5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I used to reply to every comment, but now my replies are more sporadic. This is due to a combination of being very busy and not always having the energy to fight my social anxiety. I don't feel guilty about it, nor do I mind if others don't reply to my comments or reply after a long time -- this is a hobby, we've all got lives.
6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?
Never Satisfied -- mind the tags please. Alternately, Struck.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
My stuff usually has happy endings, but the happiest narrator is probably the Vagabond Girl in Hearth-Cakes.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
Rarely! It's been from people who are ticked off that I wrote m/m smut, or that I wrote a kink they find depressing.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
I do. Many kinds.
10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Not to my knowledge!
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Someone asked to translate a short Miles/Walrider Outlast fic of mine into Korean, which was exciting and flattering. I gave permission, but I don't know if they ended up translating it.
This is tangential to the question, but MiladyMorningstar on AO3 did an absolutely wonderful podfic of my IZ mail order spouse series: Typical Human Courtship Series [Podfic]
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
No. I am a diva, and I don't think I could do it. The round robin we did for Sav's birthday went well though :-)

ZADR -- it set my tastes as a teenager and does to this day.
15. What's a WIP you want to finish but doubt you ever will?
Worst Man :( I have an outline and like 4k-ish but idk.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?
OK, I actually have strong feelings about this. Unless the fic takes place in two languages, canon does the interrupting other-language thing and you're mimicking it, or there's some other important reason (aesthetic, personal, logistical, etc.), "He informed them in Spanish that the goose had escaped" or "Leia and the space bank robber carried on a furious conversation in Huttese" works better than inserting a block of non-English dialogue into the text.
Additionally, I hate the way it looks when non-English words are italicized in description or dialogue. Thus, I don't do it. If a character routinely uses slang, terms of endearment, or other expressions not in English in canon, those are not getting italicized in my dialogue for that character. Ever!!!!
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Gosh, I think it was Spirited Away... I got ff.net hate for it. I got flamed! People in the Neopets General Chat ("GC") had to counsel me.

oh flowery language for sure. my parents forcing me into that extracurricular english class really shines through when i get to use the sat vocabulary

face in hands. build up. i have the main scenes down on lock but then i have to build the suspense and tension and do all the thingymajigs and doodads before that and i collapse on my face and decompose
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?
i mean if it’s in spanish or mandarin? sure. i’m confident enough in my ability to make those sound natural enough, but any other languages. well. haha. [walks into the ocean never to return]

oh, warriors cats oc fanfiction i wrote at ten years old… where would i be without you
20. Favorite fic you've written?
a hunting dog’s lullaby, by a long shot. it’s the one i worked the hardest on. it’s got some janky spots but i’ve got a net positive outlook on how it turned out. versus the craigslist fic which i made in under two days 😭

In line with the drive to expand TON ecosystem, five new projects have been announced as TON grant winners for Q4, 2023. The announcement is another testament to the growing appeal of TON ecosystem and TON Foundation’s commitment to ecosystem development.
Cutting across different sectors, the recently announced TON grant-winning projects will bring lots of innovation and value to the network. Like recent ones, this positive announcement is expected to have a positive impact on Toncoin price, which is up 5.11% today.
The Five Quality Projects
Carefully selected from a pool of several valuable projects, the five TON grant winners for this quarter collectively demonstrate the global appeal of TON ecosystem and its versatility. Below, we’ll briefly describe each project:
ton.app
This is already the leading marketplace for TON apps and has been making waves within the ecosystem for a while. Among other things, the grant will help the TON App team integrate localization software, which is already in the pipeline. Other planned updates include offering multilingual support and streamlining the translation process. In the ongoing push to make TON ecosystem more inclusive and accessible to a global audience, content will be localized into Russian, Spanish and Indonesian.
QSTN
This project leverages zero-knowledge technology to transform the survey marketplace. With its platform on TON ecosystem, QSTN will enable businesses and organizations to run smooth surveys and reward participants accordingly. It aims to facilitate data-driven interactions between businesses and their customers/users while ensuring data privacy.
Tonkey
This project enables users to securely and efficiently manage multi-signature transactions on TON. It is a state-of-the-art multisig wallet with an excellent user interface and customizable authorization rules. Other projects within the ecosystem are eagerly waiting for its full integration because upon completing a successful audit, it will be vital for all TON Grants and Bounties programs.
TON Tracker
A potential game-changer, TON tracker will enable users to track key performance metrics of TON apps across such sectors as DeFi, NFT and GameFi. It is set to be a valuable resource for the ecosystem, offering real-time updates and comprehensive metrics. In addition to helping developers and investors make informed decisions, it will also enhance transparency.
TON Connect 2.0 for TMA
This is the updated version of TON Connect UI kit for Telegram Mini Apps and it ultimately streamlines user experience. It is built to be a comprehensive communication protocol offering bug fixes, SDK enhancements and a UI upgrade to support Telegram bot wallets, among others.
TON Grants and Bounties Program
TON Foundation is driving innovations in many ways and collaboration is becoming the key instrument. The TON Grants & Bounties program is great for teams and individuals hoping to build the next new thing in crypto or refine existing ideas. It is a platform where innovation meets collaboration.
The TON Ecosystem Map now has various ongoing inspiring projects. Builders are always welcome to join and contribute to the evolving network. They can find detailed guidelines on all projects on GitHub and submit project proposals on a Questbook page.

