“Fuck.” 

It was that time of year again where basically every week there was rain and lots of it. Normally you wouldn’t mind the rain, especially if you got to stay at home all day, with a nice cup of tea, reading or watching a movie and letting it lull you to sleep when night fell. But today, where you actually had to go out and walk to work without a car, it made your life a bit difficult.

Your parents had been kind enough to drive you to and from work a lot of the time, to which you generously compensated them for. But on days like this where they were both busy with work, and you didn't really have anyone else to ask for a ride from in your small town, you stubbornly decided to just walk in the pouring rain.

Usually you didn't mind, in fact you kind of enjoyed walking the long distance to work on the other side of town but times like these where the weather was shit, it was a dreadful experience. After you finished getting ready for work, you finally walked out the door and locked up the house. 

You sighed as you began to walk down you drive way and down your street, as not only was it raining heavily it was also windy as fuck, so the old umbrella you brought with you to try and protect yourself from the rain was threatening to bust with every swoop of wind that it got caught in. At least you had some music to entertain you, you thought as an old love song played through your earphones. You half-heartedly laughed at yourself, so you didn’t cry with how fucken soaked you were going to be when you got to work, therefore uncomfortable your entire shift. 

As you turned onto a busier road, you scowled a little at the drivers going past you in your cars, and as if your sour face triggered one of them, a truck going past suddenly pulled over next to you. Swallowing harshly, unsure of how this interaction was going to go, you warily walked past the truck. 

“Need a ride sweetheart?” A deep southern voice calls out.

You turn to get a better look at the source of the voice that called to you, and your shoulders immediately ease up. It was Joel, your dad’s best friend. You look over to Joel's profile, his warm eyes transfixed on the road before him, his lips slightly smirking, a stark contrast to the rest of his overwise, hard exterior. A beat goes by, and you remember that you're starting and should look away.

“Then the rain begins to fall, pitter patter, pitter patter.”

You softly laugh. “Yeah well I like all kinds of music to be honest, but I just thought I would try and romatisic walking in the pouring rain to work and make it less miserable.”

Joel hums at your answer, seemingly not hating the music and maybe even enjoying the slow tunes. A new song starts playing as you near your work.

“Just a song before I go, to whom it may concern.”

You smile to yourself thinking how when you first heard this song it reminded you of Joel. Your smile falters when you arrive at work and realise you have to leave Joel.

“Well thank you so much for the ride. Honestly such a life saver.”

before the two of you got started, you changed out of your clothes, swapping them for sweatshirts and pants that you didn’t care too much about. a happy warmth settles into your bones when eren’s hand brushes against yours on the way back to the kitchen, how your fingers intertwine automatically.

“‘ren that’s just pitiful,” you laugh, scooting your chair and pumpkin closer to him to be able to show him what to do. the sentiment nearly makes your heart sink; you thought that everyone knew how to carve a pumpkin. but maybe that just wasn’t what eren’s family did when he was little. so, you relent in your teasing, not wanting to strike a nerve with him.

“whatever, teach me, o wise one.” the sarcasm in his voice elicits a surprisingly aggressive rise from you. albeit the venom is softened with the playful smile that toys with your lips.

“well if you’re gonna be sassy, maybe i won’t.” you cross your arms over your chest, trying your best to hold in a laugh as eren’s eyes widen into saucers. he turns to you, grabbing one of your hands and kissing it profusely.

“please, love.” his begging elicits a wide smile from your face, but you play off your relent with a dramatic eye roll.

“okay, so first you carve off the top so that you can scoop out the seeds,” you begin, reaching to steady one hand on the top before plunging the knife into the solid skin. suddenly, an idea pops into your head. “ooh, we should make pumpkin seeds!”

you’re mouth is practically watering at the thought of the spice dissolving onto your tongue. eren perks up at the mention of snacks. “that sounds really good, actually.”

you clap your hands together enthusiastically. “okay then we’re doing it. anyways…”

you demonstrate how to jab the knife into the top and carve out a circle to make an easy handle, watching as eren struggles to control how his pumpkin shakes. the jagged lines that he creates won’t be easy to maneuver, so you have to fix it for him. when the caps are completed, you use the seed scoops included in the kit to remove the seeds from inside. you allow eren to roll up your sleeves before he does his own, and you both get to work.

a grimace contorts your features as the sticky, slimy ropes of seeds cling to your skin as you shovel them out in clumps. but, the work is quickly finished, and your pumpkins are ready for their makeover. he threatens to smear the seeds’ residue on you, so naturally you point a knife at him. needless to say, he relents.

“okay, they have a few templates that we can use.” you show him some of the traceable papers that were included in the box. he flits through them absentmindedly while you stare at the frankenstein’s monster that you ambitiously chose for your pumpkin. after a few moments, eren hands the papers back to you.

