“Shit, shit, fuck!” Kyril groaned, his hands in his already messy hair as he stared at the picture in front of him and then he glanced at the camera with a grimace. “Okay, please let me explain guys? Yeah, okay, that’s me in the picture, but I was like, I don’t know, eleven or something?” he snorted and shook his head, before shrugging. “It’s a Halloween picture my mom absolutely wanted to take, and I wasn’t even able to say no, because my excitement level at that age when Dad finally said I could dress up as whatever I wanted, was way too high.

“And yeah, okay, I’m an Eevee. So what?” he puffed out his cheeks, a dark blush staining them, and he looked away, embarrassed beyond belief. “I was way into Pokemon at that age, kind of still am, but back then, I was obsessed with Eevee and it’s evolutions, so you can’t really blame me.”

The blush became darker when he glanced back at the picture, finally taking note of the background and he barely managed to clear his throat of the lump, before squeaking out, “And just so we’re clear? That’s not my bedroom! It’s not even the house we lived in back then. That was my friend’s room, uhm, Kayla. She was all into pink when she was little, so... yeah, I don’t even know.”

Scrubbing his hands over his face, he sighed and shook his head, “Uh, gotta go, but uh, stay awesome okay?” The blush was still vibrant just before the screen went black and he logged off the camera.

Kyril laughed as he noticed the little message on his blog and he grinned, shaking his head. “I’m not entirely sure what that’s supposed to mean, dude, but uh,” he snickered and held up his hands like a dog would when begging, and he barked, before all but collapsing out of his chair in laughter. “Woof woof to you too, man!” was heard from under the desk as Kyril continued to laugh, out of the screen.

Sick Day

(1/ Original ‘Verse)

“Rise and shine my love!” Reaver’s voice carried through the large room as he pulled open the curtains, sunlight shining brightly onto the lump curled up in the large king bed. He’d gotten up much earlier, to help with the preparations of the coming Queen Bella and her son Prince James. They wouldn’t be here, though, until next week, but they’d started the preparations early nonetheless, to be ready when they did finally come to Albion.

The lump in the bed barely moved, but Reaver could hear a distinctive groan from under the heavy blanket and he frowned, his curiosity peaked, since he couldn’t even see a single strand of black hair.

“Hiro?” he ventured, walking over to the bed and he reached out to tug the blanket off of the small King. He wondered if maybe Hiro just didn’t want to get up, but something in his gut told him that somehow wasn’t going to be the case.

His gut was proven correct when he managed to pry the blanket from stubborn, but weak hands, and he was met with the pale, shivering, and shameful looking twenty one year old. “R-Reaver...” Hiro greeted, his voice scratchy, which led to a series of poorly kept coughs that hurt Reaver to listen to.

“Oh dear...” Reaver reached out and pressed his hand against his lover’s forehead, grimacing when he felt how warm it was, before pulling back with a weary sigh. “Why didn’t you tell me you weren’t feeling well last night?” the immortal chided, standing up to go back over to the curtains, pulling them closed once more to help relieve the headache poor Hiro no doubt had.

“S-s’rry... din’t wanna bo’der you...” Hiro hid under the blanket when he heard how pathetic his voice was and swallowed hard when he saw Reaver’s glare.

“Don’t do that Hiro. You know it pains me when you are unwell, and this counts towards being unwell, love.” Reaver pinched the bridge of his nose before gathering up a smile and he walked back over to his lover, bending down to place a gentle kiss of Hiro’s forehead. “Get some more rest then, sweetheart,” he said and when Hiro was about to protest, Reaver silenced him with a proper kiss, knowing fully well that he couldn’t catch whatever Hiro had. “No buts, I am fully capable of running in your absence, and you need proper care to regain your strength.”

“B-but...-” Hiro still tried, regardless and Reaver chuckled, shaking his head in slight fond amusement.

“Oh Hiro...” he sighed, brushing back a few strands of Hiro’s hair before standing up and he brushed down his own clothes. “I will send a maid up here with soup- and yes, I’ll make the soup myself, don’t worry,” he said, smirking when he saw the small happy glimmer in Hiro’s eyes, knowing that Hiro had gotten used to- and actually liked- the soup he made when Hiro was still on the run from Logan and the law. “Get some rest, drink plenty of water, eat what is given to you, and you’ll be better before you know it, okay?”