A Kiss Before You Go to Hell in which Jonah Magnus gets his soul sucked out by his ghost ex. I don’t even dislike him as a character that much, but damn.
6. What’s the fic you’ve written with the happiest ending?
Pride and Joy (it’s finally over, woo) ends on a very hopeful note and a bad joke.
7. Do you write crossovers? If so, what’s the craziest one you’ve written?
Yes, and completely ignoring that my most popular fic is a kinda weird crossover, the silliest one is The Winter Human bar none.
8. Have you ever received hate on a fic?
Not the usual “how dare you write this” hate, but I did delete a JonGerryMichael fic (Blind Spot) that was about 75k words and counting because I not only wrote myself into a corner, but because people were getting really shitty about story choices already made in a “I guessed where this is going incorrectly and now I’m furious you did this instead” manner. Since I was already having trouble figuring out how to end it, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and deleted it instead. I don’t regret it.
Fanfic is my hobby, something I do for fun, and I’ll rip up anything that makes it no longer fun. I came pretty close to deleting Pride and Joy a few times out of spite due to all the “plz update” comments, but I really liked the story and eventually wanted to finish it on my own terms, so it was spared.
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
There’s exactly one (1) explicit story by me that still has my pseud attached. I orphaned it in a fit of pique because someone made fun of the fact it only involves a handjob. I’ve since stopped hanging around fandom/ship specific discord servers and my mental health improved tremendously. Who knows? I might write more smut in the future.
10. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not that I’m aware.
11. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Not that I’m aware.
12. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
I think that’s one of my orphaned works. I wouldn’t mind doing it again.
13. What’s your all-time favorite ship?
Don’t make me choose. It’s more than I have a type, and it’s tall blond ray of sunshine and his moody dark haired lover.
14. What’s a WIP that you want to finish but don’t think you ever will?
Probably Hands-On. I know exactly how it ends but it’s very low on my list of priorities right now.
15. What are your writing strengths?
When I get going I can bang out thousands of words in no time, one chapter after another. Boom, boom, boom.
16. What are your writing weaknesses?
When that moment passes I’ll be unable to write for weeks. Also falling into the trap of bland back and forth dialogue where nothing else is happening. Trying to do better on that.
17. What are your thoughts on writing dialogue in other languages in a fic?
You mean like native Spanish speakers randomly injecting Spanish into their speech to remind you of it? That’s bad.
I try to avoid full-on dialogue in other languages cause Google translate is my only recourse, but I provide a translation if I do and am welcome to corrections from fluent speakers.
Mostly I just say “he said something she didn’t understand” for I am a coward.
18. What’s the first fandom you wrote for?
Chrono Trigger. Good ol’ Icy Brian’s Fan Fiction Archive. I might rewrite that story one of these days for old time’s sake.
19. What’s your favorite fic you’ve written?
I still have a soft spot for Mall Madness since it’s the first thing I ever posted to AO3.
