So I finally freaking washed the moldy glass of cold brew that's been sitting in my room for a week and a half.

I'm still sick.

My floor is still cluttered with [clean] laundry and bags of [non-food] groceries.

My desk is a mess of cold medicine and unopened mail.

I don't even want to talk about the state my bed is still in.

But gosh dangit, I got that blasted glass off of my nightstand today and all the way to the kitchen sink, where I washed it by freaking hand. I'm calling that a win for today.

I decided to get washed up and dressed today as if I was going out. I decided to do this to say screw you to the depression. It had been awhile. I then lit a fall scented candle and knit a little.  It’s a good thing. We had rain, so I am fighting the pain again. Life is still good. -L

Cinch had three charges in her care once, Celestia entrusted her with the day-to-day care of Prince Blueblood, the new Princess Cadence and her student Sunset Shimmer - running a kingdom is difficult enough alone without three young ponies to look after - so when Celestia is absent (often) that means Cinch was in charge of these three ponies. And while the matron of the castle was always rigid about rules and wanted her three charges to uphold her reputation and to build their own budding reputations high, she cared about them very much. You'd have to, spending your time with the same three young ponies for so long, guiding and teaching them to be their best...

By the time Ditzy came into the picture, Cinch was down to two charges. She refused to fail them the way she failed...

Well, with one down, there were two left and she cared so much she wouldn't let anyone ruin them, especially not themselves. Surely they would come to realize Cinch was only helping.

Thought: Since the executions were the inciting incident for all of this, wouldn't stopping the executions "save Charlie's people" without needing to redeem sinners? I love Charlie's gung-ho attitude and drive to fulfill her dream, but it feels like she overlooked an obvious solution in favor of (literally) shooting for the celestial heavens.

Human jackjack concepts

#started off with discussing Hazbin au concepts with my partner #I like to think if jackjack was in the hellverse he'd be severely depressed- lack of supportive parents for his transition #he was a good person in his life and thought the world of his friends- but ultimately got screwed over by people he trusted #causing him to self harm and eventually take his own life by a bullet when life pushed him too far- which ended him up in hell #I imagine as a snake demon jackjack would have a big X on the side of his head under his beanie- hence why he never takes it off #so in hell he generally avoid people- he has trust issues and difficulty opening up to others. but once he hears about the hazbin hotel #he's one of the first to apply for a room after it's rebuilt. he believes he can be redeemed in no time #I like to think after jackjack fell he had a crisis about questioning his self worth as a person or doubts if he's even good at all #he's just a sad dude who's kindness was taken for granted #sid's art #jackjack #sona #oc