Hiro looked doubtful but after a few seconds and a poorly hid yawn, he nodded, his eyelids drooping slightly even though Reaver knew for a fact he was fighting the urge to go back to sleep.

So Reaver kissed him again, tucking his King back into bed and he smiled, “Sleep well, my love.” he urged and before he was even out the door, Hiro was out like a light.

(~Ask Kyril~)

Kyril lounged in front of his computer, going back and forth between Tumblr and Archive of Our Own until he saw there was a message in his inbox. Perking up, he clicked it, before smirking and raising a single eyebrow in amusement. “Ah, ha!” he laughed, shaking his head, before turning on his camera, and he grinned at the screen.

“To the very lovely Anon, and the first to message me here, allow me to say pleasant greetings to you!” Stretching out in his chair, he hummed and looked a bit in thought, before focusing back on the camera, “And as for, what’s up, I only have one answer for that-

“-nothing much!” he laughed again and shook his head once more. “I’m just sitting here, reading some fanfiction and listening to music. You know how it is. Although, I did just get done talking to some of my friends-” he frowned then, “-cause, you know, we’re all sort of freaking out about our new principal and whatever else. Not that I care, but man,” he groaned and tilted his head back, his hair a mess against the back of the chair, “Mr. Reed so has it out for me, it’s not even funny.

“All because of who my mom and dad are.” he sighed and rubbed at the back of his neck before perking up when he heard a very audible bleep on his computer and he looked back at the screen. “Oh! Sorry dude, gotta go, that’s Nova! Bye!”

A couple of days into the new and final school year for this group of friends and guess who just found out who their new principal is? *snickers*

Albion High, say farewell to Mrs. Millfield and hello to Mr. Logan Reed.

...at least he’s not anyone’s teacher? *grimaces* Yeah, okay, I’d be terrified if he was my principal too. *chuckles* Oh well~

“Don’t know who I am?” The seventeen year old grinned at the camera, leaning back in his chair. “Well then, allow me to introduce myself!” he winked at the screen, before continued. “My name is Kyril Winters, but I’m Ky to my friends.

I’m seventeen years old and the resident heartbreaker at Albion High. Next year I’ll be going to Albion University, like my Mom and Dad. You probably know who they are, right? Hiro Winters and Reaver Benson. Confused? Well, don’t be. I started calling Hiro Mom when I was just a babe, and it stuck, even after I figured out, at the age of five, that he wasn’t really a girl. They won’t tell me the details of my birth, but I figured out that it involved some no name woman that asked to be a surrogate for Mom and Dad.

Anyway, curious as to why I’m here?” Kyril chuckled and looked up at the ceiling for a moment before turning back to the screen. “That’s simple enough I guess. It’s an Ask Me thing, you know- you ask me questions, I answer them, you get to know me better, and everyone is happy!

Just... follow a few rules and have fun, and we won’t have any trouble, okay?” Nodding to himself, he grinned, and leaned forward to type a few things-

-Be respectful to me and to others. -Any question or curiosity is allowed so long as it is appropriate. -Be patient for replies as I do have school, and a thing called life that I like to spend with my friends and family. -And if you have any concerns, just let me know and I’ll take care of them right away!

-before finishing the session up with a final wink. “I look forward to getting to know you guys! Until next time!”

The Sparrow and His Raven

(1/ Sparrow ‘Verse)

Hiro looked down at the ground as he walked, a frown on his face- his glistening blue eyes refusing to lift to watch everyone else he knew in the kingdom fly above his head- his own wings, small and delicate and fragile, like a newborn bird, but broken in their own way, hanging uselessly behind him, hidden under his long coat. It wasn’t often that he felt down like this, and as the crown prince of Albion- second only to his older brother and soon to be King, Logan- he was normally bubbly, endlessly happy and so full of energy.

His weird funk started a week ago, though, when his best friends- Benn, Lexal, Page, Kidd, Elliot, and Elise- all went on a trip without him. Not that they meant to, because he’d been really busy when they made the plans to leave and when they finally did, he couldn’t come with them.