“i’m gonna go freestyle,” he announces, which you laugh at.

“you’ve never carved a pumpkin and you’re gonna go freestyle?”

“yes.” he’s dead set on making the worst pumpkin ever. you don’t pry into what his idea in, but needless to say, you’re scared at what his silly little mind had come up with.

“have at it, i guess,” you sigh, sticking the paper to your own pumpkin, trying to visualize where it would look best. once you sink your knife into the firm orange sink, the paper immediately tears. you swear, trying to piece it back together. the paper manages to stick together, but the image is severely warped; you know that your pumpkin is gonna suck.

“how’s it going over there?” eren teases, sneaking a glance at your failure. you swat him away, giggling at his nosiness. he hasn’t even begun to carve his pumpkin.

“oh, shut up, mr. freestyle,” you murmur, trying to fix your mistakes. as you continue poking the holes for tracing into the pumpkin, it continues to fall apart under your fingers. you eventually give up, trying to poke the holes yourself. as you inconspicuously flit your eyes to eren, you find that he’s already gotten to work on his carving. his eyebrows furrow together while his tongue sticks out in concentration.

the sight of him makes your heart melt as you turn your concentration back to your carving. the lack of confidence in your tracing seizes you as you attempt to begin to connect the dots, swearing as your flimsy knife breaks.

“ah, the passion of a young artist,” eren comments wittily as you roll your eyes as him, reaching for a spare knife. as soon as you resume your work, a crack resounds from eren’s vicinity. you adjust your gaze to see his cheeks flaming, looking at his now broken knife. neither of you say anything as he also reaches for a spare. your heart flutters at the way his hand cups the round fruit, his gaze intent on his labor.

at the end of your carving, after picking out the chunks of orange flesh that fall from the pumpkin, you find that you didn’t trace out the patterns correctly. the dimensions are all wrong, and half of the monster’s face had caved into the empty center. the physics of pumpkin carving were absolutely lost on you, not knowing how to carve correctly the right spaces that would create a gap for the light to shine through. you sigh and lean back, disappointed at how it came out, but it’s incredibly amusing to you.

“hey, look ‘ren,” you grab his attention, turning the pumpkin to show him. “i made you.”

his face contorts into a grimace at your sloppy work, but a guffaw escapes his lips as he leans in for a closer look. his hand immediately finds purchase on your leg, squeezing your thigh affectionately.

“babe, you got my face all wrong,” he gestures to the lopsided feature. you laugh, swatting away his hand as you stand to clean off the pumpkin seeds.

eren helps you out by sprinkling olive oil onto the seeds, marveling at how they glisten under the lights of the kitchen. deftly, you sprinkle salt, pepper, and other spicy seasoning while he watches you in wonder, pondering how he got so lucky with you.

and soon, the preparation of the seeds is finished as you pop the tray in the oven. you dust off your hands, leaning against the countertop as eren moves to corner you. his hands gently cup your face as he moves in to kiss you, the sweet smoothness of his lips slotting perfectly against yours.

you relish in the contact, hands traveling up his body to fiddle with his hair as the innocent kisses continue. he had been especially sweet to you today, knowing that the first beautiful fall day was his opportunity to shower you with an immeasurable amount of love. he had taken the long way to the pumpkin patch, letting you marvel at the scenery on the way there.

the onset of the changing of the seasons was apparent as the roads furled and unwound underneath his tires. the chill was something that you loved, as it gave you the opportunity to bundle underneath warm clothes (and your man). the leaves changing was enough to make you want to live a hermit life in the woods. the vibrant colors that exploded when autumn made her home in mother nature always amazed you. everywhere you looked, there were new colors to see, new palettes on every tree that you laid eyes on.

eren pulls back, his face somewhat serious. “hey, we need to go set out our pumpkins!” he reminds you.

“i don’t know if our neighbors are going to like a penis on our doorstep,” you tease, but follow him anyway.

“if they don’t like it, they can fix it themselves,” he annunciates dramatically, helping you gather supplies. you set a timer for the seeds on your phone while you get candles, a lighter, your sad excuses for jack-o-lanterns, and head outside. you’re greeted with the nippy autumn air enveloping your body, but with eren at your side, he provides more than enough warmth.

sitting on the stoop of the stairs, the two of you set up your pumpkins, lighting the candles and setting the tops back on. holding your hand, he leads you a few steps away to marvel at how the light flickers from within the orange fruit.

