How about someone who was recently turned into a Cybertronian and Team Prime tended to and comforted them? They have a lot of adjusting to do! 👀

TW: A bit of implied disassociation because, holy shit, suddenly you're a giant metal robot and that's kinda hard to wrap your newly non-organic brain around.

Team Prime comforting Reader, who just got turned into a Cybertronian, would include...

Optimus reassures you from the first moment that you have a safe home with Team Prime, should you choose to stay with them. Of course, you do. He makes sure you have the time and space to adjust and be comfortable with your new body before jumping into anything. He's just there if you need him, which some days is more helpful than everyone's else's efforts to offer unsolicited advice right off the bat.

Bumblebee helps you adjust to having wheels by challenging you to races that double as training whenever possible. He is almost certainly going easy on you, but nobody ever tells you as much.

Bulkhead is the first to realize that maybe you just really need a damn hug right now, if only because he's not very good with words. He hugs you and reassured you that it will be okay, and you're amazed how warm and fuzzy you feel afterwards, even though you're fairly sure your new body doesn't actually feel such minute temperature changes.

Ratchet tries to be "comforting" by explaining how your new body works... in detail that goes way, WAY over your head. But eventually, you get him talking about Cybertron's history and culture, and realize that your two species aren't all that different after all, which helps more than an anatomy lesson ever could.

Smokescreen is quick to remind you that you don't have to go back to your boring human school/job/house/whatever. Depending on how much you liked/disliked your old life, this is either incredibly helpful or incredibly irritating. If you get upset with him though, he's quick to apologize, and it's hard not to be comforted by that well-meaning smile and a servo patting your shoulder.

Arcee might somehow be even more protective of you than she is of the humans - she knows what happens when bots overestimate how much they can handle, and she figures that's really easy to do when you go from being a tiny, fragile human to a giant robot. Sometimes it's hard to hear her remind you that you're still mortal, but she means well. "Okay Mom, I get it."

Wheeljack, like Bulkhead, isn't very good with words, but he's also not very good with affection. What he can do, however, is listen. He's there the first time you get frustrated with the rest of the Team - not because they truly did anything wrong, but because being cramped into a tiny base with people you've just met will irritate anyone - and he never breathes a word of what you vented to the others. The Wreckers had their spats too - he knows you'll all be cool at the end of the day.

Oh Primus help Ultra Magnus he doesn't have a comforting servo in his body, but at least he's honest about that. In fact, he's the best bot to go to when you're ready to have things less sugarcoated.

Knock Out doesn't understand what the fuss is about - why would anyone ever want to be a squishy, gross organic when they could be Cybertronian? Humans couldn't turn into cars, for one, and couldn't be polished. He gives you a fresh coat of paint and polish and tells you how much better you look now - it does help, in a way. Being able to pick out new paint makes you feel a little more like your new body is really your body.

But honestly? Your biggest comfort might just be Jack, Miko, and Raf, if only because they will remind you any time you so much as frown just how cool being a giant robot is. And then you remember, yeah, it is pretty cool, actually.

I just learned that they’re making NICK CAGE (no, I don’t mean character with a face somehow based on him, I mean literal Nicolas Cage, being voiced by The Nicolas Cage) survivor in DBD and I CAN’T.

Not only does he have voicelines that he constantly spouts during the game (making him the only survivor able to speak outside the lobby), not only does he say absolutely wild shit ranging between "We're gonna stand up, and we're gonna keep going back to the toy store. You can't take them from us!", “I've been in tougher situations... spelunking!" and "Don't do this to me I'm not a worm." (among others, you can find them on dbd wiki), he also has absolutely wild perks.

With the first one, once you activate it you do a funny knees-high run (yes, this is integral part of the perk, important enough to be mentioned in its description) after which you are sped up and get random effect that ranges between getting a random item, being able to get downed with one hit for a while and straight up screaming (none of which can happen twice in a row).

Second one causes you to scream when you see killer, after which you’re able to see their aura (of killer that you first have to see. And be close enough to most likely be seen. It also notifies the killer of where you are. It’s basically equivalent to tossing a grenade under your own feet to have a momentary wallhack for a person you have to see in the first place) for few seconds with 50% of you screaming again, extending your time slightly more (do you get 50% with second scream? If yes, would it be possible for you to just scream non-stop for a minute?)

