Continually growing in my artist realm/field. I usedta be so nervous about continually jumping around in the artist world, until I realized I am an artist. I can go into any medium and figure how to enjoy it. It is extra dope when others can feel the same vibe.

with the rise of social media, young artists think its necessary to have polished, professional looking art accounts with a singular style rather than explore different mediums and painting styles. its become more about curating a cyber account than actually broadening your horizon which leads to young artists burning out from follower counts and online persona image making before they’ve even found the element of joy in art.

Just saw “My Hero Academia: Two Heroes,” and all I can say is “Wow...” No spoilers from me.. but man, that movie went “Ultra and beyond.” All you gotta do is watch the trailer - - https://youtu.be/ZZDhB1A24t0

Not only was the animation done so superb, but the story really added a nice touch to the show. (I know there is the Manga, but I have not read it, and I apologize to anyone who is reading this for my lack of knowledge for the full story). But with the story from what the trailer shows you, they are all on an Island, where a group of villains take over, and now it is up to them (All Might, Midoriya, and crew) to stop the villains.

For this special adaptation, you can really see growth from the characters. From the first episode, to this Movie, to the where we are at in the show right now... (Sorry Rant Ahead)

When I first saw “My Hero Academia,” I was skeptical at first. I honestly haven’t engulfed myself into the culture of Anime at that level, what level you may ask? Well the one where you look ok for new shows. All the ones I watched ended, and the only reason I started watching Anime again was because of Dragonball Super starting up back on July 5th, 2015 (Japan)/ July 4th, 2015 (America).

Before that, I was rewatching older stuff (Shows & Movies), like Ruroni Kenshin, DB, DBZ, Gundam Wing, Ichiko & Hachnin, Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis, Samurai Champloo, Kill la Kill, Akira, Grave of Fireflies, Studio Ghibili, The boy and the beast, Sword of the Stranger, Tenchi Muyo, Yu Yu Hakusho, Afro Samurai, and more..

But there was a point where I stopped watching, because life caught up to me. I lost all my friends that was into it. I lost my friends, who I was working with, and I got super depressed, until one day, I snapped out of it and began rebuilding myself.. I then had a friend who suggested One Punch Man to me. I loved that show, then I dug deeper again into finding new shows, like Mob Psycho 100, and and others, and then stuff I never seen but heard of, like, Bleach, Code Geiss, and SAO (Sword Art Online).

But then I stumbled upon “My Hero Academia” on KissAnime. Like I said, I was skeptical at first, but fell in love so fast. From the Quirkless Deku (Miroriya/Protagonist), who gets bullied and still gets told/can become a Hero, by his Hero “All Might.” All the comedy of growing up with super powers, to the perverted characters, strong narratives, powerful heroines, easy to follow storyline, and lessons that are taught to young heroes. Now here we are, you reading this and me feeling like I needed to write about my experience and appreciation for Kohei Horikoshi (Creator), for creating something that I, and many others cherish.

Outside all that, All I can say is that this was really effin good..

Idiosyncrasy - 1) a characteristic, habit, mannerism, or the like, that is peculiar to an individual. 2) the physical constitution peculiar to an individual. So, I really enjoy just making art, in every sense of the word. Enjoying the process of it, the many different ways you get to approach a solution, the colors, and the imagination just going off. This is very simple to what I can do normally, but it this was something fun. This is all me, I do see the world like this. I hope all of you can enjoy what I have created.

My Journey to EDC 2017.. 

June 14th, 2017 was when I actually realized that I am 30 hours away from attending my first EDC. Sitting at the airport, thinking about what 1st time in Las Vegas will be like, I did not know what to expect.   Then wham, here I am 27 years old in Sin City, with a couple outfits, no more than $800 in my pocket, a GoPro, a 360fly Camera, an idea of what I am going to see, and one pair of shoes. Alongside my cousins, we were ready to run through the city and reek havoc like any persons 1st time in Vegas, EDC, and awaiting a lifetime of memories all in one 5 day weekend. So sit back and watch the visuals shot by Daniel Zapien, while listening to the Musical production composed by Travis Hatfield aka INDO.