“let’s take some pictures!” eren suggests, unlocking his phone and propping it against a stone. the two of you take sweet self timers, serious, silly, and criminally cute ones too - the one where he literally whisks you off your feet to dip you in his arms, pressing a kiss to your lips is going to be printed and hanging in your house for the rest of your natural life.

your phone chimes at the end of the photography session, signaling the end of the seeds cooking. the two of you seek shelter from the bone-chilling cold inside, going to examine the seeds. the smell of the spices melding together floods into your nostrils as soon as you enter the house, causing your mouth to water. eren’s excitement can only be described as infantile as he runs ahead of you to retrieve the seeds.

they sizzle as he brings them out of the oven, marveling at how delectible they look, all browned and covered in delicious seasoning. the musky scent of the spices reaches your nose, eliciting an obnoxious amount of drool pooling on your mouth; you just want to sink your teeth right into them; but, you know restraint, unlike eren. you swat his hand away as he goes to grab one.

“do you wanna have your tongue burned off?” you tease, pushing his arm to set the tray down. he follows your lead, the sheet clattering loudly on the countertop.

“i guess not,” he sighs dramatically, arm wrapping around you once again. together, the two of you make your way to the couch to turn on a movie, getting only a few minutes in before eren is begging for the pumpkin seeds to snack on. you roll your eyes as he goes to get them, pouring them in a large bowl before returning to you.

as soon as he pops on into his mouth, he’s practically raving at how much of a goddess you are, at your perfection that he can’t even begin to comprehend. your heart swells at his affection, how his gorgeous green eyes glow with a love that you could never begin to comprehend.

“… and you suck at pumpkin carving, but pumpkin seeds,” he finishes with a dramatic imitation of a chef’s kiss, feeding you a bite. “that’s a different story. you’re amazing.”

you rest your head against his shoulder as the spice bursts across your tongue, absentmindedly tuning into the movie before eren’s fingers enclose around your jaw to turn your head to face him.

“i had the most wonderful day today, baby,” he murmurs. “thank you for everything. you’re just so amazing, i… i love you so much.”

a heat rises to your cheeks as you kiss him wordlessly, threatening to knock over the bowl of seeds at your passion. his arms wrap around you as the two of you forget about the snacks, forget about the movie, forget about the botched monster and penis pumpkin that sit on your doorstep; all you can think about is each other and how your hearts explode with an overpowering love when you tumble into his arms.

Any stats you wanna tell us about?

Before 2020 I had been on a dry spell for years, not only was I away from fandom I was also not feeling motivated to write at all.

Now ao3 tells me I published over 122k words this year, so I guess the flood gates have opened 😄

What inspired you this year? Any specific works or creators?

Most of all, the research I did for In this universal river (monster project). Every new paper I read turned light-bulbs on in my head XD

As for creators and specific works I would say every fic I read this year and every writer I talked to, I always get more motivated whenever I share my ideas and listen to/read everyone elses.

What’s a piece you didn’t expect to make? Why?

I didn’t plan Old new beginnings like I usually do, my process is usually have an idea -> sketch the plot -> leave it alone for a few days -> come back to it and rewrite, but with that one I had the idea and just started writing. I think it came from a place of missing nightclubs and going out with my friends, finding adulthood to be hella depressing and having a lot of tangled feelings about relationships in general.

Digital’s my main medium these days, but I still do traditional a lot for practice and figure drawing.

Nyx: Inspirations...? Heheh... well, isn't that an interesting question~ I don't think I've ever had someone ask me that before.

Let me ask... are you familiar with the legend of the Dark Soldiers from the Land of Keys?

( I can't say that I am. )

Nyx: Well, you see, the Land of Keys is a super mysterious place, even though there's a lot of people that live there today. And it's absolutely saturated with magic energy.

There's this legend that's native to there... of shadows that emerge from the earth and steal peoples' hearts.

They’re different from regular monsters; they say these creatures are born from the darkness that lurks in peoples' hearts. All their negative emotions: hatred, malice, disgust, envy, greed, pride, and gluttony...

When those people die... that darkness rises from the husk the person left behind, and springs back to life!

Those creatures, the Dark Soldiers, hunt after the living to try and steal their hearts, craving the light of the living to match their own saturated darkness, so they can finally become whole and live again...

( Sounds like an urban legend. )

Nyx: It kinda is! But unlike most urban legends, people have actually reported seeing them around hundreds of times before.

They’ve mostly only been reported in the Land of Keys, but sometimes people claim to seeing them in other countries too.

But see, the sightings alone aren’t just what makes them interesting, but also the way they act when they’ve been sighted.

While some of them hunt people down indiscriminately for their hearts... the bigger and stronger ones don't.

There’s a running theory that’s the main reason why they’re called “soldiers” and not “thieves”, and that’s somebody must be taking control of them once they become strong enough and using them like a personal army.

Theory stands if you look at how they act. The little ones are like feral goblins, but the big ones always pack together and work together in an organized, intelligent troupe.

Nobody really knows who could be doing it or what they’re after, but there are accounts of old villages and small towns that’ve been completely ravaged and abandoned because of them.