Last one is definitely one of the perks I’ve ever seen. It basically allows you to down yourself silently (which doesn’t mean shit cause you always have icons with the current state of all survivors in the corner and seeing someone suddenly dropping when you haven't even seen them yet is pretty ??? ) and while it makes you less detectable, it also let's you get back up by yourself, instantly fully healed with slight speed boost for few seconds. Did I mention that you have to be injured to use it in the first place?

To top it off I need you to realize something:

He’s officially part of this game’s lore.

I repeat if it didn’t sink in yet.

This guy, Nicolas Cage (worldwide known actor and film producer as a character, voiced by Nicolas himself) is CANONICALLY part of Dead By Daylight (game about eldritch-abomination Entity which kidnaps other beings across time and space for it’s eternal spectacle of them killing and being killed, feeding on their emotions) lore now, of which are also deadly sick priestess that lived milenia ago who throws up at you, conjoined twins of which one died decades (yes, it didn't decompose this whole time and yes, the living sibling was walking around with a corpse hanging off of them) before they came back alive, separated themselves from their sibling and ran off, litteral witch (she's a survivor for once), and a k-pop Joker.

Hello it's me again with my thousand questions.

If mc got jumpscared by the characters for some reason and their first instinct would have been to hit/kick the person doing the scare. Who would respect that flight or fight instinct and how would they react about it? (Because I'm literally fight then flight kinda person)

You can totally punch Mori, he'd only laugh. Kazu would respect the instincts but also hitting him is like punching a wall so he'd have to help you wrap your wrist after.

Amir would be very sure to be incredibly dramatic about it. Tells your friends you beat him. Takes pics of any bruises and posts weird traumacore shit on his socials while he giggles about it.

Akello unfortunately probably laughs and teases you for being high strung. Honestly Marcel's in this category too, but just worse because he's very prone to teasing.

Raath would respect the instincts like kazu but also he mightttt throw you when HIS combat response gets set off?? i can see both of you coming around the corner and accidentally attacking each other.

For Oceanic as a whole, what was it like before the mass ascension?

Did you have brands? What was the relationship between you are your citizens, or the ancients in general? How did you feel about the ones that did maintenance on your puppets and cans? What do you think of the decision for them to make you to be able to disconnect from your cans?

<FDM> didn't need repairs all that much. mostly just help with upgrades. the people who helped me with those were really nice...

<BVQT> Similarly to Dew, I rarely required repairs, becoming fully independent in such after preliminary exams showed I was competent enough to not destroy my own body.

<BVQT> Those who repaired us, our teachers and our administrators were mainly one in the same. We were fairly low-maintenance after all.

<TSF> and you took over repairs, basically the second you got your diploma.

<BVQT> I did, yes.

<TSF> there were a couple of guys who came over to help with repairs a lot, before dew came, if quiet was busy with something. they were pretty nice, and, probably knew my can better than i did at the time~

<TSF> i stayed in contact with them for a while, although we weren't exactly "friends" or anything. honestly, i'm pretty sure the main reason we stayed in contact was because of that whole "head incident"...

<WM> Quiette, Gamma und Myselffe all had Brandes based off of our various Hobbyes. I bellief that the Later Multitooles were in factte based on a desiggne by Quiette emselffe, whilste the cloths that were manifactured for myne own brande were based of the things I frequentley woree.

<UPSILON> I wanted a brand, I really did! But the design my dear administrator, may he rest peacefully and with no worries, gave to me was simply not acceptable by the standards of those ad holder... people. It was a dark time, truly.

<FDM> i didn't ever really interact with the people who lived in my city. most of them stopped eating not too long after i was finally built, and the rest grew their own food in fear of... prosecution, i think?

<BVQT> However sad that is it does remind me of something to do with my own ancients.

<BVQT> I recall that some of them believed my voice was soothing. Specifically, a good voice to sing nursery rhymes to children. In the promotion of a campaign meant to instate a law that would forbid parents from starving their children before they were truly affected by the cycle, I was commissioned to sing a small tune made specifically for the event. I still find myself humming it sometimes as it was quite catchy!

<BVQT> Gamma assisted me in that campaign, if I recall correctly. She cared very deeply for her citizens, and they cared for her in kind - I recall her administrator actively sought her out in every reincarnation of themself that was able to, specifically to request to care for her once more.
