Very few people will tell you the real deal about what it takes to survive when you hit rock bottom. Some have never even seen the bottom, a rock, or been between that and a hard place. So there's nothing real they can tell you. Some are too busy trying to keep you as a friend, fan, or customer to tell you the truth. You'll get plenty of rules, niceties, workouts, formulas, and tips on how to set yourself up for more of the same thing you've been getting plenty of all your life. What they won't give you is the healthy dose of #IDGAF that you really need, in addition to the #DIYHeadExtraction which is the only way to receive it. Every state has a service organization that is designed to assist veterans. Mine performed a miracle. 💖 Don't go it alone. Use your advocates, and help them to help you by staying involved in the process, with the best attitude you can muster. 😁 It's okay to ask for help. It's okay to cry. If you didn't see combat, your injuries are still valid. Having trauma, anxiety or other challenges doesn't make you less than anyone else. If you're selfish, stingy, lack integrity or are otherwise sipping on haterid, you will NOT think I'm sweet. Because what I have to say to you, if anything, will sting like the #realitycheck you need and may have never gotten or didn't receive. Dear friends who are new to social media, and entrepreneurship in general, please be yourselves. Do not pay someone who promises to make you rich and famous overnight... Or to get a million followers. They are lying. There are no shortcuts. Hone your skills, perfect your craft and those who are meant to come along side you, follow you, and support you, will. I went to a new place and I met a whole lot of really nice ladies. They were all playing with me, calling me cute and giving me lots of treats (which my human didn't seem to like much). I couldn't figure out why they were being so nice... Suddenly the one I thought was the coolest put me on a cold table and stuck something in my butt. 😳 My human kept saying it was okay, but how could this be okay? Then she kidnapped me and took me away. I can't tell you all the things they did to me. It was all a blur, but there were loud noises and she had this scary thing she kept rubbing against my little paws. I cried for my human, but she never came. The horror!!! Just when I thought it was over, she pulled out a huge sharp thing, bigger than anything I've seen and stuck it in my skin. I was traumatized. I knew I'd never get over it. Surely I'd be scarred for life. Then they gave me more treats and said I was a good girl. So I forgave them. They gave my human a certificate and said I was a very healthy puppy.
