i personally use queer (my sexuality is mad complicated and i can’t really find a term that i like. if i were to pick something close i’d say achillean or mlnb/mlm really resonates with me & i love that damn toothpaste flag in part out of spite) & transmasc (i consider myself a trans man for the most part but my relationship with being a Man is complicated by being nd/black etc so transmasc in itself feels right but i also like genderqueer — queer is my favorite tbh)

for darren he’s bi!

gabe is demiromantic demisexual & he’s gay. he kinda learns that he’s these things throughout the story bc he’s like deadass never been attracted to anyone until he and darren start getting close and he doesn’t really know what to do with himself lmao

n is a transman & tbh he hasn’t thought about his sexuality too much cuz he’s married to his ambition 💀 he would definitely say he’s queer but he doesn’t really care too much about defining himself too hard bc until beau he had No Plans of being with anyone romantically or sexually lol. not bc he doesn’t feel that kind of attraction or anything, he’s just been more focused on his career lmao

for darren nah, both his parents (dave & liz) are bi, and olice has some gender fuckery/aspec vibes going on but she doesn’t really have labels for anything yet.

gabe technically no? but he doesn’t really talk to his mom about this type of stuff lol. + being a millennia+ old celestial vampire… sexuality and labels are just cute human concepts to her. it’s different for gabe bc he was born on earth and while not raised like “human” or anything he doesn’t have the same experience as the few other celestials around.

n, definitely yes. his mom is super supportive but he doesn’t talk to his grandparents.

beau doesn’t know his birth family so that’s a complicated question. apart of the larger vampire “family” definitely not lol. in this universe, even being a vampire is a status of being queer so.

for darren it was more straightforward he liked boys growing up and realizing he could like girls was kind of a secondary thing? he’d say it’s cuz of the whole cooties debacle from youth and he took that shit too seriously as a kid, so he never really had girl or femme id-ing people he hung out with until olice came into his life and then after that he realized oh, shit. yeah girls hot also awooga. (not bc of her she’s a sister to him but him realizing oh i can talk to girls and not die, oh they’re hot too)

gabe really didn’t have any type of sexuality awakening until darren lmao like it’s kind of funny. if you asked him before he would say he was aroace bc he didn’t like anyone and even his close friends didn’t spark anything in him. darren was different tho—he flustered him and he liked being around him and Maybe wanted to kiss him? so that’s when he realized he was probably demi instead bbhggh

n was one of those i knew i was queer from birth types so he doesn’t feel like the journey was with his identity, just more getting the curtain to match the drapes—or, getting how he presented outwardly to match his feelings inward. he was one of those athletic tomboys who hated being associated with girl shit, etc but had grandparents who raised him try to force him into that box, which is why he doesn’t talk to them now.

beau is also similar to n; bc being a vampire is inherently queer in their universe (in general too probably but yknow), because he was turned so young (around 5) he’s always felt inherently queer so there wasn’t much of a Journey to figuring himself out in that sense.

