My System As Secret Bosses Masterpost!

The time has finally arrived where you finally get to know a little more about me and my System, except their all secret bosses. Welcome to this AU where my headmates are secret bosses that really needs a name. Let's get on with the show, starting with yours truly...

Chapter 1 - Doodle / Eclipse

In Chapter 1, you'd be able to go down to a secret floor of Card Castle where you find an old Puppet Show. The puppets would put on a play of a lost soul who was locked deep within the bowels of the Castle for their misdeeds. You'd talk to the Seam-Swap, get the MoonKey, and unlock the cell where you meet the Shadowed Puppeteer, Eclipse!

Eclipse is the secret boss version of me, Doodle, the headmate who is writing this. That's me. Anyway, I've been described as a very chaotic little creature that usually wrecks plans and does whatever I feel like, which is cranked up to eleven with Eclipse. They were locked up for causing a calamitous event after meeting [Redacted] and now try and get travelers to free them from their prison. Their speech quirk is being really bad at typing, "AAS SHWON HERE." This wouldn't affect Voice Acting though. The fight would use the Red Soul as Eclipse uses Stars, Puppets, Celestial Bodies, and The Moonblade to try and free themself from their prison and begin another calamity!

Chapter 2 - Jackal / Junkal

In the middle of Chapter 2, You'd find yourself face to face with something. . .unexpected. You'd traverse an alleyway and find yourself next a drain, before something crawls out and yells at you to watch her weird tapes. You'd beat her up and she'd set up shop, telling you to find the old set in Queen's Mansion's Basement. After doing the side quests, getting the SpooksKey and Recorded_Tape.MP4, you can go into the basement to fight Junkal!

Junkal is a Secret Boss version of Jackal. Jackal is known in our System as the smart one who's good at writing and writes seven paragraphs to tell someone hello. As a secret boss, she'd be a failed director that was thrown to the curb after her work took a darker and worse turn after she found a weird set of tapes. . . She's a big reference to Internet Horror, more specifically Analog Horror. Her speech quirk is replacing words with Titles / Quotes from Horror Related Media and will fight you as JUNKAL REANIMATED in her Secret Boss Fight.

The Reanimated Body is a reference to Leslie Vernon from the movie Behind the Mask: The Legend of Leslie Vernon, as well as just plain old cool Horror tropes. You'd fight her using the Cyan Soul as she creates horrors beyond comprehension for ONE LAST SCARE...

Chapter Three - Serena / Cacophony

In this Chapter 3 take, you'd find an area that looks to be an old bar. It's completely abandoned but there's a weird sound of voices coming from inside of it. You decide to investigate and find out that someone is still there. She tells you that it's been an awful while since she was up on a stage, hostin' or singin' or just havin' a good time. She tells you to go see if you could get your old pal a bit of air time for one last performance, if it ain't too much. If you really want to fight the weird shark lady, you'll do so, and in turn see that she's at her full power. You rush back to the bar and see that she's. . .unresponsive. She's not moving at all. Only the sound of distant static remains. If you try to leave, something will stop you, as the body raises from the ground to give herself, no, Cacophony one last hell of a performance!

Cacophony is a Secret Boss Version of Serena! Serena's really caring and nice and usually the most sane of our System, so we decided to use that against y'all when we turned her into a Secret Boss. She was an old radio host that mysteriously disappeared after talkin' to someone who said that they could tell her how to network better or make a new FRIEND... yeah, she's got a Friend Inside of her. Their name is Carah and that is all you really need to know about her. Cacophony's speech quirk is that she sometimes emits static or garbage noise or weird codes, along with havin' that good ol' fashion Southern hospitality! You'd fight them with the Green Soul as she...throws sharks at you I guess? I don't know. I think I'll make her "Daughter" a shopkeeper. She's a shark plushie. LOVE HER-

Chapter 4 - Helvetica / HELLvetica

This Chapter 4 take would take place in the church, where you'd find a stray dog- nope that's a demon. It's really mad at you. They tell you to %$! Off or find the pieces of her body or whatever. You don't really know what just happened but you can indeed find them near what appears to be a pentagram near the end of the chapter. If you find the pieces of her "perfect body", then she will start a ritual and fuse with it. They'd then try to kill you and then you'd fight the one and only, HELLvetica!

HELLvetica is what Helvetica would look like as a Secret Boss. She's always cranky and hates people and curses a ton, which is a lot more apparent in this version of them. She was once a curious darkner that found comfort in [Redacted], but soon realized that they would show her every choice, every response, every death, every life, everything that could possibly occur in their world. She snapped and found boredom in her new worldview, when you come along and piss her off. She'd use the Blue Soul in their fight in their absolute. Forme and is a bit of a reference to Hyckris or however you spell it's name. I have completed forgot how. Anyway their voice quirk is that she speaks in all caps but also lowercases random letters sometimes. Also her swears are censored.

