dear people of the internet,

hello everyone who sees this !!!! im alive :) and i live in japan now..

however i am gonna be in quarantine for the next week or so,, me n my parents cant leave the hotel room at all ( other people have to get food for us ). sadly that means i cant go out for christmas, and i cant go and watch fireworks for new years. but !! someone who lives in a hotel room nearby gifted us cookies + other treats for christmas :))

im very excited for our mini quarantine to end, i miss japan and its nice to be back after 5 years :') hopefully my new highschool will be nice

Thank you ! 🥺🥺💕 And a friend of mine (who is also questioning their gender) helped me find a name that i liked :) We basically just went through a ton of names and asked which one felt better similar to when you go to an optometrist lol. Something about being called by the name Sage makes me very very happy so hopefully i can come out to all of my friends about it soon

dear people of the internet,

Just a mini update on my gender identity, i use she/they/her pronouns and im non-binary i think :) I dont ever use my name when writing these letters but im thinking that the name Sage is 'comfy', so i go by that as of now. I havent told all my friends yet because i worry about how they might feel about it, especially with the new name. None of them are really transphobic i just get nervous over everything lol. They dont use tumblr so i can talk about it all i want here.

They already know about using all pronouns, they just dont know about usuing a new name too. I tried being a a little subtle by changing all of my usernames that have my name in them. I also put "i go by the name sage now" in japanese in one of my bios. They havent noticed it yet / asked about it though.

Im a bit worried about what school is gonna be like but its whatever. They cant really misgender me and if they call me by my previous name then im just not gonna answer them lmao.

Also, i was kinda hating my hair recently because it just "didnt feel right" so i chopped a lot of it off lol. It turned out pretty nice and i like it a lot :)

I'm glad you like your gov honors teacher! I personally don't like when adults make fun of me, it makes me cry ;w; I have also cried about essays, they're probably my least favorite thing about school. I hope your year goes alright!

aaa thank you :) i hope my year goes good for me too lol,, The main reason i was crying over my essays was because i got stuck on one of them and had no idea what to do about it ( and i couldnt ask for help since i didnt know anyone else who has read the same book as me ). Other than that im pretty good at writing essays quickly :)

My gov. teacher is kinda like those teachers who tries to act all cool and be the favorite teacher excpet he actually does it right. However thing i didnt like him doing was when we made me the speaker in a group project because "i looked the most nervous". Everything ended up okay though

It has been one week since school has started for me. For now, its all online. Im pretty okay with online school though, which might (?) be kinda strange. its mostly because i like to sit around at home all day and online school makes me get to do just that. However ny sleep schedule has been awful recently ( 2-4 hours of sleep a night ) so i keep almost falling asleep in class. I combat this by doing things that'll hopefully keep me awake, drawing, eating, watching live streams, texting friends, etc. So far its worked so im glad.

All my teachers are kinda boring except for one, my Gov. Honors teacher. He makes a lot of jokes and often will have short conversations about videos games with us, since he plays a few games on his PS4. He (jokingly) has made fun of me a lot since im very easy to make fun of. So far he has only made fun of me for liking kpop and being a digital artist, but since im going to be joining anime club, im gonna be targeted more. All the other teachers are quite bland...

There was this one thing that happened relating to essays and im still kinda baffled by it. Basically, during summer everyone has to read a book and then write an analysis paper on it, nothing too difficult, just a six paragraph essay. However, since im in ELA honors, i had to read two books. So automatically i assumed that i needed to write two essays. Being a procastinator AND a generally emotional person, i have cried over the stress from these essays on multiple occasions. That is until i found out that 1. they will only be for a participation grade and 2. I ONLY NEEDED TO WRITE ONE ESSAY. So basically, i wasted my time ( and tears ) on two essays that dont actually matter that much... also, i wasnt the only person who made this mistake.

ive recently gotten a new interest and that is the Dream Team (and other MC youtubers). In fact, they have all i've been talking/thinking about for the past week or so. They all make me so so happy i can't even believe it. So, i call them my emotional support youtubers :) since thats pretty much what they are to me. Also, because of them, i've been playing minecraft a lot more lately and have been learning tricks to help me get better. i've even tried some speedrunning myself. I'm still not good but its the best ive ever done my entire life.

However, one thing that saddens me is how much toxic stuff happens. i get that every fandom has toxic fans but these are real people :(. They dont deserve to be harassed or doxxed or bullied. people are so quick to hate on something/someone and its really sad. I think what had hurt me the most was how people would bully BadBoyHalo on his streams and eventually to the point where he started to cry. He doesnt deserve to be treated that way.

Things have been pretty good for me lately. i joined yet another cult and made a lot of friends :). everyone is super nice there and im glad i joined.

also, ive been questioning my gender identity lately. its mostly been back and forth with being cis or maybe non-binary of some sort. i'll figure it out eventually but for now i just tell everyone that i use both she/her and they/them pronouns. since something about using both those pronouns feel 'right'. i havent told my close friends yet but thats okay. im not 100% about things yet so i'll tell them once im sure about my gender identity.

i made my first spell jar today ! It was one for self-love, since i kinda need it rn (but we wont get into that rn). Its been a few hours and i already seem to be feeling better, usually around this time i'd be on my floor sobbing. Idk how long this spell bottle will last but i know that its doing its job well.

