"They have a connection... I’ve watched many shows in my life time with actors having “on screen chemistry” But these two rank up there. You feel their genuine love and deep respect for one another. They are passionate about their characters, the script and getting the story right. They understand the importance of “representation” and bringing that as authentically as possible to the screen. Dom and Kat are very respectful to ensure that their love scenes are done with professionalism -and not in any way gratuitous. It’s a love story, and you feel it, down in your soul. These actors have made a friendship that will last a lifetime-and they know it! Hell, we all know it...It’s something very special!"
Perfectly put. I completely agree. I truly haven't seen anything like their level of chemistry since Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Connor.
This level of on-screen chemistry is quite a wonder to witness. 🔥
And as you say, their characters' deep love for one another is translated from the actors' deep friendship with one another. You see and feel the love and respect embedded into their character dynamic so naturally and authentically because it really is. Dom and Kat really truly care for one another in such a way that comes across on-screen as true love. It's exactly the way it is with Lucy and Renee.

I've always been in love with you, could you tell it from the moment that I met you?

What woman can bear a blow from a man, and afterwards return to him with love? . . . as for love,—all that we mean by love when we speak of it and write of it,—a blow given by the defender to the defenceless crushes it all! . . . And as for forgiveness,—it is not the blow that she cannot forgive, but the meanness of spirit that made it possible.
Anthony Trollope, from Can You Forgive Her?

how did i go…
… from being called special
from being called a beautiful human
to a person that needed to be told
“I think it’s best we don’t talk anymore”
did you forget you thought this way about me?
have i really changed that much
since the beginning of this
to its end?
i was loved at one time
and now I’m no longer worthy of it?
how did this happen?
was it all my fault
or was it also yours?
how did this love that I had for you
go from being a gift to
an annoyance?

idk y’all should treat fat men better. and i don’t mean mildly chubby guys i mean honest-to-god love-handles-and-double-chins fat guys. stop calling them shit like discord mods or gross weebs or nasty creeps or neckbeards or that they’re stinky or sweaty or beer bellied or whatever else. fatphobia isn’t cute, even repackaged in a neat little box of “ew men”
