History 101: What it takes to be a MENTALLY ENSLAVED Harlequin in Your ancestral Land.
Tumblr media
The quote for today is a page from Toyin Falola's book, 'Yoruba Warlords of the 19th Century'. To a lot of Yoruba Muslims. Islam means servitude to Usman Dan Fodio's estate at Sokoto. They indulge in the same idiocy that led to the fall of the great Hausa civilization. Many Yoruba Muslims from Oyo are a dangerously brainwashed set of people that would pose future danger for the preservation of Yorubaland like their ancestors who pledged allegiance to Ilorin and revealed many of the warfare secrets of Oyo. leading to Emir Shitta’s decision to send Jimba. The general of his slave army to Oyo. With the role of confiscating all the Egungun dresses during the reign of Alaafin Amodo. This Egungun mysticism is the secret behind the expansion of Oyo from a boarder post kingdom into the greatest empire of the lower Niger. It was introduced during the reign of Alaafin Ofinran. This was the time the head of the Egugun mysteries called Alapini was added to the Oyomesi. The throne at Sokoto is the origin of many setbacks to Yoruba country.
Tumblr media
When Salih, popularly known as Alfa Alimi put plans in place to get rid of Afonja and take the throne of his ancestors. He brought warriors who fought the Jihad at Sokoto. Some of them were led by one of his elderly sons. Abdulsalam, the warlord who would later rise politically at Ilorin to become the first Emir. It was from Ilorin that many invasions into Yoruba heartlands led to the mass capture of Yoruba people who were sold into slavery at the coast. One of the cities razed down at this time was Oshogun and one of the future legends captured from this city was Ajayi Crowther. With all the raiding and capture of Yoruba cities, a portion of the captives were sent to Sokoto as tributes to Sultan Belo. After the visit of Clapperton to Sokoto. with the desire of Europe to have a bilateral relationship with the caliphate. Sultan Belo developed a near obsession for Yorubaland. When his emissaries gave him news of the country. He was amazed. In one of his writings, he wrote that. ‘Yaorubaland is an extensive province containing rivers, forests, sands, and mountains….. Also many great and extraordinary things.' At the battle of Otefan, when Ilorin saw the massive army led by Oluewu and Eleduwe of Bariba to meet the Emir in battle, Shita sent a message to Sokoto for help.
Tumblr media
Sultan Belo sent 17 generals from his military base at Rabbah ( the birthplace of Ahmadu Belo, Sadaurna of Sokoto) leading calvary horsemen of close to 100,000 warriors. Thanks to the Military prowess of the Baribas and Oyo warlords, Ilorin was defeated in battle. Ojo Amepo… one of the legendary Kakanfos at Oyo, salvaged the Oyo army and built a coalition army of soldiers from Oyo and Ikoyi. The future great Kakanfo Kurunmi fought under his banner. When he finally fell in battle against the caliphate due to treachery from within, his soldiers dispersed and many of the cities he protected in Yorubaland were evacuated. This was what led to the migration tensions in Yoruba country. the origin of the Ife/Modakeke crisis. Owu/Ibadan tensions. Egba/Ijaye fights and Ibadan/Egba wars. All these tensions resulted from mass migrations from the North, by Yoruba people fleeing from the caliphate. Nigeria today, thorough treachery places the throne of Sokoto as the supreme authority for Islam. This happened during the junta of Babangida. The Kanuri people who are mostly Muslims rejected this. But many Yoruba Muslims. Like the mentally enslaved idiots that they embrace overlords that nearly destroyed their heritage in the name of religion. The cognitive dissonance is why many mentally damaged religious slaves of Abraham do not understand why a man who rates Sokoto above Ife is not fit to rule the Oyo kingdom. Many Hausa people were Muslims when Usman Dan Fodio launched his Jihad. Like the stupid Yoruba people who believe religion over DNA determines brotherhood in nationhood, they fell for a scam and today, they are second-class citizens in their ancestral home. To associate with the very throne that caused so much pain and sorrow to your ancestors in the name of religion is to be a MENTALLY ENSLAVED FOOL. Read the full article

A Sign From The Universe - Daily Psychic & Tarot Reading - January 24th 2023- Day #1
Tumblr media
Subject #1: Manifest More of Less:
The topic of sex may be on your mind or you may just be having more of it than what you know you need with who you know or feel you shouldn't be having it with. You may have someone in your life that you're more than ready to embark on a sexual relationship with. You may like them and possibly want to fall in love them. However you're placing too much importance on sex. Spirit realm is coming with the message that you are identifying too much with sex and how it plays a part in your confidence or in other words the importance you give it in your life. You don't wanna be known as the sex expert or know it all mainly but that's what you're walking toward. You know you want to be known as someone who is enterprising, someone with vision...someone with drive and success financially, spiritually, emotionally, etc. Not someone who can easily be swayed by sex. In other words, you may be in a toxic relationship or dating someone toxic and they know they can get whatever they want from you (which is probably sex) through how good their sex is. Or you may have a history of that and are about to delve into that toxic cycle again. Did your mother...no offense...but did your mother birth you to be manipulated in that way? If you understand where I'm coming from and want to change this sex aura surrounding you, when?