Chapter 5? 7? The Chapter in the Bunker - Nyx / eXperiment 20XX (Name pending)

Deep in the Bowels of the abyss, you may just find some records of a long discarded experiment. Though the quest to find out the truth of these may be harrowing, those dedicated to the truth will find it...even if they do not like what they will find.

Nyx. . .is hard to explain. It explains itself as "the embodiment of this body's pure passion and hatred," which should explain a bit about it. It's. . .cold, emotionless, thoughtless really. It only really longs for pain or vengeance and we don't really like to talk about it that much. It's personality is literally unchanged from how it usually is and it's speech quirk will be use of this symbol -> × at the start of every statement and skipping a line after every statement kinda. There's not much else to say about it really.

Hc that the reason Brawl plays generally slower than the other games is because the events of Subspace Emissary screwed with/destabilized the fabric of reality and put many things off track, including tears between dimensions (which is how Snake could become the first 3rd party character followed by Sonic) as well as gravity, which then balanced itself out by the time of Sm4th and Ultimate.

And while we’re at it, the conspicuous undefined canyon area we keep seeing in the following games (like Megaman‘s trailer but also happens to be the exact place Kirby crash-lands after Ultimate) is one of the places that got nuked by the subspace void bombs during SE, leaving a highly unstable reality behind after the void bubble went away. That’s why new characters tend to be near or in it, and how Kirby could escape the thanos-ing of the entire multiverse, because the place technically exists between them.

It's hard to be the only human in a studio full of owls.

[cracks knuckles] okay it's time for some Chloe lore dumping, prepare yourselves.

AHiT Chloe grew up in Alpine, raised by the Nomads. Badge Seller visited throughout her childhood, bringing her and her best friend (young Cooking Cat) gifts from the world below. One day, Badge Seller brought Chloe a camera (camera badge, specifically) and sparked her love of photography, which eventually evolved into film.

After learning about movies, she decided she wanted to make them herself. When she was old enough, she and Cooking Cat departed Alpine together to follow their dreams. Cooking Cat pursued cooking on an island in the distance, while Chloe traveled to Aviali City where the bird population thrived, as did the Annual Bird Movie Awards.

She worked for many years at different studios, never truly taking off in the industry, partly due to her race. Birds... aren't typically fond of humans. Which made it very hard for Chloe to get her foot in the door of the film industry.

Years pass, Dead Bird Studio is bought by Conductor and Grooves, and Chloe catches wind of a job opening there. The two upstart directors are making quick news in the industry, each showing promising talent (one for filmmaking, one for marketing). Chloe would be honored to work there, especially due to her quickly-growing love for The Conductor's films.

A few months after this, Chloe did apply for the job and was miraculously granted the position; she's worked at Dead Bird Studio ever since. She began working for both directors doing small tasks, but quickly climbed up the ladder and gained favor with Conductor for her determination, skill, and work-ethic. Plus, she never really liked working with Grooves—too much glitter.

Skip forward to this art, which takes place after Chloe and Conductor have gotten together. They keep their relationship secret, it's easier for both of them that way, but sometimes it's hard not to notice how often they can be found together... Surely that's just a coincidence, right? Well, the costuming department owls (whom are sort of fangirls themselves) are onto something, and it's not good.

'evil'/anti artstyle meme! inspired by excessive-moisture's post doing this same thing!!! i showed it to my friends and asked them to give out my own art traits and basically a list of things i should not do.

the result is this art style! soft colors, less purples, very round and soft, thin lines + no line weight, no trademark things like how i draw fur and mouths PLUS slightly different desighs to fit the style more! (for example spamton being drawn more like his shop sprite)

i drew several characters i'm known to draw a lot / mean a lot to me just to see them how different they are from when i draw them normally! HURTS to not have an oversaturated drawing, uegugh.... but coloring was the most fun part! i love working with colors! the worst part was the lineart because i got SO BORED. fun challenge anyway!

little explanations on each character under the cut since this is a multifandom + ocs post and i wanna short talk about my silly guys ever (my, what the kids call these days, blorbos,)

since this has multiple characters not everyone may be familiar with, here's a tiny bit of info on everyone

frostbite = my fursona! they're a bat / dragon mix. they're holding a mango! nothing much to say since they're just my sona. me, y'know?

spamton = you know him! it's spamton from deltarune chapter 2 !! he's a shopkeeper and a secret boss in the game where he appears in his 'NEO' form. he's based on scam e-mails and ads!

my freak of a son = toontown corporate clash oc - he's a goopy low baller that i call my son. or rather, toontown version of frostbite and i call him their son. regular frostbite as shown in this image and frostbite are separate. he was made using one of high roller's attacks.

