This one can be done in a cold version, since the heat is starting and you might want to enjoy this with some chill. Remember a cold tea is done by cooling the tea with ice and you might add fruit juice, cold as well.
Recipe for Hibiscus Mint Tea
This beautiful hibiscus-mint tea is easy to make and tastes delicious whether you serve it hot or cold. 1 teaspoon lemon juice or more to taste, 18 dried hibiscus petals, 3.5 cups water, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves or to taste
Dried fruit of your choosing (I used apple, orange peel and coconut because that's mostly what I had): III parts
Enjoy this with cookies (they're made of grain) unless you're allergic, then use other type of cookie or honey or milk or something.
Iced version!
Black tea: II parts
White tea: I part
Lavender: I part
Sage: 1/2 parts
Rosemary: 1/2 parts
Rose hips: I and 1/2 parts
Marigold: I part
Mint: I part
Infuse this with less water than usual, combine with juice of your choosing (it has to be cold) and ice.
Remember to keep yourself hydrated, but don't over do it with cool drinks, since cool temperatured drinks can affect your stomach. So better don't take too much iced drinks.