His mother tried cheering him up, with a tiny bit of success, but then his father would come and ruin that progress with long boring talks or another dozen or so chores for Hiro to start on, on his own. His family- though royal- was weird in that sense... and even though they had maids and butlers and the like, they still helped out with the chores when they could- well, his mother, him, and Logan did, because his father was always busy with the duties of being King. Even Logan though, was starting to act too much like their father, becoming cold and distant to both his little brother and his mother.

Hiro was so lost in his thoughts that he didn’t register the soft footsteps of someone sneaking up on him until it was too late. And he squealed and jumped when strong arms grabbed him from behind, turning him to face a grinning Reaver, his black wings glossy and sleek and as beautiful as the man himself. “Rea!” Hiro squawked, a dark blush staining his cheeks, and Reaver laughed, unable to help it, and his wings quivered with his laughter.

“Little Sparrow,” Reaver greeted back, when his laughter finally quelled, and then he took Hiro’s hand in his own and tugged. “Come on, I know what will cheer you up!” he said and even though the man was so much older than Hiro- being an immortal and all that- he could still act more childish than sometimes even Hiro or Benn.

Hiro grinned, his mood brightening a little now as he took in Reaver’s sparkling brown eyes and bright white tooth grin, and he nodded, “Okay,” letting himself be lead by the man towards the gates of the city and even beyond.

“You got it all set up, right?” Hiro asked, bouncing excitedly in his black furred boots- the ones he wears for fall and winter and sometimes spring because they’re that comfortable- grinning at his best friend, Benn Finn.

“Yeah, I did that when I was on my class break, before lunch,” the blonde grinned back, nudging Hiro in the side. “Oh man, you’re gonna love the picture I put up with everything.” he added and Hiro scrunched his nose up slightly, in worry and slightly fond annoyance.

“Oh no... what did you do this time, Benny?” Hiro groaned, but reluctantly resigned himself to finding out when they got back to his and Reaver’s apartment room, when all Benn did was grin toothily at him instead of answering.

Luckily their boyfriends, both Reaver and Lexal, were supposed to be waiting for them- since both Benn and Hiro had to stay behind at school to finish a small early term project that their science teacher just had to assign everyone in their grade. Lexal and Reaver were both lucky they were a grade above them, being twenty while Benn and him were only nineteen.

When they reached the apartment, Hiro opened the door and grinned when he saw Lexal sprawled on the couch and heard Reaver in the small kitchen. “Rea! I’m home!” he hummed and Reaver poked his head from the kitchen doorway, smiling at him before reaching out and pulling him in for a kiss.

“Hey Lex, sorry we’re late,” Benn sighed behind him and Hiro didn’t have to look to know Lexal was pouting at the blonde. The man was like a dog and he never liked to be away from Benn for too long. When Benn had to leave the state last year for a family trip, he was downright miserable without the teen.

“How was your project?” Reaver decided to ask, saving Lexal the trouble when both he and Hiro knew that talking wasn’t exactly on the man’s mind when he instead reached out and dragged Benn onto the couch with him, cuddling him like there was no tomorrow. The sight, distracting him for only a second, made Hiro laugh a little, before he turned back towards Reaver with a smile.

“It was fine, a little tedious, but fine.” Hiro responded, stealing one last kiss before pulling away to drop his backpack by the door and he made his way to the desk and computer that was hunched in the corner of their living room. “Finally, time to see what Benn did to our blog,” Hiro huffed and Benn snorted in return, not entirely paying attention to him though.

Turning on the computer, it didn’t take long for Hiro to pull up a page and go to their Tumblr, where Hiro and Benn had set up an ask blog for their viewers to get to know them. He barked out a laugh, though, when he saw the image in place of the opening statement. It was definitely not what he was expecting- though a blush did manage to crawl its way up his cheeks because of the picture.

It was taken last year on Halloween, at the college party that all the freshmen were having. It was actually one of the more fun nights Hiro had spent in the school with his friends and his boyfriend of eight years- Gods, the years keep passing, it’s almost hard to keep track of exactly when they got together. But what was embarrassing was the fact that all four of them went with a circus theme and while Reaver was the ringmaster and Lexal was the- actually, Hiro didn’t know what Lexal was, but that didn’t matter, not really- both he and Benn went as cats- a lion, for him, and a jaguar, for Benn- and Christ, he forgot how fucking girly they both looked. Not only because Hiro naturally looked feminine, but also because freaking Benn bought him a dress outfit that went with the ears and tail, and Benn actually did dress like a girl, with fake boobs and everything that went with it.