when i was younger i never liked being a girl. but i didn’t really think of myself as a boy either? i just thought of myself as “deadname” and that was the extent of everything. i hated being feminine but i didn’t really resonate with being a “boy” because i didn’t like sports and the like. at some point i kind of just accepted that i was a “tomboy” but i still just felt like “deadname” that was my gender lmao. at least up until 8th grade where (2) things happened. (1) i found yaoi and (2) i had a Queer Awakening experience. for the first part i’d been really into japanese anime and shit for a long time but when i discovered yaoi and saw 2 men being able to love each other romantically and sexually it really opened up my worldview. i kinda never thought about having a partner. i’d had people say they liked me before but i just never felt like… into them? but looking back it’s probably bc i knew they saw me as a girl and that’s what i didn’t like i just didnt know that lmao. but seeing yaoi made me subconsciously realize that i would want a partner if it was like That. i didn’t know what That was at the time (the that being, me also being a dude lmao). and the queer awakening was when i was coming back from a school trip and my friend at the time fell asleep on me with her head on my shoulder. and i just remember thinking so so VIVIDLY “omg it’s like i’m her boyfriend” and the idea of it filled me with euphoria?? i tried to think “nah i should be thinking gf bc i’m a girl right?” but my brain rejected that Immediately. after that when i got into tumblr in hs i kind of started learning more about being gender-fluid and so i kind of dabbled in that—bc around that time the friends and gf i had were very like. oh boys suck and shit and i couldn’t just be a boy without feeling some type of way? but i definitely wasn’t Just a girl. i tried to convince myself maybe i wasn’t a boy at all bc i still didn’t feel like i could be one—i still didn’t like boy shit. i liked wearing skirts (at the time), i liked dress up games and feminine shit… so clearly i had to be Partially a girl? so it kept me in the closet for a long bit until i finally was like nah i’m like. just. a dude. a guy. all of this gender shit kind of went hand in hand with my sexuality bc i always hated the insinuation that i was a lesbian (which happened a lot, got called lesbo, my mom kept asking me if i was a lesbian bc i was physically affectionate with my would become hs gf at the time—and i realize now off topic that tbh i wouldn’t have dated her if my mom and her mom and other people weren’t putting pressure on it to be romantic? like friends can hold hands and cuddle for fucks sake Lmao) bc i’m not a girl or a woman lmao. i didn’t really like being bi either bc at the time i thought it was only being attracted to men and women and what about nb people (i’ve learned better now but this was in hs) plus my own gender was up in the air so like???? pan was my go to and i really felt at home in that label for many years. until i think a few years ago where like idk how to explain well but i just realized while i do think women can be pretty and even sexy i’m just not like. attracted to them in the same way that i’m attracted to men or nb people that aren’t femme leaning. so that’s why mlm/mlnb feels right to me? like my partner’s agender for instance lmao, but they’re my self proclaimed goth hibimbo and they tend to dress femme bc they like the fashion so like. it’s not the presentation of femininity that i’m not attracted to? so in that sense i still feel like it’s not quite correct but. words are dumb we move.

Okay, you asked for a lot of them (thank you for being interested!), so I'm gonna try to keep the explanations short so this answer isn't a mile long lol.

Two Big, Blonde, Bearded Himbos Discover They're a Little Queer is a Steve/Thor fic. I don't have much of it written, but the premise is basically that Thor and Steve both think they're straight and discover that they are not. Steve realizes he's feeling some kind of way about Thor's sparkly eyes and freaks, so he goes to Sam and Bucky for help. Meanwhile, Thor figures out that he's not squeezing his gym bro Steve's biceps platonically, so he goes to Valkyrie and Loki for help ("Can you just... wake up one day and realize you're attracted to a man after thinking you were straight for a couple millennia?"). Their friends try to help them get together, and it's really just a bunch of awkward fails and confusion lol. They get together at the end tho. (Also thank you, I'm really super proud of this title 😊)

Peter/Oli - No Bad Decisions is a spin-off of Pride Brought Us to Bad Decisions that takes place during Peter's sophomore year at MIT, when Oli ends up moving in with him, Ned, and MJ. Cue the cute Oli/Peter romance. Idk if I'll ever actually write this one bc I always feel kinda weird about making OCs a main part of a fic, but idk. I really love Oli, and I liked writing Peter like this, so whether it's popular or not, I'll probably end up writing it eventually. I love them. 😅

Nerd Vest is a white denim, cropped vest I bought about a year ago on clearance at my favorite store, and I've been slowly and surely doing nerd shit to it. I'm currently working on some Avengers-themed embroidery along the hem, which is slow-going because I have embroider and denim is thick. I have plans to acquire patches to sew on and pins to pin on it, and if I get really brave, I'll pick up some fabric medium and maybe attempt painting on some designs, but idk about my paint skills, lol.... Nerd Vest!

Bi Pride Skirt is my attempt at crocheting myself a skirt. It's basically like 15 purple panels I plan on joining together with pink and blue, and doing a pink waistband with a blue scalloped hem at the bottom. Idk if that makes any sense for people who don't crochet, but, as usual, I'm making it up as I go along, so idk how to explain it better yet. I only have the purple panels made right now.

