After a few minutes of self motivational talk got moving! This week a friend of mine lost her husband. He had diabetes and honestly didn’t take care of himself. He didn’t eat the right things and because of that he lost is leg. I like my legs just sayin’ so... If it meant I’d have to change my lifestyle to get and stay healthier I’d do it and did 7 years ago! It doesn’t have to be hard balance and sustainable is why I became a Wellness Coach. Need a hand?
