I never know what to say..

This year has been one of the most challenging years of my life.

Watching my family struggle mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, a sight I feel as though I'm all too used to seeing..

The physical labour of the lives we live, day in and day out, never getting a chance to catch our breaths. Never having a moment to process everything we go through in a day, because the next minute could be an emergency.

Moving, not only our family, but an entire sanctuary full of lives that rely on us.

But this year was also something more.

I look back and can't believe that only a year ago I released my first song.

And in that year I've garnered over 10,000 streams across platforms, gained fans from all over the world, was featured in publications, on the radio, on podcasts, blogs, was signed to a record label in my FIRST YEAR! of being in this industry.

I'm eternally grateful to my family, who run Little Oink Bank Pig Sanctuary, who have consistently supported me through a lot of the physical and mental challenges I face, and who encourage my pursuit of music. Who make time for the things that are important to me, because I am important to them.

I'm grateful for all my close friends and family who have reached out to me this year, a year where I struggled to make any kind of contact with anyone at all.

I'm grateful for the amazing opportunity of working with Last Night From Glasgow and all the staff who work so hard to put out quality music with talented artists.

And I'm grateful to everyone who's listened to my music, to the words I had to say and the things I was feeling. I wouldn't be writing this post if it wasn't for you.

This year is finally ending but it marked the beginning of something bigger.

I hope your 2021 is everything you'd never imagine it to be.

My 2020 wasn't.