But regardless of their history... those dark soldiers are... HELLA COOL~!!

Nyx: Well, yeah! Who wouldn't think something like that is cool as hell?!

I-I mean, anyway, I've got a huge affiliation for the dark and macabre, so stuff like that is just super interesting to me.

Anyway, there hasn’t been a major attack from them in like hundreds of years. Plus defensive magic is so much more common and refined nowadays that the little ones really aren't that big of a worry anymore either.

There’s kinda a cult following behind them nowadays, actually, especially since sightings of them have become so rare. Plushies, t-shirts, jewelry... you can find stuff made in their likeness everywhere if you know where to look.

The top I wear in my dorm uniform is emblazoned with the same symbol that appears on the bodies of the Dark Soldiers, and the creatures I make with my UM are based largely off their designs...

So, uh... I guess you could say I'm just a little bit obsessed~ Hehe~

It’s really hard to write these aus for the members when there’s limited knowledge about them and when you’re trying to make everything seem different without making it seem like they’re all one dimensional and cut from the same cloth. ☆ Changbin would for sure as kiddy questions like “How did the baby get inside mummy’s tummy?” “When will baby come out?” “How does baby poop?”

☆ Would sleep in your parents bedroom close to your mum to protect her baby bump.

☆ Would be hella excited to feel you kick in your mum’s tummy.

☆ Would say cute things to the baby bump. “Come out quickly baby I can’t wait to play with you.” “We can play with *insert favourite toy* together.” “We’re going to have a lot of fun together.” I am close to tears

☆ When you were born, he was extremely excited to see you but little Binnie patiently waited till your parents had their moment first until they ushered him to the hospital bed.

☆ He was wide eyed as he held you as if scared to hurt you. He smiled when he stroked your cheek with a finger and smiled wider when you grabbed onto his finger.

☆ CUDDLES, CUDDLES AAAAAAAND MORE CUDDLES

☆ Tried to help your parents take care of you but most of the time failed.

☆ The only thing he could properly do was cuddle you as he fed you a bottle and somehow you ate properly if he was the one feeding you when you were being fussy.

☆ Fast forward you’re older and know how to walk and talk coherently, Changbin is a kid.

☆ Changbin wants cookies but they’re on the top shelf and your mum purposefully put them there so neither of you could reach.

☆”I’m gonna tell mum~”

☆ “NO DON’T. If you help me, I’ll give you a cookie then you have to promise me you won’t tell mum.”

☆ Your smart ass contemplated for a few seconds before you agreed, “Ok what do we do?”

☆ “If I lift you up can you grab the jar? Don’t drop it.”

☆ “Yes.”

☆ Somehow both of you managed to retrieve the jar unscathed. Why none of you thought to grab a chair and do it, I don’t know.

☆ One cookie turned to two then three until the jar was half empty and your dad caught you. 

☆ Everyone except you two with crumbs around your mouths in the room:️

☆ Your dad walked in with brooding eyes. He grabbed a cookie and started eating quietly, “It’s a secret.”

☆ All three of you smiled happily and continued munching on the cookies.

☆ Until a while later your mum walked in and gasped, “YOU ATE ALL THE COOKIES?! *insert dad’s name* YOU WERE IN ON THIS TOO!”

☆ The three of you gulped nervously until you said, “No mum look! We saved a few for you!” The three of you smile innocently.

☆ Your mum sighed and smiled exasperatedly. “This is the last time.” A chorus of agreement sang throughout the room yet nobody meant a single word.

☆ Most of the time you two were hyperactive and played around so much you’d be knocked out cold by the time it was around 9 pm.

☆ You two played tag a lot, he was really fast so you’d always get tagged very quickly.

☆ Fast forward you’re tweens/teens/young adults.

☆ The dynamic is wild.

☆ You two would always goof around like idiots.

☆ Changbin annoyed you a lot.

☆ “Y/N look over there!” you’re stuck in visible confusion. *smacks your head and runs* 

☆ “CHANGBIN!”

☆ You’re eating chips. “Y/n what’s that?” “What’s what?” *steals bag*

☆ You get pissed.

☆ Then it escalates into a wrestling match until ultimately you get hurt and start nearly crying in pain.

Van life!newsies headcanons

Hello, i have recently been obsessing and/or pining over living in a van/bus. So i will project my pining to my favorite pretty paper boys like what everyone does in the newsies fandom! Very healthy and smart idk lol so here’s my take on this au for each of my ships!

*i know some ppl might not agree with all these ships but these are just my personal favorites pls don’t come after me for something i like :)*

A pretty long list so you might have to sit down for this one 

Javid

They converted an old american school bus

I actually have a headcanon that modern!jack comes from a rich family (maybe not the family his parents were born into but his parents worked pretty hard to be successful y’know) so that’s how they were able to buy an old school bus

So they were able to fit in a shower (not one of those foldable kinds) and a built in toilet. A pretty decent kitchen. A stove, oven, microwave, and all the other utilities necessary. Was able to fit both a washing machine and a dryer. Has a proper closet.