Avenger Dolls are little crochet dolls (I think they're technically called amigurumi or something like that?). I found a pattern book and kit thing at Barnes and Noble 2+ years ago, and it only includes like 8 character patterns, but I'm pretty sure the patterns are adaptable for other characters if I dedicate enough brain power to it. So once I've finished the first one (I misunderstood the pattern on the first attempt and the result was 🥴 not great, poor drunk-looking Steve), I'll figure out how to make myself a little set of my favorite little characters.

That’s where she and her brother differed. Diego had always dreamed of greatness, of being able to get anything with a snap of his fingers, of being the next Tony Stark. Tori rather be more like the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, operating in the background but just as intelligent, maybe even more so, than the superheroes in the spotlight. It’s why she got along so well with fellow wallflower, Michelle Jones. Though MJ would say she didn’t really have any friends (probably to seem cool and mysterious), she secretly enjoyed Tori’s company and even sometimes looked forward to when they’d silently sit beside each other again.

Similar to Diego before his sudden personality change, Tori was constantly overlooked. Despite clearly being the smartest of her siblings, she just didn’t stand out as much as them. Her twin Minerva may not have been as smart, but she was far more ambitious than Tori and got a lot more attention because of it. While Minnie’s side of their room was lined with academic trophies and ribbons, Tori kept her side of the room fairly plain, except for the ridiculous amount of computer junk cluttering every available surface. Even her oldest brother, who was probably the dumbest person she’d ever met, got more attention than her, being a big wrestling star that everyone adored. She may not have wanted to be in the spotlight, but she can’t help but feel a little jealous of her siblings. She didn’t need the whole world to have its eyes on her, but it would be nice if her parents paid her attention every now and then.

• it would start with tony rising from the grave and immediately he like sniffs the air and goes “the fuck, the fuck, the fuck is in the air?” he would hunt down a source to view the news and he’d see what happened with peter. after that he’d be like? on a hunt. to (1) find peter and (2) find mysterio/anyone who worked with him and BEAT THEIR COLLECTIVE ASSES

tony, running up to that one man in Holland: hAVE YOU SEEN MY SON? HE’S ABOUT THIS TALL, CLEARLY BI, BUT WE HAVEN’T HAD THE TALK

• everyone spots this one guy who looks like tony stark running around, muttering “what the FUCK where the FUCK is peter what the FUCK is going on” but they all go “is that— nah there’s no way that’s him” and so he’s not found out

• this scene repeats multiple times, with different random citizens (played by celebrities who have been made into memes, such as keanu reeves, john cena, maybe dr. phil idk) and then once with nick fury except he says “there is no FUCKING way that’s tony stark” instead

• in between short, 30s scenes of tony being hella confused and lost and worried and just really really angry at mysterio, you see peter in a deep, moving struggle with how people are treating him now. maybe he goes into hiding. maybe you see him trying to help citizens and they’re like “NO, I don’t trust help from you!” and it’s atrocious

• all while he’s battling the public (they probably stone him when he goes outside, and like no one will sell him groceries or anything, and so one of the main antagonists of the movie is just people and their perception of him), he’s also battling some super villain who is utilizing his vulnerability. the public is backing up the super villain cuz most of them think peter is evil, but the villain reveals to peter their master plan, so peter knows civilians are gonna be hurt if villain gets their way. so even tho everyone is rooting for him to die, he’s fighting the villain

• peter can’t go to school cuz he’s scared people are gonna really try to hurt him. maybe you see him hiding in an alley or something like “idk what to do Mr. Stark. I wish you were here to help me. you always knew what to do” (there is a fleeting scene of tony’s half of the adventure. he is extremely lost and confused and just like screaming at the sky in frustration as peter says this, for irony)

• peter repeatedly references how he wishes tony was there throughout the film and one time as he’s saying it, maybe as he’s losing the final battle or something, tony just sprints into the camera shot, screaming “I FOUND YOU, YOU LITTLE SHIT” and u see peter get tackled by tony (it’s a hug)

• and then, they fight off the villain together, and tony captures footage revealing peter’s “evilness” is fake, and that the villain was the evil one all along, yada yada. then tony posts the footage and sends it to the news and all is well!! there’s a sappy scene about it all being okay again. ned is there, MJ is there, tony and pepper and morgan are there, may is there, all is peachy keen!

