of pencil out there, waterproof pens (0.2), and Prang watercolors :)) that it!!

hey y'all, so this is going to be a pet project where I take my shitty original story from when I was like 13 and overhaul it so it's actually decent!
I fell in love with the characters, and I consistently have been thinking about them more and more, so I've decided, why not just revamp them and turn them into something coherent and decent to enjoy?
therefore, this blog is just going to be me posting random shit about them and updating my progress. i've got a lot to get through (as will be shown below, there are around 6 notebooks FILLED with info fragments I have to string together) and I'll be posting art about the characters both old and new.
account for this is @elijahloyalpetproject
anway, cheers! <3
aforementioned six whole ass notebooks of information i have to get through
four characters; only the top two are the main ones. i'd drawn them kind of on accident because they were on the brain and ended up coloring them with my Prang watercolor set because I hadn't gotten color in the sketchbook yet, and here we are.

hi liv! what kind of art do you think jack likes making the most? medium? subject? <3 happy teaching (pretend the emoji is purple, I'm on desktop)
Kath! 💜💜💜
Disclaimer: i have not watched any jack episodes
When I imagine Jack creating art I think of Sha'an D'Anthes (furrylittlepeach on instagram)
Her art has a childlike quality to it. She uses fun, bright colors and typically uses cute, playful, naturey subject matter. Loads of animals that I think Jack would dig.
Jack has a Prang watercolor set, colored pencils, cray-pas oil pastels, and crayola markers at his disposal. He loves to depict his family with nature or as natural elements or animals. Sometimes he uses art to work through big emotions. He loves to brighten his home with his artwork (Dean and Cas cover the frige with his drawings)

Hello!
If you don't mind me asking, what materials do you use for your traditional art? It's very pretty and looks like watercolour OvO
I use various mediums and brands for traditional (*´∀`). But yes, my latest works have been in watercolor. I'll just mention what I've currently been using to spare ya a long list.
Normal pencils with a moldable eraser and normal eraser, Faber castell inking pens (their waterproof), and Prang watercolor pallets along with occasionally usage of my Jellyroll white pen. Pretty much cheap material in a way (;´∀`)>. Sketchbook is a multimedia paper so I can use both dry and wet mediums. Honestly, anything can work if ya know how to make it work (⌐■_■)>

hiii!
I wanted to know what kinds of art things you have (for example: which ones you have and brushes, chalk and etc) and which ones you like to use the most :)
im thinking of making a little video about this since i get this question a lot!! it's honestly a big hodgepodge of things from all over, i don't really swear by any brands- art stuff ramble under the cut
the chalk i used in my most recent sketchbook is prang brand (idk anything about them i got it thrifted bc it had a seal on the package lol), and my favorite supplies at the moment are higgins ink, inkjoy pens (always) and a 0.7 sumogrip mechanical pencil! other staples are crayola crayons, watercolors, sharpies, highlighters, craft paint and artskills or posca paint markers! >:]

holding a 2-day class for watercolor and ink! the brand that my students and i will be using for the duration of the watercolor workshop will be prang. quickly tested it out to show them its capabilities. it’s really good for student quality and the price isn’t bad!
