Hi Pia! I am new here, but continue on the thread about Hannibal/Will, you said earlier that you uncheck HP fics from the search along with Hannibal, and now I read that "One of my favourite ships ever is Severus/Harry"- And I am fangirling a little bit and surprised because after the other ask thought you hate HP. Could you explain please then why you uncheck it?

Because JK Rowling is a transphobic pile of diarrhea personified, and while Severus/Harry is a favourite ship of mine, I can no longer stand anything HP related.

I still have a few old Severus/Harry fics bookmarked though. I can only read anything written prior to JKR being an openly transphobic piece of shit, and even then, only in very certain moods (literally once every two years). So it's just not worth including it in searches, because the rest of the time knowing she exists makes me incredibly angry and furious and disgusted.

Everyone's Reality

The same prism through which we look inward is the one we project with our consciousness onto the reality each of us lives.

Focusing on a positive mindset is undoubtedly something that requires effort. As you learn from your surroundings, you may also come to know more about yourself in one way or another. Understanding yourself as a being with the abilities to accomplish the projects you set for yourself is greatly helpful if there is truly a mental framework within you. Within this framework, there must always be a balance between who you are, what you want, what you have, and what you need.

At the same time, it is of great benefit to be grateful for what you have. You are still alive, and with a little positivity, it's not difficult to imagine that you can still enjoy many things. Within every human being, there is a clear balance, always between what we want to enjoy and what we want to achieve. In many cases, we prefer to give ourselves only to unconditionally enjoy our closest environment. Truly, there is nothing wrong with this; other types of people focus too much on their achievements, so they don't fully enjoy them.

Every day, we all face terrible dualities that threaten the good deeds of human beings. Free will allows us to enjoy both leisure and work. Some people work to achieve their goals, while others work based on the goals of others. Some people are born into a situation where they will never have to worry about lacking material goods, while others will spend their entire lives worried about having nothing. A positive, selfless, and empathetic mindset towards others would be salvation for countless people. For others, in my opinion, it wouldn't be a waste of money and effort but a way to truly balance some sort of cosmic scale, to assimilate the harm we have done to each other, and to continue towards a much more prosperous development of humanity and our planet.
