I saw comments that the new butler from Ridekamens look like Sebek
He...kinda does
I wasn't gonna say it, but. that was kind of my first thought when he was revealed. :') maybe this is what Sebek's older brother is doing these days? he ran off to buttle for secret agents at a superhero cafe? actually wait that would be rad as heck, I'll accept this headcanon

idle clone^2 food for thought (cw gun tw murder) and. thinking about how danny in canon is very protective of his people. and as a collective fanon we like to make him go Batshit when his people are severely injured.
and im just mmmmm,,,,, danny would kill if damian (or anyone in his family) got extremely hurt. but only under very specific circumstances. like they've been backed up into a corner and can't get out and it's either kill or be killed. like his go-to is non-lethal force but then someone takes out his little brother, whose breathing but not getting up and hurt badly, and there's nowhere for them to escape and these guys are gonna do much worse soon.
but there's a gun nearby and within danny's reach, and the guys who have them trapped are gloating and only half-paying attention because what are they going to do now? they have him trapped.
and they hurt his little brother.
and danny doesn't see red. everything just goes into cold, static focus instead. and he puts a bullet through the stomach of the first guy he sees.
And i'm just picturing Danny with this stone cold fury on his face, his hands shaking, as he looks the main guy (who know he's a clone) in the eye and says "your first mistake was thinking i'm batman"

Haku and Sasuke should have atleast had one conversation that wasn't centred around the ideal shinobi before Haku's death.I know Haku was made to make more of an impact on Naruto with shaping his ideals about the 'shinobi path' but the fact this kid who has a kekkai genaki they were shunned and hated for which ended up causing his father to kill his mother and Haku ends up using that ability in turn in self defence to kill his dad met an uchiha with the sharingan which is praised across the world and is viewed in almost a biblical light to some is so interesting. Not to mention how Sasuke has also suffered because (and at the hands) of the sharingan. Sasuke also doesn't think of there being a special person to protect because he only has the goal of killing his brother a man he thinks never loved him (talking in context before he sacrifices himself for naruto). Meanwhile Haku does think of there being that sort of person and his is Zabuza someone who he loves but he also knows doesn't love him back but despite that he will protect him and love him for as long as he can.

I think if I was writing the current gl series, keeping with the overall UP plot, I would have divided the Green Lanterns into two groups: those working with the UP and those acting as an active resistance (John is still on Earth and he doesn't really know what's going on, he left for his mom before this really started). I would keep Jess as undercover, Simon and Jo as leading the resistance, and then give actual reasons for why they're against the UP beyond the bad vibes stuff we've been given so far. I would also have put the resistance stuff in the backups and not have them be stopped for sinson, but that's a different topic.
For changes, I would keep Kilowog alive, but he's in a coma and no one knows if he'll wake up. The people who did this are not caught, but the UP says they were rogue agents working against the attempts for unity. There's a big disagreement between Jo and Hal here, revealed in flashbacks, where Jo thinks the high ups of the UP are involved while Hal argues that they were the elected officials and put in charge of the glc by the Guardians and wouldn't be involved in something this public and seemingly useless plot. Jo leaves then, under orders to go back to the City Enduring, and Hal stays with the new UP lanterns as the veteran Lantern, the person people trust. The plot divides between Hal + Salakk + Arisia + Jess as the main characters of the UP Lantern story and then Jo + Simon as the main characters of the resistance story. The red ring/Carol stuff gets all taken out, leaving more focus on the political stuff. The whole point of the arc is about power and how different people view it and it's abuses. Kilowog's life and how he might die is in the background of all the issues, what happened to him is the driving force what happens.

okay, okay, i might sound crazy here but hear me out
i was thinking of lunar and moon's deaths and how,,,similar yet different they are. they're like, polar opposites of each other? let me explain-
lunar's death was sudden and quick, while moons was slow with his memories being slowly wiped.
moon technically died alone, while lunar was surrounded by two people - one that hated him and one that loved him.
lunar's death was against his will while moon chose to die.
moon's death was far more...serene, lunar's was a lot more panic-inducing
I SWEAR, there's some form of connection here, i just don't know what