To fit davey’s needs, they put in a tiny book shelf. But it’s too tiny to fit in all of davey’s book (he’s got a shelf full) and was forced to give some of them away he cried a little. Jack did the same for his art supplies he cried a lot.

Jack is an illustrator and Davey is a writer. (Davey the hopeless romantic Jacobs mostly writes romance wow what a shocker) If Jack can find the time to paint on a canvas he will. It usually ends up getting sold which he doesn’t mind. 

Jack painted every inch of the bus exterior wow we’re all so shocked no we aren’t I lied :) "Jack why...” “We need to be festive when we travel, Dave!” *face palms*

They have one cat which is still nameless in my head so ://

Newsbians

They live in a school bus 

Kathrine’s a Pulitzer so you know how they can freely afford it (now that i think abt it i think old school busses sell for really cheap prices but idk) 

The shower and closet are a must have for Kathrine. She takes over most of the closet space and takes the longest in the shower. Sarah is a foodie so she built herself a whole kitchen and Kathrine is not allowed to touch anything without her permission. Even fitting in a huge fridge. They also fit in a proper working desk and a couch. Also made some sort of balcony on top of their bus so they can stargaze on top of there 

Kathrine is a reporter and Sarah is a physician in the telemedicine industry (she meets patients through video calls and such, not face to face) 

Morning coffee is a tradition for them at this point. They cannot drive the bus without having one cup of coffee 

They have two cats still nameless too ://

Ikeshot (lmao moving to my rarepairs so quickly. i mean i originally reserved the van life headcanon for them but i got too obsessed and now i’m writing this list hehe) 

They settled with a sprinter van 

it started just as an idea for their honeymoon to do a road trip around the us, but it ended up being longer than a hundred days of honeymoon and it turns into being their first proper room 

Their shower is built in and it can only fit one person. The bed takes up the whole back space. Their closet is kinda small but they don’t mind bcs Ike mostly lives in Hotshot’s clothes anyways. The kitchen is limited but they have a pullout barbeque at the back of their van, under their bed. Hotshot is a master at barbequing. 

Ike is a translator and interpreter. He also uses his hobby in crocheting to build a small business he makes cardigans :) (credit to @violetwolfraven for that little idea) Hotshot is an accountant. Very boring ik but i have a headcanon he’s good with numbers so that’s cool (well idk i feel like he’s good with math and economics) 

Bringing the playstation has always been a priority, so they built in a tv. They like to chill in the bed and play together. Mario kart is a ruthless game  

Occasional weird midnight dancing sessions is a tradition 

they have a cat named Sparks and a dog named Lewis. It’s a dalmatian which made Hotshot tempted to name him Spot :) 

*cut to a vicious argument between Spot and Hotshot which was also egged on by Ike and Race* 

Jomike (ok look i love my rarepairs alright pls let me ship in peace) 

They got a sprinter van 

Their kitchen took up most the space bcs mike and jojo are practically professional chefs. When asked to throw down in the kitchen, they will thRO W   D O W N

They even use a teal palette specifically for their kitchen. They have a one person shower but no built in toilet. a fair amount of plants as decoration. in the back of their van, they have a built in pull out dining table and two benches (built under their bed so they’d have to stop and open the back door to have a proper dinner) 

Jojo is a reporter and mike is a computer programmer. Their job requires a proper desk to work on so they just installed a foldable table in between their seats up front. 

their clothes are just stored in cabinets since they share anyways. it leaves a good amount of wall space to play a projector for netflix *cue the soft cuddling in bed* 

breakfast in bed is the most on brand thing for them to do 

they have a cat named Dixeleta. She’s an outdoor cat so they have fun doing outdoor activities together. Hiking, kayaking, etc. 

Sprace 

They live in an old sprinter van Spot got from an old family member

They have the type of bed that can turn into a living room (seats and table etc). They use a foldable shower bcs they want the space. Their kitchen can be extended out with a latch by their sliding door but that’s only when they need to use a stove and oven. Since they’re the type of people that just throws on the closest clothes they can grab they just use cabinets to store their clothes. 

ok i’ve mentioned it before about sprace but i’ll mention it again. They have three cats named Racecat, Spot Clawlon, and Romeow :D all named by race if you’re wondering. 

So Race is a social media manager and Spot is a physician in the telemedicine industry. 

They’re very lazy to constantly look for a coin laundry service. They make a schedule to do the laundry once a week but sometimes they just forget. 

