Spider-Gwen Sunshine Tea

1 oz Gin

2 oz Vodka

1/2 oz raspberry and apple syrup

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz butterfly pea flower tea

Brew tea and chill. Pour apple and raspberry syrup into bottom of a tall glass. Fill glass with ice. Shake gin, vodka, and lemon juice over ice and pour over back of spoon into glass. Layer tea on top.

2 Oz Bourbon

Coke

1/2 oz grenadine

Egg white

Lemon/Lime soda

Shake Malibu, lemon syrup, grenadine, and egg white over ice. Pour into a champagne croup and top up with soda.

1.5oz gin

0.75oz Galliano

0.75oz blue curacao

Lemonade to top

Combine all ingredients but the lemonade in an ice-filled mixing glass and stir vigorously until well mixed and chilled.  Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice and top with lemonade.

Iron Patriot (for Iron Man 3)

2oz white rum

1oz lime juice

0.5oz grenadine

0.5oz egg white*

Orange slice

Maraschino cherry

Add all liquid ingredients to an empty mixing glass and dry shake to froth the egg whites.  Add ice and shake again until chilled.  Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with the fruit.

*For the non-love of Salmonella, please use pasteurized egg whites, not the raw stuff.  It works just as well in my experience, I swear!

0.5oz sweet vermouth

0.5oz maraschino liqueur

Quantum Dragon Fruit Margarita

2 oz Tequila

1/2 oz Blue Curaçao

2 oz lime juice

1 oz dragon fruit syrup

Chunks of red and white dragon fruit

Rim glass with blue salt. Layer red and white dragon fruit in bottom of glass. Shake lime juice and dragon fruit syrup over fruit. Shake tequila and blue Curaçao and layer on top.

Lucky Dog's Pizza

From the Avengers Campus Cookbook

I cannot tell you the joy I feel that they tried to make a dog themed pizza based on Lucky the Pizza Dog. It standard meat pizza. Tomato base, ham, bacon, pepperoni (I used vegan mock versions as my family is mostly made of vegetarians). But then because dogs like peanut butter, it has a peanut butter swirl. I was sceptical to say the least. Turns out peanut butter is good in pizza. Who knew? Off to pizza jail for me.