The "Relief & Repair" card came up about this subject. It doesn't have to be painful or uncomfortable, but you need to ask yourself..."Why do I let sex and sex culture have a hold on me like this?" Is it because it masks pain or trauma from your past? Is it because you're programmed with what popular social media, tv and popular music want you to be concerned about? You should ask yourself. No one is saying don't have sex. But love, sex is powerful. It can really hold you back when you do it with those you don't really love or feel you'll be with forever. It's all a learning lesson however the confidence you get in bed, spirit is advising you to seek that confidence within yourself. That can take time and you may not know where to start. That's understandable. Just sit, calm down, and slowly think things through and reflect. This could be your weekly meditation.
Subject #2 - You're Grand Idea of a High Will
You have the support you need from the higher realms to take the time to develop your huge, long term, grand idea. This time around you have a daring nature towards this huge plan. You've been here before with this idea. You put it to the side because of things not manifesting the way you wanted them to. Some of you may have even got over confident about this idea in the past and ended up flat on your face. This could be because you weren't healthy enough or spiritually developed enough. It could also be that you weren't knowledgable enough or had too much going on. However today the idea is in your mind now more than before and you're ready to see it through. The spirit realm's advice is "Divine Perfection". That's the card that came up. Rest, time, planning, making sure you're not doing anything unless you feel good are all ways to see this come out perfect....or in other words beyond what you're probably thinking it will end up being like (due to programming of course).
You're gonna need to take a spiritual approach with this plan. You are a spirit so live and manifest this grand idea based on spiritual principles. Don't get caught up in schemes and gimmicks. You will just cheat yourself. This plan is about a higher will. This isn't just a new fast food joint where you don't mind slowly poisoning your clientele. So don't give your lifestyle, marketing, sales, love life, management, etc schemey investments. You know what it takes for your business to be successful. If you're going to learn how to grow this plan, learn from spiritually minded sources first. You may find they have just the information you're looking for.
In order for this to work you've got to have unconditional trust in yourself. Do you? You've got to have unconditional trust in your spirit guides and your ancestors to bring the power from on high (vibration) into your reality. The "Unconditional Trust" card came up. The clarity card for this card was "She Shall Always Prevail".
Subject #3 - Hold on There
This message came with the first card being "Acceptance". Your spirit guides want you to know that things don't happen over night and you're stubborn in accepting that. It's time for accepting this if you want this big idea you have to manifest without blockages. Quality over Quantity. In this case the quantity is about how little bit of time it will take and how you're choosing that (possibly for the sake of bragging rights) over quality.
Your spirit guides are saying that if you rush you will see some success but rushing this could potentially mean you put this off and make something else a priority. The potential is definitely there. This message came from the "Grace for the Grand Gesture" card. Your spirit guides will grant your wish because you tried. That's about it though. They support your decision. So what do you decide? Do you decide to be patient, learn new skills, read, research, practice, study? Or do you decide to again, treat it like junk food and try the quick fix route. No offense but, it's not worth it.
Our ancestors built monuments, cathedrals, castles and temples. Sometimes these buildings took decades to finish it. What if they rushed? Would we even know they existed? You need to realize that if you get burnt out trying to rush things (for whatever reason), you're putting all of that energy into the universe to come right back to you. You have power, and that power manifests things. Take your time so you don't over work yourself may be what you need to read. Or you may need to hear that your success story will be uniquely yours and you will have your time. Others just may not be fully aligned with what they want to do and need to heal themselves first before they can go at this "Higher Will" but are rushing.

