Will forever be mad at how canon absolutely WASTED the potential their sibling dynamics could've had. The Tanizakis? Sure sometimes we get Junichirou going apeshit over Naomi being threatened but. That's it? Beyond that there's only creepy jokes, no normal interactions. The Akutagwas? We see them together ONCE. And Gin's presence in that episode was more of a tool to introduce Katai. Where's the drama? The worry? They're both front liners for a strong and dangerous organisation. Hell Akutagawa almost died fighting Atsushi. Granted we didn't know at that point and Gin does swoop in to save him. Never do we see them talk after that episode.

Like look at BEAST. They did such a good job with it. Gin's an actual person too.

Imagine the parallels we could've had. How one pair interacts because they were brought up in the mafia compared to the other getting to live in a normal(ish) environment.

Maybe that wouldn't work so well given Noami's a non combatant but ugghhh.

Bsd characters i hc as different types of goth but i am absolutely right and this is all canon!!!

-Gin: she's a mallgoth, but at home alone she just dresses in a plain black t-shirt and call it a day, while when she's out with aku she often wears dark dresses with lace

-BRAM: if he was a normal person he probably would dress like your average middle aged teacher but since he is a vampire king he wants to Slay that vampire prince looks

-poe: no explanation needed. (he actually covers one eye because he can't do the eyeliner right)

-rimbaud: used to be a trad goth in his teenagers year, still does makeup in his free time and owns a huge collection of corsets and romantic goth stuff but nobody knows because he always wear his coat

-Fyodor: WHITE GOTH FYODOR IS CANON TO ME, he also owns lots of crosses, probably doesn't know what goth means but he still is

"akutagwa." you said with a stern voice, making him turn around. "wow! you finally listened to me," you cheered as you warmly smiled at him.

he was confused, why you always smiled at him so warmly. even after a long day of him ignoring you, you always had a warm smile on your face and always treated him with nothing but kindness.

"i'm sorry i...." he trailed off, he felt your eyes on him as he looked down to the ground. you watched his ears turn red as he continued to look at the ground.

"did i do something to make you feel upset? i'm not sure of what i did, but if you tell me i'm not going to do it again, i promise" you said with a soft voice.

"It's not you, it's me y/n," he contemplated on continuing what he was going to say. his heart beating out of his chest and sweat starting to form on his forehead.

"ryuunosuke akutagawa." you sternly called out, you were serious this time. he looked up at you when you called out his full name, his eyes filling up with tears but not ready to fall just yet.

"if there's a problem, please please tell me. i don't want to be the problem and have you avoid me,"

"i love being around you, i do, i love every single moment i share with you, but i can't enjoy my time around you if you keep avoiding me like this." you explained to him as you looked into his eyes for a desperate answer.

"i just—" he paused, before taking in a deep breath. "I've been getting this weird feeling in my chest whenever i'm around you- i can't explain it." he continued.

"gin and dazai said it's love...."he trailed off.

"but how am i supposed to know what that feels like or what it is? i've never loved or recieved loved," continued feeling the tears run down his face.

"oh, ryu :(" you whispered as you brought him in for a hug. you pulled away from the hug and cupped his face wiping away his tears with your soft and gentle fingers.

"i love you ryu," you said with a gentle smile, "i'll show you what it feels like and what's its meant to be loved, but that's only if you let me,"

"can i be your girlfriend ryu?"

You then walked around the corner and saw Akutagawa and Tachihara talking in the hall. "Ryu! I finally found you!" You exclaimed as you jogged up to them.

You kissed him on the cheek and linked your arms with him. you smiled at akutagawa and his ears and cheeks were slowly turning red.

"Oh, hey Tachihara!" You greeted as you smiled at him.

"YOU'RE DATING Y/N????? ONE OF OUR EXECUTIVES?? this is insane, how can someone like HIM pull you?!"

"don't say that tachihara! my boyfriend is pretty the way he is! You're gonna hurt his feelings :(" you said as you pouted.

"i know, i know im gonna knock this weretiger off his feet and leave him unconscious and come home,"

"please come home safe, i love you ryu" you whispered as you waited for his response before hanging up.