Their first drive of the day will always include karaoke. They can’t tell whether their cats love or hate their singing voice most likely the latter but they’re in denial.

They cuddle each other in bed with their cats. While watching tv, to sleep, or just chilling together. 

Redfinch 

They got a mini bus

They have a built in shower, bathroom, and closet (not sure why since they don’t really care about their clothes all that much) They have a proper kitchen, fit a washing machine and dryer, plus a little seating area with a small table 

They have two big doberman named Zara and Zoey and a cat named Marbles. Pretty outdoor pets so they frequently take them out for hikes and such 

They have a ‘balcony’ on top of their mini bus to chill together. As in all five of them :)

Finch is a music producer and Albert is a photographer and videographer. Albert mostly works with tourist as their personal photographer, but he has land gigs with big companies/people. Finch works with a label that has given him to opportunity to work at home but sometime still need to stop by a studio to meet with artists or other producers. 

Finch only needs space to store his laptop, notebooks, and guitar (but he ends up hanging it on the wall anyways). Albert takes up a whole cabinet for all of his equipment. 

Not Finch waking up at an ungodly hour when a spark of inspiration comes to him, which ends up waking everyone in the bus. *cut to Albert furiously dragging him back to bed*

They installed a tv near their bed for playstation sessions or cuddling throughout a movie

Their driving karaoke is usually accompanied by their dogs which only tortures Marbles. She hides under the blanket to save her ears. smart cat hehe

Snipesmalls (Never wrote anything for them but I do love these girls :))

Sniper takes up most of the closet space, but it doesn’t matter because they share clothes anyways. A built in toilet and shower. Their kitchen has a navy blue theme to it. It was Smalls’ idea. They have a washing machine and dryer and also a proper dining table.

Sniper is a nurse in the telehealth industry (basically just like telemedicine but deals with more than just clinical services) and Smalls is a medical transcriptionist. 

They have an Australian Shepherd named Blue. It’s because of her blue eyes it’s so beautiful :O Blue likes to stick his head out while driving. 

They have a built in tv for their playstation and movies but sometimes they bring out the projector to watch while chilling outside. 

They have done the most traveling. Hopping from the US to Europe and Asia. 

They may like to share clothes but Sniper really likes to be fashionable wherever she goes. “Ok so since we’re planning to go hiking tomorrow, which hat should I use?” “Sniper, we’re hiking up a mountain, not a vogue fashion runway” “And so what if I pretend we are? Use your imagination babe! Now which one?” *sighing*

It is a nightmare to convince Sniper to give away some of their clothes She cries every time her clothes are being given away but gets happy when they go shopping for new ones and it’s the same cycle every time this happens  

They also like to go to music festivals and have picnics together 

Blush 

They live in a mini bus

They rarely buy clothes or give them away plus they share clothes so the closet is pretty small but hella messy because they’re lazy at folding their clothes away. A simple built in shower and also a foldable toilet. The kitchen is pretty equipped because Mush is a master chef. They have a little seating area with a table. Alternating as a working desk and dining table

Mush is a dietitian and Blink is a therapist, both in the telemedicine industry. 

Neither is allowed to drive if they haven’t gotten their morning coffee 

Mush is mostly then one doing the karaoke while Blink drives 

they like to have picnics together

goes to random concerts. it doesn’t need to be a really big artist. they’d simply be happy if they get tickets to any sort of concert. They prefer to see local underground artists to discover more music and such but they sometimes save up to watch big artists too. 

they’ve only been around the us and canada but are planning on going to other countries too 

Belmerttons 

they live in an old school bus 

So buttons is a huge fashionista so there is a proper closet and drawers that are mostly used by himself. A built in bathroom and the door has a mirror per buttons request. they also fit a washing machien and dryer in the bus per buttons request too. Their bed is full of decorative pillows and a few stuffed animals per elmer’s request. Their kitchen is small but does the trick. also has a little seating area with a table 

Buttons is a fashion stylist but also a designer. Elmer is a math tutor for all ages

they love going to different kind of events and festivals. one of the reasons why they wanted to live on the road in the first place 

to get buttons to give away his old clothes, elmer has to assure him it’s for a good cause bcs buttons loves all his clothes. Buttons still get a little sad and pouty when those days come but picks himself up again when elmer offers a disney movie night on the projector with some snacks

oh yes, they bring lots of snacks on the road 

They have a cat. still nameless soz 

the cat is very fluffy and sheds a lot. which is kind of a problem especially on buttons clothes 

“you’re lucky you have a cute face” -buttons while he’s cleaning the fur off his clothes 

Spromeo 

they live in a mini bus but kinda looks like a hippie van (idk how to describe it but it’s a mini bus with a hippie kind of style to it yknow) 

they have two separate areas in the bus. one up front where the driver and passenger seat is. also coupled with a tiny sofa and a table. that’s where they do their work and dine. very comfy and cozy. 