1. Who is your favourite character in 2? Oh god, from the whole MCU? Uuuummmmmmmmmmmmm I think Nebula maybe??? errr I dunno it’s hard I’ll just say Nebula

2. Who is your least favourite character in 1? Probably Snoke or Holdo. And maybe Mace Windu too, or at least what he represents as a character idk.

3. What is your favourite chapter of 4? Season 5 when Jake and Amy get married

4. What is your favourite chapter of 5 (so far)? In Archenemies, the gala scene where everyone was dancing and having a good time before everything went to shit. I found the dance between oscar and nova super sweet 

5. Who is your favourite couple in 3? It’s a tie between Joyce x Hopper and Lucas x Max. 

6. Who is your favourite couple in 2? Out of the canon ships, probably MJ x Peter. My favourite out of all the ships tho is Nebula x Mantis, even tho it’s not canon :(

11. How did you become interested in 3? I saw a lot of people talking about how good it is and one day I had nothing else to do so I just watched it

13. Which do you prefer, 1, 2, or 5? This is really hard, I love them all, but I have to go with star wars for nostalgia sake

15. If you could be anyone from 4, who would you be? Probably Rosa Diaz because she’s bi like me and also she’s super badass and has the kind of style I wish i had. 

16. Would a crossover between 3 and 4 work? Um maybe? Actually that would be cool now that I think about it. The kids would be older tho, about as old as the 99, but yeah I guess it could happen. 

17. Pair two characters in 1 who would make an unlikely but strangely okay couple? General Hux and Poe Dameron. I know Hux is “evil” or whatever but honestly they’d make a good team and you cannot convince me otherwise. 

18. Overall, which show has the better storyline, 3 or 5? UMMMMMMMMMM idk this is really hard because they're both so good but if i ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO choose then I guess renegades because Stranger Things is good but it’s kinda lost a lot of the suspense and mystery that the first season had. Renegades seems much more planned and less repetitive. I mean, ST wasn't even meant to go longer than one season originally. Renegades was always planned to be a trilogy. 

19. Which has the better theme music, 2 or 4? MCU, definitely. Sorry B99, your theme is catchy, but it’s nowhere near the level the MCU is at.

Boy big trans! he’s a lil trans boy and he realized fairly young and aunt may was very good and feminist theory and helped him get on blockers and T early and ned knows and is very supportive and better at keeping that a secret than the spiderman thing and he’s just a good happy trans bi boy and he’s my favorite boy in the whole world god damn (i have a theory about web shooters = trans across all spidermans but i’ll make that post eventually never)

Headcanon B: while it may not be realistic it is hilarious

everyone knows. every other student at school knows he is spiderman and they don’t tell him they know but they all do. except flash, who is an oblivious ding dong and don’t know for shit and they all make fun of him for it a lil. but seriously petey it’s a Bit obvious sometimes esp after far from home probably like. how did spiderman go on TWO SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS with yall come on (also the post about SpiderMan’s Patreon kills me every gd time)

Headcanon C: heart-crushing and awful, but fun to inflict on friends

peter has lots of the anxiety and probably at least a bit of the ptsds and especially struggles feeling responsible and sometimes he hears of a crime where someone gets hurt in the city that he wasn’t able to stop and he just breaks down real bad because of it and ned and mj and may support him but he just feels so awful especially especially if it’s a villain he feels wouldnt exist without him being there and he just goes into sensory overload mode and needs Dark Room Quiet Heavy Blanket Time

Headcanon D: unrealistic, but I will disregard canon about it because I reject canon reality and substitute my own.

i know “all avengers characters live in the stark tower and are friends and no issues” isn’t realistic (probably never was, but defs not anymore) but consider: i love it and esp peter’s reactions with everyone.... once he realises steve isn’t the Authority Figure from the gym vids they’re like best depressed buds, bucky’s his awkward uncle who teaches him things, bruce and him are Trans and Science, thor and him have fun wrestlin bc they both Stronk, he’s smarter than tony bc yeah, loki and him have fun times even if he’s sometimes a bit frighten, just like.... they are good friends all and also he invites ned and mj over without telling them and they hang and ned Dies and mj’s like “cool yo” bc she’s the bestest