"i— i love you too" He mumbled, as he hung up the phone.

you cooked up his favorite dish and decided to wash up and lay on your bed, constantly looking at the clock and back at the door hoping your boyfriend would walk through the door.

you took one last glance at your bedroom door and you eyes shut closed.

your apartment door went off and clicked. there were sounds of keys hitting the table and a coat shuffling. a pot opening and the soup filling up a bowl.

your boyfriend finally was home, your eyes fluttered slightly open to see a tall slender figure getting undressed. "...ryu?" you asked as you got up, rubbing your eyes.

"go to bed princess, i'll join you in a bit,"

after he gets in the shower and changes into his pjs, he joins you in bed, his head resting on your shoulder and his arms wrapping around your waist.

Oh. Oh god, she had you backed against the wall. With green strands of hair falling over her eye and her polearm lazily thrown over her shoulder, she mustered you with a smirk.

"What do you think you're doing?"

"Inumaki and I are meeting up downtown," you answered, before attempting to flee her unrelenting gaze.

"Ah, ah," she grabbed you by the shoulder and pulled you back in front of her. "Yesterday you were bugging me about spending some time together - not sparring - and now you try to stand me up? I don't think so."

You squeezed your eyes shut as she leaned forward, arm resting right above your head. You could feel her breath on your face and her bangs tickle your cheek.

"How about later…?" you tried, not meeting her eyes.

She hummed, before using the end of her polearm to lift your chin up. A huffed laugh escaped her at the shock on your face. "Wha-" you started, body heating up at the action.

"Don't tell me you still need a present for me, doll?"

For a moment, your breath was stuck in your throat.

"N- no."

You shook your head.

She cast you a final, amused, look, before pulling back.

"Then let's go back to my room. I already prepared your favourite movie and some snacks."

"Ah, wait, but Inu-" But she didn't let you finish, only grabbed your hand and pulled you with her.

Her hand was cold in yours as you walked through the market. There was a blush dusting her cheeks deep red.

“You look like Snow-white,” you joked, gently brushing your knuckles over her skin. Her rosy lips opened, yet she did not answer, only leaning against your hand with a soft sigh.

She looked up at you with big eyes, and for a moment you thought, she would refuse.

“I think you drank too much, sweetheart,” you whispered. “Do you want to take a break over there?” You nodded towards a bench to the side of the winter market, but she vigorously shook her head, pointing towards a stall with mulled wine.

“No, no, baby, we just had one. You need a break. How about I get you some caramelised almonds?”

“Okay,” she replied, eventually, with a soft voice. “But I also want some nougat.”

Again, she opened her mouth.

You giggled and rubbed your nose against her heated skin.

“Of course, sweetheart, anything for you,” you cooed.

“Except for alcohol.”

Her lips formed a pout, but she squeezed your hand and tugged you toward the stall of sweets.

Hogwarts Houses and BSD

MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS FOR BOTH THE MANGA AND THE ANIME!

I've been sitting at my desk for a while trying to figure out which Hogwarts house Akutagawa would be in and I cannot believe I've been so blind. I did that one Hogwarts house test that everyone knows and loves for Akutagawa and got Slytherin. Slytherin. It's so obvious. And not because he's 'evil' or 'violent'. It's because of his so-called 'ambition'. Ambition is defined as: "a strong desire to do or achieve something" by Google. Is that not so Akutagawa?? His desire to be recognised and to be seen as someone of importance to Dazai and those around him is so so strong. It's his biggest need/want in the world. THATS what makes him so much a Slytherin.

In the test (which I'll link at the end) it says that Slytherins "struggle with the idea of worth and whether or not they have done enough to deserve the things they want". Akutagawa doesn't see himself as worthy for anything. He does not see himself worthy of Dazai's praise, of Gin's sibling love, of Atsushi's respect or worry. He constantly tries to do more and more things for others so he may be worthy of everything. When he sacrificed himself for Atsushi in chapter 88 he did it to save Atsushi as he believes that Atsushi is worth life more than he is. He did because Atsushi is worth more to him than he is to himself. He wants to be enough, he wants to be WORTHY of Atsushis trust and loyalty. Be that in battle together or as partners.