it’s seperated by a thin wooden wall. through the doorway is where the rest of their living quarters are. a bed, small kitchen but fully equipped, a shower, and foldable toilet. instead of a closet, they use a dresser since they don’t really have many clothes anyways 

so specs is a history teacher and tutor for all ages. (he’s a history nerd hehe). Romeo is a photographer and cinematographer. mostly a tourist photographer (kinda like albert yknow) 

specs likes reading history books, but he mostly does his reading on his tablet and laptop to save space. the same for romeo and comics btw 

their bed is full of pillows 

they have a cat named snowy. a lazy indoor cat. but she loves to cuddle with them in bed

they’ve also done some traveling to other countries. mostly neighboring countries but are dreaming of going to places in europe and asia. 

they enjoy doing lots of board games when they’re not driving 

romeo has a ukulele which he constantly uses to serenade to specs. sometimes to snowy but mostly specs

Hey babeee , this event is so exciting ! I’d like a 💘 and a 💗+ bakugou hehe 😉 I’m a 5’3 girl, with brown eyes and brown hair with some highlights haha I’d say I’m petite with small hands and feet, but I got a booty (working out hard for it, with my Greek genes helping😇) . I’m pretty determined , working hard for my goals (with LOTS of procrastination tho) but I get it done, I have hella trust issues and a few close friends, but I love them to bits . I’m also quite foul mouthed, I love football and boys’ stuff like that , I feel they understand me more. i am talking about everything i have done for the au btw, because i’ve done quite a handful of things and honestly i really love all of them--even the doodle ones which rarely happens. anyway, i love this au in general. i think the tale is perfect for them, and i’m happy with the works that i managed to put out most esp this one that’s based on canova’s sculpture of eros and psyche. translating sculpture into digital art was interesting since it was all about converting the weight and structure of the sculpture into the screen and i think i managed to do it imo! i love how brienne looks heavy in his arms, i love how strong jaime looks holding her up and i especially love the way i shaded her dress to mimic the lines that the statue has. all in all, this au slapped and i actually want to do more of it but i have no inspiration right now. 

2. jb as classical art series. 

honestly i never thought that this was going to be a series lol i thought it was just a two time thing, but then i did another one, and then another one, and then another one and now here we are. i love all the pieces that i’ve done for it actually. my favourite thing is that they’re all not direct translations of the original art. there are some aspects that i’ve taken and adapted while also putting my own flair into it. i love the reverse colour scheme with klimt’s kiss and my own rendition of it. the gold being the accent highlight in a field of murky brown/black whereas klimt has the black squares present to emphasis the richness of the gold and yellows. i also like the little thing i did where i put the geometric shapes outside of the subject instead of inside (what he did). i put on the tags that i didnt like how it turned out but i actually like it lol i just didn’t like how long it took me i get too impatient with my art i think. anyway. i love this whole series sm i think all the pieces have their own character, and tbh i always get nervous adding another piece into this just because all the ones that i’ve done has been so well received i don’t want to be a disappointment lool. regardless, i love classical art and i love jb and i love being able to put the two together hehe we love to be self indulgent

3. la belle fleur sauvage commission. 

aka THIS commission that was based from SD’s fic, la belle fleur sauvage. some behind the scenes with that one--that one took me SO long to do, like it was taking longer than i had wanted and i felt very bad and i am forever thankful for sd’s patience 😭😭😭. i really can’t be too mad though since i was working on the third year of my degree, but i still would’ve wanted to finish it sooner than i did. but as for the art itself---i actually love it lol. i always say to zoom in on my stuff to see all the details but i WISH folks would zoom in on that because it’s so big and so intricate. i love how everything turned out; i love how rich the colours are, i love the composition for all three panels, i love how the SKY looked like actually that’s the first time i sat down and painted clouds with that technique and i am so happy and pleased with how it looked im using it for everything LOL, i love jaime’s outfit in the 2nd panel---i actually designed a whole outfit for that and he DOES have his pouches and daggers, etc. stuff that he would have with him if he was a mercenary, but because of the cropping, those details were taken out but it’s THERE. i love the colours and the shading on the 3rd panel. it looks so soft and romantic and it’s everything 😭😭. honestly i didnt know if i was able to finish whole three panels just because of how big the project seemed, but tbqh this piece really pushed me as an artist and im really happy that i had the chance to work on it (-’: 

4. early morning.