DOES HE DESERVE THIS HONOUR?😳 Yoruba Oba Finally Reveals Why He Gave Ghetto Superstar Portable A Chieftaincy Title. Says, He Is Respectful & Well Mannered.. Portable Is Now A Chief In Yoruba Land. .......... The Onitigbo of Tigbo-Ilu Land, in Ota, Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area of Ogun State, Olabode Thomas-Fagbayi, has justified why he conferred a chieftaincy title on the controversial singer, Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable. On Monday, August 22, Portable took to his social media handles to announce his new title as the Amuludun of Tigbo Awori land. He shared photos of himself at the ceremony where he was decorated with the chieftaincy title. Shortly after posting the photos, some Nigerians accused the monarch of collecting bribe to bestow the honor on Portable who they said was unbefitting of any title. However, in a chat with newsmen, the monarch said he never knew the famous artist until recently and that he bestowed the title on him because he is respectful. “I visited a school in my domain where I have gotten a report of misbehaviour among the pupils and students of the school. So, I went to the school to talk briefly with them. It was there that I was told that somebody called Portable was passing through my domain and was throwing money at people, and in the process, many got injured. Because of that, I summoned him to my palace, and he came twice, but I wasn’t at the palace when he came. So, one day, I was walking on the road, and I saw him driving; I called for him, and he immediately came with his boys, and they all prostrated on the road.”he said. The monarch also mentioned that the singer has his roots in Tigbo town and is well behaved. “His mum is from Tigbo, and he too lives here; he presented himself as a responsible person, and we take him as that. Some people might have reservations about him, but even at that, he is our son.”he said. The monarch added that the singer had also shown readiness to be part of the celebration of ‘Tigbo day. Yoruba Celebrity Toyin Lawani Reveals How Her Own Uncle Forcefully Entered Inside "Her London" When She Was Just 15 Years Old. They Tied Her Legs, Poured Liquid, It's Painful ........ Serial entrepreneur, entertainment celebrity and screen goddess, Toyin Lawani of the famed Tiannah Empire has revealed some shocking details about her life. In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the Real Housewives of Lagos star said she left home at a young age as a result of an unsavoury experience. “When I was 15, I got raped by one of my uncles. It was so bad for me. I couldn’t tell my mum. Do you know when someone bullies you to the extent that you can’t talk? I opened up to one of my aunties, and she took me to Ibadan where they tried to get rid of the pregnancy. The pregnancy was about five months already because I didn’t tell anyone. It was around that time that I was to get admission to UNILAG. My mum was on the phone asking me why I wasn’t back from the holiday at my grandma’s place, I didn’t know what to tell her so I fainted. When she came back, because she was in Hong Kong at that time, the doctor told her. She couldn’t take it, because I was so young and because the person was so close to the family. Who I was, and where I have been, has shaped me into who I am today. I can take a loss, and stand up straight in front of you and I won’t show you weakness,” she narrated. “I grew up in a kind of family where there is a way you are expected to behave. They will tie my hands and legs, pour water on my body, to beat me if I mess up. My dad, my mum, and my grandma used to correct me then. I’ll look them in the eyes and tell them ‘I can do this, without you’. I’ll literally live in people’s houses (with friends) when I leave home. I had no one. I am from a prestigious family in Ibadan and I was trying to find my way”, she added. She also revealed more shocking experiences of her life, including losing a baby and her travails in romantic relationships and business. #Repost @ife_yoruba (@get_repost) ・・・ 3. The Non-Gendered Yoruba Culture Oyewumi (2004: 5-7) is of the opinion that the traditional Yoruba family is non-gendered because kinship roles and categories are not gender-differentiated.. According to her, the word ẹ̀gbọ́n refers to the older sibling and àbúrò to the younger sibling. The word, ọmọ, according to her, is best translated as offspring. With regards to the categories ‘husband’ and ‘wife’, ọkọ, which is usually glossed as the English husband is non-gender-specific because it encompasses both male and female. Ìyàwó, glossed as wife in English, refers to in-marrying females. The distinction between ọkọ and ìyàwó is not one of gender. It is based on lineage, which distinguishes between those who are birth members of the family and those who enter by marriage. The differentiation expresses a hierarchy in which the ọkọ position is superior to the ìyàwó. The hierarchy is not a gender hierarchy because even male ọkọ are superior to the female ìyàwó. In the same way, the category of ìyàwó includes both men and women. Devotees of the Orisa (deities), for example, are called ìyàwó Òrìṣà irrespective of their biological sex. ____________________ Even in grammar, where languages such as English clearly distinguish genders and mark them with such pronouns as ‘he’ or ‘she’ or ‘it’ as in (i) She went there for a female (ii) He went there for a male and (iii) It went there for non-human, Yoruba uses the pronoun ‘ó’ for each of them. Thus, the three sentences will be translated as Ó lọ (Oyewumi 1997: 33). _____________________ Among the Ondo-Yoruba, according to Ashcraft-Eason (1993: 92), Pupupu was said to be a female ruler who established the Ondo royal dynasty, probably in the ninth century. although the Ifẹ, Ọyọ and some other Yoruba hold their versions of the Ọ̀bàtálá-Odùduwà myth that Odùduwà was male, a feminine persona of this deity (Odùduwà) was significant in the mytho-history of the ondo-Yoruba . #yoruba #nigerian #nigeria #naija #omoyoruba #eledumare #lagos #ibadan #oyo #asoebi #ekiti #lasgidi #ondo #yorubaculture #ileife #ifa #oriki #asa #genderdynamic #nongendered #orisa