The test also says how "Slytherins are tied to wanting, craving" and that is just SO Akutagawa. I mean every action he does, every thought he thinks, they're all tied to wanting/craving something. It also says at the end that their advice for Slytherins is that they see that they have "already earned love, because you never had to earn it in the first place". Akutagawa struggles with this and the whole idea that he is worthy by just being him. He doesn't need to do anything for anyone else.

Since it close to christmas already i want to request Mori's simp reader and nurse reader's chrismas party on they side own side (Mori's simp reader on Port Mafia and Nurse reader on ADA)

So today i want to request Mori's simp reader in chirstmas Port Mafia party (Mori's simp reader still dating Chuya at first i want it to be just romantic dating between them but now i really want something heart warming scene after my sad pass months)

After poet mafia chaotic or too formal charimas party for pass year. This year Elise want normal small cozy party charimas, Mori also don't allow mafia member to drink alcohol in this party yeah it make reader and Chuya grumpy because they both enjoy alcohol even Chuya get drunk before reader often

In christmas eve mafia member prepare party, they prepare party on Port Mafia private house only high ranks members know (Mori himself, Port Mafia executive like Chuya, Kouyou and reader) in Yokahama

Mori was play snow with Elise and Hirotsu watch over them while Chuya, Kouyou, Higuchi and Kajii prepare party while wait reader group from go shopping so they going to cooking next. (Can you add Kouyou and Chuya conversation here?) Higuchi try to help everyone with her own power even she was worried sick about Akutagawa after he go shopping with reader because snow strom was coming. After Chuya help Kouyou he see something werid on christmas tree it look like lemon....Kajii put lemon bombs on tree because he want to know if lemon bombs blow up will tree going to fly away that and he want to present to his boss(reader)too that make Chuya scold Kajii and Chuya going to keep lemon bombs but like we know Chuya was shortest adult mafia member here so Higuchi ask Chuya if he want chair (can you add Chuya and Kouyou react here?)

On supermarket Gin, Tachihara, Akutagawa and Mori's simp reader go buy food and thing for party. When reader look at alcohol she was sigh because she can't drink them in party when she look at crowd she going to panic again untill reader see Akutagawa angry at someone so she run at him and she see Atsushi with Dazai go shopping Akutagawa try to kill Atsushi again. So reader go stop Akutagawa (like i said he listen to person who have higher rank than him) Dazai greet reader, reader greet him and Atsushi too. Dazai ask what mafia members doing here, reader said they just have christmas party. Dazai joke that why reader wear skirt instead suit he think reader fit to skirt than pants. Reader joke back that it was her style (can you add Atsushi react here and Akutagwa grumpy more?) Reader ask how Sai doing, Dazai said he doing fine he going to help Dr.Yosano cooking today. Reader said thank you to Dazai and Atsushi from take care of Sai but before Dazai ask anything reader hear Kunikida voice her nemesis and arch rival (can you add Kunikida react here?) Kunikida scold Dazai and Atsushi from runaway, Dazai dramatic about it, Kunikida also lecture reader about wear long skirt in winter like this, reader don't like to argue with anyone already so she said goodbye to Dazai and Atsushi before she pull Akutagawa with her (can you add Kunikida, Dazai and Atsushi react here?) Akutagawa ask her why they don't beat them with his power he can beat Kunikida and Atsushi, reader said Dazai still there and he can nullify his rashomon and they on supermarket if they fight with ADA they going have more problem come now (can you add Akutagawa react here?) Tachihara tell reader they finish buy anything already they wait reader to pay anything. Reader look at so many thing before she open her wallet to find her black card it disapper and reader know Dazai was the one who steal it she sigh she don't angry at Dazai but she hope Dazai not going to ruin her credit card again, reader have to pay it with money instead good thing she is rich.