this one is a more recent piece and i was thinking post canon jaime/brienne married and either living in casterly rock or evenfall hall. originally the sheets were gonna be red with the gold brocade but i just made it green to make their location more ambiguous. they’re in a castle because of the finery, but which castle i have no idea. anyway i love their faces here in particular--jaime because it’s not often that i draw him old (this is the second time i drew old jaime i think?) and i love how he turned out here. i love how he looks like a silver fox and a dilf and we really do love that for brienne. full disclosure, i have no idea how to draw older folks since i don’t have a lot of practice in that area so im glad my lack of experience doesn’t show lmao. i also love how soft brienne looks here! the little smile on her lips is very sweet, her body language and how relax she seems is very telling abt her confidence in this scene also i think i drew her hands hella well haha. all in all i think it’s a really sweet art! and the full version is not so bad either jaime’s ass was referenced from marble sculptures so you know im aiming for Quality. but i love this headcanon of a younger brienne tiring jaime out, i’ve read a handful fics about it and im happy i can do my own version of it hehe 

5. unravel.

wow we love domesticity. someone said that if you compile all my ns*w art of them together it’s like they haven’t left their bed ever since they got together and you know what? love that for them it’s what they deserve. anyway i chose this one because of how sensual and simple it is. their body language really does all the talking ; jaime’s hand pulling on the ties on her shift, her hand on his hair, how soft and lazy their kiss looks--it’s enough to tell the story me thinks! i just love how simple this whole thing is but it’s very effective. there’s really not much to it besides what you see but that’s really enough.

i am actually very proud of myself with how productive i’ve been. it’s really not often that i get as much drive and energy to post so much art. iirc my art tag is nearly 200 content already (i think it’s 180 ish rn?) and honestly that’s a LOT if you told me ill be making more than 100+ content for jb i would’ve been like nah im too lazy for that lmao. but im really proud of myself this year! i think i pushed myself as an artist and i’ve familiarized myself more with my strengths as well as my weaknesses. i have a clear idea on the areas that i need to work on, and i’ve really gotten more comfortable with being happy with my own pieces and i’m trying not to put myself down more if something doesn’t go the way i want it to. also, i’ve had the opportunity to work with more people this year--so for the people who has commissioned me or IS commissioning me rn--- thank you so much for trusting me with your visions 😭😭 ive never expected to get this kind of reception with my art but i am very grateful for all of it.

and oh gosh, you finished sbr??? ahhh that makes me so happy and so sad at the same time!! it's actually my favorite part along with vento aureo, and don't worry love, i want gyro back too, so you're not alone on that 😖 oh, and all those picrews?? lovely as always!! i love how much creative liberty you all take,, it astounds me!! and it shocks me that you all remember such miniscule details about me,, like the fact that i love the bahamas, ahhhh i'm so flattered by all of it!! i assure you i'm okay, i just have a bad immune system and get sick easily, that's all!! but all of your concern means so much to me, thanks a million 💞 before i got sick, some friends came over since they wanted me to teach them how to ballroom dance for some reason,, it was very sudden but i was happy to do so nonetheless! i haven't danced like that in a long while, so it was quite exciting for me,, i am a dancer after all! i taught them how to do a basic waltz and tango,, they seemed to enjoy it a lot!! i suppose i'm a dance teacher now hehe 💞 oh, and last night, a friend slept over and we spent the night watching different televised comedy shows! stand-up has always held such a special place in my heart,, because when i was very small, i wanted to be a famous comedian for a long period of time,, silly isn't it? (7/10)

i would watch all of these different comedians perform and look up to them as inspirations,, i even wrote a few comedy routines to perform in front of my family when i was 4,, i guess i was really into it! now that i'm older, my aspirations have changed, but i still love to occasionally sit in comedy clubs with a glass of whatever i want, ahhh,, it never gets old ✨ (8/10)

ooh, and my mom and i were finally able to catch the escapee bunny from a while ago!! we brought him back to the garden, and he wouldn't stop following me around! i named him toffee, and he kept trying to jump on me for cuddles,, awaaaa it was so cute!! i can't wait to see him again 🌺 (9/10)

I'm not sure if you would know but when do you think Loki's Main Route will come out?  I just finished Edgar's (🎉👏♥️😍😍) and I'm not sure if I should wait or if I should just play Jonah's route as if there is time.-I am going to guess around the end of Feb. Maybe the 20-22 since the new bonus stories end around that time XD Might be a few days before, but all the bonus stories will be released before the route is released I'm sure. OH! You can start a new route! Ikerev allows you to switch routes for free and it saves you spot on the old route! So whenever you want to go back, you don’t have to start all over again. I hope that helps!

E.g. kisses them to make them stop saying something; angry kisses (no consent...) -  These are prompts and not stories, so extrapolating saying its non-consensual is of your own imagination. “Angry kisses,” and “Stopping someone one from saying something with a kiss,” can be written a thousand different ways. Many of the prompts here have hundreds of different scenarios to be written around. However, If I write something, that is dub/con or non/con it will be tagged at the beginning of the fic so you can freely skip over it. :)
