Krazy Kat by George Herriman
[ID: Two dogs in black caps walk past Ignatz and Krazy. Ignatz holds Krazy back protectively as he glares at the two. /end]
Ignatz: Shh-h-h, see those fellows?
Krazy: Sure I do.
[ID: Ignatz drags a confused Krazy off to the right. /end]
Ignatz: Come over here where they can't hear.
Krazy: ?
[ID: Ignatz, a safe distance away, nervously points back towards the dogs. Krazy bends over to hear, curious. /end]
Ignatz: They're "crooks."
Krazy: Golla!!!
[ID: Krazy and Ignatz stare deep into each others' eyes. /end]
Ignatz: And the little fellow is just a "cat's paw" to the big fellow.
Krazy: Ooy.
[ID: Krazy poses casually to a shocked Ignatz. /end]
Krazy: And I sippose the big fella is a "Kat's Ma" to the l'il fella, heh?
[ID: Ignatz ZIPs a brick at the back of Krazy's head. It lands with a PONK. /end]
Ignatz: No.
Krazy: My mistake, "Ignatz," my mistake.

YEAAAHHHHH sooo i had some plans! time to time when iam in the mood,,, will make lil sketchy,,, flat coloured, or just sketches,,, of bloodys life becoming sour- almost alil like a drawn or photographed diary- i also will accept some asks,,, that can go and be about any of the vp folk btw! but for now i thought that be a nice lil way of spending my time n contributing to da fandom <3
underneath i will give some background infos!
-----
Bloody
-----
-very Quiet and gloomy. snarly to strangers. not understanding yet that the ruffians and pester are rather,,, devious.
-Usually quiet with hands at her back when someone intervenes her time with pester, whispers to him, instead of speakin outloud in those moments.
-blooms when shes alone with him or truly alone.
-Adores Cooking! teaches the ruffians, dwells in Pesters hunger and critic
Bloody is a two faced gal, coming from the mainland. emotionally she can be very numb and is as orientationless as a piece of bread. getting lost constantly.
she ran away from home, escapin adult life. and adult responsibilitys. hopin on vp island,,, she can life as she desires! things ended against her expectations though. she was completly out of touch with the islands culture. knowing near nothing bc of her origin. she got heavily injured, scared to heck by a floaty being, as if death itself found her and chased her, in a stormy rainy cold night, that almost killed her.
she broke n stole from a garden to make herself some shelter- but it was the ruffians eventually,,, who found her, bringing this odd, out of place figure, to pester himself. it took alot of pestering,,, to actually have her answer questions. like a device needing a slap to actually bring out tones and function.
turns out she fits right into ruffianess and pesters lead. she needed a perspective.
to make her fit in, Pester had her draw a mask and he actually made it real,,, with the twist,,, that the mask reveals her hidden emotions when she trys to fake it. ontop of that, instead of letting her get in touch so quickly with townsfolk,,, pester himself cured her wounds,,, with,,, odd stuff... it healed real fast- but strangely,,, she noticed similiar marks as theirs spreading on her body besides other slow changes...

The dynamic in Rise between the rest of the team and Leo is. so fucking funny. Because like you've got these three extremely talented individuals who all seem like perfectly reasonable people at first glance, right, but then if you squint hard enough you realize they're actually all batshit insane (affectionate) and the clown boy standing behind them is secretly their common sense.
Clown boy will occasionally put himself and the others in danger to Prove Himself or Prove Someone Wrong (see Minotaur Maze and the movie) but like otherwise... i think people forget Leo's overwhelmingly the voice of reason in most situations?
Raph, Mikey, and Donnie are all incredibly powerful boys with very specific skill sets. They are also, as a direct result of this, the WORST decision-makers on god's green earth lmao. When presented with a problem, Raph will smash, Donnie will blow shit up, and Mikey will razzmatazz. They will all run straight toward death with the same oblivious enthusiasm of a dog about to run straight into a screen door. None of them realize this and all of them think they are Extremely Good At Problem-Solving.
And the guy cursed with the common sense to realize this is literally the LAST person anyone would expect.
When you look closely, the entirety of Rise is actually a chronicle of Leo trying to find new and creative ways to keep this team of superpowered fools alive while simultaneously white-knuckling his Cool Fun Guy persona so the others don't realize he's secretly the Boring Responsible One. Haha, you know what would be Cool and Fun, guys? Not going after the Spine Breaking Bandit lol. Getting home before the sun goes up lol. Evacuating that civilian lol. Not telling the guy dangling me off a roof "you won't, no balls" lol.
The sacred struggle of every iteration of Leonardo is thanklessly wrangling the most trigger-happy siblings in the world, and Rise Leo has not escaped it. He just does an occasional shenanigan to avoid detection and his brothers fall for it every time.

This is Kaylo Muttsie, with a touch of bad Italian grammar. If he were to talk, he would probably sound like a 60's New York teen ruffian or something like that. Think Robert De Niro's character in Mean Streets (if you've watched it at least... a few clips is worth it I say)... troublesome, blunt and care-free.