After Chuya group finish prepare party they relax and wait for reader group to come back Higuchi try to call Akutagawa many call but he turn off his phone Kajii prepare bombs to present to reader new project, Chuya and Kouyou have conversation about chirstmas while Elise doing Chuya's hair. When Elise finish doing Chuya's hair she present Kouyou and Mori (can you add Chuya react here?) Higuchi ask Chuya if he want santa or deer hat instead (can you add Chuya react here?) Untill Higuchi said she worried about Akutagawa now, after hear Higuchi comfort but at the same time he also start to worried about reader too even reader well...being reader he start to worried now (can you add Kouyou comfort both of them here?)

Outside strom start to coming too bad 4 of them don't bring car with them so they have to walk on strom reader complain that she have to wear pants instead of long skirt before she turn to ask the other if they want to rest Tachihara said he still fine and Gin nob her head and Akutagawa still stubborn reader tell anyone to tell her if they don't feel fine before she lead them and she hear fall voice. Akuatagwa fall on the snow Gin carry her brother Tachihara ask Akutagwa if he okay but Akutagawa just grumpy said he fine reader tell anyone she think they all should rest but Akutagawa tell her he fine and they should walk. Reader think from a while before decide she will carry all of bag while lead anyone so reader anyone and she tell anyone to hold each other in case anyone going to fall again (can you add anyone react here?) When they walking reader see the other face look sad so she want to cheer them up by play bad joke that make anyone groan at her, Tachihara scold her that it not time to joke and it was bad joke too. Reader still playing joke untill Gin was laugh that make anyone shock but reader joke that maybe Gin laugh was good sign and sunflower going apper after this that make Akuatgawa groan at her more while Tachihara sigh. Even most of them goran at her bad joke but group was more happy than before

Higuchi worried about Akutagawa and she going to run into strom untill Chuya and Hirotsu have to stop her (can you add Kouyou comfort her here? And can you add Chuya worried about reader here too?) Untill door open reader apper with snow cover her more than anyone because she was tallest and she use body to protect anyone (can you add Chuya and Higuchi react here?) After reader's group change cloths Akutagawa and Gin talk to each other, Hirotsu, Kajii, Tachihara talk drink hot drink and relax while reader sit beside heater and read her romance novel

(Can you add Higuchi, Chuya and Kouyou cooking here i really want to see 3 of them cooking with each other?) When Chuya going to bring more drink reader help him carry them when they alone reader tell Chuya she buy root beer too she joke that if Mori don't want her and Chuya to drink alcohol maybe they can drink root beer instead (can you Chuya react here?) Chuya tell reader Kajii try to put Lemon bombs on chirstmas tree again Chuya complain that he have too many werid people to handle here, reader joke that maybe she should let Kajii blow up party, Chuya tell her don't she dare, reader giggle before said she just joking, Kouyou call Chuya from Kitchen so Chuya go back to cooking again

(After anything finish can you add anyone party here? And after party can you add Chuya and reader drink root beer and talk to each other and Kouyou join them later too?)

Hiii!!! I have a fic rec question! I'm looking for a SSKK story where akutagawa goes to yosano to get his lungs looked at. She gives him antibiotics and some other medications to get better. In the process Atushi and Akutagwa get together. I do believe Ryuu made a will and in it Gin was mentioned to get his coat. Its a happy ending! If you can find it thank you!

i'm trying for the worst knife this pulled on me. is it that eh if they don't met in the middle of a fight akutagawa and atsushi actually ? get along well ? the way they see through each other actually help them bond rather than enable them to rip through each other ? THE WAY THEY STILL WENT FULL ON PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE ON EACH OTHER AND ATTACK EACH OTEHR4S WEAKPOINT PHYSICALLY AS WELL AS MENTALLY ??? the way this highlight the ways atsuhi is fucked up in canon by turning them up to 11 ? the way akutagawa internalizes he's evil ? GIN TELLING HIM HE WAS JUST BORN EVIL??? or like. dazai just wanting to protect a world where oda lives BUT ODA DOESN'T KNOW HIM IN THIS WORLD he says 'saying goodbye to people who will be torned up by your death is a good way to die' to oda and that's why he came to say goodbye BUT ODA COULDN'T CARE LESS and then he fucking dies and no i am NOT OKAY