“See?” Benn grinned smugly, “Told you, you were going to love the picture I chose.”

“Gods,” Hiro groaned, huffing out another laugh, “why couldn’t you have picked a more civilized picture of the four of us? We look like girls... regardless of the fact that you actually went as one.” Benn laughed and shrugged, but Hiro decided to drop the subject anyway, especially when Reaver decided to chime in.

“I think you looked sexy in the dress, with the little ears and the tail,” Reaver grinned and Hiro’s blush darkened before he cleared his throat and started scrolling past the picture before reading through some of the information Benn provided, along with their guidelines for the ask blog.

-Anyone can ask any of us anything! Don’t be shy! -Personal questions are fine, so long as they’re not too personal or explicit. (Unless the question is for Reaver, I don’t think that man has any problems with anything, whatsoever.)

Hiro chuckled at that one and shook his head before continuing on.

-Be patient in waiting for replies because we do have school, maybe you’ve heard of it? It’s a little like Hell.

Grinning, Hiro had no idea what to say about that one, but he realized it was just a tiny bit true. Not college being like hell, but about the fact that people were going to have to wait for replies when they couldn’t get to them right away.

-Be respectful to anyone on the blog and especially to myself, Hiro, Lexal, and Reaver. We don’t want to have to report you if you don’t follow the rules. Not to mention, I’m allergic to douche-faces, so I’d appreciate it if you didn’t send me to the hospital, thanks.

Hiro outright laughed at that one and for a moment, everyone stared at him like he was insane, until he read the guideline out loud and added, “Really Benny? Really?” Benn joined him in the laughter while Lexal rolled his eyes and Reaver only chuckled in good nature, amused, no doubt.

-Now have a little fun and stay awesome!

Pleased with what Benn had written down, Hiro typed his own little tidbit underneath- If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to voice those to us and we’ll get them taken care of for you- before saving the post and updating the blog with it. “Perfect,” he said, leaning back in his chair and he smiled when Reaver leaned over his shoulder, looking at the screen before turning his head down to look at Hiro with a smile.

“It looks good, love,” he agreed and Hiro, still grinning, sat up to steal another kiss.

Now, all they had to do was wait. How hard could that be?

Fable Universe’s!

Curious about the universe’s I have created for Fable and the Gang? *grins* Well, here you go then!

-1: The Original Fable Universe, where Hiro is the scorned prince, Logan is his brother and the evil king of Albion, Reaver is Logan’s terrible little minion but is also in a secret relationship with Hiro, and Hiro and his friends try to overthrow Logan to gain his throne and kingdom back! OR- Hiro is already king, Logan is locked in the dungeons, Reaver rules beside Hiro, and everyone lives happily ever after~

-2: The College ‘Verse where everyone is in college and Hiro is in a relationship with Reaver and basically nothing else is really known all that well.

-3: The Half-blood ‘Verse where everyone is part animal and that’s pretty much it. *laughs*

-4: The Little Sparrow ‘Verse where things are kind of hard to explain unless you actually read the story. Apologies... heh.

-5: The Dragon ‘Verse wich is kind of split in three parts: one is introduced in Dragon Fire, where Nalo is a baby dragon Reaver and Hiro rescued. Another is where, in an incomplete and not available story, Hiro finds a wounded mother dragon, takes care of her single hatchling, and gets something called Dragon Fever, which makes him very, very ill. And the third and final in the Dragon ‘Verse is Flyin’ High where dragon racing is basically everything in the world and Hiro wants to become the very best racer in the ‘kingdom’, which might be hard to do with a blind dragon as his mount, but he’s already halfway to proving everyone wrong.

-6: The Sparrow ‘Verse is a newly created Fable Universe where everyone is their own bird species. Ravens, however, like Reaver, are supposed to be extinct because of a war years ago that the immortal had somehow managed to survive. And Sparrows are a special species that tell royalty- like kings and queens, or princes and princess’, not ladies or lords or whatever else. Other character species are to be determined.

