Welcome to music,
where hearts explode
within our ears.
Almost supernovae;
beats from other spheres.
Harmony blues,
allegedly writing feelings.
You think I'm writing clues.
I think I'm priming ceilings.
One man's shoes is one man's save.
One man's treasure,
is another's grave.
1. Close your eyes. Keeping your eyes closed will help avoid visual distractions nearby and allow better focus.
2. Release all the air in your lungs. Push hard to get the stale air out from the bottom of your lungs.
3. Inhale for a count of four. You will take this breath through your nose.
4. Hold that breath for a count of seven. You will count this in your head. You don’t need a stopwatch.
5. Exhale through your mouth for a count of eight. Slowly and with control, exhale for twice as long as you inhaled. Be sure to empty your lungs of all air once again.
6. Repeat three to five times. It’s also best to do this regularly, at least twice a day, so it becomes more of an automatic solution.
He waits for me like The Reaper.
He waits for the perfect moment.
I climb up just to fall steeper.
He waits for me like The Reaper.
He wishes time could be cheaper.
Nonetheless, it's time greatly spent.
He waits for me like The Reaper.
He waits for the perfect moment.