scratch = my deltarune sona and self insert! they're the fourth member of sweet cap'n cakes. they're a dj! they're inspired by cat headphones, soundboards and karaoke machines! they're who this blog is named after :P

high roller = from toontown corporate clash! he is a cog 'manager' who only appears during a yearly event 'april toons'. she is a show host and a fusion of two characters ('dave brubot' and 'buck ruffler'). it's show is also the boss fight you fight when they're around!

cathal = full name cathal ray toby bravecog aka the multislacker, also from toontown corporate clash. he is a manager you can fight in-game after completing a set of 'kudos' tasks. they are the VP's son and are based on crt tvs! they're known for being 'lazy'.

blank = (full name blank b. addison) a deltarune oc for my big deltarune au named datapack au. he is an addison who got corrupted by a swatchling mask - which is a new concept introduced in my au. he used to sell movie related trinkets and was a stand-up comedian.

either helluva boss goes on a long hiatus because Vivzepop spent all the money on some expensive stuff and can’t pay the voice actors and animators to continue the show or she actually do a verbalase and blow all of the money on a secret animation video where her sona gets chased by a fictional character

Here’s a quick rundown on my SBSP sona, Coraline.

After leaving her old town (which was basically filled with other sea monsters who bullied her for being a runt and not being intimidating enough), Coraline moves to Bikini Bottom to start a new life. She at first struggles to find a job because of her species, so she ends up working for Plan.kton because he assumes that with Coraline being a sea monster, she would be perfect for helping to steal the secret formula and hires her on the spot. After getting tricked at first into helping Plan.kton in one of his schemes (which I might draw this out as a little comic so look out for that), Coraline threatens to quit before Plan.kton reminds her that no one else will hire her, so she’s stuck working for him. Krabs sees her as a threat so he’s on high alert while Spo.ngeBob feel bad for the sea monster and want to persuade her to work for them, even though Krabs is against it. Spo.ngeBob and Coraline then keeps finding themselves running into each other in town and kinda have a secret friendship at first because of their bosses’ rivalry. Right away, Spo.ngeBob learns that Coraline has self esteem issues and tries everything to make her comfortable, almost going out of his way to put her needs before his, which bothers Coraline. Coraline quickly realizes that Spo.ngeBob has a habit of putting others first and feels guilty about him helping her so she then steps out of her comfort zone and starts standing up for the sponge when others try to take advantage of him, making her more assertive.

Coraline’s relationship with her boss is difficult because Plan.kton knows Coraline doesn’t want to steal the secret recipe (or hurt Spo.ngebob) but Plan.kton keeps using the sea monster’s naive nature to his advantage, tricking Coraline constantly into his schemes. This only makes things difficult to Coraline and Spo.ngebob because each time the have to confront one another, they have to act like they haven’t been seeing each other in secret behind their bosses’ backs. Squi.dward however finds out.

After awhile both Spo.ngebob and Coraline start to question their friendship because at first they just assumed they’re close friends until they find themselves getting nervous around each other and shy. It then gets to the point where Coraline actively start to avoid the sponge in fear and embarrassment, causing Spo.ngebob to get concerned and worried that he’s doing something wrong.

In the group, Coraline is basically the ‘Gentle Giant/Shrinking Violet’ trope. She gets along the most with Karen, seeing her as an older sister. Overall Coraline see herself as a mistake and struggles to accept herself, which makes her struggle to make friends due to her feeling like she’s not good enough.

I wrote for them to slowly become friends in "What's For Dinner" but I like to play around with the story because I found how open and up for interpretation it is to mean that I can basically make it into whatever I want. My new headcannon could be that Jack's a senile mob boss and Tommy's his secret body hard and he and Ranboo have an antagonistic relationship!

You can take that as foreshadowing or a throwaway line, I'm not sure yet.

So...I made a rule for myself to not make a "Friend Inside Me" Boss. But then I had this idea for a boss based on my sonas because Glitch was posting about their sona as secret bosses so....I'm just gonna forget I said that, here's Jack'ol and FEREND.

I've thought about Jack'ol as some of the contents of the trash can Toriel threw the flowers in, and since one of my main sonas is a Headless Horseman, there were some old ingredients for pumpkin pie. Their lore is that Jack'ol mysteriously disappeared on the day where he was supposed to film the finale of his show so it got canned. But then he just appeared one day like nothing happened and doesn't seem right...the fight would probably use the Green Soul but I don't really know. Hope you like me turning my sonas into cowboyssss

Oh yeah, for anyone who cares, their track names would be: Living Legend (Jack'ol's theme) Something's Rotting...(Song before you fight FEREND) And WALKING DEATH (FEREND Battle Theme)

My DP self insert she works as a secretary for Vlad but she is also a halfa/witch/whatever. Very chill with Team Phantom and even works against her boss when his plans go too far. He can't really fire her because he doesn't know her secret identity and she's the only one who knows how to work the coffee machine.