I want to make more (since i still have another bottle or two) but im not sure what kind to make. Plus it has to be a really simple one because i dont have many ingredients. Im still in the broom closet after all. I think i'll wait a while until the next spell bottle...

birthday/birthday party in two days,,,many things are going to happen,,, i am afraid but excited because my friends will be here. i know its not good to have people over during quarantine but these people literally never leave the house, idk when was the last time theyve talked to someone (other than family) face to face. so, im pretty sure itll be safe, we have hand sanitizer and stuff if we really feel like being extra careful.

im playing mystic messenger and i am on the second to last day before the party. I've gotten to every chat room without spending a ton of hourglasses (except i missed one on day 3 and didnt spend hourglasses to not miss it) which just proves that i have literally no life.

i think i'll take a short break until my birthday (the 27th) once i finish this route. After that break i'll start 707s route since i got a lot of hourglasses from birthdays and the app crashing. i think during that break ill mentally prepare myself for whatever happens during 707s route. I dont know much about that route but i know that things will get a little sad. please dont spoil anything for me :)

yoosung was my favorite lol. I don't think I ever got very far in that game, but I remember looking up and writing down all the right replys to get the best endings

Zen has always been my favorite, he was the first route i ever did. I also really like 707 but i probably wont be doing his route for a while since i dont have enough hourglasses :/

yeah i write down stuff too, i mostly just research what times each chat room is so i can get to it on time. i only play Mystic Messenger during summer/vacations because i hate missing chats. My hate of missing chats is also why i research what times each chat room is. other than that i try not to search up what replies to send (unless i've already gotten a bad ending and dont know what to do).

ive decided to start playing Mystic Messenger again (this is a coincidence but i happened to log back into it on 707s b-day !). And man,,, i forgot how much Mystic Messenger had taken over my life and it still is to this day. Last night (aka 3 AM) i set up around 8 alarms so that i would wake up at 7 AM and not miss the 7 and 8 AM chat rooms. Im currently waiting for the next chat room, the 8 AM one. So yes, the alarms worked and i got 4 hours of sleep :)

I think this time i'll do Yoosung's route. Wish me luck ! :)

For career stuff, i would want to be a famous singer. im not very good with songwriting or singing so its really just a fantasy. I would want to be a famous singer because i think having fans would be nice. now i dont wanna be popular to the point where literally everyone knows my name and i could be cancelled the second i make a mistake, having that many fans would give me so much anxiety. but having a semi-big fangroup would be nice.

If i could transform into an actual person it would probably be the kpop star, Hyuna. i just think shes really pretty,,,

And for any physical animal/thing, id become a frog or an albino raccoon. Frogs are my favorite animal and i just also really really like albino raccoons (i really just like raccoons in general).

i get anywhere from 0-8 hours of sleep per night. it really just depends in how i spend the night. if im not doing anything special i'll probably get 8 hours of sleep. However just remember that i never sleep before midnight, i just wake up generally late. If im high on sugar and texting/calling my friends, i might not get any sleep at all and just stay up.

im actually not the biggest fan of things like that (i get quite flustered, especially if its from a girl because im big gay). however my favorite ones are probably cutie, sweetheart, sunshine, love, and sweetie. so, just the really cute stuff :)

I cant come up with any right now but i also like kinda joke terms of endearment, like really stupid stuff. things that totally would make no sense as terms of endearment but you just use them anyways.

Recently, a friend if mine had been a little insecure about their appearance and was comparing themselves to a few other girls. Since im kinda an 'aggressive supporter', i argued about how she was just as pretty, maybe even prettier, than those she was comparing herself to. She didn't believe it and said "okay i’m gonna think otherwise until you can prove that my unnsnmetrical sloth looking self is prettier than -insert names here-. i don’t wanna hear it". Me being my annoying self, i said "OKAY BET" and made a google slide saying why i think shes prettier and my reasoning behind that. They arent short slides either, there are multiple paragraphs on each slide.

i only worked on the slides for an hour so its not perfect, but im pretty happy with it. it started out semi -serious but then i just started to 'be myself' (or i guess talk like myself), swearing and stuff like that. i like hyping up my friends when they are feeling insecure (and i swear on my grave that ill shower you in compliments if you are feeling a little down)

mines probably mirrors in the dark. im not afraid of the dark or mirrors in general. im specifically afraid/uncomfortable when seeing mirrors in the dark. i can be in pitch black and feel fine or walk into an empty room with a mirror and not be afraid.

its like with the whole 'bloody mary' challenge people used to do, im quite afriad of seeing something that shouldn't be there.

this fear has recently been amplified when my friend looked into a supposedly haunted mirror and saw the bald man with no face and an old woman. i refused to look into the mirror afterwards depsite protecting myself with magic.

im so glad that i dont have any mirrors in my bedroom