Like? Now, typically, the rp will be held in the original verse, but if anyone wants to suggest one of the other verses, so long as others agree, I can probably think of something to play around with, yeah? *smiles*

Characters and their Backgrounds in my Fable Universe!

Want to know about who you’re dealing with? *grins* Then look no further than here! After I post details on characters, here, I will post another thing about my different Fable Universe’s. Okay?

Okay.

-1: Hiro (Aka Sparrow or Hiro Winters) Hiro is often portrayed as a teenage prince or king of Albion. In the original universe, he’s nineteen and has been in a relationship with Reaver since he was sixteen, which started as a completely sexual no strings attached thing, that eventually evolved into something where buried feelings on Reaver’s side came to the surface. In the college verse, he is the same age, but most details other than his relationship with Reaver and his relationship with his friends are unknown as of yet. In the half-blood verse, he is portrayed as a black rabbit.

-2: Reaver (Aka Reaver Benson) Reaver is an immortal that is unknown in age, and the only significance with this is when, in Little Sparrow, Reaver gives up his immortality for Hiro. His age, though, in the college verse is twenty years old. In the half-blood verse, he is portrayed as a brown cat with a complete obsession with Hiro. It’s like Cat and Mouse, only it’s much more playful and loving than that.

-3: Benn Finn (Aka Benny-boy) Benn is Hiro’s best friend in most fics and is portrayed as over protective of the young prince/king. His age is mostly unknown, except in the college verse where is the same age as Hiro. In the half-blood verse, he is portrayed as a golden retriever pup. In most stories he is in a relationship with Lexal, whom I will introduce in a bit.

-4: Logan (Aka Logan Reed) Logan is the evil king and Hiro’s brother in most fics, in which he will never ever be a good character unless I can persuaded by a really good argument, and even then, probably not. In the college verse, Logan is not related to Hiro and is twenty two years of age. In the half-blood verse, his species is unknown as of yet.

-5: Walter (Aka Walter Beck) Walter is Hiro’s mentor in the original verse but in most other verse’s, is around the same age, if not a little older than him. In the half-blood verse, he is portrayed as a badger. He’s usually not very important, but he’s the one character that knows Hiro even better than even Reaver does, as hinted to in Little Sparrow.

-6: Page (Aka Page Cordell) Page is a character not introduced very often and is only introduced when the story line pertains to her involvement. Page is Kidd’s sister and both are the same age; around the same age or older than Hiro, in some cases. In the college verse, Page is mentioned alone for reasons not specified. In the half-blood verse, both Page and Kidd are portrayed as foxes, though her color is redder than her brothers. In the Flyin’ High verse she is in a relationship with Kallik (introductions will be provided soon).

-7: Kidd (Aka Kidd Cordell) Kidd is a character not introduced very often, and is Page’s brother. He is the same age as Page and is often around the same age as Hiro, or older, depending on the story or universe. In the half-blood universe he is portrayed as a brown fox. In the college universe, he is not mentioned because of reasons not specified. He is in a relationship with Elise and Elliot (introductions will be provided soon) in the Flyin’ High verse.

-8: Lexal (Aka Lexal Wolfe) Lexal is Hiro’s best friend in several stories and is often portrayed as the human form of the Dog character in Fable III. He is also portrayed as a shifter, that can shift from human to dog and in Flyin’ High can shift from human to dragon. He is almost always Benn’s boyfriend/mate and if not is mentioned as Benn’s closest friend other than Hiro. In the half-blood verse, he is portrayed as a black and white dog that is sometimes hinted to be more wolf, but is not elaborated further.

-9: Elise and Elliot (Aka Elise and Elliot Stone) These two are not in the original Fable verse but are in the college verse, portrayed as twins but have no relation to Hiro other than the fact that they’re good friends. They are also mentioned in the Flyin’ High verse and in the half-blood verse are both portrayed by cats, each fur color matching their different hair colors (Elliot’s is brown hair and brown fur and Elise’s is blonde hair and blonde fur.) -1: Forgiveness (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9355277/1/Forgiveness) This is the first Reaviro fanfiction that I wrote. It’s based off the game, as are a few of the others. It’s a rather terrible summary, but here: (Summary) In which Reaver and Albion’s prince, Hiro, love each other but are not allowed to show it. Page comes in to the story and tells Hiro that they have to go to Reaver’s mansion to rescue her mates and he readily agrees but things take a turn when they actually get there and Hiro feels like a helpless animal, caged, torn between his love or his friend.