While I'm not big on the secretary x boss trope i figured it could make a funny arc as my sona slowly tries to get Vlad to be more appreciative and have a sense of wonder. She has a very friendly relationship with ghosts and even visits the Ancestors for sunday dinner.

Age: 26

Occupation: currently helping with secret "buisness" under the guise of the head boss fat tony. Aside from being manipulative and persuasive, I spend my time reading and dreaming. Disguises a lot to keep hidden (and to break fat tony and his gang out of prison, can't be too careful about that). Intelligent enough that I can be trusted to even run second in command when Mr. Tone's away.

Personality: manipulative, persuasive, sly, and cunning. Secretly sensitive and kind-hearted when one hasn't crossed the line.

Good with: pistols, guns, accents, acting, persuasion, defence when needed, and finding middle ground to prevent bad blood when not nessacary.

Bad with: communication from time to time, leg work, running and heavy lifting aint my thing, long range weapons, snipers are an exception though. Dealing with imbeciles like the Springfield police.

Backstory:

Once, always starting with a good dame from the distant australia. She had a loving family and life, and she moved to Springfield, where she changed her name and lived to further study her degree of history. However, sooner or later, good girls always turn bad when shaking hands with the devil. She gained a job at a run-down place, the legitimate businessman's social club. However, she later learnt of the 'business' involving the Mafia. She recognised Springfield's most wanted criminal, fat tony, who ran the whole ring. She offered herself a useful ally to be involved with their schemes. They weren't trusting of her at first, but after she proved it to them, by stating the springfeild police or agents won't be able to track her since her name and allias is hidden, she can also play the part in manipulating their enemies with words and deals. At first, they were quite sceptical of her, thinking she's just some doe eyed dame, but after seeing the way she handled and dealt with their enemies, not stirring bad blood, they came to accept her. She worked with them for some time, after which she grew closer with the gang, almost feeling like family to them. She's once met the simpsons, bonding most with Lisa with her intelligence.

Relationships with the gang;

Fat tony: At first, it took time for her to warm up to him, and then they developed a close bond. He was her boss, and she didn't want to meddle in his business. As soon as she learnt of his soft side, she saw a new side to him. Sooner, she developed romantic feelings for him and kept it to herself. Though she had secret affairs but didn't realise how much she meant to him. They had married in private after some time, to which she retired and settled down with him in his mansion. She retired after 2 years, wanting a more peaceful life (knowing that'll never happen). She lives in his mansion hidden, allowing him to do his business and spend romantic nights with her.

Micheal: she is closer to micheal and then out of anyone in Fat Tonys gang. At first, he was shy, but later, he warmed up to her, and they bonded over his cooking. Even if fat tony doesn't encourage it, Red always spends the time to try what he makes and encourages his passion. She was a mother figure to him.

Legs: he's not exactly a fan, distrusting her; he's protective of his boss and doesn't know if she's lying or telling the truth half the time.

Louie: The two often whilst working together, gamble and play card games when not doing business.

Johnny tightlips: He's the most mysterious to red, saying fewer words than usual and once or twice going against her.

Frankie, the squealer: he ratted Red out more than enough times. She distrusts him. Even when he's in the gang, she's careful enough to be vague and try to outwit him.

Fun facts:

She's good at gambling and polka.

She likes to read quietly.

She formed a closer bond with fat tony and micheal compared to the others.

She studies history and acting.

She is probably the most intelligent in the gang yet not the strongest.

She's good with guns and snipers.

She's very good at deceiving as well.

He doesn't have like a complex backstory or anything

He's just a creature with a popcorn friend who likes visiting and interacting with several universes

He loves goofing off in several like:

- He is a Champion-Level Pokémon Trainer

Yeah inscryption brainrot got me again soooo. I sort of fleshed out the sona/challenger sona idea I had.

It sort of evolved into a crack pot plot where like some nobody somehow got sucked into the game with like the power of the old code but only like half of it and everyone just has to deal with it and try not to worry about the ticking time bomb that is “hey the madness inducing horror code got split in half and we don’t know where the horror half went” is

Maybe I’ll make a proper story out of it, maybe I won’t! Who knows, anyways there’s this poor soul who doesn’t even know coding how did she get here she wants to go home the old people keep fighting this isn’t fun.

Uh anyways yeah general idea is her form would change depending on the state of the game. When it’s in its basic state (act 2) she’s got the challenger look and whoever’s taken over at the time her form reflects this.

Also loose idea of a ‘gameplay mechanic’ since she would still be there if a new challenger appeared to play the game. She just sorta becomes a secret super boss I guess, but otherwise is another secret to get goodies.

Idk I just wanted to have fun designing stuff lol