-2: Saving You (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9362855/1/Saving-You) This one has a darker edge to it than the first fanfiction, with rape and mature content. But I assure you, Reaver is not the culprit, but Hiro is the victim, unfortunately. (Summary)  Reaver and Hiro have both liked each other for a very long time, though neither has admitted it to anyone, but that all changes when Logan, being the jackass he was, kidnapped his brother and forced himself upon the younger boy. This has happened six times in total in the last four months and Reaver is determined to find out what has the little Hiro so frightened all of a sudden.

-3: Gay Chicken’s (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9418618/1/Gay-Chicken-s) A fun little one-shot involving an au I have for Reaviro where they’re in college and this involves a game called Gay Chicken. I don’t have a summary for it, but basically the story is what would happen when Reaver and Hiro are reunited in college and play the game?

-4: You’re Mine (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9421360/1/You-re-Mine) A mature story involving a jealous Hiro after he completes an in-game quest.

-5: Target Practice (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9820215/1/Target-Practice) A very tiny and very short fluffy reaviro thingy.

-6: Can I try, Rea? (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9903561/1/Can-I-try-Rea) A mature one-shot involving a cute, shy Hiro wanting to try and top Reaver for once, but (spoiler *winks*) is unable to go through with it. Not that Reaver complains~ It’s also part of the college au, though a bit different than Gay Chicken’s.

-7: Playing Fable (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/9905912/1/Playing-Fable) Another college au where Hiro plays the game and Reaver is amused by it. Honestly, the title is self-explanatory, but Reaver isn’t the one playing it, so… yeah. (Summary)  Reaver finds Hiro playing a game when he comes home and they have a very surprising conversation about it.

-8: Secrets (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10644212/1/Secrets) Another au, but not a college au. It’s also one I’m not sure I’ll ever continue, but the first chapter is still rather cute all on it’s own, I’ll admit. (Summary)  Hiro lost a bet to his friends and he has to go in an old abandoned mansion, where, unbeknownst to them, a demon lives.

-9: Dragon Fire (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11036594/1/Dragon-Fire) Another part in the Zero’s Fanfiction Collection where Hiro has a dragon hidden away and Reaver finally convinces him to show his friends. This is also where Lexal (an original character that is technically actual the in-game dog…) shows up and here’s a tiny thing you need to know: Lexal likes Benn and benn likes Lexal, and even if they’re not technically together together, everyone treats them like a couple. *smiles*

-10: Bewitched (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11710074/1/Bewitched) A little cute one-shot with Reaviro that I wrote because I got bored and wanted to write something for Fable. Basically Hiro’s a dork, but Reaver loves him anyway. *chuckles* (Summary)  Having known Hiro since he was a little kid, Reaver could tell just by looking into his eyes that Hiro was up to no good. And whether or not whatever he was planning was beneficial to the immortal, well, unfortunately Reaver never quite knew that part until after everything had already been done.

-11: It’s a Brand New Year! (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10071893/3/It-s-a-brand-new-year) A collection involving several different pairings, including Jalmont, as I forgot to mention earlier, and Toothcup, as well. It was originally part of a bigger project but… I bit off more than I could chew, as you can see. *smiles sheepishly*

-12: Little Sparrow (https://www.fanfiction.net/s/11843105/1/Little-Sparrow) A Fable chapter fic featuring, of course, Hiro and Reaver, as well as the minor pairing of Lexal and Benn. This was posted a couple of weeks ago, on March 15th, and was completed, though I had already had the chapters written and finished before then, on March 24th. It’s only got one review so far, but I’m hoping to change that… *smiles sheepishly* (Summary)  Hiro is a young prince who struggles with having an older evil brother that has taken over the kingdom, a seemingly unrequited love, and little to no freedom. But when something seemingly impossible happens, binding him to the one he loves, things only go downhill from there when Logan takes advantage of new information and Hiro’s life takes a major turn for the worse. The only question is… can he overcome what happens or will everything become too much for him to handle?
